Abstract

Employee performance in the service sector is the intended focus of this research into the relationship between psychological capital, mindfulness, and emotional intelligence. Emotional and psychological aspects significantly impact how well employees perform in fast-paced, high-pressure workplaces. A person's psychological capital encompasses their optimism, self-assurance, hope, and perseverance in the face of adversity at work. Workplace attention and adaptability are both enhanced by practicing mindfulness, which is associated with being fully present in the here and now. The capacity to be self-aware, emotionally intelligent, and socially adept is a key component of emotional intelligence. A quantitative approach was used in this investigation, employing a survey procedure that included 200 employees. A positive and statistically significant relationship between employee performance and the three variables was found in the study. Among these factors, Psychological Capital, Emotional Intelligence, and Mindfulness have the most impact. According to these results, service sector companies can maximize employee performance by employing a human resource management strategy that takes into account employees' psychological and emotional needs.

Abstract

This study investigates the impact of electronic word-of-mouth (e-WOM), digital marketing, and social media content quality on brand awareness. A quantitative approach was employed, utilizing a questionnaire survey of 100 consumers. Multiple linear regression analysis revealed a significant and positive relationship between each independent variable (e-WOM, digital marketing, and social media content quality) and the dependent variable (brand awareness). The findings suggest that company management should adopt strategic measures to enhance brand image, thereby fostering positive e-WOM. This can be achieved by consistently maintaining and improving product quality, increasing product reliability through strengthened production and logistics systems, and providing excellent after-sales service.

Abstract

Employee performance not only reflects individual effectiveness, but also contributes directly to the productivity and success of the organization as a whole. In Indonesia, the dynamics of the competitive labor market and technological developments require organizations to adopt innovative and adaptive human resource management strategies to ensure that employee performance remains optimal in the face of rapid change. This study uses a quantitative approach with confirmatory and explanatory strategies. The confirmatory strategy aims to test previously established hypotheses, while the explanatory strategy is used to explain the causal relationship between the variables studied. This approach is appropriate for identifying and analyzing the influence of continuous training management, organizational culture, and digital performance management on employee performance empirically. The results of this study clearly show that continuous training management, organizational culture, and digital performance management have a positive and significant influence on employee performance. The three variables are proven to provide substantial contributions in explaining variations in employee performance, with organizational culture acting as an important mediator in strengthening the influence of continuous training on individual performance in the workplace
