Abstract

Abstract

The implementation of the Tracer Study at Tanjungpura University has been carried out since 2011 and became an electronic or online system in 2015. The system and design of the online tracer study at Tanjungpura University experienced dynamics that were adjusted to internal and external factors from 2015 to 2022. The influencing factors included changes in the mandate Dikti/Belmawa, resources, and the development of tracer study instruments. These factors cause several obstacles and challenges in creating an efficient Tracer Study system and desain. The purpose of As discussion is to review an overview of the development of the Tracer Study system and design at the Tanjungpura University to create a more efficient Tracer Study system. The research method is carried out by identifying a system model developed from 2015 to 2022 with the Borg and Gall models. The search results show that there have been system and design changes four times from 2015 to 2022. Furthermore, some systems and designs are less efficient in implementing the tracer study from 2015 to 2019 by making an online surveyor input system to reduce the tracer study's essence and function. However, in 2020, the online filling process has all been directed by alumni to fill in directly.

Abstract

MSMEs play a role in overcoming the problem of poverty and become a buffer when Indonesia experiences a crisis. Given their essential role in the national economy, MSMEs need assistance with access to capital. However, the problem is that MSMEs are not yet disciplined in recording financial transactions and compiling financial statements, making it difficult for banks to measure their financial performance accurately. This is due to a lack of understanding in making financial statements. As a result, it is difficult to know exactly how much profit or loss they experienced. Therefore, this community service activity aims to increase the understanding of MSME actors regarding the importance of financial recording and reporting and is expected to be able to prepare financial statements using SIAPIK. The method used in activities is socialization, which is done by conveying basic accounting material along with MSME financial accounting standards and providing training regarding the use of SIAPIK. The participants are MSMEs in the Kubu Raya Regency area of West Kalimantan. The activity results showed increased participants' understanding and ability to prepare financial statements using SIAPIK. By preparing good financial statements, they can measure their financial performance accurately.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effects of implementing green finance, corporate social responsibility (CSR), and capital structure on profitability, with the board of directors as a moderating variable. The research focuses on energy sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) from 2019 to 2023. The combination of green finance with corporate social responsibility (CSR) in this study is uncommon in previous studies. In this case, green finance is more concerned with the environment, whereas corporate social responsibility (CSR) is more focused on social issues. Conducted as a quantitative study, the sample selection employed purposive sampling. Secondary data was collected from annual reports and sustainability reports, accessed via www.idx.co.id and the respective companies' official websites The study’s findings reveal that green finance does not significantly impact profitability, while CSR has a positive and significant effect on profitability. Capital structure, on the other hand, has a significant negative impact on profitability. As a moderating variable, the board of directors does not moderate the relationship between green finance and profitability. However, it weakens the positive impact of CSR on profitability and strengthens the negative impact of capital structure on profitability. The implications of this study provide empirical insights into the influence of green finance, CSR, and capital structure on profitability levels. Additionally, the interaction effect analysis suggests that the board of directors plays a strategic role in decision-making related to resource allocation with a sustainability orientation.
