Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur tingkat kepuasan karyawan di bagian keuangan pada PT.Primajasa terhadap software CLIPPER. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode pengumpulan data . Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara riset kepustakaan dan riset lapangan yang menggunakan kuesioner. Untuk metode analisis data digunakan alat bantu software SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solution) versi 10.0 dan Microsoft Excel untuk mendapatkan hasil dari kuesioner yang telah dibagikan.Populasi yang digunakan adalah karyawan PT.Primajasa , pada bagian keuangan. Hasil yang dicapai adalah terdapat mean harapan sebesar 3,77 dan mean kenyataan sebesar 3,17 yang berarti terdapat gap sebesar -0.6. Disimpulkan bahwa karyawan merasa tidak puas akan kinerja software CLIPPER, maka perusahaan berusaha unutk meningkatkan kinerja software CLIPPER dengan cara maintenance dan upgrade software CLIPPER secara berkala.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pandangan kelompok motor Honda Parung Serab Club (HPSC) tentang latar konsep diri remaja terkait perilaku seks bebas di Kota Tangerang Provinsi Banten. Metode penelitian menggunakan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan wawancara kepada informan, yakni anggota kelompok motor HPSC. Analisis data menggunakan teori Interaksi Simbolis, yang meliputi komponen pengetahuan atau dasar berfikir, konsep diri atau peneguhan jatidiri dan respon masyarakat terkait perilaku seks bebas yang dilakukan oleh remaja. Hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa pada remaja yang berperilaku seks bebas cenderung lemah. Perilaku seks bebas lebih besar peluangnya terjadi jika pengetahuan pada remaja tersebut tidak dibentuk melalui pendidikan mengenai seks bebas baik di lingkungan keluarga dan sekolah dan keyakinan remaja dalam hal beragama, konsep diri dibentuk dari sumber informasi yang tidak terarah melalui situs porno di internet, interaksi remaja cenderung dengan orang yang pernah melakukan seks bebas sehingga mempengaruhi sikapnya untuk mencontoh perilaku seks bebas itu, respon masyarakat yang cenderung apatis akhirnya memperbesar kesempatan remaja untuk berperilaku seks bebas serta adanya perubahan budaya akibat mobilitas penduduk. Kata Kunci : Kelompok Motor Honda Parung Serab Club, Latar Konsep Diri Remaja, Perilaku Seks Bebas.

Abstract

Latar belakang: Pedagang kecil merupakan penggerak lajunya perekonomian masyarakat. Produktitivitas setiap harinya tidak menentu sehingga berdampak pada penurunan pendapatan. Pedagang kecil di Purwokerto Utara memiliki beban kerja yang berat, waktu kerja yang lama, tidak memperhatikan perilaku kerja yang aman (safety behavior) dan bekerja dengan tidak terorganisir. Hal ini menjadi kendala dalam upaya meningkatkan produktivitas dan pendapatannya. Upaya untuk peningkatan produktivitas dan pendapatan dapat dilakukan dengan program kemitraan dan advokasi melalui pendekatan safety behavior and management approach. Tujuan penelitianadalah Pedagang kecil mampu menerapkan Safety Behavior dan prinsip-prinsip kewirausahaan sebagai upaya untuk meningkatkan produktivitas dan pengembangan organisasi paguyuban pedagang kecil di Purwokerto Utara. Metode : Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik pre and post test design pada kelompok pedagang kecil di sekitar kampus Unsoed. Populasi adalah para pedagang kecil yang membuka usaha di sekitar kampus Unsoed di 4 Kelurahan yaitu Grendeng, Karangwangkal, Pabuaran dan Sumampir. Sampel dipilih dengan teknik purposive sampling, jumlah sampel 40 orang. Tim peneliti mengidentifikasi masalah usaha dan melakukan transfer of knowlegde. Evaluasi dilakukan dengan instrumen kuesioner pre dan pos-training. Analisis data menggunakan uji paired t test.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Dust is one of the additional burden of the work environment as a result of chemical production processes. Based on data from NIOSH (Nationmal Institute for Occupational Safety and Health) in 2010 in the United States showed that mortality associated with occupational lung disease reached 70% of total deaths caused by work. Mask is one of the efforts to control the dusty work environment, to prevent occupational lung disease. However there are workers who do not wear masks at work. Many factors influence the behavior of workers that do not use the mask. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors associated with the behavior and the use of masks on contractors working in the packing house p.10 PT Indocement Tbk KabupatenCirebon. Type and method of this study is observational cross-sectional approach. Total sample of 52 respondents. Data were obtained through interviews with respondents using questionnaires and direct observation. The variables studied were the level of knowledge, level of education, perceptions, attitudes, age, years of employment, regulatory, and oversight by the clerk. Data analysis was performed by univariate and bivariate (chi square). The results showed that the variables significantly associated with the use of masks behavior is the level of knowledge (p = 0.021), regulation (p = 0.018) and oversight by the clerk (p = 0.038). While the variables are not significantly related to education level (p = 0.108), perception (p = 0.140), attitude (p = 0.120), age (p = 0.406), year (p = 0.184). Suggested activities necessary to the provision of information relating to the use of masks, and to improve the regulation and supervision of the frequency of use of masks to workers. Abstract

ABSTRACTApproximately 85% of the incidence of occupational accidents due to human factors (human error) that behave in unsafe work. Wrong behavior (unsafe) can be improved by increasing the knowledge and attitudes through training in group of tmerchants. The purpose of the study to knowing the effect of safety behavior training on knowledge and attitude of the group small and medium merchants around Unsoed Purwokerto. This study uses a quasi-experimental design with one group pretest and posttest design. Data analysis was performed using paired t-test or Wilcoxon test. Population of 120 merchants and samples were taken by purposive sampling with a sample size of 40 people. The results showed no differences in the respondents' knowledge after training at posttest I and posttest II with p = 0.028 (<0.05) and no difference between the attitudes of respondents to the pretest posttest II with p = 0.036 (<0.05). Conclusions of this researchThe training program can increase knowledge and change the attitudes of respondents significantly. Suggest for team of lecturers to be able to follow up this study with further research and community service activities as traders SMEs still need guidance and advocacy in the workplace in increasing labor productivity.Keywords: Training, Safety behavior, knowledge, attitudes, work accidents. Abstract

ABSTRACT Productivity is influenced by the physical and mental health status. Mental disorders in individuals of reproductive age who are either light or heavy will impact on the decline in labor productivity (patients) who suffer. One of the psychological therapies that can reduce stress in patients with psychiatric disorders is the Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT). The purpose of research is to apply EFT training to improve the condition of our emotions, thoughts and behaviors so as to prevent the recurrence of mental illness.The study was conducted with the survey and participant observation. The data source is the patient, family, hospital health care team. Banyumas. Conducted a prospective approach with instruments such as questionnaires and observation sheets. Sampling technique using purposive sampling with the number 20. Respondents were given a training intervention EFT and home care later in the evaluation of pre-posttest. After discharge from the hospital respondents made ​​observations in the home. The analysis was done descriptively. Results of the 20 respondents, primary and secondary education respectively 8 people (40%) and high school graduates there are 4 people (20%). Sex female respondents, there were 12 people (60%) and men there are 8 people (40%). pre-and posttest used before and after training EFT rise of scores by an average of 20%, on the training of how to socialize with other people increases the pre and posttest scores from an average of 35% and the increase in training on personal hygiene of the pre and posttest scores an average of 45 %. Conclusion are need socialize EFT training, home care and personnel hygiene can be a provision for mental patients before discharge and to prevent recurrence. Abstract

Job motivation and high job satisfaction in hospitals will improve the nurse performance. This occurs when the nurses perceive intrinsic rewards and extrinsic rewards which have been received were fair and reasonable. The job satisfaction in nurses will raise motivation in the workplace so that the numbers of absence will be decreased. The job satisfaction can also improve physical and mental health status that has impact on physical fitness, high work morale and motivation so that nurse performance will be increased. How relationship between job motivation and job satisfaction with the nurse performance in PKU Muhammadiyah. This research is explanatory quantitative methods with survey and cross-sectional approach. Data analysis was performed with linear regression test. The independent variables were job motivation and job satisfaction. The dependent variable was the nurse performance. Samples were 95 nurses who worked in PKU Muhammadiyah Hospital Gombong. The research instruments use modified Likert’s scale, questionnaires and interview guides. The data sources nurses, patients and hospital manager. Nurses and hospital supported this research until research process no problems. The analysis result of ANOVA test was found F count 26.54, significance level of 0.000. with relationship value of 0.458. There was a significant positive relationship between job motivation and job satisfaction with the nurse performance of post certification ISO 9001/2008 in PKU Muhammadiyah Hospital Gombong. The closeness of relationship is moderate category. The job motivation and job satisfaction are jointly affect the nurse performance about 38.5%. The other factors were influenced, examples environment, style of leadership, job relationship and hospital’s infrastructures. The job motivation and job satisfaction were two factors that influenced the nurse performance of post certification ISO 9001/2008 in PKU Muhammadiyah Hospital Gombong. These two factors to be fluctuated so that will be increased. The job relationship managers with nurses in hospital should improved job creativity. Nurses are formal worker in hospital will be increased job creativities and competences.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Accidents in workplace could cause a lot of loss and death. Based on the data from accident reports of PT. X in 2009, there were 30 cases of working accidents 35 cases occurred in 2010 and 42 cases occurred in 2011. The occurrence of occupational accidents had increased during the last 3 years from 2009 to 2011. This study aimed to determine the factors that in fluence occupational accidents on Die Casting process at PT. X on West Cikarangin Bekasi,West Java. The type of this research was an observational study using crosssectional approach. Samples ofthis research were 71 workers on die casting process. Data Analyses used univariate, bivariate (Chi-Square test) and multivariate (Multiple Logistic Regression) Analyses. Based on the research result, there was nonsignificant relationship between age (p = 0.239), knowledge (p = 0.014), work duration (p = 0.629), work procedure (p = 0.350), noise (p = 0.512), and lighting (p = 0.259) with the events of occupational accidents in the PT X. Meanwhile, there were asignificant relationship between work shift (p =0.009) and the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) (p = 0.014) with the incidence of occupational accidents in the PT X. The results of multiple logistic regression test showed that there were significant effect on the use of PPE with the occurrence of occupational accidents, that wasthe use of PPE (p = 0.022). It is advisable to the company to provide supervision and give firm sanction to the labors who do not use PPE during working. Abstract

Para pedagang kecil setiap hari mempunyai beban kerja yang tinggi dari pagi sampai sore atau malam hari. Beban kerja fisik dan mental dapat menyebabkan stress kerja dan menurunkan motivasi kerja dalam berwirausaha. Optimalisasi kebugaran fisik pada pedagang kecil penting dilakukan sebagai upaya untuk mencegah timbulnya stress kerja dan untuk meningkatkan motivasi kerja sehari-hari. Kondisi fisik yang bugar bermanfaat untuk melakukan safety behaviour dalam bekerja. Tujuan penelitian adalah mengoptimalkan kebugaran fisik dan meminimalkan stress kerja pada pedagang kecil agar motivasi kerja meningkat dengan berbasis human approach di Purwokerto Utara Kabupaten Banyumas. Metode dalam kegiatan ini berfokus pada Human approach. Intervensi yang dilakukan kepada khalayak sasaran berupa Safety behavior training, pelatihan senam kebugaran, pelatihan peningkatan motivasi kerja. Pelatihan manajemen organisasi untuk pengurus paguyuban, pendampingan kepada pedagang kecil dan pemberian bantuan modal bergulir kepada paguyuban. Khalayak sasaran ini adalah pedagang kecil di Kecamatan Purwokerto Utara yang berjualan di sekitar kampus Unsoed. Khalayak sasaran dipilih berjumlah 48 orang yang telah mengikuti kegiatan PKM Berbasis Riset tahun I. Instrumen evaluasi menggunakan kuesioner pre dan pos-tes, lembar observasi dan lembar advokasi. Analisis data dengan uji t pada pre dan pos tes. Hasil Dari 48 peserta setelah melakukan pelatihan sebanyak 5 kali pertemuan menunjukkan perubahan kenaikan pengetahuan tentang kebugaran fisik, stress kerja, kepuasan kerja dan motivasi kerja. Simpulan. Kebugaran fisik pada para pekerja sangat diperlukan untuk menjaga agar para pekerja dapat bekerja sehari-hari dalam memenuhi kebutuhan keluarga. Saran. Para pekerja disarankan untuk rajin melakukan olah raga ringan seperti jalan pagi, joging, senam kebugaran dan senam aerobik agar fisik tetap bugar.

Abstract

Workplace accidents occur due to human error factor is unsafe behavior (85%). Accidents that often occur in small trader is burned by fire, hot water and cuts.Approach to human intervention (Human approach) is done via the safety behavior training, training, accident prevention, treatment of burns (combustio) and advocacy (advocacy). Engineering approach (technical approach) with training techniques safe electrical network installation and electrical wiring observation in the workplace. After participants attended further training of observation and advocacy in the workplace. Samples were selected by purposive sampling was small traders with the number of 40 people. Before and after the intervention pre-post test. Data was analyzed using the Wilcoxon test.Characteristics of the basic education level of respondents 14 people (35%), secondary education 26 people (65%). The majority of respondents have 1-3 years of work experience during which 21 people (52.5%). Participants who had experienced occupational accidents within the last 2 years was 29 (72.5%) and the rest have never had an accident. After participants attended training accident prevention there is an increase in the average value of respondents' awareness of workplace accidents between before training (pretest) and after training (posttest I) is from 13.3250 12.5250 become. Wilcoxon test results obtained by value p = 0.001 (<0.05) means that there are differences in knowledge about occupational accidents at small vendors between before (pretest) and after training (postest I).
