Abstract

Abstract Devotion to the community is one of the mandatory activities that must be implemented by a lecturer as part of Three duties college, which aims to implement and implement the scientific competence that is owned to contribute positively to the needs of the community. Community service activities carried out in Karang Taruna RW.18 Harapan Jaya Subdistrict, North Bekasi Subdistrict West Java Province is a manifestation of the creativity of lecturers and students who want to provide knowledge in the field of information technology and leadership. Because many people, especially young people who lack knowledge that the importance of technology and information needs in the leadership of an organization. The material given in the training of technology and information role in leadership in Karang Taruna RW.18 Harapan Jaya urban village is a socialization, understanding of technology and information needs in leadership in an organization or company. The expected objectives after this training are the young generation in Karang Taruna RW.18 Harapan Jaya urban village can add and apply technology and information on the leadership of an organization or company to achieve the goals of the organization or company. Abstrak Pengabdian kepada masyarakat merupakan salah satu kegiatan wajib yang harus dilaksanakan oleh seorang dosen sebagai bagian dari tri dharma perguruan tinggi yang bertujuan untuk menerapkan dan mengimplementasikan kompetensi keilmuan yang dimiliki guna memberikan kontribusi positif bagi kebutuhan masyarakat. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat yang dilaksanakan di Karang Taruna RW.18 Kelurahan Harapan Jaya Kecamatan Bekasi Utara Provinsi Jawa Barat merupakan perwujudan kreativitas dosen dan mahasiswa yang ingin memberikan pengetahuanya di bidang teknologi informasi dan kepemimpinan. Oleh karena banyak diantara masyarakat, khususnya para pemuda-pemudi yang kurang memiliki pengetahuan bahwa betapa pentingnya kebutuhan teknologi dan informasi dalam kepemimpinan suatu organisasi. Materi yang diberikan pada pelatihan peranan teknologi dan informasi dalam kepemimpinan di Karang Taruna RW.18 Kelurahan Harapan Jaya yaitu sosialisasi pemahaman kebutuhan teknologi dan informasi dalam kepemimpinan di suatu organisasi ataupun perusahaan. Tujuan yang diharapkan setelah pelatihan ini para generasi muda di Karang Taruna RW.18 Kelurahan Harapan Jaya dapat menambah dan mengaplikasikan teknologi dan informasi dalam kepemimpinan suatu organisasi atau perusahaan untuk mencapai tujuan organisasi atau perusahaan tersebut. Abstract

Penelitian ini  bertujuan  untuk mengetahui pengaruh  hubungan antar manusia dan lingkungan kerjaterhadap kinerja pegawai selama masa pandemi Covid-19. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dimana objek yang digunakan merupakan pegawai pada Bagian Sumber Daya Manusia di Markas Besar Kepolisian Negara Republik Indonesia. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode non probability sampling dan teknik pengambilan sampel jenuh. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 125 orang responden. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan bantuan progam SPSS versi 25. Hasil penelitian menjelaskan bahwa secara parsial maupun simultan, variabel hubungan antar manusia dan lingkungan kerja berpangaruh signifikan terhadap variabel kinerja. Kata kunci: Hubungan Antar Manusia, Lingkungan Kerja, Kinerja

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis model peningkatan keputusan konsumen melalui kualitas produksi, harga dan food safety ikan asin Panimbang Provinsi Banten. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan yang bekerja pada usaha mikro, kecil dan menengah di Kecamatan Panimbang Provinsi Banten. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah purposive sampling dengan jumlah 95 orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan analisis uji validitas, reliabilitas, normalitas, uji t, uji F dan koefisien determinasi. Keputusan konsumen dipengaruhi secara signifikan oleh kualitas produk. Rasa produk ikan asin lebih disukai dari pada warna, bau dan metode proses ikan asin. Keputusan konsumen dipengaruhi secara signifikan oleh Harga. Biaya pembelian bahan baku merupakan faktor penting bagi pengain apabila dibandingkan biaya tenaga kerja dan persaingan harga. Keputusan konsumen dipengaruhi secara signifikan oleh food safety. Tidak adanya label food safety produk ikan asin Panimbang menjadi faktor yang dominan dibandingkan kontaminasi bahan-bahan kimia, garam dan mikroba. Semakin baik kualitas produk, persaingan harga kompetitif dan aman dari kontamina, maka semakin tinggi keputusan konsumen untuk membeli produk ikan teri Panimbang Banten. Keputusan konsumen untuk membeli ikan asin Panimbang Banten banyak faktor-faktor yang menentukan antara lain: kualitas produk, harga dan food safety. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh kualitas produk lebih berpengaruh terahadp keputusan konsumen apabila dibandingkan dengan harga dan food safety. Kata Kunci: Keputusan Konsumen, Kualitas Produk, Harga dan Food Safety

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the use of e-commerce on consumer decisions in buying baby food products. This research is quantitative. The object of this research is the consumer of Nindita – Happy baby porridge through the Grabfood application. The data collection technique used in this study was a questionnaire. This research was conducted by using the Non-Probability Sampling technique through Accidental Sampling with a sample size of 100 respondents. The results of the research on product quality and price have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, both simultaneously and partially with statistical results using SPPS version 23. Hypothesis testing obtained t-count > t-table or (4,130 > 1,984) and Sig. 0.000 <0.05 Ho is rejected. Ha is accepted with a beta value of 0.242, which means that product quality has a positive and significant impact on purchasing decisions. Hypothesis testing obtained t-count > t-table or (6.338 > 1.984) and Sig. 0.000 <0.05 Ho is rejected. Ha is accepted with a beta value of 0.496, meaning that the price has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Hypothesis testing obtained F-count > F-table or (96.135 > 3.09) and Sig.0.000 > 0.05 with a beta value of 1.162 meaning that product quality and price have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Based on the results of the research that has been explained, it is concluded that partially product quality has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions for consumers of nindita baby porridge - happy through the Grabfood Application, the price partially has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions for nindita baby porridge – happy through the Grabfood Application, and simultaneously product quality and price have a positive and significant impact on the purchase decision of nindita baby porridge - happy through the Grabfood Application.

Abstract

The still occurring covid-19 pandemic in the city area of Bekasi has affected learning activities for students via online living rooms with a limited schedule, so requiring teachers to be innovative in providing online and creative learning time after the learning process. This activity is undertaken to provide increased ability and understanding for teachers at the elementary school of cendrawasih the city of Bekasi with entrepreneurship and online learning models. Teachers can look for alternatives in the online learning model and can fill time to start self-entrepreneurs so that the online learning process is less boring and the time after online learning activities to be more productive. This method of carrying out the activity is the direct delivery of talks and discussions. Materials provided include explanations and discussions about the concept of entrepreneurship, how to start self-entrepreneurs, motivations related to teaching activities by teachers, and example examples of online teaching models.

Abstract

Feedback from participants showed that 15.9% of them were not satisfied with the given training services. The purpose of this study was to find out participants’ satisfaction with the training service provided by the mining safety training providers. In this study, the applied data analysis techniques were the service quality (ServQual) model and importance-performance analysis (IPA) by comparing the perceptions and expectations desired. The total of respondents was 167 people who were participants of training organized by Inspirasi Safety from September to November 2020. The results of the ServQual analysis showed that, in the dimensions of reliability and responsiveness, they indicated a negative gap and the service rate of below 100%, meaning that, in these dimensions, the participants were not satisfied with the provided services. Meanwhile, for the dimensions of tangible, assurance, and empathy, the results indicated that participants were satisfied. In addition, the results of the importance-performance analysis indicated that the service criteria that need to be improved were the timeliness of starting and finishing the training and the fast response to participants’ complaints. Furthermore, this study is expected to be able a suggestion for training providers to pay more attention to the service quality given to participants.

Abstract

The purpose of the study is to find out in the literature review the influence between the variables of leadership, motivation, and competence, on productivity and sustainability in organizations from various scientific articles derived from reputable international journals, This research methodology uses a qualitative approach and examines the variables of this study. A type or method of scholarly writing is a form of library research, the results of the six descriptions above prove several variables to see there is an influence in this study, there is only one scientific article from (Jansen & Pfeifer, 2017)not all competencies are equally related to productivity, besides that all variables from the review of scientific articles found by researchers have a positive and significant influence by using Research methods qualitatively and quantitatively. The recommendation in this study is that researchers hope that in the future researchers hope that other researchers continue to conduct research with the same variables with different objects, and existing research methods, the distinguishing variables of this scientific article research to be used in future research are business process, effective service delivery, a human resource from resilience engineering, HSE, ergonomics perspectives, Compensation, and exporting.

Abstract

This scientific article presents the application of competence, commitment, and performance of employees in universities, and also the importance of these three variables in higher education.  The research method used is that the technique in reflection is graphic, the analyst gathers the specified information from additional sources and analyzes and refines it if necessary. Research information is collected through additional data. Supporting information is collected through google scholar, Elsevier books, and research.  The scored PICO framework (population/problem, intervention, comparison) was used to determine the scope of the study. Research results from the three variables in this article provide a result of scientific articles that have been studied with objects in universities so that these three variables are jointly used in the treasures of science, especially in human resources. The three variables in this article can be a reference for other researchers to use together in a future study with the same research object or different methods, so as to produce research that can contribute to the general public

Abstract

Artikel ini membahas pengaruh perilaku sumber daya manusia dalam kehidupan organisasi bisnis di era global. Era globalisasi yang ditandai dengan persaingan yang ketat dan perubahan yang cepat menuntut organisasi bisnis untuk memahami dan mengelola perilaku sumber daya manusia dengan baik. Metode penulisan artikel Literature Review ini adalah dengan metode library risearch, yang bersumber dari media online seperti Google Scholar, Mendeley dan media online akademik lainnya. Perilaku sumber daya manusia yang positif, seperti komitmen, dedikasi, kerja tim, adaptasi terhadap perubahan, dan komunikasi yang efektif, berkontribusi pada pencapaian tujuan organisasi dan meningkatkan produktivitas. Selain itu, perilaku sumber daya manusia juga berdampak pada citra dan reputasi organisasi di era digital yang terhubung secara global. Perilaku yang profesional, etis, dan bertanggung jawab membantu membangun kepercayaan dan kepuasan pelanggan serta pemangku kepentingan lainnya. Dalam kesimpulannya, artikel ini menekankan bahwa perilaku sumber daya manusia berperan penting dalam keberhasilan organisasi bisnis di era global, dan organisasi perlu menerapkan strategi yang tepat dalam mengelola perilaku tersebut.
