Abstract

Background: Each year approximately 20,000 women die from complications in Indonesia in persalinan.One of them to reduce the "maternal death." One of them by increasing the knowledge and support of her husband and motivation so that pregnant women can be examined pregnancy appropriate and timely manner . Objective: This study aims to determine the "relationship between maternal knowledge and support of her husband on the motivation of antenatal care (ANC). Methods: This type of study design using analytic observational study with cross sectional approach to study the relationship between maternal knowledge and support of her husband on the motivation of antenatal care (ANC). The design is a cross sectional analytical study design aimed to determine the relationship of the independent variables are variables where the knowledge and support of her husband and the dependent variable motivation diidenfikasi on one unit waktu.analisa ches quare test data using the (?) = 0.05 . Results of the study: from the analysis there was a significant association between maternal knowledge and motivation antenatal care (Ha accepted) (p = 0.026 ? 0.05) and no significant relationship between husband and motivational support antenatal care (Ha rejected) higher value of (p = 0.321 ? 0.05). Conclusion: there is a relationship between knowledge of pregnant women with antenatal care in motivation that could mean that the knowledge of factors can affect the motivation of pregnant women in antenatal care , while there was no relationship with the husband's support motivation antenatal care it can be interpreted that the husband's support factor can not affect the motivation of prenatal care .

Abstract

Omniwheels robot is a kind of mobile robot that can be moved to any direction, different cases than non-holonomic mobile robot. The advantage of omniwheels is shape of the wheel. Control method of this research is kinematic control. The derivation of such method is matrices velocities of omniwheels robot.Than, the control system was implemented to tracking trajectory problem. Still in the control system, it was choosing closed loop control for auto navigation problem. Finally, the robot also was used ultrasonic sensors for obstacle avoidance problem.

Abstract

This study attempts to carry out meticulous investigation upon the translation errors by machine translator in Facebook. Having known that machine translator in Facebook often performs inaccurate translation, we tried to classify its translation errors in the first place. We focused on Bahasa Indonesia to English translation, and then providing logical explanation of the phenomena. The data of this study were collected from several users’ posts on Facebook that are translated from Bahasa Indonesia into English. We consider the frequency and content analysis, the textual, grammatical and cohesiveness of translation. The result revealed 55 errors within 18 Facebook posts. Most errors were classified into the syntactic errors with 22 or 40.01% errors in total. Meanwhile, the mechanic errors were found 16 items or 29.09% and the semantic errors consist of 23.63%. The rest of the data were categorized as the cultural errors which consist of 4 issues or 7.27%. This study, afterwards, may help the readers understand the common translation mistakes that the robots produced. Therefore, the society will be more aware and the possibility of misunderstanding may decrease. Besides, it will also be helpful for future social media developers to consider more about the language features on their applications.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas tentang Pemanfaatan Facebook sebagai Media Komunikasi dan Informasi Mahasiswa Ilmu Komunikasi STISIP Mbojo Bima. Penelitian dilakukan di lingkungan STISIP Mbojo Bima khususnya pada mahasiswa Prodi Ilmu Komunikasi. Adapun yang mendorong peneliti melakukan penelitian yaitu  pemanfaatan sekaligus penyebaran informasi tentang topik-topik ilmu komunikasi melalui media sosial facebook baik dalam akses berita maupun promosi terupdate dalam bentuk maya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui seberapa besar Tingkat Pemanfaatan Facebook mahasiswa ilmu komunikasi STISIP Mbojo Bima sebagai media komunikasi dan Informasi. Populasi penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa Jurusan Ilmu Ilmu Komunikasi STISIP Mbojo Bima angkatan tahun 2017 yang berjumlah 48 orang dengan subjek penelitian atau populasi yang diambil kurang dari 100 orang yang memiliki atau menggunakan akun facebook. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara menyebarkan kuesioner kepada sampel yang menjadi objek penelitian, selanjutnya data kuesioner diolah dan dianalisa menggunakan aplikasi SPSS versi 20.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Tingkat Pemanfaatan Facebook sebagai Media Komunikasi dan Informasi Mahasiswa Ilmu Komunikasi STISIP Mbojo Bima cukup tinggi. Terdapat akumulasi keseluruhan jawaban dari responden bahwa pemanfaatan facebook dapat membantu sebagai ruang komunikasi, kolaborasi, promosi dan informasi tentang topik-topik terupdate mengenai kajian Ilmu komunikasi dengan persentase sebesar 31,51%. Untuk fasilitas yang sering digunakan dalam mengakses facebook adalah handphone pribadi dengan persentase 54,17%.

Abstract

In verbal interaction and communication, speakers often employ communicative signals; verbal or non-verbal, special words or phrases, which can be regarded as pragmatic markers (Fraser, 1996; Foolen 2011). This paper aims to investigate the Madurese pragmatic particle jâ’: its position in the sentence and in sequences of interaction, and how it functions in conversation. To achieve the objectives of the present study, conversation analysis was employed to describe the particle’s position in interaction and to account for its pragmatic functions. The data of the present study were taken from recorded conversations among Madurese speakers. This study showed that the particle jâ’ predominantly occurred in turn-initial positions. In addition, the particle jâ’ also appeared in sentence-initial and sentence-middle positions but not in sentence-final positions. In terms of function, the particle jâ’ could function as topic shifts, prohibitive markers, and emphatic markers.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh data dan informasi empiris tentang keefektifan dan efisiensi model pembelajaran berbasis masalah (PBM) dan model pembelajaran langsung (PL) dengan strategi konflik kognitif terhadap pemahaman konsep (PK) listrik dinamis dan keterampilan berpikir kritis (KBK) peserta didik kelas X SMA Negeri 1 Siompu. Penelitian quasi eksperimen ini menggunakan pendekatan Mixed Method penelitian dengan desain Non eqivalent Control Group Design. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh peserta didik kelas X SMA Negeri 1 Siompu yang terdaftar pada semester genap tahun pembelajaran  2016/2017 yang berjumlah 120 peserta didik. Sampel penelitian ini adalah peserta didik kelas X1 dan X3 sebagai kelas eksperimen 1 sebanyak 48 peserta didik yang diterapkan model PL dengan strategi konflik kognitif dan kelas X2 dan X4 sebagai kelas eksperimen 2 sebanyak 48 peserta didik yang diterapkan model PBM dengan strategi konflik kognitif dalam pembelajaran fisika materi Listrik Dinamis. Data penelitian diperoleh melalui: 1) tes PK dan tes KBK;  2) lembar observasi keterlaksanaan pembelajaran; dan 3) angket tanggapan peserta didik. Data dianalisis menggunakan Microsoft Excel 2013 dan SPSS 16.0 pada  Hasil analisis data menunjukkan: 1) model PBM dengan strategi konflik kognitif memberikan efek relatif lebih tinggi sebesar 15,6% terhadap PK listrik dinamis namun memberikan efek relatif yang lebih rendah sebesar 20,9% terhadap KBK peserta didik; 2) model PL dengan strategi konflik kognitif memberikan efisiensi relatif lebih tinggi sebesar 58,4% untuk PK listrik dinamis namun memberikan efesiensi relatif yang lebih rendah sebesar 28,6% terhadap KBK peserta didik; 3) secara umum, data PK, KBK, dan tanggapan peserta didik yang belajar melalui model PBM dengan strategi konflik kognitif lebih baik daripada model PL dengan strategi konflik kognitif; 4) ada perbedaan yang signifikan nilai rata-rata N-Gain pemahaman konsep peserta didik yang belajar menggunakan model PBM dan model PL dengan strategi konflik kognitif berdasarkan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,00 yang lebih  kecil daripada  = 0,05; dan 5) ada perbedaan yang signifikan nilai rata-rata N-Gain keterampilan berpikir kritis peserta didik yang belajar menggunakan model PBM dan model PL dengan strategi konflik kognitif berdasarkan  nilai  signifikansi sebesar 0,00 yang lebih kecil daripada  = 0,05;. Kesimpulan: model PBM dengan strategi konflik kognitif relatif lebih efektif daripada model PL dengan strategi konflik kognitif  terhadap PK namun sebaliknya model PL dengan strategi konflik kognitif lebih efektif daripada model PBL dengan strategi konflik kognitif  terhadap KBK dengan tingkat kepercayaan 95%. Oleh karena itu, disarankan kepada guru fisika di sekolah, untuk lebih meningkatkan PK peserta didik dapat menggunakan model PBM dengan strategi konflik kognitif dan untuk lebih meningkatkan KBK peserta didik dapat menggunakan model PL dengan strategi konflik kognitif khususnya dalam melaksanakan proses pembelajaran materi listrik dinamis dan atau dapat dicobakan pula pada materi yang lainnya. Kata Kunci: Model Pembelajaran Berbasis Masalah, Model Pembelajaran Langsung, Strategi Konflik Kognitif, Pemahaman Konsep, Keterampilan Berpikir Kritis, dan Listrik Dinamis.

Abstract

In providing public services to the community there are still many maladministrations, such as protracted delays, demand for rewards, discrimination, incompetence, not providing services, conflicts of interest, and others.Based on this, not a few of the people choose a quick way to get public services in the village.Therefore, it is important to educate the community and village apparatus related to supervision of public services and prevention of maladministration in the village environment, so that the implementation of public services in accordance with Law No. 25 of 2009. The implementation method used is with blended system seminars, through face-to-face meetings and through zoom meetings.The targets in this activity are the Village Consultative Agency (BPD) as a representation of the village community, and the Telaga Murni Village Apparatus.It is expected that in this activity the community knows better how the public service is carried out and can report if there is an allegation of maladministration, and it is also expected that this activity can provide a better understanding of the village apparatus in minimizing maladministration in public services in the village.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui lietrasi sains melalui model pembelajaran inkuiri terbimbing. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SMPN 10 Kota Bima. Desain penelitian menggunakan pos-test control groups only design. sampel dipilih menggunakan tehnik sampel jenuh, siswa kelas VIIa berjumlah 30 siswa sebagai kelas eksperimen dan kelas VIIb berjumlah 30 siswa sebagai kelas kontrol. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan soal tes literasi sains yang memuat indikator aspek konten sains, aspek konteks sains, dan aspek proses sains. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa kemampuan literasi sains siswa pada aspek  konten  sains  kelas kontrol sebesar 58,01% pada kategori cukup, kelas eksperimen  sebesar 71,78% dalam kategori baik, pada aspek penguasaan  konteks  sains   kelas kontrol  masih  sangat  rendah  yakni 38,44% dan kelas eksperimen sebesar 78,22% dengan kategori baik, sementara aspek kemampuan proses sains persentase kelas kontrol sebesar 68,20% dengan kategori baik, dan kelas eksperimen sebesar 87,21% dengan kategori sangat baik. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa model pembelajaran inkuiri terbimbing berpengaruh terhadap kemampuan literasi sains siswa yang meliputi konten sains, konteks sains, dan proses sains siswa.

Abstract

Interpersonal communication suggests that communication is important for building self-concept, for survival, self-actualization, for obtaining happiness, avoiding pressure and dependency, among others through entertaining communication, and fostering relationships with other people. Through interpersonal communication we can work together with community members to achieve common goals. Through communication with other people, we can fulfill our emotional and intellectual needs, by cultivating warm relationships with those around us. Interpersonal communication indicates that communication is done for self-fulfillment, to feel entertained, comfortable and at ease with oneself and also others. The methods used include varied lectures, demonstrations, and exercises. The results of this training will benefit students and youth, so that the communication delivered is better and has a clear meaning, which is easily understood by the other person. The process of learning and teaching in training activities will be more interesting by understanding the concepts and knowledge conveyed by professional lecturers in their fields. Besides that, with training activities for developing interpersonal communication skills, it is hoped that it will increase students' knowledge, especially communication science so that students can maximize their potential, develop their public speaking and be able to communicate well.

Abstract

Prince Abdul Hamid Airport is an existing airport built in 2004, located in Musi Banyuasin district. Where the area of this district occupies 15% of the total area of South Sumatra province. The distance from the district capital to the city of Palembang is around ± 112 km or 3-4 hours by land, so the operation of this airport is expected to increase connectivity between regions and reduce travel time. By collaborating with aviation schools, a thorough arrangement and analysis of the needs for airside facilities and landside facilities is needed so that it can function as a flight school training airport. The research sample used was facility inventory data at Pangelran Abdull Hamid Airport. This research carried out qualitative improvements to airborne facilities and ground facilities based on existing estimates of the number of trainer aircraft and land available based on development policies, planning instructions and flight school student forecasts. As for the results of this research, it was found that the need for airside facilities related to the Largest Planned Aircraft, Aerodrome Reference Code (Runway 01-19), Runway Operational Category (Runway 01-19), Runway Dimensions (Runway 01-19), Runway Strip Dimensions (Runway 01-19), RESA (Runway 01-19), TURN PAD ( Runway 01-19), TORA (Runway 01-19), TODA (Runway 01-19), ASDA (Runway 01-19), LDA (Runway 01-19), APRON (Number of Parking Stands, Reserve aircraft, Apro Dimensions) , TAXIWAY (Existing Taxiway A, New Aviation College Taxiway). Then the need for land side facilities is related to the Campus Area, Flying School Terminal, Aircraft Maintenance Hangar, Hangar Support Building and also the PKP-PK Building.Keywords: Airport, Dimensions, Facilities, Aircraft, School
