Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) Pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja pegawai di Pusdiklat Pegawai Kemendikbud. (2) Pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan di Pusdiklat Pegawai Kemendikbud. (3) Pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan di Pusdiklat Pegawai Kemendikbud. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa : (1) Gaya kepemimpinan memiliki pengaruh positif, karena thitung > ttabel (4,958 > 2,006) maka disimpulkan variabel gaya kepemimpinan memberikan pengaruh terhadap variabel kinerja. (2) motivasi kerja memiliki pengaruh positif, karena thitung > ttabel (2,557 > 2,006) maka disimpulkan variabel motivasi kerja memberikan pengaruh terhadap variabel kinerja. (3) gaya kepemimpinan dan motivasi kerja memiliki pengaruh positif, karena Fhitung > Ftabel (22,773 > 3,17)  yang berarti bahwa variabel gaya kepemimpinan dan motivasi kerja mempunyai pengaruh terhadap variabel kinerja. Saran untuk lembaga Pusdiklat Pegawai Kemendikbud terutama pada gaya kepemimpinan yang diterapkan oleh Kepala Pusat Pusdiklat Pegawai Kemendikbud seharusnya kepala pusat dapat  mengubah pola pikir bawahannya menjadi lebih baik, sebab berdasarkan jawaban dari responden item tersebut merupakan item yang mempunyai jawaban rata-rata terendah

Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini ingin mengetahui: (1) pengaruh efektivitas kerja terhadap integritas pengelola  PKBM di Kabupaten Banyuwangi, (2) pengaruh fasilitas terhadap integritas pengelola PKBM di Kabupaten Banyuwangi, (3) pengaruh produktivitas kerja terhadap integritas pengelola  PKBM di Kabupaten Banyuwangi, (4) pengaruh efektivitas kerja, fasilitas dan produktivitas kerja terhadap integritas pengelola PKBM di Kabupaten Banyuwangi. Penelitian ini telah hasilkan beberapa hal: (1) efektivitas kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap integritas, hal ini dibuktikan dengan thitung sebesar 2,184, (2) fasilitas tidak berdampak signifikan terhadap integritas, karena memiliki thitung sebesar 1,015, (3) produktifitas kerja mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan, telah dihasilkanperhitungan melalui SPSS dengan thitung yaitu 3,974, (4) efektivitas kerja, fasilitas, dan produktifitas kerja mempunyai dampak yang signifikan secara bersama-sama (simultan)  terhadap integritas (y), karena diperoleh Fhitung sebesar 33,118. Saran untuk pengelola PKBM harus terus meningkatkan efektivitas kerja dan produktifitas kerja tanpa harus melihat fasilitas yang dimiliki oleh lembaga, agar integritas yang ada pada diri individu pengelola selalu mengalami perbaikan dan peningkatan. AbstractThere are several things to know in this research: (1) the effect of work effectiveness on the integrity of PKBM managers in Banyuwangi Regency, (2) the effect of facilities on the integrity of PKBM managers in Banyuwangi Regency, (3) the effect of work productivity on the integrity of PKBM managers in the Regency. Banyuwangi, (4) the effect of work effectiveness, facilities and work productivity on the integrity of PKBM managers in Banyuwangi Regency. This research has resulted in several things: (1) work effectiveness has a significant effect on integrity, this is evidenced by the tcount of 2.184, (2) facilities have no significant impact on integrity, because it has a tcount of 1.015, (3) work productivity has a significant effect. , calculation has been generated through SPSS with a tcount of 3.974, (4) work effectiveness, facilities, and work productivity have a significant impact together (simultaneously) on integrity (y), because the Fcount is obtained at 33.118. Suggestions for PKBM managers must continue to improve work effectiveness and work productivity without having to look at the facilities owned by the institution, so that the integrity that exists in the individual manager always experiences improvement and improvement

Abstract

Ngemplak Hamlet is one of the hamlets in Sumbersuko village in Wagir District, especially located on the slopes of Mount Kawi. Wagir District is located between the slopes of Mount Kawi. This hamlet is one of the hamlets in Sumbersuko village that has physical potential in terms of abundant natural resources, especially in the food sector. The people of Ngemplak Hamlet are able to make various food preparations that come from local food ingredients. Nowadays, tourists are starting to like tourist attractions that not only provide natural beauty but also community interaction. The local food village tourism facilitator has the role of providing information to tourists about the local culinary specialties that exist and the typical dishes of the people in Sumbersuko Village that are served to tourists. The concept of local food tourism villages will indirectly require the community, especially village youth, to act as facilitators of local food. However, the lack of information regarding the potential of villages in Ngemplak hamlet by the community, especially teenagers, especially regarding local food, is one of the obstacles when tourists come to their area. There is a need for assistance to prepare teenagers in Ngemplak Hamlet to be trained to increase their knowledge and skills as local food facilitators, which can be an added value for visiting tourists. The objectives of community service are as follows: (1) Empowering teenagers as facilitators of local food tourism villages in increasing their knowledge and skills in processing local food in Ngempalk Village Hamlet; (2) Provide assistance to the management and members of the local food tourism village in Ngemplak Hamlet, Sumbersuko Village in introducing the tourism village through social media; (3) Provide assistance to local food education tourism village administrators in managing the tourism village so that it can run and survive as one of the tourist village destinations in Malang Regency.

Abstract

Kemampuan berpikir kritis merupakan keterampilan penting yang harus dikembangkan pada siswa sekolah dasar, terutama dalam pembelajaran Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam (IPA). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji efektivitas model Learning Cycle 5E dalam meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa kelas V pada materi IPA. Menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain eksperimen semu, penelitian melibatkan dua kelompok: kelompok eksperimen yang menggunakan model Learning Cycle 5E dan kelompok kontrol yang menggunakan metode pembelajaran konvensional. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah tes kemampuan berpikir kritis yang dianalisis dengan uji-t. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan model Learning Cycle 5E secara signifikan meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa dibandingkan metode konvensional (p < 0,05). Hasil ini mendukung model Learning Cycle 5E sebagai pendekatan inovatif yang efektif dalam mengembangkan keterampilan berpikir kritis siswa di sekolah dasar.

Abstract

Penelitian ini melihat bagaimana pembelajaran berbasis masalah (PBM) mempengaruhi hasil belajar matematika siswa kelas IV SD. Tujuannya adalah mengetahui apakah PBM dapat membantu siswa memahami dan menguasai matematika lebih baik dibandingkan metode pengajaran tradisional. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain kuasi-eksperimental dengan dua kelompok: satu kelompok diajarkan dengan PBM, sementara kelompok lainnya menggunakan metode konvensional. Data diperoleh melalui tes awal dan tes akhir untuk mengukur kemampuan matematika siswa. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa siswa yang belajar menggunakan PBM mendapatkan skor yang lebih tinggi secara signifikan dibandingkan siswa yang diajar dengan metode tradisional. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa PBM efektif dalam meningkatkan pemahaman dan hasil belajar matematika siswa.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan pengetahuan baru serta penemuan. Yang kedua adalah untuk membuktikan atau menguji pengetahuan yang sudah ada. Yang ketiga adalah untuk mengetahui perkembangan sarana pojok baca berpengaruh penting dalam mensukseskan gerakan literasi sekolah. Studi ini adalah penelitan kepustakaan analisisnya adalah menganalisis isi dari  artikel. Setelah itu, artikel atau jurnal yang sesuai kriteria kemudian dijadikan satu dan dibuat rangkuman jurnal yang mencakup nama penulis, sampel, tahun diterbitkan jurnal, tujuan penelitian, alat ukur (instrumen), dan hasil atau temuan penelitian. Dalam literatur, sepuluh artikel membahas pojok baca dalam program GLS, semua artikel yang diperoleh adalah jurnal nasional dengan melakukan pencarian pada publish or perish menggunakan "pojok baca, gerakan literasi sekolah" adalah kata kuncinya. setelah itu dievaluasi dengan analisis evaluasi kritis untuk memeriksa inti jurnal dan hasil studi untuk mengidentifikasi kesamaan dan perbedaan antara jurnal  tersebut.Dari hasil pencarian 10 jurnal tersebut terdapat 6 jurnal yang membahas tentang peran pojok baca terhadap gerakan literasi sekolah. Beberapa temuan penting yang diperoleh dari berbagai jurnal termasuk dibuatnya ruang baca didalam sudut kelas sangat berkontribusi mensukseskan program gerakan literasi sekolah. Kedua, ruang baca didalam sudut kelas membuat minat membaca siswa dapat meningkat sehingga siswa dapat bertambah wawasannya. Ketiga, memberikan pengaruh yang positif antara sarana pojok baca dalam mendukung budaya literasi.

Abstract

Some students continue to demonstrate a lack of independence in the school environment, evidenced by their failure to bring necessary materials like books and stationery, or by neglecting to complete assignments. Reports indicate that parents are still awaiting directives regarding assignments and the organization of study schedules, presenting teachers with the challenge of fostering student independence. This study seeks to elucidate the effectiveness of the Pancasila student profile strengthening project at SD Negeri 02 Anjongan, Mempawah district, in cultivating a self-sufficient character. This research method employs a qualitative framework with a descriptive approach. Data were collected through interviews conducted with principals, teachers, and parents. Observations were conducted on fifth-grade students, with documentation to record events associated with the execution of activities. Data is obtained through the collection of information via interviews, observations, and documentation. The acquired data will subsequently undergo processing through reduction, presentation, and the formulation of conclusions. The research indicates that the development of self-sufficient characteristics in students can be achieved through the initiative of enhancing the Pancasila student profile, supported by a positive school culture and collaborative engagement among principals, teachers, parents, and students. In conclusion, the initiative to enhance the Pancasila learner profile demonstrates its effectiveness in fostering independent character development among elementary school students, supported by their interests in talent, environmental stewardship, creativity, collaboration, and a focus on student-centered learning.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the fact that students' interest in studying mathematics is still relatively minimal, because learning mathematics is still considered difficult. In the case of multiplication calculation operations, you can not only apply multiplication learning using rote memorization methods and arithmetic methods, but you can also use the finger method. By implementing the use of the Jarimatics method, it is hoped that it will have an impact on the speed and accuracy of carrying out multiplication calculation operations. The aim of the research was to determine the increase in student learning outcomes in learning through the Jarimatika method assisted by audio-visual technology media on multiplication material for class III of SD Negeri 009 Palembang. The researcher applied experimental quantitative research in research with research subjects on 19 respondents who focused on student learning outcomes. Data is obtained through activities pretest and posttest. From the results of activity research pretest resulted in an average completeness of learning outcomes of 56 and in activities posttest resulting in an average completeness learning outcome of 72. So it was concluded that students' learning outcomes in multiplication material had increased through the Jarimatika method.

Abstract

Both teachers and students already have technology such as smartphones but have not yet used them as learning media. Therefore, the development of mobile learning media has become an inspiration. The purpose of this research and development is to create, validate, and test the effectiveness of mobile learning media on the digestive system to train 11th-grade students at SMAN 1 Gondanglegi in digital literacy and cognitive learning outcomes. Analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation are the steps included in the approach used, which is based on the Lee and Owens model. The implementation stage has not yet been conducted in this research and development. Analysis of the results from each test shows that the developed product is highly valid, practical, and can be used to teach digital literacy and cognitive learning outcomes of students. The results of the media expert validation were 94%; the subject matter expert, biology education practitioner, and learning device expert each had 100%.
