Abstract

Abstract This research is quantitative research with an exploratory approach, namely research that uses previous research as the main source for finding novelty in the research carried out. Of course, these studies are closely related to Career Development, Employee Performance and Incentives. This research uses primary data or data obtained from objects directly using a digital questionnaire instrument to obtain them. The digital questionnaire contains 5 choices of strongly agree, agree, neutral/average, strongly disagree, disagree, and so on for 300 CFC employees spread throughout Indonesia. Researchers analyzed these data using the smart PLS 4.0 analysis tool. The result in this research show the Career Development variable has a positive relationship and a significant influence on the Employee Performance variable because the P-Values results are positive and are below the 0.05 significance level, namely 0.008. The researcher's assumption, as stated in the questionnaire, is that employee career development that continues to improve can make the vision and targets given by the company easier to achieve. In the end, research on employee performance also increased. Apart from that, in the second row of the third table the path coefficient also shows that the second hypothesis in the research can also be proven if the Incentive variable can strengthen the influence of the Career Development variable on Employee Performance. This is due to the more incentives the company gives to employees, the more enthusiastic the employees will be at work, the more focused they will be at work, and in the end it can increase career development and improve employee performance. Based on these results, the first and second hypotheses in this research can be proven. Keywords: Career Development, Employee Performance ,Incentives

Abstract

Abstract Fuel oil (BBM) consumption in Indonesia has increased from year to year, but the availability of fuel oil will gradually become scarce. Bioethanol can be used as a substitute for fuel oil (BBM) depending on its purity level. Bioethanol is a liquid resulting from the fermentation process of sugar from carbohydrates which has good prospects as a liquid fuel with raw materials that are renewable, environmentally friendly and very profitable economically. Bioethanol can be used as a gasoline mixture for vehicle fuel and can be used as cooking fuel in households. The use of bioethanol can reduce CO gas emissions significantly. Bioethanol can be used directly as fuel oil or mixed into premium as an additive in a certain ratio (Gasohol or Gasoline alcohol). If mixed into gasoline, bioethanol can increase the octane number significantly. Bioethanol is known as an environmentally friendly fuel, because it is free from pollutant emissions. Bioethanol can be made from plant raw materials that contain starch such as cassava, sweet potato, corn, sago and molasses. One of the materials that can be used to make fuel from ethanol is the cassava plant. Cassava is a tuber that contains carbohydrates that come from the roots of the cassava plant. Cassava is very easy to plant and maintenance is not difficult. Cassava is usually used as a substitute for rice, but can also be used as an alternative to fuel oil. This research is qualitative research with a descriptive approach. Researchers use research data in the form of secondary data obtained from a number of credible sources such as scientific articles, books and a number of other sources that are credible and commonly used in research. These data were analyzed using analytical tools with stages of data collection, data selection, data reduction and drawing conclusions. Keywords: Fuel Oil, Bioethanol, Cassava

Abstract

The phenomenon of "The Great Resignation" has prompted organizations to evaluate their work flexibility policies to address changing workforce needs and expectations. In this systematic review, researchers explore the role of work flexibility policies in the face of "The Great Resignation" and its implications for human resource management (HRM) and organizational culture. Researchers investigated findings from related literature published in the reputable international journal Scopus to gain insight into how work flexibility policies are understood, adopted and implemented by organizations in various contexts. The results show that work flexibility policies have a significant impact in increasing job satisfaction, employee well-being and productivity. However, challenges in performance management and effective communication were also identified. The implications of these findings reinforce the importance for organizations to adopt work flexibility policies that suit employee needs and expectations, as well as overcome emerging challenges through effective management strategies.

Abstract

Background on the influence of socioeconomic factors in the assessment of damages is important as legal systems in many countries, including Indonesia, often consider various factors when determining the amount of fair compensation for victims in civil cases. Socioeconomic factors such as income, social status and employment can affect a person's ability to obtain adequate compensation after suffering a loss. This research aims to study how district courts use socioeconomic factors to make decisions on the assessment of damages. This involves finding and understanding what components are most influential in the decision-making process. The quantitative method involved in-depth interviews and data collection. It also involved obtaining information from judges, lawyers, and other relevant parties to learn more about the socio-economic components that influence the assessment of punitive damages. This research may find that socio-economic components such as income, occupation or social status have a significant influence on the assessment of damages by the district court. For example, although the losses suffered may be the same, victims with low incomes are likely to receive lower damages than victims with high incomes. This research leads to the conclusion that action is needed to improve fairness in the assessment of damages in the district courts. This can be achieved by raising awareness of the impact of socio-economic factors and ensuring that all parties under the law receive fair treatment.

Abstract

The inventory control system comprises a set of control policies to determine the level of inventory to be maintained, when orders to replenish inventory should be placed, and how large orders should be. This system determines and ensures the availability of inventory in the right quantity and at the right time. The aim of inventory is in the right quantity and at the right time. Inventory management aims to provide the necessary raw materials for the production process to run smoothly without shortages or excess inventory, thus minimizing inventory control of raw materials, specifically Titanium Dioxide and Calcium Carbonate. The company often faces shortages and excess inventory of these raw materials. The company must estimate the future demand for Titanium Dioxide and Calcium Carbonate raw materials. This prompts the research question of how to analyze the implementation of the Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) method for inventory control of these specific raw materials at PT. ICI Paints Indonesia. This research employs qualitative techniques and analyzes data using the Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) method, Lead Time, Re-Order Point, and Total Inventory Cost Order. The results of this study indicate that inventory control of raw materials using the Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) method is more efficient for managing Titanium Dioxide and Calcium Carbonate raw materials at PT. ICI Paints Indonesia. The company can optimize the inventory of Titanium Dioxide and Calcium Carbonate raw materials and reduce purchasing costs. By establishing a reorder point, the company can anticipate excess or shortage of Titanium Dioxide and Calcium Carbonate raw materials, thus minimizing inventory-purchasing costs.
