Abstract

Abstract. Cooperative Setting Problem-based Learning Model with the Concept Mapping Intervention (CSPBLM). The study aims at determining the effect of cooperative setting problem-based learning model intervened with concept mapping and scholastic aptitude on the student learning outcomes. This study employed quasi-experimental method with randomized control group posttest design. The data were subjected to descriptive and inferential statistical analysis. The results shows (1) CSPBLM intervened with concept mapping has positive impact on student learning outcomes, (2) CSPBLM intervened with concept mapping does not significantly affect the learning outcomes the students with high and moderate scholastic aptitudes, (3) CSPBLM intervened with concept mapping significantly influences the learning outcomes of low scholastic aptitude students, and (4) there is no difference of learning outcomes between the high and and moderate scholastic aptitude students, and between low and moderate scholastic aptitude students. Yet, there is a significant difference of learning  outcomes between the high and low scholastic attitude students. Abstrak. Model Pembelajaran Berbasis Masalah Setting Kooperatif yang Diintervensi dengan Peta Konsep. Penelitian bertujuan mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran berbasis masalah setting kooperatif yang diintervensi dengan peta konsep  dan bakat skolastik terhadap hasil belajar siswa. Penelitian ini termasuk  penelitian semi eksperimen (Quasy Exprimentation) dengan model Randomized Control Group Postest Design. Data dianalisis  secara deskriptif dan inferensial. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan (1) PBMSK) yang diintervensi dengan peta konsep berpengaruh positif terhadap hasil belajar siswa, (2) PBMSK yang diintervensi dengan peta konsep tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap hasil belajar siswa berbakat tinggi dan sedang, (3) PBMSK yang diintervensi dengan peta konsep  berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap hasil belajar siswa berbakat rendah, (4) tidak terdapat perbedaan hasil belajar antara siswa berbakat skolastik tinggi dan sedang, juga antara bakat skolastik rendah dan sedang, tetapi terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara bakat skolastik tinggi dan bakat skolastik rendah. Abstract

Kakao yang diperoleh dari perkebunan kakao  menghasilkan limbah kakao yang dibuang dan berwana hitam  pada waktu yang lama akan mengalami pembusukan, Padahal memiliki potensi yang cukup besar. Dengan  penggunaan teknologi pirolisis, analisis kulit buah kakao yang berasal dari Kabupaten Enrekang untuk kandungan lignin sebesar 45,61 %, selulosa 37,61 %, hemiselulosa 6,40 %, dan lainnya sebesar 10,38 %. Hasil pembakaran menghasilkan  asap cair kulit buah kakao ke dalam destila dan arang. Dalam penelitian ini digunakan suhu pirolisis 114-514 °C. Rendemen asap cair kulit buah kakao Kabupaten Enrekang pada suhu pirolisis 114 °C sebesar 8,04 % selama 88 menit,  dan pada suhu pirolisis 214 °C sebesar 28,6 2% dengan waktu selama 40 menit, selanjutnya pada suhu pirolisis 314 °C sebesar  27,65 % dengan waktu selama 83 menit,  dan  suhu pirolisis 414 °C sebesar 25,08 %  dengan waktu selama 45 menit,  akhirnya suhu pirolisis 514 °C sebesar 8,04 % dengan waktu selama 88 menit. Analisis GC MS  untuk asap cair kulit buah kakao adalah asam karbamat, asam asetat, 1H-Pirol, tert-Butilakrilat, propane diamida, asetamida, n-metil, 1-pentena-2-ol, corilon, 5-valerolakton, 4-metoksifenol,  N- metilsuccinimida, siklopropilkarbinol,  2-propilamina, etil metakrilat, 1,2-oksaborol, 2,6-dimetil-metoksifenol, n-amilasetat,  sikloheksena  karboksilat, 2-proponon, levoglukosan, D-o-asetil, asam heksadekanoat,  1,10-dekadiol, asetiloksi, tetracosaheksaena. Hasil pemisahan senyawa kimia bio aktif dari asap cair kulit buah kakao digunakan untuk memperoleh produk komposisi kimia dengan pengelompokkan senyawa berdasarkan metode PCA.

Abstract

Herlang Subdistrict is the largest producer of coconut juice (along with Selayar Regency and JenepontoRegency) which is the raw material for coconut sugar production in South Sulawesi. Tugondeng Village is one ofthe villages in Herlang District. About 80% of Tugondeng villagers work in the coconut sugar manufacturingindustry. However, this potential has not well developed due to the low economic value of brown sugar. To increasethe selling price of coconut sugar produced by Tugondeng Village, efforts need to be made to process coconut sapand coconut sugar into products which have higher selling price, namely palm sugar. The steps taken to achieve theobjectives of this activity were : (a) presentation of material on how to process coconut sap and coconut sugar intopalm sugar; and (b) demonstration of preparing palm sugar from coconut sap and coconut sugar. The resultsobtained show that the process of making palm sugar from coconut sap and coconut sugar is quite simple and thepalm sugar produced has longer shelf-life than coconut sugar

Abstract

This development research refers to several analyzes carried out, namely performance analysis in learning, student analysis, which is a study of student characteristics based on knowledge, skills, and development. Analysis of facts, concepts, principles and needs based on current problems, namely learning from home caused by the covid-19 pandemic which requires learning media. Learning media that can meet today's learning needs are chemistry E-magazines that can be accessed anytime and anywhere with valid, practical, and effective criteria. The e-magazine is then validated first by the supervisor and three material validators and media validators. After the e-magazine is said to be valid, it is tested in learning. The development model used in this study is the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation). After going through the stages of analysis, design, and development of a valid E-Magazine, it was first tested on a small group (initial field trial) and revised. After the initial revision, it was re-tested to a large group (main field trial) to see the effectiveness and practicality of the E-Magazine. The sample in this study were students of class X MIA 2 The initial field trial class amounted to 9 students and Class X MIA 3 as the main field trial class amounted to 30 students at the implementation stage of ADDIE with the object of research namely E-Magazine Reaction Reduction and Oxidation that has been developed. Collecting data using instruments in the form of observation sheets, questionnaires for assessment of material experts, media experts, teachers and students. Qualitative data analysis using a Likert scale and quantitatively based on the Post Test scores of students' learning outcomes. The results of the development obtained that the E-Magazine profile of Reduction and Oxidation Reactions met the validity criteria, showing 1.00 (very high criteria) in terms of questionnaire responses from media experts and material experts. The results of the practicality analysis in terms of the teacher and student response questionnaires obtained each percentage of 90.90% (very practical criteria) for the teacher's response to the initial field trial and 95.45% (very practical criteria) for the main field trial. In the questionnaire responses, students each obtained a percentage of 79.75% (practical criteria) for the initial field trial and 85.50% (very practical criteria) for the main field trial and the results of the effectiveness analysis based on the students' completeness in the post test. obtained a percentage of 79.75% for the initial field trial and the main field trial obtained a percentage of 86.67%. Thus, it can be concluded that the Reduction and Oxidation Reaction E-Magazine that has been developed meets the criteria of being valid, practical, and effective.

Abstract

This pre-experimental study aims to determine the effectiveness of the online Discovery Learning Model the Learning Outcomes of Students in Class at MAN Bantaeng on Oxidation Reduction Main Reaction Material. The research design used is a one-shot case study. The sample in this study were all the students in class X MIA 1 MAN which consisted of 22 students. Data was collected by presenting a post-test to the experimental class. This study uses descriptive and inferential statistical analysis. The results showed that the average value of the learning outcomes was 82.8, the percentage of class completeness was 86.3%, the percentage of completeness indicators was 83.90%, the average of the student response was 75.5%, and the percentage of student activity was 73%. In testing the hypothesis using the Wilcoxon signed rank test with = 0.05, the probability < (0.001 < 0.05). With this, it can be concluded that the application of the Discovery Learning model improves the students’ learning outcomes of class X MIA 1 MAN Bantaeng on the reduction reaction material subject matter.Keywords: Effectiveness, Discovery Learning, reduction oxidation reaction

Abstract

The use of appropriate techniques will determine the success of achieving student competencies in learning. Learning techniques that tend to be monotonous make students less actively involved in learning and less training students’ critical thinking skills. Development of chemistry quiz technique based on HOTS in TGT Model is expected to be implemented effectively in class and assist students in learning chemistry. This development research aims at discovering: (1) the description of the development of chemistry quiz technique based on HOTS in TGT Model; and (2) the extent of the quality of chemistry quiz technique based on HOTS in TGT Model to enhance learning motivation and critical thinking skills of students on Atomic Structure material. The study consists of several stages, namely analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The product developed was test to 35 students of grade X MIA 4 at SMAN 3 Bone of Academic Year 2019/2020. The validity of the product was test by two assessors. This study employed the stages of TGT model, namely class presentation, group work, games, tournament, and appreciation. The stages of chemistry quiz was started from association activity and presented in a form of a quiz or question which used HOTS questions along with the games to motivate the students in learning and think critically. The results of the study reveal that: (1) the mean score of product validity is 3.71 (very valid); (2) the data of learning motivation questionnaire X ̅ = 3.31 (high); (3) the mean score of N-Gain of KBK is 0.79 (high); (4) The teacher and students indicated a very positive response with the percentage of 96.88% and 87.11%. Therefore, the conclusion is the chemistry quiz technique based on HOTS in TGT Model developed in chemistry learning on Atomic Structure material is valid, practical, and effective to enhance learning motivation and critical thinking skills of students.

Abstract

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimen yang bertujuan mengetahui kandungan seyawa metabolit sekunder yang terdapat pada ekstrak kloroform, etil asetat, dan methanol dari tumbuhan tai anging (Usnea sp.) dan uji bio aktivitasnya sebagai anti jamur Candida albicans yang merupakan jamur penyebab penyakit Candidiasis. Metode penelitian yang dilakukan meliputi maserasi, uji golongan, KLT, dan uji bioaktivitas antijamur. Hasil uji golongan ekstrak kloroform mengindikasikan mengandung senyawa golongan flavanoid dan ekstrak etil asetat mengandung senyawa golongan alkaloid dan flavanoid serta ekstrak methanol mengandung senyawa golongan steroid, alkaloid dan flavanoid. Berdasarkan hasil uji bioaktivitas antijamur, ekstrak kloroform memiliki potensi yang paling besar sebagai antijamur, dengan rata-rata diameter hambat 15,284 mm terhadap Candida albicans pada konsentrasi 5% (m/v).Kata kunci :Tai anging, Usnea sp., Candida albicans, Candidiasis ABSTRACTThis study is an experiment research that aimed to know the content of secondary metabolites compound in extract of chloroform, ethyl acetate and methanol from  taianging plants (Usnea sp.) And test the of bioactivity as antifungal Candida albicans is thats caused candidiasis. The method of include maceration, phytochemical test, TLC and antifungal bioactivity test. The result indicate compound containing chloroform extract group and the ethyl acetate extract flavanoid compounds containing alkaloids and flavonoids, and the methanol extract contains compounds steroids, alkaloids and flavonoids. The result indicated flavonoid compound of  extract, alkaloid and flavonoid compound of ethyl acetate extract, and steroid, alkaloid  and  flavonoid compound of methanol extract. Based on antifungal bioactivity, test chloroform extract was  greatest  as an antifungal, with average diameter of 15,284 mm inhibition against Candida albicans at a concentration of 5% (m/v).Keywords: Tai anging, Usnea sp., Candida albicans, Candidiasis

Abstract

Workshops and mentoring planning for Classroom Action Research (CAR) have been conducted. This activity, which is a community partnership program, was carried out in Tonyamang village, Patampanua sub-district, Pinrang Regency, involving 27 teachers of 4 Pinrang Vocational Schools. The results of the activity showed that the enthusiasm of the teacher was so great in attending the workshop. They have also succeeded in making a CAR draft which will be applied to each teacher's class.

Abstract

Agriculture is the main income sector forTadangpalie villagers at Sabbangparu District, Wajo regency. The participants of the activity are the peasant community whoare members of the Abbanuange Gapoktan. The method usedin this activity through education and training with the aim atimproving farmers’ knowledge in the processing agriculturalwaste a quality organic fertilizer. Training was going well andin the family atmosphere. Material extension and how tomanufacture quality organic fertilizer were easily understoodby farmers. All farmers can make their own organic fertilizerfrom agriculture waste. Knowledge of farmers on organicwaste still needs to be improved to prevent environmentalpollution.

Abstract

Abstrak. SMAN 2 Takalar yang merupakan Mitra Program Kemitraan Masyarakat (PKM) ini memiliki permasalahan, sebagai berikut: (1) Pemahaman tentang pelaksanaan PTK masih belum memadai, (2) Guru-guru di sekolah ini sangat jarang melakukan pengkajian proses pembelajaran sebagai bentuk PTK, (3) Pelaksanaan pembelajaran secara daring selama masa pandemik Covid-19 makin menambah ketidakberdayaan guru-guru dalam melakukan PTK. Sasaran PKM ini adalah guru-guru menyadari perlunya PTK dilakukan dalam pembelajaran sebagai wujud pengkajian proses pembelajaran dalam rangka meningkatkan kualitas proses pembelajaran.  Selain itu, guru diharapkan tidak menganggap pandemik Covid-19 sebagai hambatan dalam melaksanakan PTK. Metode yang digunakan adalah: ceramah, diskusi, tanya jawab, dan pendampingan mitra. Hasil yang dicapai adalah (1) mitra memiliki pengetahuan dalam mendesain rencana pelaksanaan PTK, (2) mitra memiliki keterampilan untuk mengobservasi kelas secara virtual, (3) mitra memiliki kemampuan mengolah data hasil observasi. Kata kunci: PTK, Pandemik Covid-19
