Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui perumusan visi dan misi serta kinerja guru dalam pencapaian visi dan misi sekolah di SMK Negeri 1 Nanga Pinoh. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Subjek penelitian adalah guru-guru di SMK Negeri 1 Nanga Pinoh. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis interaktif dengan proses pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Perumusan kebijakan visi dan misi SMK Negeri 1 Nanga Pinoh dilaksanakan secara musyawarah antara kepala sekolah, guru-guru dan tendik. Kepala sekolah mengkomunikasikan visi dan misi sekolah kepada guru melalui rapat yang dilakukan sekolah; (2) Implementasi visi dan misi dalam kinerja guru pada aspek kompetensi pedagogik dan profesional dilaksanakan dengan baik.

Abstract

The research aimed at describing; (1) the preparation of earning programs, (2) implementation of earning programs, (3) evaluation of earning programs, (4) earning support factors, (5) earning inhibiting factors, and (6) efforts / solutions regarding earning inhibiting factors. This study uses a qualitative approach to the type of descriptive case study research. The results of this study are: (1) the preparation of earning programs using a dua curriculum namely K13 and KTSP, (2) the implementation of earning programs administratively using two curricula namely K13 and KTSP. However, due to the good condition of the school condition of the condition of the facilities and infrastructure and also the condition of the students so that the earning process is closer to using KTSP, (3) evaluation of the earning program conducted by the teacher there are two types of earning evaluation namely summative evaluation which is meant summative evaluation namely evaluation conducted by the teacher in order to determine the results and development or progress of student earning, and also in addition to summative evaluation the teacher also uses formative evaluation which is an evaluation conducted by the teacher in order to improve and enhance the earning and teaching process, (4) there are two factors supporting earning the first source is the school’s internal environment and also the school’s externa environment, (5) there are two factors that inhibit earning, the first is from the school’s internal environment and also the school’s externa environment, (6) efforts/solutions regarding earning inhibiting factors, there are two ways that schools do in dealing with earning barriers, namely depending on the source of the obstacle. Efforts or solutions made by schools in dealing with the ack of facilities and infrastructure is to ask for more hep from the government or the Office of Education

Abstract

This study aims to determine the work commitment of teachers at SMA Negeri 2 Sungai Raya. The research employs qualitative methods, with 5 subjects participating. Data collection methods include interviews, documentation, and observation. Data analysis is conducted through data reduction, data presentation, and verification. Data validity is checked through credibility, transferability, dependability, and confirmability tests. The study concludes that: 1) forms of teacher commitment include: teacher involvement in activities, constructive responses from teachers, teacher cooperation, concern for school development, teacher compliance, teacher loyalty, and choosing teaching as a lifelong career; 2) strategies to foster teacher work commitment include: commitment to core human values, clarification and communication of the organization's mission, ensuring organizational justice, creating a sense of community, and supporting teacher development; and 3) implications of teacher work commitment include: the impact of teacher commitment, information about obstacles faced, efforts made, and teachers implementing the curriculum with full responsibility. The conclusion of this research is that teacher work commitment has been effectively implemented. The implications of this research can serve as input for enhancing teacher work commitment.

Abstract

Adversity quotient merupakan kombinasi penting dari keterampilan kognitif, afektif, dan motorik yang memungkinkan individu menghadapi tantangan hidup dengan efektif. Adversity quotient yang tinggi berdampak positif pada prestasi akademik siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi peran guru dalam meningkatkan adversity quotient siswa dan merancang model manajemen pendidikan karakter yang dapat digunakan oleh guru untuk meningkatkan adversity quotient siswa sekolah dasar. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode R&D pada tahap awal dan melibatkan kepala sekolah, guru, serta siswa sekolah dasar sebagai sumber data, dengan total 50 responden yang mengisi kuesioner. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Aspek adversity quotient siswa yang dapat dikembangkan melalui pendidikan karakter meliputi ketangguhan, kemandirian, pengendalian diri, fokus, dan berpikir kritis; (2) Peran guru dalam meningkatkan adversity quotient siswa saat ini masih belum optimal dan memerlukan perhatian serta waktu yang lebih untuk implementasi yang tepat; (3) Dibutuhkan model manajemen pendidikan karakter yang dapat digunakan guru dalam perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi. Inovasi dari penelitian ini terletak pada perancangan model manajemen pendidikan karakter yang disesuaikan untuk meningkatkan adversity quotient siswa berdasarkan kebutuhan dan karakteristik mereka. Manfaat dan pentingnya model manajemen pendidikan karakter ini mencakup peningkatan kualitas dan karakter lulusan
