Claims (11)
- 전후륜(5a, 5b)의 한 쪽에 항상 동력이 전달되는 차량의 상기 전후륜의 다른 쪽에 동력을 전달하는 동력 전달 기구(8)와,상기 동력 전달 기구를 제어하여 상기 전후륜의 다른 쪽에 전달되는 동력을 조정하는 동력 전달 제어 수단(11)과,상기 전후륜의 다른 쪽의 좌우륜 사이에 배설되고, 상기 동력 전달 기구로부터 상기 전후륜의 다른 쪽에 전달된 동력을 해당 좌우륜에 분배하는 차동 장치(9)를 구비한 4륜 구동차의 동력 전달 장치에 있어서,상기 차동 장치(9)가, 입력되는 동력에 따라 좌우륜 사이에 차동 제한력을 발생하는 토크 감응형(感應型) 차동 제한 기능이 있는 차동 장치로서,상기 동력 전달 제어 수단(11)은 상기 차량의 운전 상태에 따라 상기 동력 전달 기구로부터 상기 차동 장치에 전달되는 동력(Tout)을 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 4륜 구동차의 동력 전달 장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 동력 전달 제어 수단은 상기 차량의 선회 상태를 검출하는 선회 상태 검출 수단을 가지며, 해당 선회 상태 검출 수단에 의해 검출된 선회 상태에 따라 상기 동력 전달 기구를 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 4륜 구동차의 동력 전달 장치.
- 제 2항에 있어서,상기 동력 전달 제어 수단은 상기 차량에 선회를 촉진하는 방향의 요모멘트를 발생시킬 때는 상기 차동 장치에 전달되는 동력을 감소시키고, 상기 차량에 선회를 억제하는 방향의 요모멘트를 발생시킬 때는 상기 차동 장치에 전달되는 동력을 증대시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 4륜 구동차의 동력 전달 장치.
- 제 2항에 있어서,상기 동력 전달 제어 수단은 상기 차량에 선회를 촉진하는 방향의 요모멘트를 발생시킬 때는 상기 차동 장치에 전달되는 동력을 증대시키고, 상기 차량에 선회를 억제하는 방향의 요모멘트를 발생시킬 때는 상기 차동 장치에 전달되는 동력을 감소시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 4륜 구동차의 동력 전달 장치.
- 제 2항에 있어서,상기 동력 전달 제어 수단은 상기 차량에 선회를 촉진하는 방향의 요모멘트를 발생시킬 때는 상기 차동 장치에 전달되는 동력을 소정치 이상으로 설정하고, 상기 차량에 선회를 억제하는 방향의 요모멘트를 발생시킬 때는 상기 차동 장치에 전달되는 동력을 상기 소정치 미만으로 설정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 4륜 구동차의 동력 전달 장치.
- 제 2항에 있어서,상기 동력 전달 제어 수단은 상기 차량의 운전 상태 또는 주행 상태의 적어도 한 쪽에 의거하여 설정되는 목표 동력 전달량에 따라 상기 동력 전달 기구를 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 4륜 구동차의 동력 전달 장치.
- 제 6항에 있어서,상기 동력 전달 제어 수단은 상기 차량의 실제 요레이트와 상기 차량의 운전 상태에 의거하여 설정되는 목표 요레이트에 의거하여 상기 목표 동력 전달량을 설정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 4륜 구동차의 동력 전달 장치.
- 제 5항에 있어서,상기 소정치는 상기 차량의 선회시에 상기 차동 제한력에 의해 선회를 촉진하는 요모멘트를 발생하기 위해 필요한 상기 차동 장치에의 경계 동력 전달량인 것을 특징으로 하는 4륜 구동차의 동력 전달 장치.
- 제 8항에 있어서,상기 동력 전달 제어 수단은 상기 차량의 운전 상태 또는 주행 상태의 적어도 한 쪽에 따라 목표 동력 전달량을 설정하고, 상기 차량의 선회 상태, 상기 목표 동력 전달량 및 상기 경계 동력 전달량에 따라 상기 동력 전달 기구를 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 4륜 구동차의 동력 전달 장치.
- 제 9항에 있어서,상기 동력 전달 제어 수단은 상기 차량의 선회 상태, 상기 목표 동력 전달량, 상기 경계 동력 전달량 및 상기 동력 전달 기구에 의해 전달 가능한 최대 동력 전달량에 따라 상기 동력 전달 기구를 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 4륜 구동차의 동력 전달 장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 동력 전달 기구는 상기 전후륜의 한 쪽에 전달되는 동력의 동력원으로부터의 동력을 분배하여 상기 차동 장치에 전달함과 함께, 상기 전후륜의 한 쪽의 회전 속도가 전후륜의 다른 쪽의 회전 속도보다도 작을 때, 또는 상기 동력원의 출력 동력이 설정되는 상기 차동 장치에의 동력 전달량보다도 작을 때는, 상기 차동 장치에의 동력 전달을 금지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 4륜 구동차의 동력 전달 장치.
