Abstract

One form of water energy utilization is done by building a Hydroelectric Power Plant (PLTA) in Indonesia, the Bakaru PLTA is one of the projects within PT. PLN (Persero). This project is a Hydro Power Plant Master project with a SULSELRABAR transmission located 246 km from the city of Makassar. The operation of the Bakaru hydropower system is certainly expected to work optimally, reliably and efficiently. Therefore, evaluation or data on the performance of the generator itself is needed. This study was conducted to determine the condition of the Bakaru hydropower plant based on the equivalent availability factor (EAF) and Net Capacity Factor (NCF) and Cost of Production (BPP). The data used is operating data on the Bakaru hydropower plant for 1 year. The data was obtained by using the documentation technique, while the data analysis was carried out using the Microsoft Excel program. After conducting research, it can be concluded that the condition of the Bakaru hydropower plant in 2017 is considered normal, seen from the EAF value reaching 94.15% and the average EFOR value of 2.4% with the number of Service Hours (SH) of 16,912.93 hours from 2 units. with the percentage of Service Hours to Period Hours reaching 96.53%. Meanwhile, the Net Capacity Factor of the Bakaru hydropower plant in 2017 reached 85.83%, with a total gross energy production of 945,372.50 MWh. This value exceeds the target that has been set.

Abstract

Socialization of strengthening digital literacy for Village-Owned Enterprises administrators in order to create independent tourist villages and improve the welfare of MSMEs in rural areas. This socialization was carried out in a number of Bugel villages in Ciawi, Balla villages in Luwuk, and Bahar Mulya villages in Muaro Jamb. this socialization aims to improve the digital literacy of Village-Owned Enterprise administrators in creating independent tourist villages and improving the welfare of rural community MSMEs. The author believes that increasing digital literacy will increase creativity, improve the management system and promotional reach to create tourist villages that generate a lot of income and of course can increase the original village income in accordance with the objectives of establishing Village-Owned Enterprises. If the creativity and management system of Village-Owned Enterprises increase, the creation of independent tourist villages can be achieved. If an independent tourist village is achieved, the number of visitors will increase and the potential income of MSMEs will also increase. The author believes that this can improve the welfare of rural MSMEs.

Abstract

Industri rokok memiliki kontribusi signifikan terhadap perekonomian Indonesia melalui penerimaan pajak dan penyerapan tenaga kerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis dampak pengumuman kenaikan tarif cukai rokok terhadap kinerja saham perusahaan rokok yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Menggunakan metode event study, penelitian menganalisis abnormal return dari empat perusahaan rokok (GGRM, HMSP, RMBA, WIIM) pada periode sekitar pengumuman kenaikan tarif cukai 15 September 2023. Hasil menunjukkan terjadi abnormal return negatif signifikan pada periode t-3 hingga t+3, dengan penurunan terbesar (-2,87%) pada hari pengumuman. Cumulative Average Abnormal Return mencapai -10,20% pada t+4. Analisis menunjukkan perusahaan berkapitalisasi kecil (RMBA, WIIM) mengalami dampak lebih besar dibandingkan perusahaan besar (GGRM, HMSP). Kesimpulannya, pengumuman kenaikan tarif cukai berdampak negatif signifikan terhadap kinerja saham perusahaan rokok dengan intensitas berbeda berdasarkan ukuran perusahaan. Perusahaan rokok perlu mengembangkan strategi adaptasi melalui efisiensi biaya, inovasi produk, dan diversifikasi usaha.
