This study analyzes the competencies of vocational college graduates with entrepreneurial-minded resources. The problem examined in this study is about the discussion in realizing the competence of vocational college graduates in the strategy of realizing entrepreneurial-minded resources. This research is an empirical study of student graduates in vocational colleges. The selected population of the vocational college graduates are using 20 indicators out of 135 respondents from some of the high vocational college graduates.The data collection will use questionnaires while the analysis tool was used for Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results of data analysis shows that this research model is acceptable with goodness of fit. The public synopsis from the test results model that was applied to the competence of high vocational college graduates shows that strategy implementation can manifest the entrepreneurs minded resources. This study also has some limits on the research agenda for the next study.Keywords: competencies, strategy, entrepreneur

This research aims to find out and analyze consumer perception and brand image towards consumer loyalty simultaneously in online travel application customers. The type of research used is a quantitative approach. The study results show that consumer perception partially affects consumer loyalty in online-based travel applications. Brand image partially affects consumer loyalty in online-based travel applications. Consumer perception and brand image simultaneously affect consumer loyalty in online-based travel applications. The ability of price variables and brand image can explain the variation of consumer loyalty by 64.2%. Other variables explain the remaining 35.8% outside of research that other researchers can develop later.

Digital business is developing very fast, especially in the food sector. Customers do not have to come to the restaurant to get the food they want. Customers can order it through a digital app anytime, anywhere. The purpose of this study was to find out the analysis of brand image and service quality on customer satisfaction in online food applications (Go Food, Grab Food, Shopee Food). The study used a quantitative approach. The research results of brand image and service quality analysis have a significant impact on customer satisfaction, and some brand image and service quality affect customer satisfaction variables. We recommend the management to maintain the excellent service provided and even develop the advantages of using online food applications in order to achieve customer satisfaction.Keywords: Brand Image, Service Quality, Customer Satisfaction

This study analyzes the business strategy planning with corporate entrepreneurship. The scope of the issues examined in this study is the discussion in the planning of business strategy with the implementation of corporate entrepreneurship in improving company performance. This study in an empirical study of small and medium scale clothing industry in Bekasi. Thoseare 135 industries. Total sample in this research are 107 industries. Collecting data using questionnaires, while an analytical tool used is a structural equation modeling (SEM). The result of data analysis showed that this research model with acceptable goodness of fit. In general the conclusion from the results of model testing is applied to the apparel industry of small and medium scale in calculate showed that a good business strategy planning with implementation of corporate entrepreneurship to enhance corporate performance. This research has given some research limitation and also give agenda for next research.Keywords : strategy business, corporate, entrepreneurship

“Problem Based Learning Berpikir Kritis Mahasiswa Vokasi Dalam Pembelajaran Daring” bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis problem based learning dalam meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kritis dan mengembangkan keterampilan mahasiswa vokasi dalam pembelajaran daring. Metode yang dilakukan yaitu metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Peneliti melakukan observasi dan pengumpulan data dalam tiga tahap yang diambil dari 70 mahasiswa vokasi, dalam setiap tahapan dilakukan dalam 2 sesi pertemuan pembelajaran. Analisa data yang dilakukan oleh peneliti adalah dengan menganalisis, menggambarkan, mendeskripsikan berbagai kondisi dan situasi dari data yang dikumpulkan sebagai hasil observasi, wawancara, dan pemetaan kelompok dalam pembelajaran daring. Hasil evaluasi dalam review pembelajaran diperoleh hasil perubahan yang sangat baik. Peningkatan nilai yang diperoleh pada setiap tahap di setiap sesi pembelajaran terlihat bahwa yang pada awalnya mahasiswa belum memahami materi sebanyak 40% berhasil menurun hingga 3%. Pada tahap akhir mahasiswa mulai memahami terhadap materi yang disampaikan oleh dosen yang terlihat peningkatan angka dari semula 60% hingga tercapai 97% Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penerapan problem based learning sangat membantu untuk meningkatkan keterampilan berpikir kritis mahasiswa vokasi selama pembelajaran daring. Kemampuan berpikir kritis sebagai bekal mahasiswa untuk menghadapi perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan dan kemajuan teknologi di masa depan dan sebagai persiapan mahasiswa vokasi untuk terjun ke dalam dunia industri.Kata kunci: Problem Based Learning, Pembelajaran, Berpikir Kritis

Digital Business is experiencing rapid growth, including in the online-based food business. The Internet is creating a new face in interactive communication between sellers, consumers and business partners. This allows the company to be able to interact and work together continuously to be able to develop products, marketing, delivery and maximum service to get customer satisfaction. One type of business that is currently growing rapidly and is very popular with customers is food delivery services including go food, grab food and shopee food. This delivery service will increasingly compete according to the response from customers, influenced by the quality of service. The purpose of this study was to find out how service quality affects customer satisfaction, especially in online- based food delivery applications. The research used in this research is quantitative analysis method. The method used is to collect information obtained from questionnaires. Variable indicators were tested for validity and reliability. In testing this validity using the Pearson Correlation approach. The reliability test in this study used Cronbach, Alpha coefficient. The results of the study explain that the service variable partially has a positive effect on customer satisfaction. The influence of service quality provided by service providers and service partners is very well responded by application users.

AbstrakPenelitian ini dilakukan untuk menganalisis apakah lingkungan kerja, beban kerja serta motivasi kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. Populasi penelitian adalah karyawan MRCCC Siloam Hospitals Semanggi Jakarta. Peneliti menggunakan teknik sampling Slovin diperoleh 112 responden. Metode analisis yang digunakan regresi linear berganda dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel lingkungan kerja, beban kerja, dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh simultan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada MRCCC Siloam Hospitals Semanggi JakartaKata Kunci: Lingkungan Kerja, Beban Kerja, Motivasi Kerja, Kinerja Karyawan.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of education financing management on the quality of graduates in a private Islamic school in Banten. In this study, there are two variables involved, namely the Education Funding Management variable which is positioned as the independent variable or independent variable and is symbolized by the variable (X). This variable is a variable that is considered to influence or cause the dependent variable or dependent variable to arise. Meanwhile, what is positioned as the dependent variable or the dependent variable in this study is the Quality of Graduates. The dependent variable or dependent variable is considered the variable that is affected or becomes the result because of the existence of the independent variable and is symbolized by (Y). This research uses quantitative research methods. Based on the results of the research and discussion that has been described previously, it can be put forward a number of findings as follows: education financing management is in the moderate category. This means, the implementation of education financing management is not all good and in terms of education funding budget allocations are managed and implemented effectively. The quality of graduates is in the moderate category, this means that schools have not been able to produce good quality graduates. Only 18% of graduates each year are able to enter public schools.

This study aims to determine and analyze price perceptions and promotions of simultaneous purchasing decisions for online travel application customers. The type of research used is explanatory research. The research will explain the relationship between research variables by testing hypotheses that researchers have developed to explain the relationship between price perception variables and promotion variables to purchasing decisions in online travel applications. To present research results of a numerical nature, including numbers to describe and explain phenomena that reflect research results. The study showed a relationship between the promotion and purchase decision variables. Suppose the quantity r or Pearson correlation in this analysis is positive. In that case, the relationship between the two variables is positive, or in other words, increased price awareness and promotion will also improve purchasing decisions. Price perception and promotion research on purchasing decisions can use as a reference source for management to maintain quality service. The prices and promotions offered and attractive features can continue to develop to support application users so that consumer satisfaction achieve in purchasing decisions.
