Abstract

The research aimed at describing; (1) the preparation of earning programs, (2) implementation of earning programs, (3) evaluation of earning programs, (4) earning support factors, (5) earning inhibiting factors, and (6) efforts / solutions regarding earning inhibiting factors. This study uses a qualitative approach to the type of descriptive case study research. The results of this study are: (1) the preparation of earning programs using a dua curriculum namely K13 and KTSP, (2) the implementation of earning programs administratively using two curricula namely K13 and KTSP. However, due to the good condition of the school condition of the condition of the facilities and infrastructure and also the condition of the students so that the earning process is closer to using KTSP, (3) evaluation of the earning program conducted by the teacher there are two types of earning evaluation namely summative evaluation which is meant summative evaluation namely evaluation conducted by the teacher in order to determine the results and development or progress of student earning, and also in addition to summative evaluation the teacher also uses formative evaluation which is an evaluation conducted by the teacher in order to improve and enhance the earning and teaching process, (4) there are two factors supporting earning the first source is the school’s internal environment and also the school’s externa environment, (5) there are two factors that inhibit earning, the first is from the school’s internal environment and also the school’s externa environment, (6) efforts/solutions regarding earning inhibiting factors, there are two ways that schools do in dealing with earning barriers, namely depending on the source of the obstacle. Efforts or solutions made by schools in dealing with the ack of facilities and infrastructure is to ask for more hep from the government or the Office of Education

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kemampuan guru dalam meningkatkan kreativitas belajar siswa kelas XI pada mata pelajaran Pembiakan Tanaman di SMK Negeri 1 Sayan. Subjek penelitian adalah guru mata pelajaran Pembiakan Tanaman kelas XI di SMK Negeri 1 Sayan, dengan objek penelitian adalah kemampuan guru dalam meningkatkan kreativitas belajar siswa. Data dalam penelitian diperoleh melalui teknik angket dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan guru dalam meningkatkan kreativitas belajar siswa kelas XI pada mata pelajaran Pembiakan Tanaman di SMK Negeri 1 Sayan secara keseluruhan dapat dikategorikan sebagai "Baik" dengan persentase sebesar 75.75%, yang berada dalam rentang 61%-80%. Hal ini mengindikasikan bahwa guru mata pelajaran Pembiakan Tanaman memiliki kemampuan yang baik dalam meningkatkan kreativitas belajar siswa di lingkungan SMK Negeri 1 Sayan. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi penting dalam memahami peran guru dalam meningkatkan kreativitas belajar siswa di tingkat SMK, khususnya dalam mata pelajaran Pembiakan Tanaman. Abstract This study aims to analyze the ability of teachers in improving the learning creativity of class XI students in Plant Breeding subjects at SMK Negeri 1 Sayan. The subject of the research is the teacher of Plant Breeding subject in class XI at SMK Negeri 1 Sayan, with the object of research is the teacher's ability to improve student learning creativity. Data in the study were obtained through questionnaire and documentation techniques. The results showed that the teacher's ability to improve the learning creativity of class XI students in Plant Breeding subjects at SMK Negeri 1 Sayan as a whole can be categorized as "Good" with a percentage of 75.75%, which is in the range of 61%-80%. This indicates that the Plant Breeding subject teacher has a good ability to improve student learning creativity in the SMK Negeri 1 Sayan environment. This research provides an important contribution in understanding the role of teachers in improving student learning creativity at the SMK level, especially in Plant Breeding subjects.

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan bentuk penelitian pra eksperimental design. Rancangan penelitian yang digunakan adalah One Group Prestest-Posttest. Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah kelas VI-A sebagai kelas eksperimen . Instrumen tes yang digunakan untuk mengetahui kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematika siswa adalah dengan menggunakan tes berbentuk pilihan ganda. Hasil analisis data kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematika siswa pada pretest kelas eksperimen diperoleh nilai rata-rata sebesar 32,69. Hasil analisis data pada posttest kelas eksperimen diperoleh bahwa kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematika siswa meningkat dengan nilai rata-rata sebesar 81,8. Berdasarkan analisis data dengan menggunakan ANKOVA satu jalan, diperoleh nilai sig. = 0,014. Nilai sig. yang didapatkan kurang dari 0,05 yaitu 0,014 < 0,05 yang berarti terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan dimana kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematika siswa setelah menggunakan Model Pembelajaran Creative Problem Solving lebih tinggi. Abstract This research is quantitative research with a pre-experimental design. The research design used was One Group Prestest-Posttest. The sample in this study was class VI-A as the experimental class. The test instrument used to determine students' mathematical problem solving ability is to use a multiple choice test. The results of data analysis of students' mathematical problem solving ability on the experimental class pretest obtained an average value of 32.69. The results of data analysis on the experimental class posttest obtained that students' mathematical problem solving ability increased with an average value of 81.8. Based on data analysis using one-way ANKOVA, the sig value was obtained. = 0,014. The sig. value obtained is less than 0.05, namely 0.014 <0.05, which means there is a significant difference where students' math problem solving skills after using the Creative Problem Solving Learning Model are higher.
