按上表4所示,本发明改进辊压法工艺制备的加热不燃烧再造烟叶经顶空-固相微萃取-气相色谱质谱检测,鉴定出84种挥发性成分,总相对百分含量为97.91%,其中包括烯类10种(64.15%),酯类19种(9.41%),酮类19种(7.45%),醇类11种(1.84%),酸3种(0.45%),醛3种(0.34%),烷2种(0.21%),其他杂环类化合物19种。按单一成分来看,相对百分含量最高的为新植二烯(63.74%),新植二烯是一种C20聚类异戊二烯,在烟草中性挥发物中含量最高,是烟叶中重要的致香物质,该成分是烟叶内含有的叶绿素在成熟和调制过程中降解形成叶醇,再由叶醇进一步脱水而形成的。新植二烯自身具有清香气且刺激性较小,而叶绿素和叶绿醇则具有青杂气,在调制过程中随着叶绿素和叶绿醇大量转化成新植二烯,烟叶的青杂气消除,进而产生清香气。新植二烯在烟草燃烧时可直接进入烟气,具有减少刺激性、醇和烟气的作用。新植二烯作为捕集烟气气溶胶内香气物质的载体,具有携带烟叶中挥发性香气物质和致香成分进入烟气的能力,故又为烟叶的重要增香剂;其次为á-尼古丁(11.73%),是烟草中的重要活性成分,具有刺激性气味和辛辣的味道,带给人满足感;再次为棕榈酸甲酯(3.61%);第四为香叶基丙酮(1.94%),第五为亚麻酸甲酯(1.92%)。所有这些醛类、醇类、酮类、酯类、烷烃类、杂环类化合物、芳香烃等烟草香气成分带给辊压法加热不燃烧再造烟叶丰富协调烟香、良好满足感,模拟烟支抽吸效果好。As shown in Table 4 above, the heat-not-burn reconstituted tobacco leaves prepared by the improved rolling method of the present invention were detected by headspace-solid phase microextraction-gas chromatography mass spectrometry, and 84 volatile components were identified, and the total relative percentage was 97.91 %, including 10 kinds of alkenes (64.15%), 19 kinds of esters (9.41%), 19 kinds of ketones (7.45%), 11 kinds of alcohols (1.84%), 3 kinds of acids (0.45%), 3 kinds of aldehydes species (0.34%), 2 kinds of alkanes (0.21%), and 19 kinds of other heterocyclic compounds. Neophytadiene is a C20 cluster isoprene, which has the highest content in the neutral volatiles of tobacco, which is the highest in tobacco leaves. An important aroma substance, this component is formed by the degradation of chlorophyll contained in tobacco leaves during the ripening and modulation process to form leaf alcohol, which is further dehydrated by leaf alcohol. Neophytadiene itself has a fresh aroma and is less irritating, while chlorophyll and phytol have green miscellaneous gas. During the modulation process, as chlorophyll and phytol are converted into neophytadiene, the green miscellaneous gas of tobacco leaves. Eliminated, resulting in a clear aroma. Neophytadiene can directly enter the smoke when tobacco is burned, and has the effect of reducing irritation, alcohol and smoke. As a carrier for capturing aroma substances in smoke aerosols, neophytadiene has the ability to carry volatile aroma substances and aroma components in tobacco leaves into smoke, so it is also an important aroma enhancer for tobacco leaves; the second is á-nicotine.
