Abstract

Tipe penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah tipe penelitian normatif. Tehnik pengumpulan data yakni Bentuk penelitian kepustakaan yaitu teknik pengumpulan data dengan cara mempelajari berbagai literatur baik buku artikel maupun materi kuliah yang diperoleh. Bentuk interview yaitu teknik pengumpulan data dengan cara melakukan wawancara dengan pihak-pihak yang berkompeten dan objek penelitian, serta meminta data-data kepada pihak yang terkait. Adapun hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penyidikan tindak pindana korupsi adalah tindakan yang dilakukan untuk memberantas korupsi, namun dalam pelaksanaanya mengalami banyak hambatan dan tantangan baik dari segi aspek sumber daya manusia maupun dari aspek kondisi alam, dukungan dana dan sarana dan prasarana, sedangkan pada aspek sumber daya manusia, dapat dilihat banyaknya pegawai negeri sipil yang tidak berminat menjadi pejabat pengadaan barang dan jasa hal ini disebabkan jabatan yang memiliki resiko besar karena konsekkuensinya adalah terlibat dalam persoalan hukum di Indonesia. The type of research used in this study is the type of normative research. Data collection techniques, namely the form of library research, namely data collection techniques by studying various literature, both article books and course materials obtained. The form of interview is a data collection technique by conducting interviews with competent parties and the object of research, as well as requesting data from related parties. The results of the study show that investigating corruption crimes is an action taken to eradicate corruption, but in its implementation there are many obstacles and challenges both in terms of aspects of human resources and aspects of natural conditions, financial support and facilities and infrastructure, while in the aspect of resources. humans, it can be seen that there are many civil servants who are not interested in becoming officials in the procurement of goods and services. This is because the position has a big risk because the consequences are being involved in legal issues in Indonesia

Abstract

Background: This activity aims to increase the role of Bumdes Padaidi Sipodeceng through e-commerce information technology based on the Bumdes Sipodeceng Store application in improving the economy of the people of Sipodeceng Village. Contribution: This activity improves the welfare of the people of Sipodeceng Village through e-commerce information technology. Method: The method of this activity includes Socialization of the implementation of activities, Counseling by explaining the e-commerce information technology marketing model (BUMDES Sipodeceng Store), training and mentoring the use of information technology for BUMDES partner groups, carrying out assistance, as well as monitoring and evaluation. Results: Training and mentoring activities based on pre-test and post-test data analysis have positive implications for 3 parameters: knowledge from 42.14 to 89.14%, skills from 35.9% to 90.12%, and motivation from 63.2% to 93 .2%. From these data, an analysis of the effectiveness of these 3 parameters is carried out, the values of which are knowledge at 81%, skills at 85%, and motivation at 79%. These three numbers indicate that community service activities are effective because the value is above 50%. Conclusion: From these activities, it can be concluded that e-commerce information technology at BUMDES Padaidi Sipodeceng is still very much needed to increase the role of BUMDES in community empowerment.

Abstract

Advances in technology have made it easy for all writers to check their academic writing using automated writing assessment programs. However, using this program can have both advantages and disadvantages. Therefore, its advantages and disadvantages should be considered. To address this need, this study aimed to identify the strengths and weaknesses of the Grammarly program as an automated writing assessment program for assessing academic writing. Using narrative research to explore the experiences of three Indonesian graduate students through interviews and documents, the program offers helpful color-coded feedback with explanations and examples, easy account access, rapid assessment speed, and It was indicated that they provide free services for academic evaluation. write. However, we have identified several concerns when using this program, including: Weaknesses of the program included some misleading feedback, weaknesses in English type recognition and reference lists, and lack of context and content assessment. Further research is needed on the effectiveness of the feedback provided by Grammarly in improving the quality of students' writing.

Abstract

The rabbit farming business is used as income for business sustainability and development and has the potential to be developed. Knowledge of financial management is important for farmers to manage their rabbit farms efficiently and obtain productive credit. Financial management in the livestock sector becomes very important if finance helps introduce important technologies that affect productivity in a timely manner The research aims to determine the level of knowledge of rabbit breeders in managing business finances.  Data analysis uses the levels financial services authority is well literate, sufficient literate, less literate and not literate. The results show that financial management is in the < 60% category, which means the individual has category low financial knowledge is less literate. This shows that farmers' knowledge regarding financial management is still very low. This can be seen that the skills or abilities of breeders in financial management are still low. The ability to absorb new technology and business development in the global market for small and medium scale farms will be hampered if skills in management and simple financial management practices are respectively low. This is something that can hinder obtaining business financing.

Abstract

Rabbits are livestock that are easy to breed in Indonesia. Rabbits are one of the sources of livelihood for the "Mandiri" rabbit farming group under the guidance of TP PKK, Salokaraja Village, Lalabata District, Soppeng Regency. The rabbit farming business is used as income for business sustainability and development, as well as to meet daily needs. However, this potential is hampered by the large number of deaths and the decline in the quality of adult rabbit production. The cause of this problem is the farmer's low knowledge of rabbit diseases and the success of pregnancy after mating. The methods used in this activity are counseling, pre-test, and post-test, mentoring and training for group members and final evaluation. The results of the activity are that the rabbit farming group is still developing a business based on raising rabbits as pets or ornamental rabbits for sale and has not yet made meat rabbits for sale for consumption and there is no meat processing for processed products. The main problem that is also the topic of counseling and training is health problems such as skin disease (scabies) and sometimes mothers who have been mated also do not give birth, after checking it turns out that the mating was not successful or failed to get pregnant. There is still a lack of education about the health benefits of consuming rabbit meat compared to other livestock, so interest in raising meat rabbits for consumption and as processed products is still low. So, through this outreach it can be a forum for education for breeders who do not yet know the advantages and benefits of rabbit farming. So that this rabbit farm can become a business unit that is able to expand employment opportunities for the community, especially breeders, towards potential new entrepreneurs.

Abstract

Background: Pemberdayaan kelompok perikanan Anugrah melalui diversifikasi produk maggot Black Soldier Fly (BSF) di Desa Maddenra, Kecamatan Kulo, merupakan upaya strategis dalam mendukung ekonomi sirkular dan pengelolaan limbah organik. Maggot BSF, dengan kemampuan yang baik dalam biokonversi limbah organik menjadi produk bernilai ekonomis seperti pakan ikan, pupuk kasgot, tepung maggot serta maggot kering, menjadi solusi dalam mengurangi biaya produksi pakan ikan dan meningkatkan pendapatan masyarakat. Program pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan meningkatkan kapasitas teknis kelompok perikanan Anugrah dalam mengelola limbah organik rumah tangga melalui biokonversi maggot dan diversifikasi produk hasil biokonversi. Metode: Kegiatan pengabdian ini dikuti oleh 25 peserta yang terdiri dari kelompok mitra (Pokdakan Anugrah), masyarakat Desa Maddenra dan Mahasiswa UMS Rappang. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini melalui penyuluhan, demontrasi plot, pendampingan dan evaluasi. Hasil: Kegiatan PKM ini menunjukkan peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan mitra dalam memproduksi berbagai produk turunan maggot, termasuk pupuk kasgot, maggot kering, tepung maggot, dan pelet maggot. Peningkatan ini berdampak langsung terhadap penguatan ekonomi lokal dan berkontribusi terhadap keberlanjutan lingkungan melalui pengelolaan limbah yang lebih efisien. Keberhasilan program PKM ini tercermin dari peningkatan pemahaman peserta hingga 92,8%. Kesimpulan: Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini sangat membantu kelompok mitra dalam meningkatkan pendapatan mereka melalui biokonversi maggot dan diversifikasi produk maggot BSF.

Abstract

Transformasi Industri 4.0 dan Society 5.0 membawa perubahan pada berbagai sektor, salah satunya adalah pada industri pangan, di mana teknologi digital dapat dimanfaatkan dalam pemasaran. Kelompok Tani Tuju Wali-Wali II, yang memproduksi abon cabai Ladatta, masih bergantung pada metode konvensional dalam pemasaran, seperti promosi dari mulut ke mulut, dengan jangkauan pasar terbatas. Tujuan pengabdian ini adalah meningkatkan daya saing produk abon cabai Ladatta melalui strategi pemasaran digital. Metode yang digunakan meliputi sosialisasi pemasaran digital, pendampingan pembuatan konten dan pengelolaan media sosial, serta evaluasi dengan pre-test dan post-test untuk mengukur peningkatan keterampilan. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa kelompok tani berhasil memahami dan mengimplementasikan pemasaran digital. Evaluasi menunjukkan peningkatan yang signifikan pada dua parameter yaitu pengetahuan peserta (pre-test 45,25%, post-test 87,62%) dan keterampilan peserta (pre-test 38,15%, post-test 79,34%). Pemasaran digital memungkinkan produk mengakses pasar yang lebih luas, meningkatkan daya saing, dan membuka peluang baru, sehingga berkontribusi pada peningkatan ekonomi kelompok tani.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze English questions at SMA Negeri 4 Sidrap with a focus on difficulty, type of questions, and cognitive level represented in the test. The research method used is content analysis, which involves collecting data in the form of an English question bank for class XI IPA 3 at SMA Negeri 4 Sidrap. The results of the analysis show that English questions at SMA Negeri 4 Sidrap tend to have varying levels of difficulty, with some questions being relatively easy and some questions being quite difficult. The most common type of question is multiple choice. The cognitive levels represented in these questions include basic understanding, application, analysis, and synthesis. Apart from that, this research also identified several aspects that need to be considered in preparing English questions at SMA Negeri 4 Sidrap, such as clarity of instructions, balance between various cognitive levels, and the use of language that is appropriate and easy to understand by students. It is hoped that this research will provide useful insights for English teachers at SMA Negeri 4 Sidrap in preparing questions that are more effective and varied, as well as helping to improve the quality of English teaching and learning at the school.

Abstract

Asosiasi Pangan Dunia PBB tahun 2022 memprediksi lonjakan penduduk dunia akan mencapai angka 8 milyar tahun 2050 yang menuntut adanya ketersediaan pangan yang cukup guna memenuhi kebutuhan tersebut, terlebih saat ini dunia telah mengalami krisis pangan. Faktanya produktifitas pertanian tidak dibarengi dengan input pupuk ramah lingkungan yang berdampak pada degradasi lingkungan karena penggunaan pupuk anorganik secara berlebihan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efek substitusi pupuk kompos Azolla pinnata terhadap pemakaian pupuk nitrogen pada tanaman caisim. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada Agustus 2013 hingga Januari 2014 di rumah kaca Fakultas Pertanian, Universitas Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta. Metode yang digunakan percobaan dengan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dengan faktor tunggal dengan 7 perlakuan hasil konversi yakni P1(120 kg N Urea/ha; P2(100 kg N Urea + 20 kg N Azolla pinnata kompos/ha; P3 (80 kg N Urea + 40 kg N Azolla pinnata kompos/ha; P4 (60 kg N Urea + 60 kg N Azolla pinnata kompos /ha; P5 (40 kg N Urea + 80 kg N Azolla pinnata kompos /ha; P6 (20 kg N Urea + 100 kg Azolla pinnata kompos /ha; P7(120 kg N Azolla pinnata kompos /ha) dengan pengulangan tiga kali/perlakuan. Hasil penelitian mengungkap bahwa perlakuan pemupukan P7 memberi efek paling optimal dari sisi panjang akar dan berat segar tanaman yang setara dengan 120 kg N Urea/ha. Begitupun dengan subtitusi kompos Azolla pinnata pada perlakuan P6 menunjukkan Laju Asimilasi Bersih (LAB), Laju Pertumbuhan Relatif (LPR) dan berat biomassa daun tanaman terbaik diantara perlakuan lainnya. Sebagai kesimpulan kompos Azolla mampu mensubstitusi atau menggantikan keseluruhan nitrogen pada tanaman caisim.

Abstract

This study was conducted with the aim of: (1) To determine the partial effect of service quality, price, and promotion on Customer Decisions to choose PT. Asafa Global Wisata travel agents. (2) To determine the simultaneous effect of service quality, price, and promotion on Customer Decisions to choose PT. Asafa Global Wisata travel agents. This study uses primary data by distributing questionnaires to 114 customers as samples from PT. Asafa Global Wisata travel reports from August 2023 to June 2024 as many as 159 people, data collection was carried out from February to March 2025. Data were analyzed using Multiple Linear Regression analysis with the help of the SPSS Program. The results of the study show that (1) partially service quality, price, and promotion have a positive and significant effect on Customer Decisions to choose PT. Asafa Global Wisata travel agents (2) simultaneously service quality, price, and promotion have a positive and significant effect on Customer Decisions to choose PT. Asafa Global Wisata travel agents. This shows that with the implementation of increasingly better and continuously improved service quality, prices, and promotions, it will make prospective customers decide to choose PT. Asafa Global Wisata as their travel agent.
