Abstract

Abstract Indeks Pembangunan Manusia adalah salah satu indikator dalam mengukur tingkat keberhasilan pembangunan manusia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa seberapa besar kualitas indeks pembangunan manusia (IPM) dipengaruhi oleh proporsi pengeluaran rumah tangga bidang makanan dan bukan makanan, dan proporsi pengeluaran pemerintah bidang pendidikan. Dalam mengukur dan menganalisa digunakan data runtun waktu (time series) dan silang tempat (cross section) atas 25 Kabupaten/ kota periode 2019 - 2020 (triwulan). Analisa data menggunakan regresi data panel. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan adanya pengaruh yang signifikan antar proporsi pengeluaran rumah tangga bidang makanan dan bukan makanan, proporsi pengeluaran pemerintah bidang pendidikan, terhadap indeks pembangunan manusia di Sumatera Utara. Besarnya pengaruh tersebut telah ditunjukkan oleh nilai koefisien variabel-variabel bebas, yakni : -0,004 untuk variabel proporsi pengeluaran rumah tangga bidang makanan, 0,037 untuk variabel proporsi pengeluaran rumah tangga bidang bukan makanan, 0,051 untuk variabel proporsi pengeluaran pemerintah bidang pendidikan, 0,005.   Kata kunci: Indeks Pembangunan Manusia; Pengeluaran Rumah Tangga bidang makanan dan bukan makanan; Pendidikan   Abstract The Human Development Index is one of the indicators in measuring the success rate of human development. This study aims to analyze how much the quality of the human development index (HDI) is influenced by the proportion of household spending on food and non-food, and the proportion of government spending on education. In measuring and analyzing, time series and cross-sectional data are used for 25 districts/cities for the period 2019 - 2020 (quarterly). Data analysis using panel data regression. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant effect between the proportion of household expenditure on food and non-food, the proportion of government expenditure on education, on the human development index in North Sumatra. The magnitude of this influence has been shown by the coefficient values ​​of the independent variables, namely: -0.004 for the proportion of household expenditures in the food sector, 0.037 for the proportion of household expenditures in the non-food sector, 0.051 for the variable proportion of government expenditures in the education sector, 0.005.   Keywords: Human Development Index; Household Expenditures in the food and non-food sectors; Education DOI : https://doi.org/10.33005/jdg.v12i1.2790

Abstract

Content Marketing adalah strategi pemasaran menggunakan tulisan, video, maupun suara. Hampir semua hal yang mengandung tulisan, video, atau gambar di sekitar kita saat menjelajahi internet merupakan konten. Masyarakat Desa Pematang Johar disarankan untuk menggunakan content marketing dikarenakan banyaknya aplikasi yang menggunakan content marketing sebagai lahan pemasaran yang cukup membantu memperkenalkan produk/jasa yang dihasilkan desa tersebut apalagi untuk zaman sekarang pengguna aplikasi tersebut telah digunakan dari anak remaja sampai dewasa. Tujuan dari sosialisasi ini adalah untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan penduduk desa dalam memanfaatkan teknologi yang telah ada sekarang yang diharapkan nantinya akan meningkatkan pendapatan masyarakat.

Abstract

As knowledgeable people, lecturers are required to educate and advance people's lives. Therefore it is mandatory to carry out community service activities, as proof of the contribution of the lecturers. Lecturers are required to contribute their abilities, both in the fields of knowledge, energy, and materials. Community service programs are carried out through direct interaction through lectures, discussions and practices. The participants as partners are the women members of the GKPI Congregation for Exemplary Church. With this PkM program it can increase the creativity of mothers, through knowledge of interesting flower arrangement techniques, it can be used as new business opportunities so that new entrepreneurs are created.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze variables that influence Indonesia's economic growth from 1994 to 2023. The variables believed to impact economic growth in this research are foreign debt, inflation rate, and poverty rate. This research is quantitative, utilizing multiple linear regression analysis with time series data over a period of 30 years. All data used in this study were sourced from the World Bank, Bank Indonesia, and the Badan Pusat Statistik. The results of the partial analysis show that foreign debt, inflation rate, and poverty level each have a significant effect on economic growth. Specifically, foreign debt, inflation, and poverty have a negative impact on economic growth. Additionally, the three independent variables, such as foreign debt, inflation rate, and poverty rate that simultaneously have a significant effect on Indonesia's economic growth.

Abstract

Research conducted at Brownies The Bites aims to determine the variables that affect brand awareness of Brownies The Bites which is thought to be influenced by sponsorship and social media marketing. Research method used in this study was collecting data through literature review and field research, which was then analyzed systematically based on the study’s goals. In order to solve problems and prove the hypotheses, the data collected was then analyzed using descriptive analysis and regression analysis. The results of the research is Sponsorship partially has a positive and significant influence on Brand Awareness at The Bites Brownies. Social Media Marketing partially has a positive and significant influence on Brand Awareness at The Bites Brownies. Sponsorship and Social Media Marketing simultaneously have a positive and significant influence on Brand Awareness at The Bites Brownies. In this study, Brand Awareness is 68.7% influenced by sponsorship and social media marketing, while the remaining 31.3% is caused by various other factors that will not be explained in this study.

Abstract

In the current era of globalization, there is intense competition among companies so that these companies compete in meeting the needs and demands of their customers. To be able to meet customer demand, the company must be able to improve product quality and quality control or total quality management in the company so as to improve company performance and meet customer demand. The purpose of this study is to determine whether there is an effect of product quality and total quality management on business performance. The object of this research is the customers of PT. Budi Tamora Permai which consists of companies that buy semi-finished products which are then processed in the form of finished materials. The sampling technique used is saturated sampling where all members of the population are used as research samples and the data collection method in this study uses Quantitative methods by distributing questionnaires to respondents measured on a Likert scale. The results show that there is an effect of product quality and total quality management on business performance

Abstract

The dynamics of global economic development is currently undergoing a paradigm shift where the resource-based economy becomes a knowledge and creativity-based economy or known as the creative economy. The creative economy is growing rapidly, supported by advances in information technology that produces information media such as the internet. The internet has become a means to meet the needs of the community in running their business, one of which is used for marketing or what is known as digital marketing. The right digital marketing strategy can be used to reach the targeted market segment so that it can increase profits for businesses and increase income for business actors. This study aims to analyze the influence of Digital Marketing and Business Capital on the Income of MSME actors in the Medan Area District. This type of research is quantitative research. The population in this study were all MSME actors in the District of Medan Area with an undetermined or uncertain number. By using the Hair formula, the maximum number of samples is 100 respondents. In this study, the number of samples was 96 respondents. The data used in this study is primary data obtained through the distribution of questionnaires to MSME actors in the Medan Area District. The data analysis technique applied in this study is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS version 23 as a data processing tool

Abstract

Groats are one of the problems faced by farmers in Pematang Johar village where in every milling of dried grain, groats will usually be produced. The people of Pematang Johar Village use groats only as animal feed or even throw them away. Groats have the same nutritional content as whole rice but the economic value is quite low. The innovation of making fortified rice milk is an alternative in increasing the economic value of groats. The purpose of this socialization is to increase the knowledge of housewives in utilizing groats which are later expected to be adopted into Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises so that they can increase people's income.

Abstract

The Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) sector plays a pivotal role in driving economic growth, particularly in North Sumatra. One such MSME is Rezeky Payet Indonesia, which has recently experienced a decline in competitive advantage, as indicated by decreasing sales volume. This study investigates the influence of innovation and digital marketing as microeconomic drivers of competitive advantage in the Rezeky Payet business. The research population comprises all end consumers who have made purchases at Rezeky Payet, with an undetermined total number. Consequently, the sample size of 96 respondents was determined using the Lemeshow formula, appropriate for unknown population sizes. The results show that both innovation and digital marketing have significant partial effects on competitive advantage. Moreover, when considered simultaneously, these two variables exhibit a strong and statistically significant influence on the competitive advantage of Rezeky Payet. These findings underscore the importance of continuous innovation and effective digital marketing strategies in enhancing the competitive positioning of MSMEs.
