ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji hipotesis pengaruh Pelatihan, budaya organisasi dan kompensasi terhadap kepuasan pegawai pada mal pelayanan publik kota Palembang . Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai mal pelayanan publik kota Palembang. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik probability sampling jumlah sampel sebanyak 87 responden. Teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi linier berganda, analisis koefisien korelasi, analisis koefisien determinasi, uji t dan uji f menggunakan program spss versi 22 for windows. Hasil output koefisien korelasi diperoleh nilai korelasi (r) sebesar 239 berarti berada pada rentang 0,20 – 0,399 Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa korelasi antara Pelatihan (X1) Budaya Organisasi (X2) dan Kompensasi (X3) terhadap Kepuasan Pegawai(Y) rendah . Hasil determinasi diperoleh nilai R Squere (R2) sebesar 0,57 atau 0,23%. Artinya kontribusi sumbangan pengaruh Pelatihan (X1) Budaya Organisasi (X2) dan Kompensasi (X3) terhadap Kepuasan Pegawai (Y) adalah sebesar 0 0,57 sisanya 0,77 % dipengaruhi oleh faktor-faktor yang tidak termasuk dalam penelitian ini. Hasil pengujian F secara simultan atau bersama-sama antara variabel Pelatihan (X1) Budaya Organisasi ( X2) dan Kompensasi (X3) terhadap Kepuasan pegawai (Y) diperoleh nilai 0,177 < 0,05 sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada pengaruh yang signifikan antara Pelatihan (X1), Budaya Organisasi (X2) dan Kompensasi (X3) Terhadap Kepuasan Pegawai (Y) Pada Mal Pelayanan Publik Kota Palembang. ABSTRACT This research aims to test the hypothesis of the influence of training, organizational culture and compensation on employee satisfaction at public service malls in the city of Palembang. The population of this study were all employees of the Palembang city public service mall. The sampling technique in this research was a probability sampling technique with a sample size of 87 respondents. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression, correlation coefficient analysis, coefficient of determination analysis, t test and f test using the SPSS version 22 for Windows program. The output results of the correlation coefficient obtained a correlation value (r) of 239, meaning it is in the range 0.20 – 0.399. This shows that the correlation between Training (X1) Organizational Culture (X2) and Compensation (X3) on Employee Satisfaction (Y) is low. The determination results obtained an R Squere (R2) value of 0.57 or 0.23%. This means that the contribution of the influence of Training (X1), Organizational Culture (X2) and Compensation (X3) on Employee Satisfaction (Y) is 0 0.57, the remaining 0.77% is influenced by factors not included in this research. The results of F testing simultaneously or together between the variables Training (X1) Organizational Culture (X2) and Compensation (X3) on employee satisfaction (Y) obtained a value of 0.177 < 0.05 so it can be concluded that there is a significant influence between Training (X1 ), Organizational Culture (X2) and Compensation (X3) on Employee Satisfaction (Y) at the Palembang City Public Service Mall.
