Abstract

Fulfilling the need for transportation equipment is not only fulfilled by buying but, can also be done through a rental system. As a result, the vehicle rental business has become a very lucrative business opportunity, both corporate and individual. Efforts to seize a fairly large market share require the right strategy so that business owners can achieve the targets that have been set and can increase the number of management units (units in contract). This study aims to determine the effect of marketing variables (7P) on rental decisions at PT Surya Sudeco either partially or simultaneously. This study was also conducted to determine the marketing mix (7P) and how much the marketing mix (7P) can explain the vehicle rental decision at PT Surya Sudeco. The results of the T test show that among the independent variables (X) analyzed, only the product variable has a positive and partially significant effect on vehicle rental decisions. While the results of the F test show that the independent variable (X) simultaneously has a positive and significant effect on the dependent variable (Y). The value of the coefficient of determination (R Square) of 35.1% indicates the contribution of the influence of the independent variable simultaneously to the dependent variable. While the remaining 64.9% is the influence of other variables (residual/error values) outside of the variables studied.

Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the effect of financial ratios on firm value. The variables in this study consisted of independent variables, namely the current ratio, debt to equity ratio, return on assets, and total asset turnover, while the dependent variable was the value of the food and beverage sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The population in this study were all food and beverage sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the 2015-2020 period. The sample selection used purposive sampling technique. The number of samples obtained as many as 10 companies. The data were analyzed by multiple linear regression method. The results of this study are the disclosure of the effect of current assets, debt to equity ratio, return on assets, and total asset turnover on firm value. significance 0.386 so that Ha1 is rejected; the variable debt to equity ratio (DER) has a positive and significant effect on firm value, as evidenced by the t-count result of 10,427 and a significance of significant effect on firm value, as evidenced by the t-count result of 2.782 with a significance of 0.007 so that Ha2 is accepted; the return on assets (ROA) variable has a positive and 0.000 so that Ha3 is accepted; The total asset turnover variable has a negative and significant effect as evidenced by the t-count result -2.091 with a significance of 0.041 so that Ha4 is rejected.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of communication and compensation both partially and simultaneously on employee performance in the Ciampea District office, Bogor Regency. The results showed that: (1) The results of the partial hypothesis test proved that communication had a positive and significant effect on employee performance in Ciampea District, Bogor Regency, with a t-count of 9.133 > t-table of 2.028 and a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. (2) The results of hypothesis testing partially prove that compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance in Ciampea District, Bogor Regency with a t count of 8.436 > t table of 2.028 and a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. (3) The results of simultaneous hypothesis testing prove that communication and compensation simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance in Ciampea District, Bogor Regency with an F count of 111,585 > F table of 2.866 and a significance of 0.000 <0.05. (4) The results of the determination coefficient test obtained an adjusted R² value of 0.863. This proves that 86.3% of employee performance in Ciampea District, Bogor Regency is influenced by communication and compensation, while the remaining 13.7% is influenced by other variables which were not examined in this study.

Abstract

The variety of interest rates offered allows customers to choose to take banking credit then the good quality of service by the bank will give customers consideration in taking credit. The objectives of the study are (1) To find out and explain the effect of interest rates on lending, (2) To find out and explain the effect of service quality on lending, (3) To determine the effect of interest rates and service quality together on lending. The approach of this research is to use quantitative methods. The sample taken was 109 customers of PT BPR Nusumma Jatim Jombang Branch. The results showed that (1) There is no effect of interest rates on lending, (2) There is an influence of service quality on lending, (3) There is an influence of interest rates and service quality on lending.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to determine whether there are differences in the financial performance of the company PT Asuransi Bina Dana Arta (ABDA) before (2010-2013 period), during the transition period (2014-2015 period), and after (2016-2019 period) the implementation of BPJS Kesehatan. The analysis technique used is Financial Ratio Analysis and Trend Analysis. This study uses a type of comparative research with a quantitative approach, using data collection techniques through documentation and literature study. The location of this research is by means of a desk study using data published on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) through www.idx.co.id, the company's official website www.abdainsurance.co.id and www.bpjs-kesehatan.go.id. While the time of this research starts from February 2021 to October 2021. The results showed that PT Asuransi Bina Dana Arta (ABDA) Tbk when viewed from the analysis of Liquidity showed a stable condition, Solvency improved, but from the analysis of Activity and Profitability showed a decrease. So it can be concluded that the trend that occurred after the BPJS Health showed a trend line that experienced more decline. To improve and maintain its existence, PT Asuransi Bina Dana Arta (ABDA) Tbk can provide benefits in the form of more facilities to its participants that cannot be obtained from BPJS Health, or collaborate with BPJS Health to implement the COB (Coordination Of Benefit) principle.

Abstract

This study aims to determine 1) the effect of compensation on employee performance; 2) The Effect of Work Motivation on Employee Performance; 3) The Effect of Compensation and Work Motivation jointly on the Performance of Public Bureau Employees of the Defense University in Sentul Bogor. The research design used is Ex-post facto. The sampling technique in this study used saturated sampling method, the sample in this study were 77 employees. Data collection techniques used in this study were documentation and questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that: 1) There is a positive and significant effect of Compensation on Employee Performance with a correlation coefficient Rx1y of 0.474 and a coefficient of determination R2 x1y of 0.225, a tcount of 2.125 > ttable of 1.991. 2) There is a positive and significant effect of Work Motivation on Employee Performance with a correlation coefficient of 0.674 rx2y and a determination coefficient of 0.454 r2x2y, the price of tcount is 6.114 > ttable 1.991. 3) There is a positive and significant effect of Compensation and Work Motivation together on Employee Performance with a positive multiple correlation coefficient Ry(1.2) of 0.696 and a coefficient of determination R2 y(1.2) of 0.485, Fcount value of 5.440 > Ftable 2,14

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the strategy that becomes a priority in the business development of CV Grapika Project Perkasa Cibinong. The method that the author uses is a qualitative research method. This research was conducted at CV Graphika Project Perkasa Cibinong. This research was conducted at CV Graphika Project Perkasa Cibinong. The time of the research was carried out for 6 months, namely November 2020 - April 2021. Data analysis was carried out by SWOT analysis. Based on the results of the IFE matrix calculation for CV Graphika Project Perkasa for the overall internal factor weight score, a total score of 2.80 is obtained, which means that the value is at a strong level. Meanwhile, based on the results of the calculation of the EFE matrix for Radio Teman for the overall internal factor weight score, a total score of 1.90 is obtained, which means that the value is at a weak level. Based on the IFE matrix and the EFE matrix table, it is known that the IFE matrix value is 2.80 and the EFE matrix value is 2.81. The strategy that should be used by companies located in Cells II and IV is a market development strategy, so based on the results of the IFE and EFE matrices, the right strategy for CV Grapika Project Perkasa is a market development strategy.

Abstract

The manufacturing industry continues to experience increasingly fierce competition so that many companies want good performance and experience profit growth every year. This study aims to determine the effect of the Quick Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, Total Assets Turnover, and Return on Assets to Profit Growth either partially or simultaneously. The method used is a quantitative method with the type of causality associative research. The population in this study are food and beverage sub-sector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange and the sample used in this study is food and beverage sub-sector manufacturing companies for the 2015-2020 period. The results of this study indicate that partially the Quick Ratio and Total Assets Turnover have a negative but significant effect on Profit Growth, the Debt to Equity Ratio has a negative but not significant effect on Profit Growth, and the Return on Assets has a positive and significant effect on Profit Growth. Simultaneously, it shows that all independent variables have an effect on Profit Growth.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the level of service performance of Indomaret Delivery Cikaret Toko Kode TA5P, Cibinong District, Bogor Regency as well as to determine customer satisfaction with service quality and to find out what factors must be improved in order to become consumer satisfaction for Indomaret Delivery Cikaret Toko Kode TA5P, Cibinong District, Bogor Regency. . The results of the study show that: (1) The level of service quality is very good in meeting consumer satisfaction Indomaret Delivery Cikaret Toko Kode TA5P is at indicator 14, the total value is 429 from the total maximum value of 500 (5 x 100). (2) The level of customer satisfaction is very good in the quality of service provided by Indomaret Delivery Cikaret Toko Kode TA5P in indicator 2, a total value of 443 is obtained from the total maximum value of 500 (5 x 100). (3) Overall the highest level of conformity in indicator 4 obtained a level of conformity of 106.23%. While the smallest level of conformity is on indicator 8, which is 92.63%. (4) The level of service quality that is a top priority and must be maintained is in quadrants I and II, especially quadrant I.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of self efficacy, team work and work life balance on employee performance at PT Finance Multi Finance (Credit Plus) Bengkulu City. Self efficacy,teamwork and work life balance are the variables of this study. Data collection techniques by distributing questionnaires using a scale likert instrument. The entire PT Employee Multi Finance Finance (Kredit Plus) Bengkulu City is the study population. Using the saturated sample method 38 samples This research uses the SPSS 22 analysis program. Multiple linear regression analysis Classical hypothesis test t test F test multiple correlation, the coefficient of determination is also used techniques used for data analysis. The results only show that (1) self efficacy affects the performance employees of PT Finansia Multi Finance. (2) Team work at PT Finansia Multi Finance (Kredit Plus) does not affect employee performance (3) Employee Performance PT Finansia Multi Finance (Kredit Plus) Bengkulu City is influenced by work life balance. (4) self efficacy, team work and work life balance have a simultaneous effect on the performance of Finansia Multi Finance (Kredit Plus) Bengkulu City employees.
