Abstract

The construction of an airport project must take into account several factors, including financial and operational feasibility. There is its own uniqueness in the construction of Dhoho International Airport – Kediri. This development is the first project built by the national private sector PT Gudang Garam Tbk, through its subsidiary PT Surya Dhoho Investama, with the Government and Business Entity Cooperation (KPBU) scheme where this project is a Green Field Project – Unsolicited. This study aims to determine the financial feasibility and operational analysis. The financial feasibility study is reviewed from cash flow and then analyzed using the Net Present Value (NPV), Benefit Cost Ratio (BCR), Internal Rate of Return (IRR), and Payback Period (PP) methods. Operational analysis to plan and determine the investment value needed for the construction of Dhoho International Airport - Kediri. The financial feasibility analysis test uses the Net Present Value (NPV) method worth Rp.559,887,494.00. The Benefit Cost Ratio method obtained a value of 1.0748. The Internal Rate of Return method obtained a value of 14.64%. The Return On Investment capital using the Payback Period method is obtained in 26 years. From the results of the financial feasibility analysis, it can be concluded that the construction of Dhoho International Airport-Kediri has been equipped with Custom, Immigration and Quarantine (CIQ) facilities. Operational tests have been running, especially for domestic flights, followed by Umrah flights.

Abstract

This Community Service activity aims to ensure that every woman is able to have a management strategy in managing household finances so that economic prosperity can be achieved in the family. Participants in this activity are given an understanding of the management strategies applied in managing household finances which will result in output from the participants, namely that each participant knows the level of financial needs, is able to make financial plans well in accordance with the flow of the management process, has an effective financial management strategy and practice in preparing routine financial budgets. It is important to carry out this activity because of economic instability and the increasing cost of living nowadays. Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between work motivation (X1), work efficiency (X2), and work ethic (X3), on employee productivity (Y) at Black Campaign Coffee Shop Tangerang. The population in this study were employees of the Black Campaign Coffee Shop Tangerang. The sample in this study was 50 respondents. The sampling technique used is Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling. The instrument in this study uses a questionnaire with a measurement technique is a Likert scale. The results of this study indicate that the independent variable of work motivation (X1) has a two-way test t-table value of 1.677, the results obtained from the comparison of the t-count > t table (5.160 > 1.677) which means that work motivation has a significant influence on work productivity. , in addition to the independent variable Work Efficiency (X2) has a value of t table two-way test of 1.677, the results obtained from the comparison of the value of t count > t table (5.096 > 1.677) which means Work Efficiency has a significant influence on Work Productivity, and the independent variable work ethic (X3) has a value of t count > t table (4,593 > 1,677) which means that work ethic has a significant effect on work productivity. And simultaneously work motivation, work efficiency, and work ethic positively and significantly affect work productivity. Obtained f arithmetic > f table (15.712 > 2.81) with a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05.

Abstract

This research aims to determine whether the partial influence of Motivation (X1) has on Client Competence (Y), the partial influence of Discipline (X2) on client Competence (Y), the partial influence of commitment on client Competence (Y), and the influence of Motivation ( X1), Discipline (X2), Commitment (X3) simultaneously towards Client Competency (Y) at the Tangerang Class 1 Correctional Center. The population of this research is the clients of the Tangerang Class 1 Correctional Center. The sample taken was 50 respondents using the Non-Probability Sampling technique with an Incidental approach, namely a sampling technique based on chance, that is, anyone who happens to meet the researcher can be used as a sample if they are seen to be suitable, with the help of the Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) version version 20. The results of this study show that there is no influence between Motivation (X1) partially on client Competence (Y). This can be shown by t count (0.945) < from t table (2.011), there is no influence between Discipline (X2) as a whole. partial to client competency (Y) this can be shown by t count (-3.329) < from t table (2.011), there is no influence between Commitment (X3) partially to client competency (Y) this can be shown by t count ( 1.606) < from t table (2.011), and the variables of motivation (X1), discipline (X2), and commitment (X3) of community counselors simultaneously on the competency of correctional clients (Y). This can be shown by the results Fcount > ftable (4,683>2,810),

Abstract

The aim of this activity is to provide understanding and assist in processing halal guarantee certification for MSMEs. The methods of this activity are observation, interviews and documenting selected MSME data. Mentoring activities are carried out online and offline. The results of observations and interviews with 120 food and beverage business actors from 13 sub-districts resulted in several conclusions, namely, the halal certification program is already known to all MSMEs but most are not interested for several reasons such as: 1) they still prioritize time for selling rather than following socialization about guarantees. halal, 2) processing halal certification is still complicated and confusing, 3) they don't have the funds to process the certification, 4) because they don't want to take care of guaranteeing the halalness of their products. Judging from the understanding/cognitive aspect, MSMEs feel that halal certification is very important (58%), and in the affective aspect the value is important (41%), and in the behavioral aspect the value is important/good (39%), meaning that understanding and knowledge about halal certification Good things are not enough to increase the interest of MSMEs in obtaining halal guarantee certification.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate ratings and online customer reviews on shopee users' purchasing decisions. The population used in this study were all users of the Indonesian shopee marketplace using a sample of 120 shopee users. The respondent selection technique in this study used a non-probability sampling technique with an incidental sampling type. Data collection in this study used a digital questionnaire (google form). This study used a quantitative method with data analysis techniques for convergent validity tests, reliability tests, discriminant validity tests, multicollinearity tests, r-square tests, and hypothesis tests. The results of this study indicate that ratings have a significant effect on purchasing decisions of 6.508> Zscore 1.96 and online customer reviews have a significant effect on purchasing decisions of 16.615> Zscore 1.96. The r-square test shows that ratings and online customer reviews simultaneously influence purchasing decisions by 88.1%.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the difference between before and after the implementation of the Shariah capital market school at Sheikh-Yusuf Islamic University Campus. This study is a quantitative research using the Mann-Whitney test as a differential test. Based on the research results, it is found that there is a difference in motivation and knowledge of the students at Sheikh-Yusuf Islamic University before and after the implementation of the Shariah capital market school activities.

Abstract

Pemahaman membaca adalah salah satu keterampilan dasar yang sangat penting bagi siswa sekolah dasar untuk mendukung keberhasilan belajar di berbagai mata pelajaran. Namun, kenyataan di lapangan menunjukkan bahwa banyak siswa, khususnya di kelas 3 sekolah dasar, masih menghadapi tantangan dalam memahami bacaan. Hal ini dipengaruhi oleh rendahnya minat siswa terhadap pembelajaran membaca yang cenderung monoton dan minimnya keaktifan siswa dalam kegiatan pembelajaran. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan pendekatan pembelajaran yang mampu menarik perhatian siswa dan meningkatkan keterlibatan mereka dalam proses pembelajaran. Salah satu pendekatan yang dianggap efektif adalah pendekatan bercerita, yang mampu memberikan pengalaman belajar yang kontekstual dan menarik bagi siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengoptimalkan pemahaman membaca siswa kelas 3 di SD Negeri Pasarsuuk, Cianjur, melalui pendekatan bercerita. Dalam penelitian ini, pendekatan bercerita diterapkan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan siswa dalam mengenali kosakata, memahami isi cerita, mengidentifikasi informasi penting, dan menginterpretasikan makna dalam bacaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan dalam aspek pemahaman membaca siswa setelah diterapkannya pendekatan bercerita. Siswa menjadi lebih aktif, mampu menjawab pertanyaan secara kritis, dan menunjukkan daya ingat yang lebih baik terhadap materi bacaan. Selain itu, pendekatan ini mendorong siswa untuk lebih terlibat dalam diskusi dan berbagi pandangan mengenai isi cerita. Dengan demikian, penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa pendekatan bercerita adalah metode yang efektif untuk meningkatkan pemahaman membaca siswa sekolah dasar. Harapannya, pendekatan ini dapat diimplementasikan secara luas oleh guru di berbagai sekolah dasar untuk mengatasi tantangan dalam pembelajaran membaca dan meningkatkan literasi siswa di Indonesia

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis kompetensi inti yang dibutuhkan dalam era digitalisasi logistik maritim melalui metode tinjauan pustaka sistematis (systematic literature review). Data dikumpulkan dari berbagai publikasi akademik internasional dan nasional yang relevan dalam dua dekade terakhir. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi inti dalam logistik maritim modern meliputi literasi digital, pengelolaan data, pengambilan keputusan berbasis sistem informasi, kemampuan kolaboratif lintas sistem, serta adaptasi terhadap teknologi seperti IoT, big data, dan blockchain. Penelitian ini juga menemukan bahwa pengembangan kompetensi tidak dapat dilepaskan dari dukungan kelembagaan, kurikulum pelatihan yang terstruktur, dan kolaborasi industri–akademisi. Simpulan dari studi ini menekankan pentingnya penyusunan kerangka kompetensi inti berbasis digital yang adaptif dan kontekstual untuk memperkuat daya saing logistik maritim nasional.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to identify and analyze the impact of audit opinion and audit delay partially on the quality of financial statements, with profitability variables as moderating. This research was conducted at Islamic commercial banks registered with the financial services authority during the period 2018-2022. This type of research uses a quantitative approach, the research population involves a total of 11 Islamic commercial banks. The sample in the study was selected using purposive sampling method, which resulted in 11 samples with observations for 5 years. Hypothesis testing in this study used a panel data regression model with the Fixed Effect Model (FEM) approach and for testing the moderation variable using the MRA (Moderated Regression Analysis) model. The results of this study indicate that the partial results of audit opinion have a positive and significant effect on the quality of financial statements, while audit delay has a negative and significant effect on the quality of financial statements, while profitability is unable to moderate the effect of audit opinion on the quality of financial statements. Meanwhile, profitability is not able to moderate the effect of audit delay on the quality of financial statements.
