Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out and analyze the influence of ambient condition, design factor, and social factors, together on the customer satisfaction of Bogor City Hospital. This research will be conducted at the Regional General Hospital (RSUD) of Bogor City. The population of this study was the Pharmacy patients of RSUD Kota Bogor, with the condition of patients who had more than twice or more treated and took drugs in the Pharmacy Installation of RSUD Kota Bogor, namely as many as 340 In this study the number of samples taken amounted to 184 with Slovin formula. Data analysis using linear regression with the help of the SPSS program. The results showed (1) there was a positive and significant ambient condition effect on customer satisfaction with the value of t calculated ambient condition = 2.176 greater than the value of t table 1.972, with a significance value of 0.031 <0.05. (2) There is a positive and significant influence of the design factor on customer satisfaction with the value of t calculated design variable factor = 11.255 greater than the value of t table 1.972, with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05 (3) There is a positive and significant social factor variable on customer satisfaction with the value of t counted social factor variable = 7.466 greater than the value of t table 1.972, with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. (4) There is a positive and significant influence of variable conditions, design factors, and social factors together on customer satisfaction with a calculated F value of 48,493> F table 2,653.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of price, location, and product quality on purchasing decisions at Warung Makan Pecel Lele Pakde Kumis Alfalah Cibinong. This type of research is quantitative causality. The sample in this study was 100 customers who visited and bought at Warung Makan Pecel Lele Pakde Kumis Alfalah Cibinong. Data collection techniques using questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the F test shows that the price, location, and product quality simultaneously or simultaneously have a significant effect on purchasing decisions. The results of the t-test (partial) that the price variable has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, the location variable has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, and the product quality variable has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Based on the adjusted R-square value, it can be seen that the variable price, location, and product quality have a simultaneous effect on purchasing decisions of 0.339 or 33.9% while the remaining 66.1% is influenced by other factors outside the variables studied by the researcher.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the level of service performance of Indomaret Delivery Cikaret Toko Kode TA5P, Cibinong District, Bogor Regency as well as to determine customer satisfaction with service quality and to find out what factors must be improved in order to become consumer satisfaction for Indomaret Delivery Cikaret Toko Kode TA5P, Cibinong District, Bogor Regency. . The results of the study show that: (1) The level of service quality is very good in meeting consumer satisfaction Indomaret Delivery Cikaret Toko Kode TA5P is at indicator 14, the total value is 429 from the total maximum value of 500 (5 x 100). (2) The level of customer satisfaction is very good in the quality of service provided by Indomaret Delivery Cikaret Toko Kode TA5P in indicator 2, a total value of 443 is obtained from the total maximum value of 500 (5 x 100). (3) Overall the highest level of conformity in indicator 4 obtained a level of conformity of 106.23%. While the smallest level of conformity is on indicator 8, which is 92.63%. (4) The level of service quality that is a top priority and must be maintained is in quadrants I and II, especially quadrant I.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to identify how the management of PT Saung Pinus Sentosa manages human resources, specifically in job analysis, salary distribution, benefits, recruitment, appraisal and labor unions which are then compared with the theories obtained from references. The method used to investigate and identify this is through interviews with management which were held at the PT Saung Pinus Sentosa office. Based on these interviews, it can be concluded that PT Saung Pinus Sentosa has implemented the theory of Human Resource Management in its company, even though some have not been implemented, but overall this company has been running effectively.

Abstract

This study was conducted to determine the effect of business location and length of business on the income of traders in Cibinong Market, Bogor Regency. The results of the study proved that: (1) The results of the hypothesis test partially proved that business location affected the income of traders in Cibinong Market, Bogor Regency, this was shown by the value of t calculating the variable business location of 2.625 > t table 1.660 with a significance value of 0.010 < 0.10. (2) The results of the hypothesis test partially prove that the length of business affects the income of traders in Cibinong Market, Bogor Regency, this is shown by the value of t calculate the variable business location of 3.484> t table 1.660 with a significance value of 0.001 < 0.10. (3) The results of the hypothesis test simultaneously prove that the location of the business and the length of business simultaneously affect the income of traders in Cibinong Market, Bogor Regency, This is indicated by the calculated t value of the business location variable of 62.794 > 2.001 with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.10. (4) The most dominant variable affecting business income is the length of business variable, this can be seen from the value of the regression coefficient of the brand image variable of 0.546.

Abstract

This study aims to assess the financial performance of PT Global Teleshop Tbk for the period 2017–2021 based on liquidity, profitability, solvency, and activity ratio analysis. The research uses a descriptive qualitative method. The population consists of the financial statements of PT Global Teleshop Tbk, with the sample being the company's financial reports from the last five years (2017–2021). The data analysis uses financial ratios. The results show that: (1) The liquidity ratio analysis indicates good financial performance, as shown by the increasing Current Ratio (CR) and Quick Ratio (QR), demonstrating the company's improving ability to meet short-term liabilities with liquid current assets, although the QR still falls into the less optimal category; (2) The profitability ratio analysis indicates poor performance, with low Net Profit Margin (NPM) and Return on Equity (ROE), showing the company's limited ability to generate profits from shareholders' funds; (3) The solvency ratio analysis shows weak financial performance, with Debt to Asset Ratio (DAR) and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) indicating the company’s inability to cover total liabilities with its assets; (4) The activity ratio analysis, based on Total Asset Turnover (TATO) and Working Capital Turnover (WCT), also suggests poor performance due to declining asset turnover and ineffective management of working capital.
