Abstract

The global pandemic has pushed educational communities around the world to look for innovative solutions to make distance learning effective. One of the emerging solutions is to use Virtual Clashroom, a concept that combines cutting-edge video conferencing technology with student-focused interactions. This research discusses the application of Virtual Clashroom as a solution to connect teachers and students online in distance education. Virtual Clashroom provides an interactive platform that allows teachers to teach in a more interesting and interesting way. With features like digital whiteboards, screen sharing, and interactive chat, teachers can facilitate active and collaborative learning. Students can ask questions, participate in discussions, and collaborate with other students in a safe virtual environment. This research also evaluates the effectiveness of Virtual Clashroom in increasing student engagement, subject understanding, and teacher-student interactions. The results show that Virtual Clashroom can create a more interesting and effective distance learning experience than conventional methods. Students reported high levels of satisfaction in using the platform, while teachers felt they could teach more effectively in a virtual environment. The Virtual Clashroom application opens up new opportunities in the world of education, especially during emergency situations such as a pandemic. By utilizing this technology, distance learning can become more interactive, inclusive and effective. This study provides valuable information about how Virtual Clashroom can be the right solution to improve the quality of education in the future. The method used in this research is a quantitative method. Researchers conducted a survey using a Google form consisting of 15 statements related to the title of the research. The limitation of this research is that the researcher only conducted research in schools and the researcher did not conduct research directly in schools but shared a survey link on a Google form containing a statement about Implementing Virtual Clashroom: Connecting Teachers and Students Online for Effective Distance Learning.

Abstract

This research aims to develop science learning media and know the perception of Shiva. This research wass a research and development study that uses the ADDIE model. The research stages include analysis, design, development, implementation and evaluation. The subject of this research test was grade VIII students SMPN 7 Kota Jambi. The instruments used were media-and material-validation sheet as well as student perception questionnaire. The data were analyzed descriptively. The Media developed has a .swf format in which there are audio, video, animations, images, and comes with questions in each sub-chapter of the material and there was an evaluation of all material. Media and material validation results with an average score of 89 (very good) and 77.5 (good). The results of the student perception analysis gained an average score overall indicator is 80.79 (good). Based on these results, it can be concluded that this science learning media can be used as a self-taught student.

Abstract

ABSTRAK   Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji hipotesis pengaruh Pelatihan, budaya organisasi dan kompensasi terhadap kepuasan pegawai pada mal pelayanan publik kota Palembang . Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai mal pelayanan publik kota Palembang. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik probability sampling  jumlah sampel sebanyak 87 responden. Teknik analisis data menggunakan  regresi linier berganda, analisis koefisien korelasi, analisis koefisien determinasi, uji t dan uji f menggunakan program spss versi 22 for windows. Hasil output koefisien korelasi diperoleh nilai korelasi (r) sebesar 239  berarti berada pada rentang 0,20 – 0,399 Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa korelasi antara Pelatihan  (X1)  Budaya Organisasi (X2) dan Kompensasi (X3) terhadap Kepuasan Pegawai(Y) rendah . Hasil determinasi diperoleh nilai R Squere (R2) sebesar 0,57 atau 0,23%. Artinya kontribusi sumbangan pengaruh Pelatihan (X1)  Budaya Organisasi  (X2) dan Kompensasi (X3) terhadap Kepuasan Pegawai (Y) adalah sebesar 0 0,57 sisanya 0,77 %  dipengaruhi oleh faktor-faktor yang tidak termasuk dalam penelitian ini. Hasil pengujian F secara simultan atau bersama-sama antara variabel Pelatihan (X1) Budaya Organisasi ( X2) dan Kompensasi (X3) terhadap Kepuasan pegawai (Y) diperoleh nilai 0,177 < 0,05 sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada pengaruh yang signifikan antara Pelatihan (X1), Budaya Organisasi (X2) dan Kompensasi (X3) Terhadap Kepuasan Pegawai (Y) Pada Mal Pelayanan Publik Kota Palembang.   Kata Kunci: Pelatihan, Budaya Organisasi, Kompensasi, Kepuasan Pegawai.   ABSTRACT   This research aims to test the hypothesis of the influence of training, organizational culture and compensation on employee satisfaction at public service malls in the city of Palembang. The population of this study were all employees of the Palembang city public service mall. The sampling technique in this research was a probability sampling technique with a sample size of 87 respondents. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression, correlation coefficient analysis, coefficient of determination analysis, t test and f test using the SPSS version 22 for Windows program. The output results of the correlation coefficient obtained a correlation value (r) of 239, meaning it is in the range 0.20 – 0.399. This shows that the correlation between Training (X1) Organizational Culture (X2) and Compensation (X3) on Employee Satisfaction (Y) is low. The determination results obtained an R Squere (R2) value of 0.57 or 0.23%. This means that the contribution of the influence of Training (X1), Organizational Culture (X2) and Compensation (X3) on Employee Satisfaction (Y) is 0 0.57, the remaining 0.77% is influenced by factors not included in this research. The results of F testing simultaneously or together between the variables Training (X1) Organizational Culture (X2) and Compensation (X3) on employee satisfaction (Y) obtained a value of 0.177 < 0.05 so it can be concluded that there is a significant influence between Training (X1 ), Organizational Culture (X2) and Compensation (X3) on Employee Satisfaction (Y) at the Palembang City Public Service Mall.   Keywords : Training, Organizational Culture, Compensation, Employee Satisfaction.
