Abstract

ABSTRACTThis research is included as a correlational research, and consisted of two independent variables and one dependent variable, i.e. product quality and service quality with customer satisfaction. The research was conducted on customer of Adza Catering, with samples of 100 customers, derived by random sampling. The method used was survey and data analysis technique using statistical test of correlation and linear regression. The hypothesis testing was conducted at the significant level of α = 0.05. The results yield three conclusions, namely: first, there is a highly significant positive relationship between product quality and customer satisfaction with a correlation coefficient ry1 of 0.647, coefficient of determination of 0.4186 and the regression equation is Ŷ= 56.220 + 0.419X1. Second, there is a highly significant positive relationship between service quality and customer satisfaction with correlation coefficient ry2 of 0.763, coefficient of determination of 0.5821 and the regression equation is Ŷ = 40.773 + 0.376X2. Third, there is a highly significant positive relationship between product quality and service quality together simultaneously with customer satisfaction with a correlation coefficient Ry.1.2 of 0.740, coefficient of determination of 0.5476  and the regression equation is Ŷ= 22.612 + 0.428X1 +  0,236X2.  Based on these results, it can be concluded that product quality and service quality provide highly significant contribution to customer satisfaction. Keywords: Product Quality, Service Quality and Customer  Satisfaction

Abstract

Why do online customers become loyal in their purchases on e-commerce sites? We examine how e-service quality, trust, and customer satisfaction affect customer loyalty towards purchasing goods and services. The proposed model also investigates the relationships among e-service quality, trust to loyalty, and satisfaction as a mediator that remains underexplored. The sample of this study is 350 millennial respondents as online buyers in Bogor city. PLS-SEM modeling procedure was used to test the proposed research model. We find that the quality of e-service and trust has a significant favorable influence on customer loyalty, and this effect is mediated by customer satisfaction. This study highlights the role of e-commerce producers in gaining loyalty through efficient service offerings and shape positive psychological in online marketing practices.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine whether there is a relationship between service quality and servicescape with customer satisfaction both partially and together. The population in this study were customers of the Main Branch Office BPJS Health Bogor City as many as 457 customers, the sampling technique using the Slovin formula after 231 samples were obtained. The research instrument was a questionnaire. The collected data is then processed using simple and multiple correlation analysis techniques with the help of SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Science) software version 25.0. The results showed that: 1. Service quality is partially correlated positively to strong criteria with customer satisfaction, 2. Servicescape is partially strongly positively related to customer satisfaction, 3. Service quality and Servicescape together are positively highly correlated with customer satisfaction with correlation coefficient values equal to 0.830 then the functional relationship obtained by the equation Ŷ = 16.043 + 0.550X1 + 0.589X2 and the coefficient of determination or contribution of service quality and servicescape together with customer satisfaction of 0.688 or 68.6%.

Abstract

This study aims to find efforts to increase commitment to the organization through a study of the strength of the relationship between research variables, namely knowing, analyzing and revealing the relationship of organizational climate, personality relationship, and the two relationships together on commitment to the organization at AIA agents. Agency Vision One Group (VOG) in Jakarta. The method used in this research is a survey method with a correlational approach. This method is used to collect data from a number of agents within the company and at the same time, while the correlational approach is used to test statistically, research hypotheses, and describe analytically, systematically, factually and careful about the relationship between research variables. The variables studied in this study consisted of three, namely organizational climate, personality and commitment to the organization. Two independent variables are organizational climate and personality, while commitment to the organization is used as the dependent variable. The results showed that there is a positive relationship between Organizational Climate and Commitment to Organizations with a correlation coefficient ry.1 = 0.659 and a functional relationship equation = 6.260 + 0.971X1. Organizational Climate contributes 43.42% to Commitment to Organization. This means that the Organizational Climate contributes to the Commitment to the Organization. There is a positive relationship between Personality and Commitment to Organization with correlation coefficient ry.1 = 0.589 and functional relationship equation = 9.208 + 0.928X1. Personality contributes 34.69% to Commitment to the Organization. There is a positive relationship between Organizational Climate and Personality Together with Commitment to Organization with correlation coefficient R = 0.707 and functional relationship equation = 2.047 + 0.494X1 + 0.705X2. Organizational Climate and Personality together have a contribution of 24.10% to the Commitment to the Organization. This means that Organizational Climate and Personality together contribute to Commitment to the Organization. The more the Organizational Climate and Personality together it will increase the Commitment to the Organization

Abstract

The purpose of this study, is to describe and to analyze the motivation of employees working at the District Office of Central Bogor.The study population was all employees in Central Bogor subdistrict with a population of about 125 employees staff sections villages in Central Bogor subdistrict with research samples totaling 95 employees people using Slovin. The research instrument was a questionnaire. Collected data is processed by using correlation analysis technique.The results showed that: There is a positive relationship between work motivation and employee performance is weak with employee performance with correlation coefficient of 0.395. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the relationship Situational Leadership and Transformational Leadership on Job Satisfaction of employees at Panin Bank KCU Civil Servants Bogor and Bogor subdistrict North.The study population was all employees Panin Bank KCU Bogor with a population of about 138 employees with the sample used as many as 103 respondents. The sampling technique using Proportional Random Sampling technique. While the study population at the Civil District of North Bogor amounted to 107 employees with the sample used as many as 85 employees. The sampling technique by using Simple Random Sampling. Data were analyzed using regression analysis.The results show that: First, the closeness of the relationship between situational leadership and job satisfaction of Panin Bank KCU Bogor obtained correlation coefficient of 0.578 means the closeness of the relationship was. The closeness of the relationship between transformational leadership and job satisfaction of Panin Bank KCU Bogor obtained correlation coefficient of 0.607 means the closeness of the relationship was. The relationship between situational leadership and transformational leadership together with job satisfaction at Panin Bank KCU Bogor correlation coefficient means that the relationship of closeness 0,641 strong. Second, the closeness of the relationship between situational leadership and job satisfaction of the Civil Service District of North Bogor obtained correlation coefficient of 0.616 means keerata strong relationship. The closeness of the relationship between transformational leadership and job satisfaction of the Civil Service District of North Bogor obtained correlation coefficient of 0.639 means the closeness of the relationship strong. The relationship between situational leadership and transformational leadership together with job satisfaction in the Civil District of North Bogor obtained correlation coefficient of 0.756 means the closeness of the relationship strong.Keywords: Situational Leadership, Transformational Leadership and Job Satisfaction

Abstract

IMPROVING STATE SENIOR HIGH SCHOOL HONORARY TEACHERS CREATIVITY THROUGH PERSONALITY STRENGTHENNING AND ORGANIZATIONAL CLIMATEThe creativity of teachers is one important aspect that determines the success of achieving goal of education that is for the building up the intellectual life of the nation. The study is intended to find out the efforts needed to improve the creativity of teachers through personality and climate of the organization of honorary teachers of SMA Negeri at Cibinong, Bogor District. This research is utilizing correlation methods of research, where the first phase of the research was carried out by using a method of quantitative and the data collected through the deployment of questionnaires, and then analyzed by using regression and supported by the description of the statistics. Population of the research were 174 honorary teachers of SMA negeri at Cibinong district. The sample study as many as 122 respondents were determined by the Taro Yamane formula that using the method of proportional random sampling. The results of the quantitative study revealed that personality which emphasizes the stability of emotions (emotional stability), openness (extroversion), easily agreed (agreeableness), can be relied upon (conscientiousness) and openness to experience may contribute to improve creativity. While organizational climate that emphasizes the responsibility of a member, the structure of the organization, award, standards of performance and working environment can contribute to improve creativity. Based on the findings, it is concluded that the stronger of personality and organizational climate, the higher creativity will be.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode statistik korelasi untuk menentukan apakah variabel lain, yaitu pengembangan kepribadian dan pemberdayaan guru, memiliki hubungan positif dengan komitmen guru terhadap profesi. Berdasarkan hasil ini, analisis dilakukan menggunakan Metode Sitorem untuk membuat rekomendasi dan menentukan urutan prioritas perbaikan yang perlu dibuat. Penelitian dilakukan pada Guru Honor Sekolah Dasar di Kecamatan Bogor Selatan, Kota Bogor dengan populasi penelitian 173 guru dan sampel 121 guru. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan positif antara pengembangan kepribadian dan komitmen guru terhadap profesi dengan kekuatan hubungan ry1 = 0,686 dan ada hubungan positif antara pemberdayaan guru dan komitmen guru dengan profesi dengan kekuatan hubungan ry2 = 0,651 . Ini menunjukkan bahwa komitmen guru terhadap profesi dapat ditingkatkan melalui pengembangan kepribadian dan dari komponen pemberdayaan guru itu sendiri. Hasil Analisis Sitorem menunjukkan bahwa komponen pengembangan kepribadian, pemberdayaan guru dan komitmen guru untuk profesi menemukan 6 indikator yang terdefinisi dengan baik dan dipertahankan yaitu: 1) Kesadaran, 2) Kecemasan, 3) Pembimbingan Guru, 4) Keterlibatan perasaan, 5) Dorongan berkarir, dan 6) Penerimaan nilai organisasi . Sementara komponen yang perlu ditingkatkan adalah 10 komponen dalam urutan perbaikan prioritas sebagai berikut: 1) Kepatuhan, 2) Keterbukaan, 3) Keramahan, 4) Peningkatan kemampuan guru, 5) Pemotivasian dan dukungan, 6) Penyediaan fasilitas, 7) Kerjasama, 8) Keyakinan pada profesi, 9) Kewajiban terhadap profesi, 10) Perhitungan biaya alih/efek profesi. Abstract

IMPROOVING SCHOOL EFFECTIVENESS THROUGH THE DEVELOPMENT OF TEACHER SELF-EFFICACY AND SCHOOL CLIMATEThis research was intended to reveal whether teacher self-efficacy and school climate have a relationship with school effectiveness. The research used a correlational research method. Data collection was carried out on 83 private vocational school teachers in Ciawi. Data analysis was performed using inferential statistics using SPSS version 22.0. The research results were concluded based on statistical analysis and  resulted in 3 conclusions; 1) there was a positive relationship between self-efficacy (X1) and school effectiveness (Y). The correlation coefficient (ry1) was 0.076, and self-efficacy contributed 0.58% of the increasing in school effectiveness. 2) There was a positive relationship between school climate (X2) and school effectiveness (Y). The correlation coefficient (ry2) was 0.905, and the school climate contributed 81.9% to the increasing of school effectiveness. 3) There was a positive relationship between self-efficacy (X1) and school climate (X2) altogether to school effectiveness (Y). The correlation coefficient (ry1.2) was 0.998. The self-efficacy and school climate altogether contributed 99.5%  of school effectiveness. Based on these findings, it could be concluded that school effectiveness might  be increased by improving self-efficacy and school climate.
