Abstract

AbstractLearning mathematics is an artistic value. But it will be a lesson in the "specter" category for some students when math teachers are able to apply fun learning strategies. Need concern for students and carefulness of their abilities with high detail. In the learning process and mathematics learning outcomes students are not only determined by the school, the pattern of the structure and contents of the curriculum, but most are determined by the ability of teachers who teach and guide learning that is effective, fun and will be better able to manage their classes so that student learning is at a level optimal. The teacher must have the courage to change and perfect himself with the demands of a continuous era, besides that he must dare to examine the shortcomings in all aspects in carrying out their duties, able to provide opportunities for learning in children as broad as possible and willingness to perfect various aspects of education. Learning mathematics can be an art when the teacher starts a lesson by arousing student motivation, so students can concentrate at the beginning of the meeting, and can receive the material delivered by a teacher well. Ending a lesson with special, so students always miss the next meeting.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to develop a learning tool to determine the results of multiplication of students to create a learning process that will be more interesting and fun. With the existence of Montessori teaching aids, this will improve the quality of the school and will be more advanced in the teaching and learning process. This study uses the Research and Development (R & D) method that produces a product, and tests the effectiveness of the product. From the results of the validation by material experts, media experts, mathematicians can be seen, the results of the validation of the material experts fall into the very feasible category. And screening trials by teachers and students fall into the category of proper use

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is influence that signikan between Number of High School , Number of Teachers and the number of students who are in the province of Lampung. This study uses a quantitative study using SPSS software to get results afterwards analysis. Data get from the Central Statistics Agency website Lampung Province. The result showed a marked influence between variables Number of Pupils with Variable Number of High School, Total Number of Classroom and number of Teachers and either partially or collectively – together.

Abstract

Multicultural education needs to be nurtured both in formal and non-formal education because of Indonesia's cultural potential, tradition, and geographical environment, and demographics is remarkable. Education has a major role to play in promoting multicultural understanding. The cultivation of such understanding should be carried out as early as possible, so that it will continue to be constructed in the cognition of the child's sense of ownership and pride of the nation's culture until he grows up so that a democratic and egalitarian attitude will emerge to accept cultural diversity. To achieve that, the strategy of multicultural education development is needed. Multicultural education development strategies that can be undertaken, ie curriculum development, professional quality improvement of educational staff, development of education management systems, development of higher education system, equality of community perception, inculcation of recognition and appreciation of diversity (culture or culture, ethnicity, race, Religion, worldview and so on), avoiding views that assume that one group is superior to the other, and fosters and accustoms to a dialogical attitude.

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze and describe the implementation of a web-based academic SIM, namely: (1) Planning, (2) Organizing, (3) Actuating, (4) Monitoring and Evaluation of the implementation of Web-based academic SIM in Public Vocational Secondary School (SMK Negeri) 3 Metro. This study used a phenomenological qualitative research design, which is based on observations, documentation and interviews. The collected data were analyzed using Interactive Model, leading to conclusions. Results of this study are: (1) Planning of Web-based academic SIM detailed and analyzed goals. (2) Organizing of Web-based academic SIM detailed all work performed becoming integrated and harmonious unity. (3) Actuating of Web-based academic SIM included coordination of activities clear instructions. (4) Monitoring and evaluation of Web-based academic SIM establishment, measurement, proofreading against achievement and irregularities of program activities. Things to be completed/improved are: written procedure operational standard, human resource competency development, and infrastructure and facilities.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan mendeskripsikan pelaksanaan SIM akademik berbasis web, yaitu: (1) Perencanaan, (2) Pengorganisasian, (3) Actuating, (4) Monitoring dan Evaluasi pelaksanaan berbasis Web SIM akademik Pelatihan Public Menengah (SMK Negeri) 3 Metro. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian kualitatif fenomenologis, yang didasarkan pada pengamatan, dokumentasi dan wawancara. Data yang terkumpul dianalisis dengan menggunakan Model Interaktif, yang mengarah ke kesimpulan. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah: (1) Perencanaan berbasis Web SIM akademik rinci dan gol analisis. (2) Penyelenggaraan berbasis Web SIM akademik rinci semua pekerjaan dilakukan dengan menjadi terintegrasi dan kesatuan yang harmonis. (3) Actuating dari berbasis Web SIM akademik meliputi koordinasi kegiatan instruksi yang jelas. (4) Monitoring dan evaluasi pembentukan berbasis Web SIM akademik, pengukuran, proofreading terhadap prestasi dan penyimpangan dari kegiatan program. Hal yang harus diselesaikan / diperbaiki adalah: prosedur tertulis standar operasional, pengembangan kompetensi sumber daya manusia, dan infrastruktur dan fasilitas.Kata kunci: sistem informasi manajemen, akademik berbasis web, manajemen SDM

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and describe the implementation of the Family Hope Program (PKH) in supporting Basic Education in Metro in terms of (1) Planning; (2) Organizing; (3) Implementation; (4) Monitoring and evaluation of PKH implementation in Metro. This study uses a qualitative phenomenological design, which is based on observations in the field, documentation and interviews. The data is analyzed with an interactive model to make conclusions. The results of the study are: (1) PKH planning detailing and analyzing the objectives and targets to be achieved, as well as describing the amount of the budget; (2) Organizing PKH detailing all work performed, socialization with related parties, and distribution of work responsibilities; (3) The implementation of PKH includes the activities of coordination among related elements, distribution of targeted aid for basic education needs, providing motivation to change mindsets; (4) PKH monitoring and evaluation includes determining the standard of program success, correction of achievement and deviation of program activities. The achievement of the PKH program can improve student attendance presentations and can help meet students' basic needs in basic education in Metro.

Abstract

AbstractThis research is motivated by the low learning outcomes of IPA subjuc in MI Nurul Ulum Tulungagung, Gadingrejo subdistrict, Pringsewu District. This research is a class action research (ptk) through the application of the index card match learning model which is carried out twice a cycle in class III students (25 students). Instruments used were interviews, documentation, teacher and student observation sheets, student worksheets, the factor investigated were student learnig outcomes, teacher and student activities. The procedure of this study starts from planning, observation, action, evaluation, analysis and reflection. The results of this study indicate that the application of the index card match learning model in class III MI Nurul Ulum can significantly improve student learning outcomes. Pra cycly activities show that overall student learning outcomes only reach 35,52%, after taking action in cycle 1 using the indec card match learning method student learning outcomes have increased student learning completeness by 60,21%, then proceed to the cycle II action and have ancreased completeness by 87,50%.Keyword : learning, index card match, learning outcome

Abstract

The phenomenon that often occurs in the process of learning mathematics is that students are less able to understand the concept of a series of stories, relate one mathematical concept to another, and have not been able to formulate it with logical, systematic and critical thinking. So it can be said that students' mathematical ability is still relatively low. The aims of this study to describe the mathematical logical intelligence of the students SDN 01 Bumi Pratama Mandira. This study uses a quantitative approach to the type of research ex post facto. The population in this study were 25 students SDN 01 Bumi Pratama Mandira. The sample in this study consisted of 25 students taken from the population using a random method. Data collection techniques using questionnaires, and test questions. The data analysis technique used is Simple Linear Regression. The results of this study indicate that based on the results of the analysis above, it shows that there is a positive and significant influence of mathematical logical intelligence on problem solving abilities in solving story problems. Then the contribution of logical-mathematical intelligence affects problem-solving ability, by 68.6% while the remaining 31.4% is influenced by other variables.

Abstract

Abstract: Elementary school students often exhibit deviant behavior, such as a lack of discipline and a decline in morality and ethics. This is due to the insufficient implementation of character education in daily learning. This study uses a qualitative method, focusing on literature review, case studies, and analysis of previous research data. The purpose of this article is to identify the factors influencing the decline in morality and ethics, as well as the role, implementation, and impact of character education in daily life. The findings show that character education in elementary schools plays a crucial role in building morality and ethics, shaping individuals to be ethical, responsible, and with integrity in their daily interactions. Keyword: Character Education, Morality, and Ethics. Abstrak: Peserta didik sekolah dasar sering menunjukkan perilaku menyimpang, seperti kurang disiplin dan rendahnya moralitas serta etika. Hal ini disebabkan oleh kurangnya penerapan pendidikan karakter dalam pembelajaran sehari-hari. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif, berfokus pada kajian pustaka, studi kasus, dan analisis data dari penelitian terdahulu. Tujuan penulisan artikel untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi turunnya moralitas dan etika, serta peran, implementasi pendidikan karakter dan pengaruh pendidikan karakter di kehidupan sehari-hari. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendidikan karakter di sekolah dasar berperan penting dalam membangun moralitas dan etika sehingga membentuk individu yang beretika, bertanggung jawab, dan berintegritas dalam interaksi sehari-hari.Kata Kunci: Pendidikan Karakter, Moralitas, dan Etika

Abstract

This study uses a qualitative approach. The technique of taking data sources in this study is using Snow Bolling Sampling. The data collection procedures used are observation, review, and documentation studies. In conducting this data analysis, the author uses several methods, namely the induction, deduction, and comparison methods. School-based management at SMP Islam Terpadu Insan Madani Boarding School strongly supports the effectiveness of efforts to develop students' life skills. This is done by integrating general life skills in each subject so that every teaching and learning activity aims to develop certain life skills. Second, organizing a "Student Day" program consisting of 10 types of activities, and students are free to choose one or more of them that best suit their interests and talents. Third, increasing community participation is done by involving them in planning, implementing, supervising, and evaluating school programs. And fourth, creating a conducive school culture can be seen from the habits that continue to be carried out in daily associations and the implementation of the school's vision which is the motto for all school residents.
