Description
本実施の形態によれば、イグニッションスイッチ101がオン状態に操作されたとき、直ちに噛み合いクラッチ130が連結状態となるので、エンジン102の始動直後に四輪駆動車100が発進した場合でも、前輪104L,104Rにスリップが発生すれば、駆動力伝達装置160を制御することによって、速やかに後輪105L,105Rに駆動力を配分することが可能となる。つまり、仮に噛み合いクラッチ130が解放状態であるディスコネクトモードで四輪駆動車100が発進して前輪104L,104Rにスリップが発生した場合には、噛み合いクラッチ130を連結状態としなければ後輪105L,105Rに駆動力を配分することができないが、前輪104L,104Rがスリップしている場合には前後輪の回転差が大きく、噛み合いクラッチ130における第1の歯部31と第2の歯部32との回転が同期せず、スリーブ33によって第1の歯部31と第2の歯部32とを連結することができない。しかし、本実施の形態では、噛み合いクラッチ130の連結状態で発進することができるので、発進時におけるスリップを早期に収束させることが可能となる。
以上、本実施の形態を説明したが、本発明は上記した実施の形態に限定されることなく、その趣旨を逸脱しない範囲で適宜変形して実施することが可能である。例えば、上記実施の形態では、駆動力伝達系におけるプロペラシャフト140とフロントディファレンシャル120のデフケース20との間に噛み合いクラッチ130を配置し、リヤディファレンシャル150と左後輪105Lとの間に駆動力伝達装置160を配置したが、この配置は逆であってもよい。また、プロペラシャフト140とリヤディファレンシャル150との間に駆動力伝達装置160を配置してもよい。
Claims (3)
- 車両の駆動力を発生する駆動源と、
前記駆動力を主駆動輪に伝達する第1の駆動力伝達系と、
前記駆動力を補助駆動輪に伝達する第2の駆動力伝達系と、
前記駆動源を始動するための始動操作を受け付ける操作受付手段と、
前記第2の駆動力伝達系を制御する制御装置とを備え、
前記第2の駆動力伝達系は、凹部と凸部との係合により前記駆動力を伝達する噛み合いクラッチ、及び伝達される駆動力を連続的に調節可能な駆動力伝達装置を有し、
前記制御装置は、路面の摩擦係数に関する指標値に基づいて前記路面の摩擦係数が所定値以上か否かを判定する路面状態判定手段を有し、前記操作受付手段が前記始動操作を受け付けたとき、前記路面の摩擦係数に関する指標値にかかわらず前記噛み合いクラッチを前記凹部と前記凸部とが係合するように制御し、その後、四輪駆動状態とすることが不要でかつ前記路面状態判定手段によって前記路面の摩擦係数が所定値以上であると判定したとき、前記始動操作を受け付けたときに係合した前記凹部と前記凸部との係合を解除すると共に、その後は四輪駆動状態とすることが必要と判断された場合に前記噛み合いクラッチを前記凹部と前記凸部とが係合するように制御する、
四輪駆動車。 - 前記制御装置は、車速が所定値以上であることを条件として、前記噛み合いクラッチを前記凹部と前記凸部との係合が解除されるように制御する、
請求項1に記載の四輪駆動車。 - 前記路面の摩擦係数に関する指標値は、前記駆動源の温度、前記駆動源の駆動力を変速する変速装置の温度、前記第2の駆動力伝達系の温度、前記主駆動輪と前記補助駆動輪との回転差、及び操舵反力のうち、少なくとも何れか1つを含む、
請求項1又は2に記載の四輪駆動車。
