Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi kerja dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT Istana Kebayoran Raya Motor kantor cabang Pondok Indah Jakarta Selatan divisi marketing. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode Kuantitatif Asosiatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan yang bekerja pada PT Istana Kebayoran Raya Motor kantor cabang Pondok Indah Jakarta Selatan divisi Marketing. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer. Data primer yang diambil adalah hasil kuesioner. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 60 responden dengan menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh. Uji yang digunakan uji regresi linear uji koefisien korelasi, uji koefisien determinasi dan uji hipotesis menggunakan uji t (parsial), uji F(simultan) dengan menggunakan Software SPSS versi 28 for Windows. Hasil yang didapatkan adalah terdapat pengaruh motivasi kerja dan Disiplin Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Istana Kebayoran Raya Motor. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari nilai t hitung > t tabel atau (10,046 > 2,001) dan ρ value < Sig.0,05 atau (0,000 < 0,05). Disiplin Kerja memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawann dimana diperoleh nilai t hitung > t tabel atau (12,819 > 2,001) dan nilai ρ value < Sig.0,05 atau (0,000 < 0,05). Motivasi dan disiplin kerja memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawann dimana diperoleh nilai F hitung > F tabel atau (92,338 > 3.159), hal ini juga diperkuat dengan ρ value < Sig.0,05 atau (0,001 < 0,05).

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan video pembelajaran untuk melatihkan kompetensi profesional pada mahasiswa PPG. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pengembangan dengan menggunakan model empat D yang diusulkan oleh Thiagarajan, Semmel dan Semmel. Hanya saja, penelitian ini akan dibatasi pada pada tahap define, design dan develop saja. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berupa lembar validasi ahli dan lembar respon mahasiswa. Data yang diperoleh dari para ahli digunakan untuk mendeskripsikan validitas video pembelajaran yang dikembangkan menggunakan rumus indeks validitas Aiken. Selanjutnya, video pembelajaran akan diujicobakan secara terbatas kepada mahasiswa untuk mengetahui respon mahasiswa terhadap video pembelajaran yang dikembangkan. Dari hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa video pembelajaran yang dikembangkan valid menurut pendapat para ahli.

Abstract

This research aims to evaluate the impact of motivation and work discipline on employee performance at PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk Ampera Branch, South Jakarta. The method was quantitative, with a sampling technique using saturated sampling, resulting in 75 respondents. Data analysis includes validity testing, reliability testing, classical assumption testing, regression analysis, correlation coefficient, coefficient of determination, and hypothesis testing. The research results show that motivation has a significant influence on employee performance. Likewise, work discipline also has a significant influence on employee performance. Simultaneously, motivation and work discipline significantly affect employee performance, with the regression equation Y = 7.274 + 0.402X1 + 0.438X2. The coefficient of determination reached 65.3%, while other factors influenced the remaining 34.7%.

Abstract

The objective of this study is to determine the influence of training and work environment on employee performance at PT Samwon Copper Tube Indonesia in Tangerang Regency, Banten. The method used is quantitative. The sampling technique used is saturated sampling, meaning all members of the population are used as the sample, resulting in a sample of respondents in this study. Data analysis was conducted using validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, regression analysis, correlation coefficients, determination coefficients, and hypothesis testing. The study results indicate that training has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, with a regression equation showing a direct relationship. The coefficient of determination shows that part of the variation in employee performance can be explained by the training variable, and hypothesis testing results indicate a positive and significant influence of training on employee performance at PT Samwon Copper Tube Indonesia in Tangerang Regency, Banten. The work environment also has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, with a regression equation showing a direct relationship. The coefficient of determination shows that part of the variation in employee performance can be explained by the work environment variable, and hypothesis testing results indicate a positive and significant influence of the work environment on employee performance at PT Samwon Copper Tube Indonesia in Tangerang Regency, Banten. Training and work environment simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, with a regression equation indicating the contribution of these two variables together. The coefficient of determination shows that a large portion of the variation in employee performance can be explained by training and work environment, while the remainder is influenced by other factors. Hypothesis testing results indicate a positive and significant influence of training and work environment simultaneously on employee performance at PT Samwon Copper Tube Indonesia in Tangerang Regency, Banten.

Abstract

Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelatihan kerja dan pengembangan karir terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT Pertamina Lubricants Jakarta Pusat. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan slovin dengan margin 10% mendapatkan 78 responden dari total populasi 341. Analisis data menggunakan uji validitas, uji realibilitas, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi, koefisien korelasi, koefisien determinasi dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian ini adalah pelatihan kerja berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar pengaruhnya sebesar 33,6% dan uji hipotesis diperoleh nilai t hitung > t tabel atau (6,206 > 1,991). Pengembangan karir berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 49,6% dan uji hipotesis diperoleh nilai t hitung > t tabel atau (8,655 > 1,991). Pelatihan kerja dan pengembangan karir secara simultan berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan persamaan regresi Y  = 8,551 + 0,243 X1 + 0,547 X2.   Nilai koefisien determinasi atau kontribusi pengaruhnya secara simultan sebesar  53,4% sedangkan sisanya sebesar 46,6% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain dan uji hipotesis diperoleh nilai F hitung > F tabel atau (42,910> 2,730).

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pelatihan dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT Samwon Copper Tube Indonesia, Kabupaten Tangerang, Banten. Menggunakan metode kuantitatif dan teknik sampling jenuh dengan 65 responden, penelitian ini menerapkan uji validitas, reliabilitas, asumsi klasik, regresi, serta uji korelasi, determinasi, dan hipotesis. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja (Y = 16,688 + 0,577X1, R² = 46,3%) serta lingkungan kerja juga memiliki pengaruh signifikan (Y = 14,708 + 0,630X2, R² = 42,9%). Secara simultan, pelatihan dan lingkungan kerja bersama-sama meningkatkan kinerja (Y = 8,386 + 0,399X1 + 0,403X2, R² = 59,4%). Kesimpulannya, pelatihan dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.

Populasi dan sampel yang berjumlah 92 orang metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunkan kuisioner. Dan dari penelitian ini adalah berdasarkan pada hasil pengujian pada tabel di atas diperoleh nilai thitung > ttabel atau (5,646 > 1.66216) hal tersebut juga di perkuat dengan nilai sig.< 0,05 atau (0,000 < 0,05). Dengan demikian maka ho ditolak dan h1 diterima, hal ini menunjukan bahwa secara persial variaebel motivasi kerja terdapat pengaruh jakarta pusat signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Lamaru Bangun Persada Jakarta Pusat. Berdasarkan pada hasil pengujian pada tabel di atas diperoleh nilai t hitung > t tabel atau (5,144 > 1.66216). hal tersebut juga diperkuat dengan nilai sig, < 0,05 atau (0,000 < 0,05). Dengan demikian maka ho ditolak dan h2 diterima, hal ini menujukan bahwa secara persial variabel disiplin kerja terdapat pengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Lamaru Bangun Persada Jakarta Pusat. Berdasarkan pada hasil di atas pengujian pada tabel di atas diperoleh nilai f hitung > f tabel (25,692 > 3.099), hal ini juga di perkuat dengan p value < sig. 0,05 atau (0,000 < 0,05). dengan demikian maka ho ditolak dan h3 diterima, hal ini menunjukan bahwa secara simultan variabel motivasi kerja dan disiplin kerja terdapat berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada pada pt. lamaru bangun persada jakarta pusat.

Abstract

The purpose of this Community Service activity is to train MSMEs in Subang Regency, West Java, to prepare simple Android-based financial reports. This program also aims to encourage participants to educate their surroundings and align with the demands of the millennial era. Using group discussions, the counseling session equips MSMEs with the knowledge to manage finances efficiently through Android-based tools. The activity includes motivational sessions by resource persons to enhance entrepreneurial spirit, demonstrations on creating business products, and hands-on training in preparing financial reports. These efforts not only foster financial literacy but also empower MSMEs to improve their business operations and sustainability. By integrating technology into financial management, the program supports MSMEs in adapting to modern business demands, increasing their competitiveness in the digital economy, and creating a ripple effect of education and innovation within their communities

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of workload, career development, and compensation on turnover intention at PT Prima Ufuk Semesta. The population in this study were all employees of PT Prima Ufuk Semesta. The sampling technique was saturated sampling so that a total sample of 60 respondents was obtained. The research was conducted by distributing questionnaires. The analytical method uses the Structural Equation Model (SEM) approach with the Smart PLS 3.0 analysis tool. The results of the study show that workload has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention. This can be interpreted that the higher the workload received by employees will be able to increase employee turnover intention. Career development has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention. This can be interpreted that the higher the career development received by employees will be able to reduce employee turnover intention. Compensation has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention. This can be interpreted that the higher the compensation received by employees will be able to reduce employee turnover intention.

Abstract

The study explores the impact of Organizational Culture, Work Environment, and Career Development on Teacher Performance through Teacher Work Motivation at Vocational High Schools (SMK) in Medan Sunggal District. Using a quantitative survey approach with a sample of 152 teachers, the study analyzed the data using PLS software version 3.0 (Partial Least Square). The findings reveal that both Organizational Culture and Teacher Work Motivation positively influence teacher performance, highlighting the importance of a strong organizational culture and motivated teachers in enhancing performance. In contrast, Work Environment and Career Development were not found to directly affect teacher performance, suggesting that while they influence daily conditions, they do not directly improve performance outcomes. The study also identified a negative relationship between Organizational Culture and Teacher Work Motivation, implying that a rigid or misaligned culture can hinder motivation. Furthermore, the Work Environment and Career Development were found to significantly impact teacher work motivation, underscoring the importance of a supportive and growth-oriented environment. Teacher Work Motivation was found to mediate the relationship between Organizational Culture and Work Environment on Teacher Performance, indicating that motivated teachers perform better when these factors are optimized. However, Teacher Work Motivation did not mediate the impact of Career Development on teacher performance, suggesting that career development alone may not be enough to enhance performance without proper motivation. The study emphasizes the need for a strong organizational culture and motivation in improving teacher performance, while also recognizing the limited direct role of career development and work environment.
