Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of organizational climate and work ability towards organizational commitment and its impact on the employee performance. Endogenous variable in this research is the performance of employees, while, the exogenous variables are the organizational climate and work ability. This research proposes organizational commitment to be the intervening variable. This research using a 55 samples who are taken from the employees of Perindagkop and SMEs in Pontianak City. The type of research was a descriptive survey research with questionnaire as the  main data collecting media. Method of sampling in this research is census method where the entire population being sampled. Data were analyzed using path analysis (Path Analysis) facilitated by SPSS for Windows 22.0. The results showed that the organizational climate and the ability to work in a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment and the performance of employees. In contrast, the variable organizational commitment has no significant effect to employee performance. It means that organizational commitment to the organization of the Perindagkop and SMEs Pontianak City has no effect on employee performance improvement.

Abstract

This research aimed to find out and to analyze the influence of training effectiveness to job satisfaction andorganizational commitment and employee performance. This research was a survey, which used explanatoryresearch. The population was 606 employees, and 127 of them were the permanent employees at PT.BankKalbar Pontianak. The research samples were 62 people. They were the employees in bachelor degree. Data wascollected using questionnaires, interviews and document study. Each item was measured by the reliability andvalidity of the study. Hypothesis testing was done by using path analysis. Based on the results of pathanalysis, it was found that: the effectiveness of the training significantly influenced the employee satisfaction,the effectiveness of the training significantly influenced organizational commitment, effectiveness of the trainingdid not have any significant effect on the performance of employees, job satisfaction significantly influencedthe organizational commitment, job satisfaction significantly affected the performance of employees,organizational commitment significantly influenced the employees performance.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Karakteristik dan kompetensi kewirausahan merupakan dua fakor penting yang diperlukan pelaku Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) untuk menghadapi tantangan lingkungan dalam dunia bisnis yang dinamis dan mencapai kinerja bisnis tinggi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh karakteristik kewirausahaan dan kompetensi kewirausahaan terhadap kinerja UMKM. Penelitian dilakukan pada UMKM di Kabupaten Kubu Raya. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 184 UMKM yang ditentukan melalui metode purposive sampling. Data dikumpulkan melalui survei dengan penyebaran kuesioner. Teknik analisis data menggunakan model persamaan struktural dengan pendekatan Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa karakteristik kewirausahaan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kompetensi kewirausahaan, namun karakteristik kewirausahaan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja UMKM dan kompetensi kewirausahaan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja UMKM. Hasil penelitian juga mengindikasikan bahwa kompetensi kewirausahaan memediasi hubungan antara karakteristik kewirausahaan dan kinerja UMKM. Kata Kunci: karakteristik kewirausahaan, kompetensi kewirausahaan, kinerja UMKM   ABSTRACT Entrepreneurial characteristics and competencies are two important factors needed by entrepreneur Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) to face the environmental challenges in the dynamic world of business and achieve high business performance. This study aimed to examine the effect of the entrepreneurial characteristics and entrepreneurial competencies on SMEs performance. The study was conducted on SMEs in Kubu Raya. The research sample is 184 SMEs were determined through purposive sampling method. Data were collected through a survey with questionnaires. Data were analyzed using structural equation modeling with Partial Least Square (PLS) approach. The results showed that entrepreneurial characteristics  have significant positive effect on entrepreneurial competencies, but entrepreneurial characteristics have not significant effect on the SMEs performance and entrepreneurial competencies have significant positive effect on the performance of SMEs. The results also indicate that entrepreneurial competence moderate the relationship between entrepreneurial characteristics and SMEs performance. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of web quality, fulfillment, and satisfaction and its impact on repurchase intention of e-commerce customers. This type of research used survey methods, the population in this study were all Tokopedia consumers in Pontianak city-Indonesia. The sample in this study used 100 respondents using purposive sampling technique and the data analysis carried out with path analysis. Results of the first substructure was fulfillment and web quality had positive effect to satisfaction. The second substructure was the fulfillment did not effect the repurchase intention while the web quality and satisfaction variables had positive effect on repurchase intention. Satisfaction mediated the effect of fullfillment and web quality on repurchase intention.

Abstract

This study to examine and analyze the role of mediation work stress and organizational commitment on the influence of work-family conflict on the performance of female employees of the Rumah Sakit Jiwa Provinsi Kalimantan Barat. This type of research is explanatory research with a quantitative approach. The population in this study were female employees of the Rumah Sakit Jiwa Provinsi Kalimantan Barat. The total sample of 124 respondents was chosen by purposive sampling, then processing data using path analysis. The results of the first model study show that work-family conflict variables have a positive and significant effect on work stress. The results of the study for the second model show that work-family conflict variables have a negative and not significant effect on organizational commitment while work stress has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. The results of the study for the third model show that work-family conflict variables and organizational commitment have a positive and significant effect on performance, while work stress has a negative and not significant effect on employee performance

The number of population in this research are 180 people, and the sampling technique that used in this research is using the 10 times formative indicator, there are 15 formative indicators so there are 150 samples. The data collection technique that used in this research is by using questionnaire, and the data obtained by distributing the questionnaire to both of the Agencies and the data is evaluated by Structural Equation Model (SEM) and to analyze the data it is use SmartPLS 3.0 software application. The result of this research are: (1) Person-Job Fit is have significant impact on Job Satisfaction, (2) Person-Job Fit is have significant impact on Organizational Commitment, (3) Job Satisfaction is have significant impact on Organizational Commitment, (4) Person-Job Fit is not have significant impact toward Organizational Citizenship Behavior, (5) Job Satisfaction is have significant impact toward Organizational Citizenship Behavior, and (6) Organizational Commitment is not have significant impact toward Organizational Citizenship Behavior.

Abstract

The current business conditions move very fast, to be able to survive in the midst of chaotic conditions, the key lies in one word, namely change. While every organizational change is unique because it involves individuals in it who are also unique. Changes whose birth process is not enough to only include key members but also require the involvement of all members of the organization. Not all changes made by the organization will be implemented effectively. One of the reasons change implementation often fails is the lack of readiness of employees to change. This study focuses on identifying the influence of organizational culture on employee readiness to change by mediated job satisfaction and work engagement. Employee readiness to change was measured using the Readiness To Change Questionnaire developed by Holt (2007). Organizational Culture was measured using the Denison Organizational Culture Scale (DOCS) by Denison (2004). Job satisfaction was measured using the Job Satisfaction Survey (JSS) by Spector (1997), while Work Engagement was measured using the Ultrecht Work Engagement Scale (UWES-9) by Schaufeli (2002). Abstract

Anodisasi merupakan metode pelapisan logam yang melibatkan konversi permukaan logam menjadi lapisan oksida melalui proses elektrolisis. Salah satu tujuan dari metode ini adalah untuk melindungi bagian logam sehingga dapat meningkatkan nilai kekerasan, ketahanan terhadap korosi, dan tahan aus. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi pengaruh variasi suhu operasi terhadap efisiensi dan ketebalan lapisan oksida yang dihasilkan melalui proses anodisasi. Larutan elektrolit yang digunakan meliputi asam sulfat 15% dengan penambahan konsentrasi phospat 1%. Spesimen yang digunakan adalah aluminium tipe 1100 dengan tingkat kemurnian 99,00%, diberikan rapat arus sebesar 3A/dm2, waktu anodisasi berlangsung selama 30 menit pada variasi suhu 5°C; 10°C; dan 15°C. Berdasarkan analisis data didapatkan bahwa penggunaan suhu operasi yang rendah dapat meningkatkan nilai efisiensi, ketebalan lapisan oksida dan massa oksida. Nilai massa oksida dan efisiensi tertinggi diperoleh dari penelitian hard anodizing dengan suhu 5oC dan waktu anodisasi selama 30 menit, dengan hasil massa oksida sebesar 0,255 g dan efisiensi proses 69,03%. Nilai ketebalan lapisan oksida terbaik sebesar 18,43 µm diperoleh dari penelitian hard anodizing dengan suhu 5°C dan waktu anodisasi selama 30 menit.

Abstract

Based on the implication that brand image serves as a mediator between social media marketing and purchase decisions, Uniqlo can maximize their social media approach. This could be improved online communication, marketing that tell stories, or the application of unique social media platform characteristics that improve brand perception. This study aims to investigate the relative influence of social media marketing, product quality, and brand image on purchasing decisions. The research design chosen was causal research with purposive sampling technique. A questionnaire given to participants who met the requirements was used in this study. In this survey, a 5-point Likert scale was used (1 meaning strongly disagree and 5 meaning strongly agree). The large sample collected and surveyed in this research consisted of 200 respondents. The samples involved were Uniqlo consumers based in Indonesia. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the AMOS 24 statistical tool will be used to construct and assess the measurement model and structural model of the research design. This research has shown how social media marketing, product quality, and brand image all have a big relationship on consumers' purchase decisions to buy, both on direct influence or indirect influence mediated by brand image.
