The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of: 1) work motivation on dual-role stress; 2) spouse supports on dual-role stress; 3) spouse supports on marriage contentment; and 4) dual-role stress on marriage contentment among career women. A quantitative approach was used as a method of this study. Thirty employees of Bank Nasional Indonesia (BNI) Makassar branch were recruited as participants and were chose based on purposive sampling technique. Four scale instruments were used to collect data while regression analysis of SPSS windows 14.00 program was employed to analyse the data. The study found that work motivation (r=0,436) and spouse supports (r=0,745) have negative effects on dual-role stress among career women, while spouse supports have positive effect on marriage contentment among career women (r=0,645). However, dual-role stress has negative effects on career womenâs marriage contement (r=0,429). Abstrak: Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji efek dari: 1) motivasi kerja pada stres konflik peran ganda; 2) dukunga pasangan pada stres konflik peran ganda; 3) dukungan pasangan pada kepuasan pernikahan; dan 4) stres konflik peran ganda  pada kepuasan pernikahan pada wanita karir. Pendekatan kuantitatif digunakan sebagai metode penelitian ini. Tiga puluh karyawan Bank Nasional Indonesia (BNI) cabang Makassar direkrut sebagai peserta dan dipilih berdasarkan teknik purposive sampling.Empat instrumen skala digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data dan  analisis regresi dari program SPSS 14,00 for windows digunakan untuk menganalisis data. Studi ini menemukan bahwa motivasi kerja (r= 0.436) dan dukungan pasangan (r= 0,745) memiliki efek negatif pada stres konflik peran ganda di kalangan wanita karier, sedangkan dukungan pasangan memiliki efek positif pada kepuasan pernikahan pada wanita karir (r = 0.645). Namun, stres konflik peran ganda memiliki efek negatif pada kepuasan pernikahan pada wanita karir (r = 0,429).

The purposes of this research are to discover (1) the description of academic self-regulation before and after bibliocounseling treatment to students, (2) the implementation of bibliocounseling to increase academic self-regulation of students, (3) the influence of bibliocounseling to academic self-regulation of students. The approach used in this research is quantitative approach by using quasi-experimental design with non-equivalent control group design. The subjects of this research were 30 students of class VIII who, identified as having low learning self-regulation and they were divided into two groups, namely experimental group, and control group. Techniques for collecting the data employ self-regulation learning scale, observation, and interview. The results of this research reveal that (1) the level of academic self-regulation of a student in SMPN 1 Makassar is low before giving bibliocounseling. However, after implementing it in 4 sessions, the level of academic self-regulation of students improve to hight category, (2) the result of statistic descriptive analysis obtains that essentially there is a change of the level of academic self-regulation of students after giving bibliocounseling and the result of hypothesis test shows that there is positive influence on the implementation of bibliocounseling to increase academic self-regulation of the students in SMPN 1 Makassar.

Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan pengaruh Psychological Capital (PC) terhadap prestasi akademik mahasiswa yang dimediatori prokrastinasi mahasiswa di universitas/perguruan tinggi. Subjek penelitian adalah mahasiswa di tingkat universitas/perguruan tinggi sebanyak 167 orang dengan proporsi 123 (73,7%) perempuan dan 44 (26,3%) laki-laki. Alat ukur penelitian ini menggunakan psychological capital questionnaire dan procrastination scale.  Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji bivariate correlations and moderated mediation. Hasil penelitian ini menemukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh PC terhadap prestasi akademik mahasiswa. Selanjutnya, ditemukan terdapat korelasi negatif PC dan prokrastinasi.Â

Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk: (1) Mengetahui gambaran kepercayaan diri siswa ; (2) Mengetahui gambaran pelaksanaan Layanan Bimbingan Klasikal Berbasis PBL (Problem Based Learning) terhadap kepercayaan diri siswa; (3) Mengetahui apakah layanan bimbingan klasikal berbasis PBL (Problem Based Learning) dapat meningkatkan kepercayaan diri siswa. Pendekatan penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitin eksperimental dengan model Quasi Experimental Design melibatkan 70 siswa SMAN 13 Gowa dipilih secara cluster random sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data angket skala kepercayaan diri yang di adaptasi dari peter lautser dan observasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis statistik deskriptif dan analisis inferensial, uji hipotesis dengan uji t. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Tingkat kepercayaan diri siswa sebelum diberikan treatment layanan bimbingan klasikal berbasis PBL (Problem Based Learning ) berada pada kategori rendah dan setelah diberikan perlakuan berupa layanan bimbingan klasikal berbasis PBL (Problem Based Learning) siswa meningkat atau berada pada kategori tinggi, (2) Pada saat pelaksanaan layanan bimbingan klasikal berbasis PBL (Problem Based Learning) partisispasi siswa berada pada kategori tinggi (3) pengaruh layanan bimbingan klasikal berbasis PBL (Problem Based Learning) dapat meningkatkan kepercayaan diri siswa di SMAN 13 Gowa. Peningkatan kepercayaan diri siswa terlihat pada rajin mengerjakan tugas, menjadi tidak gugup saat berbicara, yakin dengan kemampuanya, bertaggung jawab atas tugas tugas yang diberikan, aktif dan interaktif dalam berkomunikasi

The study aims to find out (1) an overview of the needs analysis for the use of Student Development Inventories (IPS). (2) How is the prototype for developing student development inventory (IPS), (3) the level of validity, reliability and feasibility of developing a Student Development Inventory (IPS) as one of the data collection tools in State High School 9 Bulukumba. Research is a research or development research involving 15 high school students in a small group trial. The results showed (1) Student development inventory (IPS) as a measuring instrument / instrument is very needed, in the form of updates or updates in terms of form, content and problem areas of BK and too many statement items that make students tired of reading and filling inventory. (2) Prototype Student development inventory (IPS) developed in full with manuals, so that guidance and counseling teachers can use inventory. (3) the results of the trial obtained the value of student development inventory validity (IPS) are on a scale of 4.17 at the stage of validity expert test with valid criteria, the value of reliability test obtained high criteria or reliable, so it can be concluded that student development inventory (IPS) with a number of 76 items that are valid, reliable statements can be used as student development inventories (IPS)

Outbound method is the most effective method to meet the requirements in regarding a training result. The method is effective to build comprehension of a concept and build individual personality such as honesty and integrity. The caracter will continously apply and become a person with a better personality. The research objective is to know the honest and integrity character’s description of the awardee of Bidik Misi in Educational Study Faculty of State University of Makassar (FIP UNM) before and after having the CEt through outbound and to know the effect of CEt through outbound in increasing honest and integrity characters of the awardee of Bidik Misi in Educational Study Faculty of State University of Makassar (FIP UNM). The research is a quantitave research, pre-experimental using One-Group Pretest-Postest Design. The findings is Character Education Training (CEt) through Putbound Training is effective to increase the honest and integrity characters of the awardee of Bidik Misi in Educational Study Faculty of State University of Makassar (FIP UNM).

The study aims to find out: (1) the needs analysis of Islamic-based sosiodrama models to improve prosocial behavior of students at Wahdah Makassar Middle School; (2) the prototype development of Islamic-based sosiodrama model to improve prosocial behavior of students at Wahdah Makassar Middle School; and (3) the validity and practicality of Islamic-based sociodrama models to improve prosocial behavior of students at Wahdah Makassar Middle School. The research approach was research and development (R&D). The research subjects consisted of 9 eighth graders at Wahdah Middle School in the 2019/2020 academic year. Data collection used interviews, documentation, and scale. Qualitative and quantitative data were analyzed. The results of the study showed that: (1) Islamic-based sociodrama models are needed at Wahdah Makassar Middle School; (2) Islamic-based sociodrama models are produced as guidance for counselors in improving students’ prosocial behavior; and (3) Islamic-based sociodrama models to improve prosocial behavior of students at Wahdah Makassar Middle School are declared valid and practical as a guide to Islamic-based sociodrama models based on accreditability testing, which includes: utility, feasibility, accuracy and content.

This study aims to examine students' academic procrastination. The approach used is a quantitative approach with descriptive research type. The study variable is the student's academic procrastination by measuring aspects of delay for initiating and completing tasks, delays in tasks, time gaps between actual plans and performance, and performing more enjoyable activities. The higher the score obtained the higher the frequency of students in doing academic procrastination, and vice versa. Sampling using simple random sampling technique with a sample of 230 people from a total population of 349 people. Technique of collecting data is done through three characteristic that is stimulus, psychology attribute and response then data analyzed with descriptive analytical technique. Based on the result of the research shows that the level of academic procrastination of the students of Faculty of Education Universitas Negeri Makassar is 0 people in very high category, 25 people are in high category, 84 people are in medium category, 99 people are in low category, and 22 people are in very low category. These results indicate that the level of postponing behavior of students for MARPs is low.

This study aims to investigate the degree of students’ aggressive behavior before and after being given the contract behavior treatment. This study used simple random sampling technique. The research instrument used was a Likert scale outlined in the form of a questionnaire given to the experimental group to describe students’ aggressive behavior. Descriptive statistical analysis was used to describe the aggressive behavior of students of SMP Negeri 3 in Tanete Rilau before and after the implementation of the behavior contract using frequency and percentage distribution tables. Results showed that behavior contract counseling can reduce students’ aggressive behavior. Effects of excessive aggressive behavior includes impulsive, control-lacking, agitated and easily distorted, often unable to sit still, unable to pay attention to the teacher and the task at hand, and often unable to complete homework, etc.

The research objective is to determine: 1) Description of students 'hedonic behaviour 2) Factors that cause hedonic behaviour 3) Efforts to handle students' hedonic behaviour. The research approach is qualitative with the type of case study research. The research subjects were two students. Data collection using interviews and observation guidelines. Data analysis using qualitative descriptive analysis. The results showed that 1) the US's hedonic behaviour was wearing branded clothes, shopping, hanging out in cafes, and hanging out with people of equal socio-economic level. In the subject of MT, hedonic behaviour is shown by living in a splurge, tending to choose branded goods, participating in shopping at famous clothing stores or distributions and hanging out only with friends who suit their interests. 2) Factors that influence AS and MT hedonic behaviour are divided into internal factors and external factors. Internal factors want to be recognized by the surrounding environment, self-actualization, self-existence, and hedonic behaviour perceptions. Meanwhile, external factors are the lack of family care, binding rules from the reference group and the social environment. 3) Handling hedonic behaviour using logotherapy shows a change in hedonic behaviour in both subjects. Handling on the subject is carried out by established procedures. Changes in AS and MT are changes in perspective, understanding of meaning, and behaviour aspects.
