Abstract

In general, the discourse on youth existence and radicalism in Aceh has been started by a radicalism map and ended by analyzing data on youth involvement in countering radicalism in Aceh. The data were presented from previous facts, media publications, interviews, and observations of various sources. The result of the analysis revealed that the intensity of radicalism discourse among youth had increased in 2017. It was the momentum of the development of radicalism discourse. It was reflected by the involvement of youth activists of various community, youth and university organizations in countering radicalism ideas in Aceh. Therefore, the challenge of youth existence in responding to religious radicalism unemployment and drug in Aceh is very important. It is perceived that not every single radical action reflects the ideological belief but due to social and political gaps.

Abstract

Engish; The aim of this study is to examine the effectiveness of learning using Media visuals in developing skills in junior high school students, by comprising teaching object associated with the topic of data collection method through the instructional video to enrich student skills. Experimental work applied to achieve the objectives of this study. The model was implemented in three secondary schools in Lhokseumawe, Indonesia, involving 260 students. The results showed that there was significant, the difference between pretest and posttest scores yield a significant score of 0.000 <0.08. Thus, the results showed significant results of implementing a teaching system of data collection and process through instructional video was effectively compared to conventional methods in improving student skills. Bahasa; Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji efektifitas pembelajaran menggunakan media visual dalam mengembangkan keterampilan pada siswa SMP, dengan memuat objek ajar yang berkaitan dengan topik metode pengumpulan data melalui video pembelajaran untuk memperkaya keterampilan siswa. Pekerjaan eksperimental diterapkan untuk mencapai tujuan penelitian ini. Model tersebut diterapkan di tiga sekolah menengah di Lhokseumawe, Indonesia, dengan melibatkan 260 siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan, perbedaan skor pretest dan posttest menghasilkan skor signifikan 0,000 <0,08. Dengan demikian, hasil penelitian menunjukkan hasil yang signifikan penerapan sistem pengajaran pengumpulan data dan proses melalui video pembelajaran lebih efektif dibandingkan dengan metode konvensional dalam meningkatkan keterampilan siswa.

Abstract

Manajemen yang baik dan tidak terpisahkan menjadi salah satu faktor perbaikan pendidikan di Aceh di bawah kepemimpinan Gubernur Nova Iriansyah. Pemerintah Aceh sangat berharap kedepan lembaga pendidikan di Aceh memiliki kemampuan untuk menghasilkan generasi yang tidak hanya cerdas beragama, tetapi juga teknologi, kemampuan bahasa dan ilmu multidisiplin lainnya untuk menghindarkan Aceh dari generasi yang hilang dan ketidakpastian keilmuan dalam mengisi. Pembangunan Aceh nanti. Karena titik inilah yang menjadi inti kemajuan Aceh, selain pembangunan ekonomi, kesehatan, dan keberlanjutan. Untuk itu, salah satu upaya mendesak yang harus dilakukan Nova Iriansyah adalah mencari paradigma pendidikan yang tidak terpisahkan dari segi filosofis, birokrasi, dan implimentatif. Misalnya keterpaduan dalam kaitannya dengan hubungan Islam dan teknologi, serta bentuk keterpaduan lembaga / lembaga pendidikan dan kebijakan di tingkat provinsi, dan lain-lain yang sesuai dengan budaya dan budaya Aceh itu sendiri. Upaya menemukan paradigma pendidikan yang terintegrasi di Aceh setidaknya harus dilakukan dalam bentuk konsep kelembagaan pengelolaan pendidikan satu atap. Ide tersebut bukan tidak mungkin dilakukan, karena Undang-Undang Nomor 11 tentang Pemerintahan Aceh membuka peluang bagi Aceh untuk merancang penyelenggaraan pendidikan yang sesuai dengan budaya dan gaya Aceh secara mandiri.

Abstract

This paper is a result of a research related to the process and impact of government policies on a Islamic boarding schools education (Pesantren) in Aceh. The study employs a qualitative approach. To collect data, the research uses several techniques such as in-dept interviews, literature study/policy. The result shows that the juridical basis of dayahs education policy in Aceh is based on unlike specialty Act No. 44 of 1999, Act No. 11 of 2006 on Government of Aceh, and Qanun on Organization Structure and Governance of Aceh in 2007. The other regions in Indonesia, which are regulated by dayah education (Pesantren) under the authority of Ministry of Religion Affairs, in Aceh it is controlled by the Government of Aceh Province (Gubernur), by establishing Dayah Education Development Board (BPPD) Provincial and Regency/city. The impact of governments regulation of Province has caused congestion in managing the education management of dayah. Dayah education indicates forfeiture of identity, regulation based on polical practices, policy without design, and recent finding regarding the education model of Islamic boarding schools in Aceh. These subtance are the focus of this paper.

Abstract

This research explains that since Indonesia's establishment, Pesantren has demonstrated its ability to adapt to changing educational models as the embryo of the education model. During the transition of the educational model, this institution served as a grass-roots institution that provided basic education to people at all levels. Pesantren is competitive in assuring the development of a model of the education system that competes with the numerous models offered by other modern educational institutions. The Pesantren transformation model was examined using qualitative analysis in this study. Concrete data demonstrates that Pesantren as an Islamic institution has matured, with a wide range of options that contribute to the creation of pesantren's basic values as the spirit and culture of Indonesia. The result revealed that Pesantren, an Islamic educational institution, was developed and capable of competing in the face of education transformation needs.

Abstract

ABSTRAK. Pendidikan belum mendapat porsi istimewa dalam Undang-Undang Pemerintah Aceh. Beda dengan Undang-Undang Penyelenggaraan Keistimewaan Aceh yang memberi posisi istimewa untuk pendidikan. Keberadaan pendidikan dayah sendiri sebagai landasan yuridis, masih perlu dikritisi. Sejumlah hal yang harus diperhatikan antara lain mengenai klasifikasi dayah, yang mencerminkan intervensi pendidikan dayah oleh pemerintah. Selain itu, registrasi dayah akan berimplikasi kepada ketergantungan dayah kepada pemerintah secara berlebihan, karena hal itu dilakukan terkait dengan anggaran. Sejumlah kendala pendidikan dayah antara lain kendala dalam penyusunan kurikulum, manajemen, ekonomi, dan kendala regenerasi. Dayah Education After the Law on Government of Aceh ABSTRACT. Education has not received a special portion in the Law on the Government of Aceh. Differences with the Law on the Implementation of Privileged Aceh which gives a privileged position to education. The existence of education dayah itself as a juridical basis, still to be scrutinized. Some things to consider include the classification dayah, reflecting the Islamic boarding school education intervention by the government. In addition, registration will dayah dayah implies dependence on government excess, since it is done related to the budget. A number of constraints include constraints dayah education curriculum development, management, economics, and constraints regeneration.

Abstract

This paper examines the Aceh Government's policy on Dayah Education (Islamic Boarding School). Especially in the period 2017-2023. The focus of the study is based on dayah education, management, and the impact of government programs. The method used is a qualitative method. This paper finds that the Aceh Government for the 2017-2023 period has several program policies that lead to efforts to improve the quality of dayah education in Aceh. The main bases of activities to improve the quality of education of Dayah is by providing facilities and the teacher quality and qualification, from another side it is result the negative perception in community through the government's intervention program in dayah, it implies a barrier between the dayah and the community, as they must be bureaucratic and formality, and the government intervertion program tend to concentrate fully on physical infrastructure, As a result, it is projected that communication with the community could be disrupted.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the role of educational tricenter institutions in efforts to improve the quality of education in Indonesia. This research is qualitative research. The research used is descriptive qualitative research. Descriptive qualitative research is in the form of research with a case study method or approach. This research focuses intensively on one object that studies it as a case. Triangulation in credibility testing is defined as checking data from various sources in various ways and at various times. Data collected with interview techniques in the morning when the source person is still fresh, not many problems will provide more valid data so that it is more credible. Testing the validity of data can be done by checking with interviews, observations, or other techniques in different times/situations. The results of interviews with several school principals with the discussion of the education tricenter that support once in the program, support the implementation of the independent curriculum as a concrete step whose implementation in elementary schools, it can be seen in improving the quality of education from year to year. The implementation of P5 can be seen from the support of parents. So that what we hope is achieved according to the mission of the school

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out the process of creativity of school principals, obstacles faced by school principals and what solutions are taken by school principals to improve teacher effectiveness in learning at SD Negeri 1 Lamcot Aceh Besar Regency. This research is qualitative with a descriptive approach, namely observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis process is carried out qualitatively with the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. The results of the research show that the managerial creativity process of school principals improves the quality of learning by increasing teacher abilities through coaching in the learning process. The second step is to increase teacher discipline or enforce teacher discipline, increase teacher behavior standards, and implement all regulations. The third step, increasing teacher motivation, is to create a harmonious situation, fulfill all the necessary equipment and provide rewards and punishments. The fourth step, I hold training, bring tutors to schools, and provide opportunities to continue their education, assign teachers according to their fields, and hold meetings at the beginning of each semester

Abstract

This study aims to determine the role of principal supervision in improving the performance of elementary school class teachers in cluster XXXVI Ateuk, Kuta Baro District, Aceh Besar Regency. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study type. Data collection through in-depth interviews and observations. While data analysis techniques include data reduction, data presentation and conclusion making. The results of the study show that the supervision of the principal plays a role in improving teacher performance, improving teacher performance, especially in the learning process. The role of the principal as a supervisor in improving teacher performance is to act as a coordinator, consultant, group leader and evaluator. Supervision activities of school principals in improving teacher performance are carried out through planning, implementation, and evaluation. The implementation of supervision is carried out to see the condition of learning activities carried out by teachers, namely, to check the suitability of learning tools with their application in class, if not this is what is evaluated, and guidance and coaching are carried out to be better.
