Abstract

Land is a valuable asset. In addition, land is a vital need for anyone because it can be used in various fields, including agriculture, settlement, trade, industry and mining. The increase in population each year is not proportional to the increase in land area, it allows everyone to try to own and control land. In line with the need for land, it is necessary to increase the handling of land administration by designing and creating a land certification registration information system to assist the land certification process at the Langsa City Land Agency Office. The land certification information system consists of several features that are differentiated according to access rights, namely user and admin. The design of the system to be created, as well as the database design on this system, uses ERD to determine the relationships between tables. This information system was created as a medium for land certification registration at the Langsa City Land Agency Office.

Abstract

Macajah village is the name of one of the villages in the district Tanjungbumi, Bangkalan district. Macajah batik which has good quality and fineworkmanship that has reached millions of Rupiahs selling price. In the village Macajah batik - making process is still done simply. Therefore grievances felt operator when working must be considered, and it was due to lack of ergonomic posture of the operator when working. The purpose of this research is to improve the working methods of the small industrial facilities batik designs with improve demployment and good working posture solutions for operators. The method used in this study is the method of RULA (Rapid Upper Limb Assessment) is a method that investigates complaints of harassment and human upper body. With the posture of the operator will evaluate the extent to which level action should be taken. The results showed a decrease in the risk level from medium to smaller level after the simulated repair work posture and use of new work on the operator. Abstract

Gas lift merupakan suatu metode pengangkatan fluida dari lubang sumur yang mengandung minyak bumi dengan cara menginjeksikan gas bertekanan tinggi kedalam kolom fluida. Gas bertekanan berasal dari sumur gas yang ditekan dengan menggunakan kompresor dan terhubung dengan peralatan lain seperti bejana bertekanan dan air cooler yang dihubungkan dengan rangkaian sistem perpipaan. Peningkatan tekanan dan temperatur pada discharge kompresor menyebabkan terjadinya tegangan sepanjang pipa sistem perpipaan tersebut sehingga perlu dilakukan perhitungan tegangan agar sistem perpipaan aman pada saat beroperasi. Hasil yang diharapkan dari perhitungan ini adalah tercapainya desain sistem perpipaan yang aman dengan penyangga pipa yang mampu menahan beban pipa serta tegangan pipa. Perhitungan ini dilakukan dengan menghitung tegangan sustain dan ekspansi termal menggunakan program CAESAR II.5.10 maupun perhitungan manual dengan mengacu pada ASME B31.3 sebagai nilai batasan tegangan izin, dengan jalur pipa yang dihitung adalah dari discharge nozzle kompresor menuju inlet nozzle air cooler pada proyek gas lift compressor station yang berada di Azerbaijan, Asia Tengah. Hasil perhitungan menunjukan bahwa nilai tegangan sustain tertinggi menggunakan program CAESAR II.5.10 sebesar 47746,6 kN/m² dengan batas tegangan izin sebesar 137895,14 kN/m², sedangkan untuk nilai tegangan akibat beban ekspansi terbesar dari hasil CAESAR II.5.10 adalah 23428,73 kN/m² dengan batas tegangan izin 206842,71 kN/m².

Abstract

The Application of Search Solve Create and Share (SSCS) Learning Model to Enhance the Elevent Grade Students’ Learning Outcome at Senior High School. The goal of study is to improve students’ learning outcome in chemistry through Search Solve Create and Share (SSCS) model at XI grade of IPA 2 SMA Negeri 1 Inderalaya. The model used in this study was classroom action research which was done in three cycles. The techniques of collecting the data in this study were observation sheet and final cycle test. The average of students’ learning outcome prior to the treatment (T0) was 57,81 with percentage of mastery learning (ML0) was 25%, (T1) = 66,55 and (ML1) = 82%, (T2) = 74,68 and (ML2) = 62,5%, (T3) = 80,15 and (ML3) = 87,5%.The result of study indicated that Search Solve Create and Share (SSCS) model could improve students’ chemistry learning outcome.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze determine the influence of service quality and perceived value on the intention to revisit padang el's coffee with customer satisfaction as the mediating variable. The sample in this study were 100 customers at El's Coffee Padang City. Data were processed using Smart PLS 3.0. The results obtained from this study are: (1) There is a direct and significant and positive influence between service quality and the perceived value of El`s Coffee Padang. (2) There is a direct and significant and positive influence between service quality and customer satisfaction at El`s Coffee Padang. (3) There is a direct and significant and positive influence between perceived value and customer satisfaction at El`s Coffee Padang. (4) There is a direct and significant and positive influence between customer satisfaction and the intention to revisit El`s Coffee Padang.

Abstract

The purpose of learning English does not run on certain scope of school, but it reaches all grades. The significant aim is enabled the student to communicate in English. A communication skill can be developed and reached through some elements which should be studied, there are major of skill, namely; speaking, reading, writing, and listening which are presented in the 2004 English curriculum. It cannot be realized which English is a part of communication, and used in the world. English is a foreign language especially in Indonesia which attached middle of formal school. That is why English is not only learnt in some countries, but also categorized as foreign which learnt for communication. In English teaching process, TPS can be used as an alternative way that can be applied in teaching English, including reading. This research will be conducted to find out the effect of Think Pair Share on student’s reading comprehension achievement. The experimental research is done with an assumption that Think Pair Share never applied at the eleventh class SMA 17 Agustus 1945 Banyuwangi. Through it is necessary to do a research entitled “The Effect of Using Think Pair Share on students reading ability. Reading is a complex dynamic process that involves the bringing of meaning to and the getting of meaning from printed page (Rubin, 1993:4). Basically, reading is a process of getting ingormation from written words. Reading passages usually tells about the aim to grasp the author’s idea. By reading is not simply process of getting the meaning of the printed.             The hypothesis is statistically stated there is significant difference in the reading comprehension achievement between students taught using think pair share technique and the conventional technique. The result of the analysis which is computed by using SPSS version 20, it was found that the value of Significance for teaching strategy .04, it can be concluded that sig. value (.04< .05) or it means that Ho is rejected and Hi accepted. “there is difference in students reading comprehension achievement between students taught using TPS and Conventional technique.Key words: effect, Think Pair Share, reading ability.Anderson, N. 1999. Abstract

Permainan bulu tangkis tidak terlepas dari sepuluh komponen kondisi fisik. Misalnya daya tahan yang dibutuhkan ketika melakukan really panjang, kekuatan otot tungkai dan lengan pada setiap teknik gerakan, daya ledak yang digunakan ketika melakukan pukulan smash. Untuk meningkatkan kondisi fisik pelatih memberikan latihan yang di dalamnya terdapat beberapa aspek yang berhubungan dengan kondisi fisik yang terdiri dari latihan kekuatan, kelentukan, kecepatan, kelincahan dan daya tahan. Prestasi yang dicapai oleh setiap atlet PB Pasha Jaya tidak terlepas dari program-program latihan yang dilakukan dan diberikan oleh pelatih. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengevaluasi kondisi fisik atlet bulu tangkis PB Pasha Jaya. Penelitian ini termasuk jenis penelitian deskriptif dengan pendakatan kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan total sampling 13 orang atlet. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara: (1) mengukur daya tahan jantung paru (lari 12 menit) , (2) mengukur daya tahan otot lengan (push up), (3) mengukur  kekuatan otot lengan (hand dynamometer), (4) mengukur daya ledak otot tungkai (vertical jump), (5) mengukur daya ledak otot lengan dan bahu (medicine ball push) , (6) mengkur komponen kecepatan (lari 50 meter) dan (7) mengukur komponen kelentukan (flexion of trunk). Hasil analisis data diperoleh bahwa: (1) Daya tahan jantung paru (lari 12 menit) berada pada kategori baik dengan persentase sebesar 62% dengan  nilai rata-rata 2,22 km, (2) Daya tahan otot lengan (push up) berada pada kategori sempurna dengan persentase sebesar 54% , nilai rata-rata 29,92, (3) Kekuatan otot lengan (hand dynamometer) berada pada kategori kurang dengan persentase 46%, nilai rata-rata yaitu 28,69 kg  (4) Daya ledak otot tungkai (vertical jump) berada pada kategori baik dengan persentase 46%, nilai rata-rata yaitu 45,07 cm, (5) Daya ledak otot lengan dan bahu (medicine ball push) berada pada kategori baik dengan persentase 46%, nilai rata-rata yaitu 4,72 meter,  (6) Kecepatan (lari 50 meter) berada pada kategori baik sekali dengan persentase 77%, nilai rata-rata yaitu 6,19 detik, dan (7) Kelentukan (flexion of trunk ) berada pada kategori baik dengan persentase 46% dengan nilai rata-rata yaitu 12,23 cm. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa pada tujuh item tes kondisi fisik atlet PB Pasha jaya yang mempunyai persentase lebih tinggi, dengan kategori sempurna berada pada satu item tes yaitu tes push up, dengan kategori baik sekali berada pada satu item tes yaitu tes lari 50 meter, dengan kategori baik berada pada empat item tes yaitu, tes lari, vertical jump, medicin ball push dan flexio of trunk, dengan kategori kurang berada pada satu item tes yaitu tes hand dynamometer. Kata Kunci: Kondisi Fisik, Atlet, Bulu Tangkis.

Abstract

Wirausaha terutama sektor UMKM merupakan sektor yang memiliki potensi dalam pembangunan nasional, baik dalam hal jumlah maupun mutu. Pembangunan nasional akan lebih mantap jika ditunjang oleh wirausahawan yang mumpuni. Potret UMKM selalu digambarkan sebagai sektor yang sebagian besar pelakunya berpendidikan rendah dan hidup dalam kegiatan usaha kecil baik sektor tradisional maupun modern. Pengembangan UMKM merupakan tanggung jawab bersama pemerintah beserta masyarakat. Beberapa upaya yang dapat dilakukan antara lain dengan memberikan fasilitas bimbingan, pendampingan, dan bantuan perkuatan untuk menumbuhkan daya saing usaha. Kontribusi UMKM terhadap PDB negara cukup besar dibanding dengan usaha skala besar, tidak terkecuali UMKM yang ada di Sumatera Barat, terutama Kota Padang yang memiliki jumlah UMKM tertinggi dari 11 Kabupaten/Kota di Sumatera Barat. Jumlah UMKM potensial semakin banyak berkembang dan tumbuh di setiap kecamatan di Kota Padang. Kontribusi dan potensi yang dapat digali dari berbagai sektor UMKM tersebut, seperti mendorong pertumbuhan ekonomi terutama sumbangan terhadap PDB dan volume ekspor nasional, terciptanya lapangan kerja dan wirausaha baru, lebih fleksibel dalam setiap kondisi ekonomi, namun demikian bisnis UMKM tidak selalu berjalan lancar. Hal ini disebabkan masih banyaknya hambatan dan kendala, baik yang bersifat internal (modal, SDM, akuntabilitas) dan eksternal (akses, infrastruktur, iklim usaha). Lebih jauh fakta lapangan menunjukkan sebagian besar masih memiliki kelemahan dalam hal pengelolaan bisnis secara profesional.

Abstract

This study examines the influence of trust, perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, perceived risk and perceived security on the continuance intention of ShopeePay e-wallet with consumer attitude and consumer engagement as mediators. An online survey was conducted to collect data from 202 Shopeepay users in Padang City. Data analysis used Partial Least Squares Structual Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) to evaluate the relationship between variables. The results showed that Trust and Perceived Risk each had no significant effect on Consumer Attitude. In addition, Perceived Usefulness, Perceived Ease of Use, and Perceived Security were found to have a positive and significant effect on Consumer Attitude. Furthermore, consumer attitude was found to have a positive and significant effect on Consumer Engagement. And Consumer Engagement was found to have a positive and significant effect on Continuance Intention. Finally, Consumer Attitude was found to have a positive and significant effect on Continuance Intention.
