Abstract

Health services are any efforts carried out individually or collectively within an organization to maintain and improve health, prevent and cure disease, and restore the health of individuals, families, groups and/or communities. The aim of this service activity is to increase the knowledge and ability of cadres to implement the 5 table posyandu system. Cadre training related to the implementation of posyandu 11 people. The method is carried out using Health Education, Increasing Knowledge and Assistance in the implementation of posyandu. The result of this activity is that there is still a need for follow-up cadre meetings to evaluate the implementation of Posyandu, follow-up on measuring the weighing of toddlers with home visits and follow-up on future implementation. The conclusion is that the discipline of the cadres and toddlers really determines the success of the implementation of the posyandu so that monitoring of the growth and development of toddlers continues to be carried out according to the program that has been prepared.

Abstract

The Taulotang tribe is one of the tribes that only exists in Sidrap district and has real cultural differences from other tribes in Sidrap district. Healthy and clean living behavior is a form of embodiment of the healthy paradigm in individual culture. This research aims to examine the healthy and clean living behavior of the Taulotang Tribe community in Sidrap Regency. This type of research is observational research. This research was carried out in Sidrap Regency. The research population was all 754 families, the research sample was 100 respondents, the sampling technique was simple random sampling and the data analysis used was descriptive analysis. The research results show that the majority are men over 50 years old, have low education and work as farmers. The behavior of using healthy latrines was 54%, 37% used unhealthy latrines, and 9% used poor latrines. The behavior of using clean water is 94% and the use of unclean water is 6%. The behavior of respondents in using trash cans was 37% and 63% did not use trash cans. The behavior of using trash cans, the majority do not use trash cans, namely 63 respondents (63%) and only 37 respondents (37%) who use trash cans. The lack of behavior in using healthy toilets and the lack of behavior in using trash bins is caused by the lack of awareness of respondents regarding healthy and clean living behavior, for this reason, integrated efforts are needed to promote healthy and clean living behavior.The Taulotang tribe is one of the tribes that only exists in Sidrap district and has real cultural differences from other tribes in Sidrap district. Abstract

Abstrak Stres kerja berhubungan negatif dengan efisiensi diri dan berhubungan positif dengan burnout. Stres kerja menjadi prediktor dari burnout, dan pada saat yang sama harus menjadi variabel dependen dari efisiensi diri. Dengan demikian, berpikir positif dikemukakan menempatkan tekanan kerja antara faktor sumber daya pribadi dan konsekuensi burnout. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisa faktor yang berhubungan dengan kondisi penurunan energi mental atau fisik perawat di Rumah Sakit. Metode penelitian adalah metode penelitian kuantitatif yang digunakan oleh peneliti adalah desain penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Populasi adalah seluruh perawat yang bekerja di Rumah Sakit Makassar yakni 30 tenaga kesehatan yaitu perawat. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan penelitian ini adalah total sampling. Data penelitian dikumpulkan dengan cara penyebaran kuesioner yang diberikan kepada masing- masing responden. Hasil uji statistik menunjukkan terdapat hubungan beban kerja dengan kejadian burnout (p value = 0,009 dan OR= 13), terdapat hubungan stress kerja dengan kejadian burnout perawat (p value =0,001 dan OR= 26). Abstract

Cardiac arrest is a condition where blood circulation stops due to the failure of the heart to contract effectively. Cardiac arrest is characterized by the absence of a pulse and signs of circulation. The purpose of this study was to find similarities, advantages, and disadvantages regarding the description of knowledge and implementation of basic life support for emergency nurses in emergency installations. This research method uses descriptive correlation. Amount sample in study this is 27 respondents. The results of the study showed that the knowledge of nurses in performing basic life support. Of the 27 respondents studied, 17 people (62.9%) of them had good knowledge, 8 people (29.6%) of them had sufficient knowledge, and 2 people (7.5) of them had insufficient knowledge. The conclusion of the study showed that most of the nurses' knowledge had good knowledge in performing basic life support in installation emergency emergency hospital.
