Abstract

Shaykh Sulayman al-Rasuli (1871-1970 AD) was consistent scholar of Minangkabau to maintain i'tiqadAhl al-Sunnah wa al-Jama'ah and the Shafi'i school. He was known as a master scholar of fiqh and becamehead of the first Syar'iyah Court in Central Sumatra (based in Bukittinggi). He was also mentioned aspioneer of Islamic Education. His pioneer can be seen from two things. First, as practitioner of education.He taught and led the MTI Canduang. While teaching, he accepted and practiced the educational reform inthe form of: 1) the model learned from one book into many books to understand specific areas of knowledge;2) change of Halaqah system at the mosque became a system of class in madrassas. Secondly, as a thinker ofIslamic Education. His thought can be found in some of his writings, related to human nature, the purpose ofeducation, materials, educators, learners, methods, and informal education. When constructed madrassah andwrote down his thoughts, he always approached Minangkabau’s culture. Therefore he was worth mentionedthe cultural figure of Islamic education.

Abstract

This study aims to describe and analyze the application of the character education program based surau and the Minangkabau culture strengthening program in intracurricular, extracurricular activities; and through school culture. This study used a qualitative approach and interviews, observation and documentation use to collect the data. Some teachers are respondents of the research. The results showed that the implementation of the Minangkabau culture and character education program in intracuricular activities were carried out by the subject teacher by incorporating the values of the Minangkabau nuanced character and culture into each learning. Character values were embedded in learning tools such as prayer and reading the Al- Qur’an before and after learning activities. Whereas the implementation of the character education program and the Minangkabau culture in extracurricular activities was carried out through the integration of the values of the character and the Minangkabau culture in various extra-curricular activities such as muhadarah, An Nisa forum, Ar Rijal forum (studying Islamic sciences with the halaqah method), pesantren , and pray. While strengthening the values of Minangkabau cultural character can be seen in randai activities, traditional speeches, and Minangkabau cuisine. The results also showed that the development of school culture was carried out through strengthening the character of students such as Adiwiyata School, Healthy and Smoke-Free School Program. It is concluded that character education based surau and Minangkabau culture had helped educators more easily to develop students' character. The implication is that educators need to develop teaching materials that can help students improve their character.

Abstract

Tadris Mathematics is one of the study programs at UIN IB Padang with the vision "To produce character, professional and competitive mathematics education graduates in 2037". In order for this vision to be realized, of course there must be interesting interactions between lecturers and students in lectures. Meanwhile, the reality that occurs in lectures, there are still many students who are passive and result in many student scores that have not passed after taking the exam. One of the ways that a lecturer can do to overcome this problem is by developing Mathematical Statistics teaching materials based on problem solving and Islamic nuances. The formulation of the problem in this research is how the process and results of the development of Mathematics Statistics Subject Teaching Materials Based on Problem Solving and Practical Islamic Nuances in small group evaluations. This research is a development research with the Plomp development model using Tesmer's formative evaluation. Data collection techniques using practicality questionnaires from the teaching materials developed. From the results of the study, it was obtained a value of 79% with practical criteria that had been developed through a small group trial process.

Abstract

The development of times marked by an increase in globalization impacts the morals and ethics of the nation's next generation. Innovation is therefore necessary to prevent moral erosion and foster religious character formation. This study aims to explain educational innovation in the form of a religious-based local content curriculum in terms of (1) purpose; (2) material; (3) media; (4) approach; and (5) evaluation. We employed qualitative methods in this investigation. The research findings indicate that the Solok District Government has innovated in education by developing a Religious-Based Local Content Curriculum policy to foster a religious character at the formal education level. The goal is to help students understand the region's spiritual values and local wisdom. The curriculum comprises stand-alone subjects and integrated study materials with relevant subjects. The learning module includes printed and written media. The learning module lays out the learning strategy. The evaluation is formative, summative, and authentic. This study serves as a reference for developing religion-based local content curricula.

Abstract

This research aims to: 1) Understand the implementation of the formation of students' independent character through the implementation of the full day school program at SDIT Creative Makkah Padang. 2) Knowing the supporting factors in forming students' independent character through the full day school program at SDIT Creative Makkah Padang. 3) Knowing the factors inhibiting the formation of students' independent character through the full day school program at SDIT Creative Makkah Padang. The research method used in this research is a qualitative method with a descriptive approach supported by data collection techniques in the form of interviews with 6 teaching staff, observations at school and data obtained from various literature such as books, journals and other related sources. The results of the research show that: 1) The formation of students' independent character is carried out with a curriculum by including tahfidz in the daily study schedule and the formation of personality character through habituation activities by carrying out dhuha prayers and obligatory noon and asr prayers in congregation. 2) Supporting factors in the formation of independent character are strong commitment from all parties who take part in cultivating student character, clear and structured planning of each activity, support and cooperation from teachers and parents. 3) Obstacles to the formation of independent character values are the different backgrounds and characters of students.

Abstract

This research aims to describe 1). P5-PPRA Planning in MTSN 1 Tanah Datar 2). Implementation of P5-PPRA at MTSN 1 Tanah Datar 3). Inhibiting factors in implementing P5-PPRA at MTSN 1 Tanah Datar. The method used in this writing uses a qualitative library research approach and interviews. In this method, data is collected through several literature such as books, journals and sources that support this discussion. The results of the research show that 11) the design of P5-PPRA at MTSN 1 Tanah Datar is good and has been discussed first before applying P5-PPRA to students who pay attention to the creativity of students and also teachers. 2) the implementation of P5-PPRA is in accordance with the process that has been held together by the facilitator team where students have been given the topic of recycling eggshell waste into calligraphy, and this shapes students' creativity. 3) The obstacles to P5-PPRA at MTSN 1 Tanah Datar are lack of facilities and infrastructure, little time and educators who still do not fully understand P5-PPRA.

Abstract

This project aims to create an Islamic-centered parenting education module implemented in Youth Family Guidance (Bina Keluarga Remaja - BKR) programs to help parents educate and equip their teenagers for future success. The module was created by gathering parenting education resources for teenagers from an Islamic viewpoint that align with the current content in BKR activities. The Islamic content is incorporated into all BKR operations. The module was developed using the three stages of the Plomp model: preliminary study, prototype development, and assessment. This research has resulted in an Islamic-centered parenting module called "How to Educate Muslim Teenagers in Reaching the Future". The validators deemed the module very valid and practical after testing. The module has been partially implemented and feedback from observers and informants suggests that it can effectively enhance parents' comprehension and abilities in educating and caring for adolescent children during BKR activities.

Abstract

Business is very important, the Indonesian economy runs on business. Starting from large scale, medium to micro. Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) themselves have made a significant contribution to economic growth but the impact of the Covid-19 Pandemic has reduced competitiveness, especially in the field of marketing(Purbantina et al., 2022). Likewise, the problem experienced by some Home Industries is the declining interest in buying from consumers, many factors have resulted in this including the many competitors from other parties, the lack of creation and innovation of our products, the lack of promotion and production management, and many more. In the world of marketing there is something called a marketing mix in which all marketing strategies around the 7P are explained. Therefore, this community service activity aims to help home industry business actors carry out marketing strategies to increase consumer buying interest through the marketing mix. This service activity provides assistance in understanding business actors, especially the Bolu Kijing home industry in increasing marketing capabilities so that they can increase buying interest by implementing a marketing mix by maximizing the use of existing technology in the digitalization era, especially the lifestyle of today's people who really like convenience.

Abstract

Pendidikan merupakan salah satu alat untuk dapat membimbing seseorang menjadi orang yang baik terutama pendidikan islam. Dengan pendidikan islam akan membentuk karakter akhlakul karimah bagi peserta didik sehingga mereka mampu memfilter mana pergaulan yang baik dan mana yang tidak baik, lembaga pendidikan islam non formal merupakan salah satu lembaga yang memiliki tugas dan tanggung jawab untuk mewujudkan tujuan pendidikan islam. Tujuan penelitian ini ingin mengambarkan bagaimana bentuk – bentuk lembaga pendidikan islam non formal dan bagaimana eksistensi lembaga pendidikan islam non formal. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kualitatif yang menitik beratkan pada penelitian kepustakaan (library research) dengan menggunakan teks buku-buku pendidikan islam, dan naskah yang bersumber dari khazanah kepustakaan yang relevan. Hasil penelitian ini adalah bahwa lembaga pendidikan Islam nonformal memiliki kedudukan yang kokoh dalam Sistem Pendidikan Nasional. Dengan demikian, tidak ada pihak yang, karena alasan rasionalitas, efisiensi apalagi tidak senang, dapat menghalangi pelaksanaan pendidikan Islam. Eksistensi lembaga pendidikan Islam nonformal sebagai lembaga pendidikan dan dakwah serta lembaga kemasyarakatan telah tumbuh dan berkembang bersama warga masyarakatnya sejak berabad-abad. Oleh karena itu secara kultural lembaga ini bisa diterima, tetapi juga ikut serta membentuk dan memberikan corak serta nilai kehidupan kepada masyarakat yang senantiasa tumbuh dan berkembang.

Abstract

This study aims to examine how strategic leadership in the MSME sector affects the relationship between entrepreneurial skills and entrepreneurial motivation to business outcomes. The selection of respondents for this study will be conducted by random sampling and purposive sampling for owners and leaders of MSMEs in Central Cikarang. A total of 100 respondents will be selected as the sample size. To conduct data analysis will use the Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) method. The results show that entrepreneurial motivation does not directly influence business performance, but entrepreneurial ability and strategic leadership have a significant relationship with business performance. In addition, strategic leadership was shown to regulate the relationship by enhancing the positive effects of entrepreneurial ability and motivation on business outcomes. These findings emphasize the importance of strategic leadership development in improving the performance and survival of MSMEs Keywords: Entrepreneurial Skills; Entrepreneurial Motivation; Strategic Leadership; Business Performance
