Abstract

Penelitian dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui: Tingkat validasi modul hasil pengembangan pada konsep sistem reproduksi manusia yang diintegerasikan nilai-nilai Islam; Pemahaman siswa pada konsepsistem reproduksi manusia; dan Tingkat berpikir kritis siswa, telah dilakukan pada semester genap 2013/2014 di SMA Negeri 11 Banda Aceh. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode R D dan experimental semu.Metode R D digunakan untuk mengembangkan modul dengan model 3D yang diadaptasi dari model 4D. Pemahaman konsep menggunakan quasi eksperimen dengan rancangan: Pretest-Postest Control Group Design. Populasi penelitian semua siswa kelas XI-IPA berjumlah 128 siswa. Sampel diambil 60 siswa, yaitu kelas XIIPA 3 sebagai kelas eksperimen dan kelas XI-IPA 4 sebagai kelas kontrol. Analisis data menggunakan persentase dan uji t. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan 1) Modul hasil pengembangan memiliki kriteria validasi sangat valid 85,29%. 2) Terdapat perbedaan pemahaman konsep siswa yang diberi modul dengan siswa yang tidak diberi modul dengan nilai t-hitung (2,174) dan t-tabel (2,002). 3) Terdapat perbedaan berpikir kritis antarasiswa yang diberi modul dengan tidak diberi modul, dengan t-hitung (2,389) dan t-tabel (2,002). Simpulan penelitian, modul hasil pengembangan pada konsep reproduksi yang diintegrasikan nilai-nilai islam sangat valid dan layak digunakan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman konsep dan berpikir kritis siswa SMAN 11 BandaAceh.

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to evaluate the influence of some types of soil ameliorans (lime, sea mud and some types of soil microorganisms) on P nutrient and soybean root development in peat soil.  The experiment was carried out in the Greenhouse of Agriculture Faculty of USU, Soil Biology Laboratory, Central Laboratory of Agriculture Faculty of USU and Laboratory of Soil analysis at RISPA, from March to November 2011.  The experiment was arranged in a completely randomized design, consisted of 13 treatments and two replicates. The treatments included control, dolomite lime, sea mud, lime + sea mud, Bradyrhizobium, mos, Mycorrhizal isolate of peat soil, mycorrhizal isolate of mineral soil, Bradyrhizobium + mos, mos + mycorrhizal isolate of peat soil isolates, mos + mineral soil mycorrhizal isolate, Bradyrhizobium + mos + mycorrhizal isolate of peat soil, Bradyrhizobium + mos + mycorrhizal isolate of mineral soil. Variables observed included soil pH, soil P available, plant P uptake, and weight of root dry. Types of amelioran exerted significant effect on soil pH, but did not exert significant effects on soil P available,  plant P uptake, and weight of dry root.

Abstract

Dribbling is one type of skill that must be possessed by a football player. One indicator of the quality of a good football player is being able to show good dribbling skills when playing football. Based on theoretical studies, to be able to dribble well, a football player must have a good mentality; one of the mentalities needed when dribbling is to have good self-confidence. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between variables, namely self-confidence and dribbling skills. This research approach is quantitative with the type of correlational research. The population in this study was young players from the "Talenta Aceh" football academy, totaling 36 players. The measurement instruments used for the two variables are (1) the self-confidence instrument using a questionnaire developed by the author and (2) dribbling using the "Dribbling Test". The analysis of research data used the product-moment correlation formula which aimed to determine the correlation coefficient between the two variables. Based on the results of data analysis, it can be concluded that there is a significant relationship between self-confidence and dribbling skills, with a correlation coefficient value (r = 0.56); based on the value of the correlation coefficient, self-confidence contributes 42.25% to dribbling skills.Keywords: Young player, football, self-confidence, dribbling.

Abstract

This research was heldto know sprending of C-organic on paddy soil land at Village of Sei Bamban Subdistric of Sei Bamban Distric of Serdang Bedagai. This research was executed in Village of Sei Bamban Subdistric of Sei Bamban Distric of Serdang Bedagai on May until August 2015. Samples were taked with method Survey Free Grid of storey level semi detail survey. Parameter which was measured is C organic and analysed with Walkley and Black methods.The results of research were obtained four criteria C-organic nutrient status is very low, low, medium and high. At very low criteria have wide equal to 901,66 Ha. At low criteria have wide equal to 196,34 Ha. At medium have wide equal to 140,10 Ha. Abstract

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan mendeteksi kandungan formalin dan cemaran mikroba pada bakso yang dijual di beberapa pedagang di Kabupaten Bireuen.  Sampel yang digunakan yaitu bakso daging yang berasal dari 25 pedagang bakso yang dijual di 17 kecamatan di Kabupaten Bireuen. Pada tiap pedagang diambil secara acak sejumlah 3 butir bakso sebagai sampel. Pemeriksaan formalin dilakukan dengan menggunakan reagen Fenilhidrazin 0,5%, Sodium Nitroprusit 5%, dan NaOH 10%. Hasil positif yang diamati pada pemeriksaan formalin ditandai dengan perubahan warna larutan menjadi warna kehijauan. Pemeriksaan cemaran mikroba dilakukan dengan metode Total Plate Count (TPC). Data yang diperoleh dianalisis secara deskriptif dan disajikan dalam bentuk tabel. Hasil pemeriksaan formalin menunjukkan bahwa terdapat 5 pedagang (20%) yang baksonya terindikasi positif mengandung formalin. Selanjutnya hasil pemeriksaan cemaran mikroba menunjukkan bahwa sebanyak 24 pedagang yang sampel baksonya mengandung mikroba melebihi SNI. Pada 1 pedagang lainnya kandungan mikroba pada bakso di bawah ambang batas SNI. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat 4 pedagang (16%) yang baksonya tercemar formalin sekaligus mengandung mikroba melebihi SNI. Hanya 1 pedagang (4%) yang mengandung formalin dan cemaran mikroba di bawah ambang batas SNI. Sisanya 20 pedagang (80%) yang baksonya ditemukan cemaran mikroba di atas SNI, dan tidak menggunakan formalin. ABSTRACTThis study was aimed to detect the content of formalin and microbial contamination on meatballs of several traders in Bireuen District. The sample used were meatballs from 25 meatballs traders that were sold in 17 sub-districts in Bireuen District. Each trader randomly selected 3 meatballs as samples. Formaldehyde examination was performed using 0.5% phenyllhydrazine reagent, 5% Sodium Nitroprusites, and 10% NaOH. The positive results observed in the formalin examination were characterized by the color change of the solution to a greenish color. Microbial contamination is done by Total Plate Count (TPC) method. The data obtained were analyzed descriptively and presented in tabular form. The results of formalin examination showed that there were 5 traders (20%) whose positive indications contained formaldehyde. Furthermore, the results of microbial contamination examination showed that as many as 24 traders whose samples contained microbes exceeding SNI. In 1 other trader the microbial content of meatballs is below the SNI threshold. Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that there are 4 traders (16%) whose form is contaminated with formalin while containing microbes exceeding SNI. Only 1 trader (4%) contained formaldehyde and microbial contamination below the SNI threshold. The remaining 20 traders (80%) were found to have microbial contamination above SNI, and did not use formalin.

Bahwasebesar82,4% tempatpenyembelihanterpisahtidakjauhataudapatdilihatolehsapi lain. The method used in this study is the survey method using data check lists and questionnaires. The survey data are grouped into three categories, namely. animal health, handling live animals and the slaughter process. The data obtained were analyzed descriptively. The results of the check list analysis show that the three aspects assessed get poor results. Based on the questionnaire it was found that 70.6% of slaughterhouses for sacrificial animals did not have speciallairagefor animal shelter before being slaughtered. Whereas 82.4% of the slaughterhouses are not far apart or can be seen by other cows. Then 82.4% when animals arrive, there is no place for dropping animals from trucks. Abstract

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui pengetahuan dan sikap pemilik rumah makan terhadap rantai pengolahan daging ayam di Banda Aceh. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan Januari 2017 di beberapa rumah makan di Banda Aceh. Penelitian dilakukan dalam bentuk survei lapangan dengan mewawancarai responden menggunakan kuesioner terstruktur. Responden dipilih secara proporsional terhadap pemilik rumah makan di Banda Aceh. Kriteria responden meliputi berumur ≥ 20 tahun, pemilik rumah makan yang menjual olahan daging ayam, rumah makan dengan kebutuhan daging ayamnya ≥ 20 ekor/hari dan pemilik rumah makan di lokasi penelitian. Data hasil penelitian dianalisis secara deskriptif. Hasil penelitian terhadap 45 responden menunjukkan bahwa pengetahuan pemilik rumah makan terhadap rantai pengolahan daging ayam tergolong baik, namun sikap pemilik rumah makan terhadap rantai pengolahan daging ayam tergolong kurang baik, karena 22,22% responden menggunakan alat potong (pisau) yang sama dengan sayuran, serta 48,89% responden tidak mencuci tangan sebelum mengolah daging ayam.Kata kunci : pengetahuan, sikap, pemilik rumah makan, daging ayam, rantai pengolahan.ABSTRACT This study was aims to determine the knowledge and attitude of restaurant owners on chicken meat processing chain in Banda Aceh. This study was conducted in January 2017 in several restaurants in Banda Aceh. This research was conducted in the form of a field survey by interviewing respondents using a structured questionnaire. Respondents were selected proportionally which is restaurant owners in Banda Aceh. The criteria of respondents were aged ≥ 20 years, restaurant owners who sell chicken, restaurants that needs ≥ 20 chicken / day and restaurant owners in the study site. Data were analyzed descriptively. The results of 45 respondent shows that the knowledge of restaurant owners on chicken meat processing chain is quite good, but the majority of owners attitude towards chicken meat processing chain relatively poor because 22,22% of respondents using the same knife with vegetables and 48,89% of respondents do not wash their hands before treating chicken meat.Keyword : knowledge, attitude, restaurant owners, chicken meat, processing chain.

Abstract

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menilai rumah pemotongan hewan Kota Banda Aceh dari aspek kelengkapan fasilitas, sanitasi fasilitas, prosedur pemotongan dan juga dari aspek higine pribadi. Penelitian dilakukan pada bulan November 2017 dan lokasi penelitian adalah Unit Pelaksanaan Teknik (UPT) Rumah Pemotongan Hewan (RPH) Kota Banda Aceh. Penelitian dilakukan dengan metode observasi yaitu pengamatan dan survei. Penelitian juga dilakukan dengan mengisi lembaran Checklist yang telah disiapkan dan melakukan tanya jawab terhadap pekerja RPH. Parameter yang diukur pada penelitian ini adalah: kelengkapan fasilitas RPH, sanitasi fasilitas RPH, prosedur pemotongan di RPH dan higenitas personal pekerja RPH. Data yang diperoleh kemudian ditabulasi dan dilakukan penilaian. Penilaian dilakukan berdarakan jawaban YA pada lembar Checklist. Kategori penilaian yaitu : baik dengan skor 80-100%, cukup dengan skor 60-79% dan kurang dengan skor 59% yang mengacu pada skala Likert. Setelah dilakukan penelitian ditemukan bahwa kelengkapan fasilitas RPH Kota Banda Aceh termasuk kategori cukup dengan persentase penilaian 60%, sanitasi fasilitas RPH termasuk kategori baik dengan persentase penilaian 87,5%, prosedur pemotongan termasuk kategori cukup dengan persentase penilaian 77,78%.  dan untuk higenitas pekerja termasuk kategori kurang dengan persentase penilaian 50,39%. ABSTRACTThis study aims at assess the slaughterhouse of Banda Aceh in the perspective of it’s completeness, and sanitation facilities , slaughter procedure and personal hygiene. The study was conducted in November 2017, and the site of the study was Technical Implementation Unit (UPT) of Animal Slaughterhouse (RPH) of Banda Aceh. The research was performed using observation method through monitoring and survey. The study also conducted by completing a checklist previously prepared and interview to the employees of the slaughterhouse (RPH). The parameters measured in the research were: completeness facilities, sanitation facilities, slaughter procedure of the slaughterhouse (RPH) and the personal hygiene of the of the slaughterhouse (RPH). The data obtained were tabulated and evaluated. The evaluation was performed according to the YES answer on the checklist. The category of the evaluations was: good with the score of 80-100%, sufficient with the score of 60-79% and poor with the score of 59% as referred by the Likert Scale. The study found that the completeness of the animal slaughterhouse (RPH) facility of Banda Aceh is categorized as sufficient with the percentage of evaluation 60%, the sanitation of the of the slaughterhouse (RPH) facility is categorized as good with the percentage of evaluation 87,5%, the procedure of the slaughter is categorized as sufficient with the 77,78% and for the employee personal hygiene is categorized as poor with the percentage of evaluation of 50,39%.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menilai pengetahuan dan sikap pemilik rumah makan terhadap kehalalan olahan pangan asal hewan di Kota Banda Aceh. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan Januari 2017 di beberapa rumah makan di Banda Aceh. Penelitian dilakukan dalam bentuk survei lapangan dengan mewawancarai responden menggunakan kuesioner terstruktur. Responden dipilih secara proporsional terhadap pemilik rumah makan di Banda Aceh.  Kriteria responden adalah beragama Islam, berumur ≥20 tahun, pemilik rumah makan di lokasi penelitian, rumah makan menjual olahan daging ayam, dan rumah makan dengan kebutuhan daging ayam 20 ekor/hari. Data hasil penelitian dianalisis secara deskriptif dan dilanjutkan dengan uji korelasi. Hasil penelitian terhadap 45 responden menunjukkan bahwa persentase terbesar pengetahuan pemilik rumah makan terhadap kehalalan olahan pangan asal hewan di Kota Banda Aceh adalah sebesar 82,2%, yang memiliki kategori baik, sedangkan persentase terbesar dari sikap pemilik rumah makan terhadap kehalalan olahan pangan asal hewan di Kota Banda Aceh adalah sebesar 44,4%, yang memiliki kategori kurang. Hasil uji korelasi menunjukkan nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,43 yang dapat dikategorikan memiliki hubungan sedang. The aim of this study was to assess the knowledge and the attitude of restaurant owners to halal food processed of animal’s origin in Banda Aceh. This study was conducted on January 2017 in several restaurants in Banda Aceh by interviewing respondents using a structured questionnaire. The Respondents were selected proportionally. The Criteria of respondents were Moeslim, aged ≥ 20 years, restaurant owners which were in the study site, and a restaurant processed chicken meat and meal demand 20 carcass /day. The data were analyzed descriptively by using correlation test. As much as 45 respondents had been interviewed. The results showed that the largest percentage of  knowledge of restaurant owners on the halal processed was 82,2%. The percentage of restaurant owner attitudes towards halal processed was less of 44.4%. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui ada tidaknya cemaran Salmonella sp. pada telur setengah matang yang berasal dari warung kopi Alue Naga Banda Aceh. Sampel yang digunakan pada penelitian ini sebanyak 15 butir telur ayam kampung berasal dari tiga warung kopi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Carter, sampel telur setengah matang diletakkan ke dalam cawan petri steril, dengan menggunakan swab streil, swab yolk (kantung kuning telur) dan ditanam dalam media Selenite Cystine Broth (SCB) diinkubasikan pada suhu 37oC selama 24 jam. Selanjutnya dengan menggunakan ose steril biakan dipindahkan ke media Salmonella Shigella Agar (SSA). Koloni yang tumbuh diwarnai dengan  pewarnaan Gram dan morfologi kuman dilihat dibawah mikroskop. Hasil penelitian pada media SCB terdapat 1 sampel positif yang terlihat berwarna orange. Pada media SSA koloni bakteri terlihat berbentuk bulat, cembung, pinggiran rata, tekstur halus dan berwarna merah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dari 15 sampel telur setengah matang ayam kampung berasal dari Alue Naga 1 sampel positif Salmonella sp. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat satu sampel positif mengandung bakteri Salmonella sp. dari keseluruhan 15 sampel. (This study aims to determine whether or not there is contamination of Salmonella sp. on a half-cooked egg originating from the Alue Naga Banda Aceh coffee shop. The sample used in this study were 15 chicken eggs from three coffee shops. This study used the Carter method, The half-cooked egg samples were placed into sterile petri dishes, using streil swabs, yolk swabs and planted in Selenite Cystine Broth (SCB) media incubated at 37°C for 24 hours. Furthermore, by using a sterile culture ose was transferred to the Salmonella Shigella Agar (SSA) medium. Colonies that grow stained with Gram staining and germ morphology are seen under a microscope. The results of research on SCB media there is 1 positive sample that looks orange. In SSA bacterial colonies SSA appear round, convex, flat edges, smooth texture and red. The results showed that from 15 samples of eggs half-cooked chicken originated from Alue Naga 1 positive samples of Salmonella sp. The concluded that there is one positive sample containing Salmonella sp bacteria from all 15 samples.)
