Abstract

Background: Lack of knowledge about safe sexual intercourse can lead to pregnancy. Pregnancy has put adolescents in a situation that is awry, therefore abortion could happen. Abortion is the release of conception before the fetus can live outside the womb. Objective: To determine the effect of counseling on changes in knowledge and attitudes of students of SMK Negeri 1 Kota Bima regarding abortion in the 2020 academic year. Method: This was an analytical pre-experimental study with a pretest-post test group design. The research was held in SMK Negeri 1 Kota Bima. The research was conducted in September - October 2020 with a total sample of 36 students of grade XI majoring in Batik and Craft Textiles. Samples were taken by total sampling. Data analysed using Wilcoxon statistical test. Result: The knowledge before counseling was in the sufficient category, which were 22 people (61.1%) and after the counseling, it turned into a good category, which were 27 people (75.0%). The student’s attitude before counseling showed a positive attitude, where 33 people (91.7%) disagree with the abortion and after the counseling, changes to 100.0%. The results of the test for the knowledge and attitude after pretest-post test showed a significant value, which was 0,000, indicating that there was a significant change based on statistics for the knowledge. Meanwhile, the significant value for the attitude after pretest-post test showed a result of 0,083, indicating that there is no statistically significant change. Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah: 1) mendeskripsikan kesalahankesalahanyangdilakukansiswadalammenyelesaikansoaltrigonometri dikelas XI MIA SMA Negeri 3 Palangka Raya, 2) mendeskripsikan faktorfaktoryangmenyebabkansiswamelakukankesalahandalammenyelesaikan soaltrigonometridikelasXIMIASMANegeri3PalangkaRaya. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Kelas XI MIA SMA Negeri 3 PalangkaRaya pada semester ganjil tahun ajaran 2018/2019. Jenis penelitian yangdigunakan adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif.Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XI MIA 4 SMA Negeri 3Palangka Raya sebanyak 24 siswa dan dipilih 5 wakil subjek penelitianuntuk diwawancarai lebih lanjut. Instrumen tes dalam penelitian inisebelum digunakan divalidasi oleh tiga orang penelaah dan ditetapkan 4butir soal yang telah valid dan dapat digunakan. Teknik pengumpulan datayang digunakan adalah tes dan wawancara. Tahap analisis data yangdilakukan adalah reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Kesalahan-kesalahan yang dilakukan siswa dalam menyelesaikan soalpersamaan trigonometri adalah: 1) kesalahan memahami fakta, yaitukesalahan yang dilakukan siswa dalam menuliskan simbol-simbol padatrigonometri, disebabkan oleh faktor kemampuan mengingat masih rendah.2) kesalahan memahami konsep yaitu kesalahan yang dilakukan siswadalam menentukan rumus-rumus untuk menyelesaikan soal, disebabkanoleh faktor kurangnya pengetahuan yang dimiliki yang pernah diterimasebelumnya. 3) kesalahan memahami operasi yaitu kesalahan yangdilakukan siswa pada operasi-operasi perhitungan, disebabkan oleh faktorsiswa tidak teliti dan kurang terampil dalam melakukan dasar-dasarperhitungan. 4) kesalahan memahami prinsip yaitu kesalahan yangdilakukan siswa dalam menerapkan rumus atau melakukan langkahlangkah penyelesaian persamaan trigonometri, disebabkan oleh faktorkurangnya kemampuan siswa dalam memahami, menerapkan danmenggunakan pengetahuan yang dimiliki sebelumnya

Abstract

Gudang Village is located in Simpang Rimba district, South Bangka Regency. In this village, there are many palm trees that grow behind resident's houses and also in the forests.Most people in there use palm sap to be processed into palm sugar. This palm sugar were produced by Gudang resident itself, individually in their own house. The purpose of this KKN program by Muhammadiyah University Bangka Belitung in the Gudang village is to increase the high value of processed palm sugar products through innovative products from palm sugar. Palm sugar milk coffee is an innovative product from palm sugar processing which can be an alternative for the community to increase their income. This dedication activities or community service activities carried out in Gudang Village, Simpang Rimba District, South Bangka Regency by KKN Muhammadiyah University Bangka Belitung students were carried out for 1 (one) month with socialization and practice methods, ranging from how to make products, make brands to product marketing using media social.

Abstract

The aim of the study was to find out the effect of non-computerized cognitive remediation and risperidonetherapy to improve cognitive function and disability condition in schizophrenia patients. This study was anexperimental research design, with fourteen participants divided into two group as the experimental groupand the control group. The experimental and control groups both received Risperidone. In addition, theexperimental group was given the non-computerized cognitive remediation (CR). The non-computerizedcognitive remediation will be carried out in 12 sessions (3 sessions per week) using mainly paper andpencil tasks and is based on cognitive strategy instruction. Moreover, all samples will be measured forPANSS (Positive and Negative Symptom Scale), WHODAS 2.0 (World Health Organization DisabilityAssessment Schedule), and SCoRS Vi (Schizophrenia Cognition Rating Scales Indonesian Version) scores.As the results, both experimental and control group showed a significant decrease in the SCoRS Vi andWHODAS 2.0 score (p=0.001). However, the experimental group showed greater improvement comparedto the control group. Synergistic effect of Non-computerized Cognitive Remediation and Risperidone canimprove disability condition in schizophrenia patients.

Abstract

Community service activities, namely planting mangrove seedlings aimed at preserving the marine environment in the PPLH Puntondo area. This activity consists of two stages, namely (1) Cleaning the marine coastal area of PPLH Puntondo; (2) planting mangrove seedlings in the marine coastal area of PPLH Puntondo. This activity is located at points on the PPLH Puntondo sea coast which are experiencing damage and death of mangroves. The implementation team together with PPLH Puntondo and local residents have succeeded in planting 200 mangrove seedlings. Mangroves have a very important role for coastal ecosystems. The survival of marine life on the coast is very dependent on mangroves. Therefore, mangrove planting activities on the sea coast of PPLH Puntondo are carried out to preserve mangroves and the survival of marine life.

Abstract

Community service activities, namely environmental hygiene counseling aim to raise environmental awareness of elementary school students and provide information about waste management, to reduce environmental pollution by waste, especially plastic waste. This activity consisted of three stages, namely (1) material presentation, (2) ice breaking activities, and (3) poster submission. This activity was held on December 21, 2022 and is located at SD Inpres Bontomanai. The environment is a place where humans and other living things live that need to be kept clean and sustainable. Therefore extension activities are carried out to raise awareness to maintain environmental cleanliness from an early age.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang dilaksanakan dengan tujuan untuk mewujudkansalah satu kewajiban dari kami mahasiswa/i Universitas Pamulang. Harapan kami dari adanya kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini yaitu untuk mengembangkan kreativitas anak-anak yang ada di daerah ini. Kegiatan ini diharapkan bisa dapat memberikan dampak peningkatan kreativitas yang lebih positif. Dengan adanya kegiatan tersebut, kontribusi kami dalam memajukan kreativitas anak-anak dapat lebih bersaing di era modernisasi ini. Dengan adanya kegiatan pengabdian ini bisa menambah motivasi untuk anak-anak bisa lebih bersemangat lagi. Abstract

The poem "أيا من يدعي الفهم" (O You Who Claims Understanding), created by Abu Muhammad Alqosim bin Ali al-Hariri, and later recited by the renowned qari’ Sheikh Mishary Rasyid, provoked various reactions among internet users. Hence, this research aims to analyze the stylistic elements of this poem. Qualitative descriptive methods and content analysis were employed in this study, collecting data through observation, note-taking, and purposive sampling techniques. The findings indicate that the poetic style creates effects such as enhancing faith, self-reflection, satire, and emotional impact. These effects are constructed through the following aspects: (1) phonological aspects, including the harmony of the rhyme at the end of verses and the use of specific rhythmic patterns (shawamit infijariyah and shawait qashirah); (2) Morphological aspects dominated by fi’il madhi and fi’il mudhari’, sarcastically criticizing individuals for their reprehensible actions, and fi’il amr and nahyi for advice and conclusion in the poem; (3) Syntactic aspects involving repetition and ellipsis for reinforcing and expanding on the subjects of criticism; (4) Semantic aspects employing unusual word meanings to captivate the audience's attention; and (5) Imagery aspects creating beauty and coherence through the use of assonance, alliteration, epithets, euphemisms, sarcasm, cynicism, and cause-and-effect coherence. The implications suggest that this work could serve as an alternative form of contemporary preaching (dakwah) and remains relevant in literary works within a modern context.

Abstract

This research is motivated by student learning outcomes in social studies learning, there are still many who have not reached the KKM. This type of research is a Pre-Experimental Design research, with a quantitative approach and the form of design using the Quasi-Experimental Method Non-Equivalent Group Pre-test Post-test Design. The subjects of this study were fourth grade students of SDN 21 Pulau Punjung. The sampling of this research used the Probability Sampling (Randomly) technique, which consisted of 44 students. Data collection techniques were carried out by using test and non-test techniques. The data collection tool is in the form of multiple choice questions obtained by 25 pre-test and post-test items through validation tests and reliability tests. Data analysis used the Normality Test, Homogeneity Test and Hypothesis Test/t-test which was processed using SPSS 22. The results of the hypothesis calculation obtained were sig < (0.000 <0.05) which means the t-test rejected the existence of H0 and accepted the Ha contained. Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis kelayakan kualitas air di kolam lele untuk mengoptimalkan pertumbuhan ikan lele. Air merupakan acuan parameter yang perlu diperhatikan untuk keberlangsungan pertumbuhan ikan lele, dengan kondisi air pada kolam yang kurang optimal dapat menyebabkan lambatnya pertumbuhan dan dapat mengancam kegagalan panen. Pada penelitian ini digunakan metode fuzzy logic untuk mengukur parameter kualitas air pada kolam ikan lele berdasarkan pH, suhu dan amonia. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada tanggal 30 April - 14 Mei 2024 di Hatchery Perikanan, Sekolah Vokasi IPB Sukabumi di Jalan Sarasa No. 45 Kecamatan Cibeureum, Kota Sukabumi, Jawa Barat. Data didapatkan dari pengumpulan data dan analisis data. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu kualitas air dalam bak 9 memiliki kategori tidak layak dengan nilai 25% sedangkan untuk bak lainnya masih dalam kategori cukup layak dengan nilai 50-60%. Hal ini dapat menjadi acuan untuk mengoptimalkan pertumbuhan dengan cara monitoring serta penanganan yang baik terhadap kualitas air.
