Abstract

With the expansion of global trade, computerization and communications, plain language descriptions of products and services need to be replaced by identification and product tracing systems that are usable in all trade and industry sectors worldwide. Product traceability is the process of maintaining records of all materials and parts from purchasing to finished goods where a unique number identify a part, batch, or a finished product.Traceability provides the ability to identify and track a product or a component to its point of origin. The point of origin may be a particular lot or batch, production line and time frame, field, or supplier. Product traceability is very important to reliability. If a particular lot of a critical component is found to be defective after being used in product that is already sold, traceability provides a means of identifying the units for recall. Some products (e.g. aircraft components, fresh produce, meat) require complete traceability. Here are some of the benefits and solutions provided with product identification and tracing: Procedures for identifying and tracing the product during all stages of production, delivery & installation; Requires knowing what parts comprise the product, their specification, their status, etc; Requires knowing the exact content of products that have been delivered to each customer so that the right customer service can be provided; Helps to satisfy “Process Control”.In this paper we are going to accent on EAN UCC numbering system where EAN stands for European Article Numbering and UCC stands for Uniform Code Council. EAN/UCC numbers provide unique and unambiguous identification for worldwide recognition and can improve the efficiency and exchanging information between supply chain participants.Parts Traceability Information System used by PT. Mecoin do to record a part-part starting from the arrival until assembled into products used by each part will kWh meter. So that in a product can be traced GRS kWh meter that is used by each part. As for the concept of the approach taken is an object-oriented approach is to view the problem by using a model - a model that is organized (which combines the issues surrounding the concept of data structure and behavior of an entity). In this approach, the software organization is a collection of discrete objects that work together, communicate and interact to a certain target.

Abstract

The phenomenon of abundant plastic waste is a global problem that has a broad impact, including on the recycling industry such as CV Breaking the Limit. The main challenge facing companies is the difficulty of predicting which products will be most in demand by the market. However, through this research, using historical sales data from the period April 2022 to April 2023, managed to identify ACR Mill products as the best-selling products that are most in demand by consumers. The application of the K-Nearest Neighbor algorithm method in sales prediction helps companies to optimize production, manage stocks, and allocate resources more efficiently. The results showed that the K-Nearest Neighbor algorithm rovides very accurate predictions, with accuracy, recall, and precision values reaching 1.0 in product classification, so it can be relied on in supporting the sustainability of the plastic recycling business amid global challenges related to plastic waste.

Abstract

Humanitarian organizations that support social communities by providing work opportunities for employees. In actuality, a website is required to serve as a channel for contacting new contributors and publicizing the organization. In order to create websites for humanitarian organizations using the task-centered system design methodology, research was done based on these issues. Identification, requirements, design as a scenario, and walkthrough evaluation are the four stages of this process. The PACT framework is used to identify users and necessary tasks during the identification phase. The tasks that are actually required are then chosen at the requirements stage. The task-based design is then completed using the Figma program during the design as scenario stage. The workflow and usability of the website, which was developed utilizing cognitive walkthrough and SUS, are also evaluated at this point. Based on the findings of the assessment, it can be said that cognitive walkthrough testing can be used to assess the components of an interface that are easy to learn, effective, and efficient, and that SUS can be used to assess the usability of the design outcomes. Based on the findings of the cognitive testing, a learnability and effectiveness score of 95% with the predicate "very good" and an average efficiency value of 0.1 goals/second with the predicate "very fast" were obtained. The SUS test then yielded an acceptable predicate and a SUS rating of 83

Abstract

In order to increase net advantages for users of e-commerce applications in minimarkets, this research attempts to quantify the degree and influence of experience and trust on user pleasure. This research employs a quantitative methodology. Direct observations of e-commerce applications, literature reviews, and the online distribution of Google Forms-assisted questionnaires to application users via social media were the methods used to collect data. Both statistical and demographic analysis were used to analyze the data for this study. Users of e-commerce applications make up the study's population. Purposive sampling was the method employed for sampling. With a total of 180 samples, the non-probability sampling approach makes use of the PLS-SEM theory. The majority of respondents expressed high levels of satisfaction with the e-commerce application in minimarkets, according to the data processing results. Because perceived utilitarian's path coefficient and t-test values are below the threshold, the analysis of the aspects of user experience represented by perceived hedonic and perceived utilitarian shows that perceived hedonic has a significant effect on user satisfaction while perceived utilitarian does not. The user happiness variable is significantly impacted by the trust variable. Perceived hedonic value, trust, and ease of use are factors that significantly impact customer satisfaction with e-commerce applications in minimarkets.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to ascertain how consumer interest is impacted by service quality and promotion. Quantitative research methodologies are employed in this study. Questionnaires are a tool used in this survey-style research study. Probability sampling combined with the proportionate stratified random sample method was the sampling strategy employed in this study. There is one hundred in the research sample. Descriptive statistics are used in the data analysis technique. The study's findings indicate that promotion has a big impact on consumers' levels of interest. Customer interest is significantly influenced by the quality of the services provided. Promotion and service excellence have an impact on customer interest. The findings of descriptive statistics, which show an average score of 72.5, a minimum score of 32, a maximum score of 90, the highest percentage value of affirmative responses to questionnaire statements at 70%, and a R square value of 0.53, or 53%, for the quality variable service to consumer interest, all support this. These findings indicate that the variable of service quality has a stronger effect on affecting customer interest. This research focuses on service quality variables because there is a gap with previous research where service quality has no effect on interest. Apart from that, consumer interest variables have not been widely used, so this can differentiate previous research that refers to interest in using e-wallets.
