Abstract

Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah apakah kompetensi guru dan motivasi belajar siswa memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap prestasi belajar siswa kelas XI IPS SMA Negeri 17 Medan T.A 2013/2014. Populasi dalam penelitian seluruh siswa kelas XI IPS yang berjumlah 110 siswa, sampel dalam penelitian menggunakan metode random sampling yang berjumlah 86 siswa.Berdasarkan analisis data dengan menggunakan SPSS 20.0, diperoleh persamaan regresi linear berganda Y = 45,386 + 0,360X1 + 0,166X2. Variabel kompetensi guru (X1) memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan secara parsial terhadap prestasi belajar siswa dengan nilai thitung > ttabel (7,623 > 1,663) dengan sig 0,000, sementara motivasi belajar siswa (X2) memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan secara parsial terhadap prestasi belajar siswa dengan nilai thitung > ttabel (2,922 > 1,663) dengan sig 0,004. Secara bersama-sama kompetensi guru dan motivasi belajar siswa memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap prestasi belajar siswa dengan nilai Fhitung > Ftabel (34,695>3,107). Nilai determinasi (R2) kontribusi variabel kompetensi guru dan motivasi belajar siswa terhadap prestasi belajar siswa sebesar 45,5%, sedangkan sisanya dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak dimasukkan dalam penelitian ini. Disimpulkan bahwa kompetensi guru dan motivasi belajar siswa memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap prestasi belajar siswa. Kata Kunci: Kompetensi Guru, Motivasi Belajar Siswa, Prestasi Belajar Siswa.The problem in this study is whether the competence of teacher and student motivation have a positive and significant impact on student achievement in class XI IPS SMA Negeri 17 Medan T.A 2013/2014. Population in this study were all students of class XI IPS, amounting to 110 students, while the sampling technique in this research using the cluster random sampling, amounting to 86 student.Based on data analysis using SPSS 20.0, obtained by multiple linear regression equation Y = 45,386 + 0,360X1 + 0,166X2. The variables of teacher competence (X1) has a positive and significant effect partially on student achievement with thitung > ttabel (7,623 > 1,663) with sig 0,000, while the students motivation (X2) has a positive and significant effect partially on student achievement with thitung > ttabel (2,922 > 1,663) with sig 0,004. Taken together competence of teacher and student motivation have a positive and significant effect on student achievement with Fhitung > Ftabel (34,695 > 3,107). Determination (R2) of the influence of teacher competence and student motivation to student achievement by 45,5%. This means that competence of teacher and student motivation student achievement can be explained by 45,5% while the rest is influenced by other variables not included in this research.The conclusion is the competence of teacher and student motivation has a positive and significant impact on student achievement in class XI IPS SMA Negeri 17 Medan T.A 2013/2014. Abstract

 ABSTRAKPermasalahan ekonomi semakin kompleks sehingga menuntut manusia untuk terus dapat memenuhi kebutuhannya terlebih dengan adanya MEA. Masyarakat sekarang cenderung untuk melakukan pembelian tanpa memperhatikan prinsip keuangan sehingga mengakibatkan masyarakat tidak rasional dalam membeli kebutuhannya, khususnya siswa. Keadaan saat ini menuntut masyarakat khususnya siswa memiliki kecerdasan serta skill untuk mengelola keuangan pribadinya. Dengan menerapkan cara pengelolaan keuangan yang benar, maka siswa diharapkan bisa mendapatkan manfaat yang maksimal dari uang yang dimilikinya. Pengelolaan keuangan lebih sering dikenal dengan literasi keuangan. Di Indonesia pemberian edukasi literasi keuangan sudah dilaksanakan oleh lembaga OJK yang bekerjsama dengan Kementerian Pendidikan dalam menghasilkan modul sebagai edukasi literasi keuangan bagi siswa khususnya siswa SMA. Pemberian topik-topik materi mengenai literasi keuangan belum disampaikan secara maksimal oleh guru sebagai pendidik dan fasilitator. Rendahnya indeks literasi keuangan Indonesia dibanding negara-negara lain terlebih rendahnya indeks literasi keuangan di tingkat siswa SMA menuntut kerja keras bagi dunia pendidikan di Indonesia terlebih siswa yang sudah dibekali pemahaman mengenai literasi keuangan akan dapat meningkatkan ekonomi negara Indonesia. Perlu adanya pengembangan rancangan pembelajaran yang menganut dimensi pengetahuan dan pemahaman, keterampilan dan sikap mengenai literasi keuangan yang pada akhirnya akan menghasilkan tujuan pembelajaran dan outcome demi peningkatan pemahaman siswa SMA untuk masa depannya.Kata kunci: Literasi Keuangan, Siswa Sekolah Menengah Atas

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to understand the role of educational psychology in learning science. The method used in this research is literature review, namely by collecting information through national journals, books and other references related to the role of educational psychology in learning natural sciences. The results obtained are that educational psychology has an important role as a science that examines mental problems and one's psychological activity in relation to education. Educational Psychology as an interaction and discipline that is quite important in examining problems that interfere with or support students' souls in the science learning process, so that by understanding students' mental states, teachers can manage and try to find solutions to these problems and a teacher should have comprehensive knowledge. about educational psychology so that science learning can be carried out well

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui 1) Gambaran mengenai literasi keuangan, pengendalian diri, dan perilaku konsumtif; 2) Pengaruh literasi keuangan terhadap perilaku konsumsi mahasiswa; 3) Pengaruh pengendalian diri terhadap perilaku konsumsi siswa; dan 4) Pengaruh literasi keuangan dan pengendalian diri terhadap perilaku mahasiswa. Inilah tujuan dari penelitian ini. Siswa IPS SMA Negeri 5 Pematang Siantar berjumlah 261 orang yang menjadi populasi penelitian. Selanjutnya, 147 siswa dipilih sebagai sampel dengan menggunakan metode seleksi acak berstrata. Dua teknik utama untuk mengumpulkan data dalam penelitian adalah kuesioner dan observasi. Uji normalitas data, multikolinearitas, dan heteroskedastisitas merupakan uji pendahuluan dalam penelitian ini. Uji-t, uji F, regresi linier berganda, dan analisis deskriptif merupakan metode analisis data yang digunakan. Temuan penelitian ini adalah sebagai berikut: 1) Perilaku konsumsi pelajar dipengaruhi secara negatif dan signifikan antara lain oleh literasi keuangan dan pengendalian diri; 2) Perilaku konsumsi pelajar dipengaruhi secara negatif dan signifikan oleh literasi keuangan dan pengendalian diri baik secara bersamaan maupun bersama-sama. Selain itu, pengendalian diri dan literasi keuangan menyumbang 48,3% dari perilaku konsumtif siswa, dan faktor-faktor lain di luar cakupan penelitian ini menyumbang 51,7% dari variasi tersebut.

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of finding out the effect of business capital and working hours on the income of grocery traders in Nagori Bosar Village, Simalungun Regency. This research uses descriptive quantitative research. The population in this study was all grocery traders in Nagori Bosar Village, totaling 45 people, so a saturated sample was used. The data collection techniques used are observation, documentation and questionnaires, where the questionnaire will be tested for validity and reliability before conducting research. The data analysis techniques used by researchers are classic assumption tests such as normality tests, multicollinearity tests, and heteroscedasticity tests, as well as hypothesis tests such as multiple linear regression, t-test, F-test, and coefficient of determination. The results of this research are that business capital and working hours have a positive and significant effect on grocery traders' income, both partially and simultaneously (t-test and F-test). Furthermore, business capital and working hours contribute 50.2% to traders' income, while another 49.8% is explained by other variables not examined in this research.

Abstract

This study aims to assess the efficacy of an introductory TOEFL training program designed for high school students, focusing on improving linguistic competence and revealing the nuances of the TOEFL exam. The primary objective is to evaluate the impact of TOEFL introductory training on secondary school students' readiness for advanced studies. A quantitative descriptive approach was employed to evaluate the effectiveness of TOEFL introduction outreach activities. The study focused on female students in class XII Mia-4 at SMA N 2 PEMATANGSIANTAR. Data was collected through TOEFL introduction outreach activities, including reading test sheets, and analyzed quantitatively by counting correct and incorrect answers. The research instrument used was a reading test sheet prepared by the research team. The study involved three stages: preparation, implementation, and evaluation. The population for this study comprised all female students in class XII Mia-4 at SMA N 2 PEMATANGSIANTAR. The sample included 34 students who participated in TOEFL socialization activities on January 11, 2024. The TOEFL socialization activities conducted on January 11, 2024, at SMA N 2 Pematangsiantar resulted in positive outcomes. The self-introduction, TOEFL material presentation, and question-and-answer session were conducted smoothly, creating a friendly and interactive atmosphere. The findings from the reading test question sheets revealed that most students understood the TOEFL test, with 28 out of 34 successfully filling in the questionnaire with different answers. However, challenges included students' initial confusion about the material and a lack of understanding of the benefits of the TOEFL test. The presenter addressed these challenges by providing explanations and encouraging students to be more active in their studies to enhance their knowledge of the TOEFL test.

Abstract

At this time learning innovations are needed to improve students' thinking skills, one of which is by getting students used to solving HOTS-based questions. The purpose of the service activity is to train teachers of SD Negeri 091488 Bah Sampuran in preparing HOTS-based questions. The activity was carried out in two stages, the preparation stage and the implementation stage. In the preparatory stage, the service team coordinated with the Principal of SD Negeri 091488 Bah Sampuran to identify problems, determine problem solutions, determine target groups, and determine the time and place for carrying out activities. The result of this dedication was that the participants' response to the implementation of this activity was very good, this can be seen from the enthusiasm of the participants in asking questions to the speakers related to the training material provided. The conclusion of this dedication is that participants hope that this kind of activity can be rescheduled for future times.

Abstract

The development of Artificial Intelligence (AI) has brought significant transformation to the field of education. This study aims to review the impact of AI on learning innovation through a literature analysis. The findings indicate that AI contributes to the personalization of learning, operational efficiency, and the enhancement of educational accessibility. Technologies such as educational chatbots, intelligent tutoring systems (ITS), and adaptive learning platforms create more interactive and effective learning experiences. However, the implementation of AI also faces challenges related to ethics, data privacy protection, the digital divide, potential algorithmic bias, and educators' readiness. Nevertheless, the role of teachers remains crucial in guiding students and fostering character values. The transformation of learning models through AI opens opportunities to create more inclusive and effective educational experiences, capable of transcending traditional boundaries and providing students worldwide with access to knowledge and skills relevant to contemporary developments.

Abstract

Pembelajaran ekonomi merupakan salah satu pelajaran yang sulit dipahami oleh peserta didik. Banyak konsep dalam ekonomi seperti "inflasi", "elastisitas", atau "mekanisme pasar" bersifat teoritis dan tidak langsung terlihat dalam kehidupan sehari-hari, sehingga sulit dibayangkan. Sehingga diperlukan media pembelajaran berbasis digital untuk memudahkan siswa memahami konsep yang dipelajari. Salah satu media pembelajaran digital yang mengintegrasikan teknologi yaitu game edukatif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memetakan lanskap studi terkait media pembelajaran digital berbasis game edukatif di tingkat sekolah menengah dalam kurun waktu 2021 hingga 2024. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tren dan arah perkembangan media pembelajaran berbasis game edukasi dalam pembelajaran ekonomi melalui pendekatan bibliometrik. Analisis dilakukan dengan bantuan VOSviewer guna memetakan visualisasi hubungan antar publikasi, kata kunci, serta kolaborasi penulis yang relevan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis bibliometrik, yang memungkinkan identifikasi pola-pola penelitian berdasarkan data publikasi ilmiah yang telah terindeks dalam basis data tertentu. Terapat 3 cluster pengkalisikasian game edukatif. Hasil penelitian diperoleh beberapa tema baru yang muncul dalam konteks penelitian Game edukatif di jenjang sekolah menengah meliputi android, knowledge, gamifikasi, AR technology, dan education game. Indikasi kebaruan (novelty) dianalisis melalui keterkaitan antar kata kunci.
