Abstract

In this era, some people use E-commerce for online transportation. Go-Jek is one of the alternatif online transportation that used by people. The aim of the research is to know the effect of factor cost, quality of services, and E-Commerce technologi to decision for using Go-Jek service in Kecamatan Cibinong. The type of research is used correlational research. The data analysis is used linear regression of multiple with helping SPSS program version 17.0. Result of the research shows the test linear regression of multiple obtained the regression equation is: Y = 3.340+ 0,631X1+ 0,180X2+ 0,678X3. The meaning is every it increases the values of free variable (cost, quality of services, and E-Commerce) so it will increase the value of customers decision using Go-Jek in Kecamatan Cibinong. The results of the coefficient of determination show that the value Adjust R Square of 0,446 (44,6%) Which means together factors cost , the quality of services and E-Commerce have contribution or affecting decision to use Go-Jek in Kecamatan Cibinong of 44,6 %, while the rest 55,4% affect by the other factors that is not discussed in the research. The results of the hypothesis whether partial and simultaneously Prove that factors price , the quality of services and e-commerce affect decision costumers using Go-Jek in Kecamatan Cibinong. The most dominant factors affecting decision to using go-jek in Kecamatan Cibinong is a factor information technology E-Commerce , this is proven by value the regression coefficient of 0,678.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of personality and motivation on the performance of PT BPR Fajar Artha Makmur employees. In this study the object is a permanent employee or contract of PT BPR Fajar Artha Makmur. The population in this study were all employees working at the office of PT BPR Fajar Artha Makmur in the operational field of 50 people. The samples taken were 50 samples. Data analysis uses multiple linear regression. The results of the study showed discipline at PT. BPR Fajar Artha Makmur has gone very well. This can be seen based on the answers of 50 respondents, with an average number of 3.82. Motivation at PT. BPR Fajar Artha Makmur has gone quite well. This can be seen based on the answers of 50 respondents, with an average number of 3.02. Employee performance at PT. BPR Fajar Artha Makmur has gone well. This is seen based on the answers of the respondents as many as 50 people, with an average number of 3.05. Based on the results of data analysis using statistical methods, namely the correlation coefficient that is equal to 0.797, and according to the provisions of the author, it can be concluded that discipline and motivation have a strong level of relationship strength to employee performance variables, this shows that discipline and motivation have a strong influence on performance employees at PT. BPR Fajar Artha Makmur.

Abstract

An organization really needs conflict management and transformational leadership to improve employee performance.This study aims to determine: The effect of conflict management, the influence of transformational leadership on employee performance in the field of spatial planning in the Office of Public Works and Spatial Planning of Bogor Regency. The results of the study get the regression equation as follows: Y = 2,088 + 0,109X1 + 0,845X2, which means that every increase in the value of independent variables (conflict management and transformational leadership) will increase the value of employee performance in the field of spatial planning and public works spatial planning of Bogor Regency. The test results of the determination coefficient show that the adjusted R square value is 0.415 (41.5%). In other words, the contribution of the variables of Conflict Management and Transformational Leadership together on Employee Performance is 41.5%, while the remaining 58.5% is explained or influenced by other variables not included in this study. Hypothesis test results both partially and simultaneously prove that conflict management and transformational leadership affect employee performance. The most dominant factor affecting employee performance is transformational leadership, this is evidenced by the regression coefficient of 0.845.

Abstract

The results showed 1) There was a positive and significant influence of motivation on the performance of employees of PT Unggul Karya Semesta Bogor with a tilapia regression coefficient of 0.409 and t count = 11.204 > t table 1.979 which proved the first hypothesis was accepted. 2) There is a positive and significant influence of transformational leadership on the performance of employees of PT Unggul Karya Semesta Bogor with a regression coefficient of 0.170 and t count = 4.443> t table 1.979 which proves the second hypothesis is accepted. 3) There is a positive and significant influence of organizational culture on the performance of employees of PT Unggul Karya Semesta Bogor with a regression coefficient value of 0.403 and t count = 9461> t table 1.979 which proves the second hypothesis is accepted. 4) Simultaneous hypothesis test results known that the calculated F value of 168,176> F table 2,445 has proves that together with motivation, transformational leadership and organizational culture have a significant effect on employee performance. 5) The coefficient of determination test results obtained adjusted R² value of 0.799.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of inherent work discipline and supervision on the work effectiveness of employees at the Bogor District Secretariat Office. In this studyhe sampling was done by the saturation sampling method that is the number of samples equal to the total population of 95 employees. The results showed that the results of the partial hypothesis test showed that the work discipline and inherent supervision variables had a positive and significant effect on the work effectiveness of the Bogor Regency Secretariat staff where the t value of each variable was greater than the t table value. Simultaneous hypothesis test results obtained P value of 10,793 with a value of Siq.0,000 <0.05. This proves that simultaneous work discipline and inherent supervision have a positive and significant influence on the work effectiveness of Bogor Regency Regional Secretariat staff. The coefficient of determination test results obtained Adjusted R square value of 0.372 or 37.2%. This shows that work discipline and inherent supervision contribute to the work effectiveness of Bogor Regency Regional Secretariat employees by 37.2% while the remaining 62.8%, employee work effectiveness is influenced by other factors in the study.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of transformational leadership style and organizational culture partially and simultaneously on organizational commitment in the office of East Bogor District, Bogor Regency. This type of research is quantitative causality. The research location is the East Bogor District Office, Bogor Regency. The results showed (1). There is an influence and significance of transformational leadership on organizational commitment. This is evidenced by the value of t count = 29.040> t table 2.119 with a significance value of 0.000> 0.05. (2). There is no positive and significant influence of organizational culture on organizational commitment. This is evidenced by the value of t count = -1.634 <t table 2.119 with a significance value of 0.122 <0.05. (3). The simultaneous hypothesis test results show that together the transformational leadership and organizational culture variables have a positive and significant influence on organizational commitment. This is evidenced by the calculated F value 2806.727> F table 3.63. (4). The variable that most dominantly affects organizational commitment is the variable of transformational leadership, this can be seen from the regression coefficient value of the transformational leadership variable of 0.965.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the independent variables (motivation, discipline, and work environment) on the dependent variable (employee performance) at PT Ria Indah Mandiri Cibinong. The results showed that: In the partial test (t-test) it shows that the variables of motivation, discipline and work environment have a significant influence on the performance of employees at PT Ria Indah Mandiri Cibinong, because the value of t count is greater than t table, with a value of t count. respectively 3,204, 3,113 and 4,931 (>) greater than t table 1,667. Simultaneously, motivation, discipline, and work environment have a significant effect on employee performance at PT Ria Indah Mandiri Cibinong, because the value of f count 64.476 is greater than f table 2.16. From the variables of motivation, discipline, and work environment, the variable that more dominantly affects employee performance is the work environment variable (X3), because the t value is greater than the other variables, which is 4,931. In the test results the coefficient of determination (adjusted R²) which is obtained is 0.726, this means that 72.6% of employee performance variables are affected quite highly by the variables of motivation, discipline, and work environment. While the remaining 27.4% is influenced by other factors that are not discussed in this study.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of job satisfaction and commitment on employee performance. The population in this study are all staff and superiors at PT. Multi-Infrastructure Facilities totaling 326 people, using the slovin formula, the number of samples obtained is 77 people. The data was obtained by distributing questionnaires. This type of research is Quantitative Causality. Data analysis uses SPSS version 23 program to test: Validity test, reliability test, normality, multiple regression, and t test and f test. The results of the study show that: (1) there is an effect of the satisfaction variable on performance, (2) that there is an influence of the commitment variable on performance, (3) the variable that has the most dominant influence on performance is the commitment variable, (4) there is a simultaneous influence ( together) and significant variables between satisfaction and commitment to performance, (5) the test of determination showed that the contribution of the variables of satisfaction and commitment to performance was 32%. From this value, it means that satisfaction and commitment variables affect performance quite moderately, namely 32%, while the remaining 68% is influenced by other factors not discussed in this study.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of communication and compensation both partially and simultaneously on employee performance in the Ciampea District office, Bogor Regency. The results showed that: (1) The results of the partial hypothesis test proved that communication had a positive and significant effect on employee performance in Ciampea District, Bogor Regency, with a t-count of 9.133 > t-table of 2.028 and a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. (2) The results of hypothesis testing partially prove that compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance in Ciampea District, Bogor Regency with a t count of 8.436 > t table of 2.028 and a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. (3) The results of simultaneous hypothesis testing prove that communication and compensation simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance in Ciampea District, Bogor Regency with an F count of 111,585 > F table of 2.866 and a significance of 0.000 <0.05. (4) The results of the determination coefficient test obtained an adjusted R² value of 0.863. This proves that 86.3% of employee performance in Ciampea District, Bogor Regency is influenced by communication and compensation, while the remaining 13.7% is influenced by other variables which were not examined in this study.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out how much influence Competence and Leadership Style have on the Performance of State Civil Servants (ASN) at the Depok City Manpower Office. Data analysis techniques used multiple linear regression analysis tests and hypothesis testing. The results showed that: (1) There is a significant influence of competence on employee performance with a t count of 3.879 > t table of 2.021 with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. (2) There is a significant influence of leadership on employee performance with a t count of 4.051 > t table of 2.021 with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. (3) The results of the simultaneous hypothesis test show that the calculated F value is 28.067 > F table 2.839 with a significance of 0.000 <0.05, this proves that together the competency and leadership variables have a significant effect on employee performance. (4) The test results for the coefficient of determination obtained an adjusted R² value of 0.581. This proves that 58.1% of employee performance is influenced by competence and leadership, while the remaining 41.9% of employee performance is influenced by other variables which were not examined in this study.
