Abstract

The problems studied in this research are (1) How to study tahfidz Al-Qur'an with method of Bil-Qolam in Madrasah Tsanawiyah (Islamic Boarding School) Al-Azhary  Ajibarang Banyumas year 2016/2017 ?; (2) How is the learning result of tahfidz Al-Qur'an with  the method of Bil-Qolam in Islamic Boarding School Al-Azhary Ajibarang Banyumas year 2016/2017 ?. This study aims to describe and analyze the process and learning outcomes of tahfidz Al-Qur'an with the method of Bil-Qolam in Madrasah Tsanawiyah (Islamic Boarding School) Al-Azhary Ajibarang Banyumas year 2016/2017? The result of the research shows that learning of Qur'anic tahfidz with the method of Bil-Qolam in Islamic Boarding School Al- Azhary Ajibarang Banyumas year 2016/2017 is applied by using morning and afternoon  learning system, and learning is done with 4 activities opening for 5 minutes, talqin and Ittiba' activities for 5 minutes, urdhoh for 20 minutes, and urdhoh or individual drill for 30 minutes. Whereas the learning outcomes for each year always reach the targets determined by the madrasah (school) supported by the spirit and students' curiosity, the methods used, and programs that are run intensively.

Abstract

Abstract, The Effect of Leadership, Ability and Self-Motivation on VillagePerformance in Singosari District, Malang Regency. Government in the villagearea is an organization consisting of people who have a series of activities that areclear and carried out continuously to achieve organizational goals and this can berealized optimally if supported by the performance of village officials.Theobjectives of this study are: 1) To test and analyze leadership, ability, selfmotivation and performance of village officials 2) To test and analyze leadership,ability and self motivation simultaneously influence the performance of villageofficials 3) To test and analyze leadership, ability and self motivation partiallyinfluences the performance of village officials 4) To test and analyze the dominantinfluence between leadership, ability and self motivation on the performance ofvillage officials.This type of research is explanatory research, which explains thecausal relationship between research variables through hypothesis testing. Thepopulation used in this study is the village apparatus in Singosari District MalangRegency as many as 156 village apparatuses with a total sample of 61 respondents.The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regressionanalysis.The results of the analysis show that leadership in Singosari DistrictMalang Regency is included in the good category, high employee ability, highemployee motivation and performance of village officials in Singosari DistrictMalang Regency included in the high category. There is an influence of leadership,ability and work motivation on the performance of village officials in SingosariDistrict, Malang Regency. Based on Beta Standardized Coeficients, workmotivation variables have a dominant influence on village officials in SingosariDistrict, Malang Regency.Keywords: Leadership, Ability, Self Motivation and Performance of VillageOfficials

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah meninterpretasikan dan menganalisis bagaimana kemandirian Industri Pertahanan dalam mewujudkan investasi pertahanan di Indonesia, Cara penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode, pendekatan kualitatif, pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui studi pustaka. Data dari proses penggalian sumber data melalui studi kepustakaan kemudian dianalisis dengan menggunakan teori yang relevan dengan topik yang akan dibahas. Pembangunan MEF diselaraskan dengan sumber daya yang terbatas dengan merevitalisasi Industri Pertahanan dimana tingginya alokasi anggaran belanja pertahanan menunjukkan bahwa secara umum keunggulan kekuatan militer masih dianggap bernilai strategis dalam mencapai tujuan nasional, Kebijakan pengembangan Alutsista menjadi investasi pertahanan dan revitalisasi Industri Pertahanan, dibutuhkan kebijakan dan anggaran pemerintah untuk riset dan pengembangan teknologi.kebijakan belanja pertahanan menjadi kebijakan investasi pertahanan merupakan cara berpikir jangka panjang, dirancang secara sistematis, dan dijalankan secara konsisten dengan melakukaan adopsi dan inovasi teknologi militer termutakhir.Kebijakan pengembangan Alutsista menjadi investasi pertahanan dan revitalisasi Industri Pertahanan diharapkan dapat menciptakan kemandirian Industri Pertahanan Nasional, menciptakan detterent effect, multiplier effect, memberikan jaminan supply munisi dan substitusi impor, serta meningkatkan pertumbuhan ekonomi Indonesia.

Abstract

This research aims to determine whether there is consistency between the supervision of school principals and educational objectives at the Nusawungu State Vocational High School, Cilacap district. This research uses a qualitative phenomenological method with the subjects and data sources involved, namely the school principal, deputy principals, vocational heads and teachers. From the research results, it was found that teaching supervision carried out by school principals, deputy principals and vocational heads was carried out in three stages, namely (1) planning by making a supervision schedule, each supervisor and teacher who would be supervised knew the schedule, (2) implementation, at this stage each supervisor supervises several teachers, (3) evaluation, at this stage each supervisor and teacher has obtained supervision notes as evaluation material. Based on the research results, it is known that there is consistency between the principal's supervision and the institution's objectives at the Nusawungu State Vocational High School, Cilacap district.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the trend of elementary/MI science learning in the post-COVID- 19 pandemic era. The research used a survey design. Data collection methods included observation, interviews, and documentation. All instruments were tested for content validity and construct validity. Data triangulation was done by comparing and checking data obtained from information from parties who played a role in the research. After that, data analysis was carried out. Data analysis techniques used qualitative descriptive and quantitative descriptive analysis techniques. The study concluded that the post-COVID-19 SD/MI science learning trends lead to the following indicators including (1) the dominant learning method is lecture, (2) blackboards and markers are the dominant learning media, (3) student worksheets (LKS) are learning resources that are highly used by teachers, (4) assessment instruments used files/paper/written (5) oral tests are an assessment technique that is highly used by teachers, (6) cognitive assessment is the teachers' favorite in evaluations, (7) the realm of cognitive assessment in the majority is still oriented towards LOTS (Low Order Thinking Skills), namely understanding and remembering, and (8) aspects of discipline and responsibility are the main affective assessments that most teachers do. These findings imply that there is a need for more diverse and higher- order thinking skills (HOTS)-oriented teaching and assessment methods to enhance the overall quality of science education.

Abstract

The era of disruption marks significant changes in various aspects of life, including education. Da'wah through non-formal education (PNF), as one of the important pillars in character building and moral values, is faced with challenges to remain relevant and effective in delivering its da'wah. This journal aims to discuss effective da'wah strategies in PNF in the era of disruption. The methodology used in this research is a literature study by reviewing various scientific sources, such as journals, articles, and interviews as supporting data. The results showed that effective da'wah in PNF in the era of disruption is by utilizing information and communication technology such as social media to reach a wider audience and increase interactivity. However, this application needs to consider aspects of philosophical principles: principles related to the goals to be achieved in the da'wah process. Psychological principles: principles related to the human psyche, both da'i (preachers) and da'wah targets. Sociological principles: principles that discuss issues related to the situation and conditions of the target of da'wah, such as politics, society, and religion in the local area. With a compatible implementation strategy, PNF is able to become an institution that navigates the direction of da'wah to society, especially the younger generation.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kontestasi kebijakan pendidikan Islam di Indonesia selama era Orde Baru dan era Reformasi. Melalui pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus, penelitian ini mengeksplorasi perbedaan dalam kontrol pemerintah, kurikulum, peran pesantren, pendekatan ideologis, kebijakan pemerataan pendidikan, dan implementasi kebijakan pada kedua periode tersebut. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam dengan para ahli, akademisi, pengambil kebijakan, dan praktisi pendidikan Islam, serta analisis dokumen terkait. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pada era Orde Baru, kebijakan pendidikan Islam sangat dikontrol oleh pemerintah pusat dengan fokus pada homogenisasi dan penanaman nilai-nilai Pancasila. Kurikulum yang seragam dan pengawasan ketat terhadap pesantren mencerminkan upaya pemerintah untuk mengendalikan potensi radikalisasi. Di sisi lain, era Reformasi membawa perubahan signifikan dengan desentralisasi kekuasaan, memberikan otonomi lebih besar kepada institusi pendidikan untuk menyesuaikan kurikulum dengan kebutuhan lokal. Kebijakan ini juga lebih inklusif dan pluralistik, mencerminkan perhatian yang lebih besar terhadap keberagaman dan pemerataan kualitas pendidikan di seluruh Indonesia.

Abstract

Setiap instansi pemerintah atau sekolah setara madrasah dalam kegiatan kedinasannya,  pimpinan selalu dihadapkan dengan berbagai masalah yang menuntut penanganan dan pemecahan yang tepat dengan pertimbangan dan perhitungan yang akurat sehingga diperlukan informasi dan keterangan–keterangan yang dapat dijadikan sebagai bahan dalam menentukan keputusan atau kebijakan. Arsip akan bermanfaat bagi suatu organisasi jika dikelola dengan baik dan teratur, tanpa pengelolaan yang baik  arsip akan menjadi masalah dimana akan berpengaruh pada proses pengambilan keputusan. Pengabdian  bertujuan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan Mitra MTs. Negeri 2 Kudus dan memecahkan problem pengelolaan arsip  dengan melibatkan dan memberdayakan locus sasaran program. Pengabdian masyarakat dengan pendekatan Paticipatory Action Research (PAR) berorientasi pada pembedayaan masyrakat. Karena pembedayaan harus selalu memenuhi kebutuhan  dan peyelesaian masalah yang ada di tengah - tengah   masyarakat. Dalam hal ini Mitra MTs. Negeri 2 Mejobo Kudus menjadi sasaran utama pengabdian, mereka akan didorong  untuk dapat menyelesaikan masalahnya mengenai arsip dan pemanfaatan teknologi informasi. Hal ini dilakukan dengan melatih kemampuan positive self talk para mitra dengan melibatkan alifirmasi posistif dengan mitra MTs.  Negeri 2 Mejobo Kudus. Berdasarkan uraian sebelumnya, dapat disimpulkan bahwa dalam implementasi kearsipan telah dilakukan sesuai regulasi kearsipan. Terutama dalam pengelolaan arsip dinamis telah menggunakan instrumen PAD sebagai berikut:  1.Tata Naskah Dinas 2.Klasifikasi Arsip 3. Jadwal Retensi Arsip. Administrator yang memiliki inovasi dan kompetensi sosiokultural dan akan berpengaruh terhadap maju tidaknya kearsipan di sebuah instansi. Adapun kontribusi kegiatan kearsipan terhadap penguatan visi-misi diharapkan mampu meningkatkan daya saing institusi dalam bidang administrasi dan pelayanan publik sehingga menunjang institusi.

Abstract

Penelitian dilatarbelakangi oleh siswa kurang tertarik mengikuti proses pembelajaran dengan kegiatan belajar yang selalu berada di dalam ruang kelas, melakukan tanya jawab, pemberian tugas tertulis, serta pemberian PR (pekerjaan rumah) untuk siswa. Siswa merasa kurang bersosialisasi dengan keadaan sekitar. Berdasarkan fakta tersebut, peneliti menyimpulkan bahwa proses pembelajaran yang dilakukan guru hanya menggunakan pembelajaran dengan metode konvensional. Ini terbukti dari penuturan guru dan siswa bahwa pembelajaran yang dilakukan masih secara verbal (ceramah) namun tetap diselingi dengan kegiatan tanya jawab dan diskusi sederhana saja. Tujuan penelitian ini menganalisis efektivitas Penerapan Model Problem Based Learning terhadap Motivasi Belajar Peserta Didik Kelas V SD Supriyadi Semarang. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah nontes, dengan jenis wawancara dan observasi. Sedangkan teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini adalah pengumpulan data, reduksi data, display data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Pengujian keabsahan data merupakan sebuah standar yang menunjukkan aktualitas data dari hasil penelitian yang menitikberatkan pada informasi di lapangan. Model Problem Based Learning (PBL) efektif untuk meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa. Selama pembelajaran, siswa nampak antusias mengikuti pembelajaran, siswa mengikuti pembelajaran dengan sungguh-sungguh dan tertib, saat melakukan penyelidikan siswa nampak mengikuti dengan sungguh-sungguh, siswa terlibat aktif dalam pembelajaran. Kesimpulannya, Model Problem Based Learning (PBL) efektif untuk meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa. Kata Kunci: Efektivitas, Motivasi Belajar, Problem Based Learning

Abstract

This study aims to explore the impact of transformational leadership on improving education in Islamic primary schools. The study was motivated by the increasing need for effective leadership in educational institutions to adapt to the demands of an ever-evolving society and foster a culture of excellence. Transformational leadership, known for its ability to inspire and empower subordinates, has been proposed as a key factor in driving positive change in educational environments. A qualitative case study approach was used, using participant observation, in-depth interviews, and document analysis to collect data. The findings of the study indicate that transformational leadership in Islamic primary schools has significantly increased teacher motivation, collaboration, and commitment to school development. Teachers reported feeling more involved in the decision-making process, leading to improved teaching practices and overall school performance. The village head’s leadership, characterized by openness, empathy, and teacher empowerment, created an environment conducive to continued growth. This study is expected to contribute to the understanding of how transformational leadership can positively impact educational institutions, providing valuable insights for other schools seeking to implement change and improve the quality of their services.
