Abstract

Koperasi Serba Usaha Komunitas Warga Bojong Gede (KSU KOWAGE) berdiri pada tgl 01 oktober 2022, berbentuk koperasi serba usaha dengan nama KSU KOWAGE (KOMUNITAS WARGA BOJONGGEDE) yang mempunyai kekhawatiran masa depan yang penuh dengan ketidakpastian maka perlu persiapan-persiapan dengan menyusun perencanaan dan kekuatan besar agar dapat menghadapi ketatnya persaingan dan tingginya tuntutan kebutuhan hidup. Permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh KSU KOWAGE adalah mempunyai keinginan besar untuk mengembangkan usaha namun terkendala dengan keterbatasan seperti modal usaha yang kecil, lemahnya Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) dan adanya dampak Pandemi Covid-19 menuntut semua pihak bergeser ke era digital termasuk dalam pengelolaan SDM. KSU KOWAGE di era digital sekarang ini juga memerlukan adanya peningkatan strategi dan teknik pengelolaan SDM yang lebih efektif. Maka perlu pelatihan tentang strategi dan teknik pengelolaan SDM yang efektif dalam era digital, termasuk bagaimana mengembangkan keterampilan digital anggota koperasi, membangun budaya kerja yang sesuai dengan era digital, dan cara mengelola tim kerja anggota koperasi dari berbagai tempat. Metode pelatihan yang digunakan adalah berupa ceramah dengan menyampaikan teori, sedangkan untuk metode praktikumnya yaitu simulasi dan tanya jawab. Pelatihan ini bertujuan untuk membantu koperasi dalam menghadapi tantangan seperti kesempatan yang ditimbulkan oleh era digital dalam pengelolaan SDM dan membantu koperasi dalam meningkatkan kinerja serta produktivitas anggota koperasi dalam era digital. Hasil pelatihan ini menunjukkan para peserta terdapat peningkatan kemampuan pemahaman tentang keterampilan digital, membangun budaya kerja yang sesuai dengan era digital, dan cara mengelola SDM dalam sebuah tim kerja serta meningkatkan kinerja dan produktivitas anggota koperasi dalam era digital.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the effect of Tangible Resources, Knowledge Management, and Human Resources Competence on employee performance in the banking industry. The research method used is a quantitative method using multiple linear regression to analyze the data. The research sample consisted of 69 employees of BUMN Banks in Jakarta. the research results show that Tangible Resources and Knowledge Management have a significant influence on employee performance. Knowledge Management also has a significant influence on employee performance. However, the research results show that Human Resources Competence has no significant effect on employee performance. The research findings provide practical implications for the management of banking organizations in managing their resources. Appropriate investment in Tangible Resources and effective management of knowledge through Knowledge Management can improve employee performance. In addition, it is important for organizations to pay attention to and develop individual employee competencies in the context of Human Resources Competence.

Abstract

The purpose of the study is to establish the manner in which experiential marketing has affected digital innovation and pay-later choices on Shoppe customers e-commerce customer loyalty.  using quantitative methods and a method of non-probability sampling like simple random sampling with 100 samples. SEM (Stuctural Equation Modelling) examination of data. The research results shown that paylater's feature and characteristics related to digital innovation have a significant impact in affecting loyalty among customers, as well as how experiential marketing can be affected by paylater. However, experiential marketing fails to significantly impact consumer loyalty, and neither does digital innovation, which aims to establish customer relationships. It also has a minimal part in experiential marketing that intervenes.

Abstract

This article explores the dynamic relationship between scanning technology, shopping convenience, risk perception, and online purchase decisions in the evolving landscape of e-commerce. Utilizing a sample of 60 individuals, the study employs Smart PLS analysis to investigate the direct and indirect effects of scanning technology and shopping convenience on consumer behavior, with risk perception acting as a mediator. The results reveal that scanning technology significantly influences risk perception and subsequently shapes online purchase decisions. While shopping convenience alone does not exhibit a statistically significant indirect effect, the study emphasizes the need for a comprehensive understanding of diverse factors impacting consumer choices. These findings provide valuable insights for businesses, such as PT. Dutagaruda Piranti Prima, to refine strategies and navigate the complexities of consumer behavior in the digital marketplace.

Abstract

This study explores the complexities surrounding the management of a hybrid workforce in contemporary organizations, with a specific focus on PT. Darmasindo Intikaret. The research investigates the relationships between workforce productivity, employee satisfaction, organizational adaptation, and the adoption of hybrid work arrangements. Through a comprehensive analysis utilizing path analysis techniques, the study reveals significant direct and indirect effects among these variables. Findings highlight the pivotal role of organizational adaptability as a mediator, facilitating the successful implementation of hybrid work practices. The research underscores the importance of fostering organizational adaptability and prioritizing initiatives to enhance workforce productivity and employee satisfaction to navigate the challenges and opportunities presented by the hybrid workforce paradigm effectively. By embracing these insights, organizations can position themselves for success in an increasingly dynamic and evolving work environment.

Abstract

This study investigates the impact of emerging technologies, innovation culture, and employee training and development on organizational performance at PT Bias Nusatama. Utilizing a quantitative research design with a sample of 60 employees selected through random sampling, the research employs Smart PLS for data analysis. The results reveal that the direct effects of adopting emerging technologies and fostering an innovation culture significantly enhance organizational performance. Additionally, both factors indirectly influence performance through their effects on employee training and development. These findings emphasize the importance of integrating new technologies, nurturing an innovative culture, and investing in employee training to drive organizational success. The study provides valuable insights for organizations seeking to optimize their performance through strategic technology adoption and supportive work environments.

Abstract

Lotte Mart merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang jasa ritel. Lotte Mart memiliki kegiatan persediaam perlengkapan kantor dan peralatan kantor serta pembelian barang yang dikelola oleh fungsi purchasing. Pengelolaan pembelian dan persediaam barang tersebut sangatlah penting untuk meningkatkan kinerja operasional perusahaan. Saat ini sistem yang berjalan pada kegiatan tersebut masih sederhana dan memiliki banyak kelemahan sehingga belum mampu menunjang kebutuhan perusahaan dalam segi pengelolaannya secara optimal. Kelemahan tersebut meliputi adanya pemborosan kertas form permintaan, penumpukan form permintaan untuk arsip, rentan mengalami kerusakan dan kehilangan data, proses pengajuan hingga persetujuan terkadang memakan waktu dan pengelolaan data masih menggunakan program office. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah merancang suatu sistem informasi pembelian dan persediaan barang berbasis web yang dibutuhkan perusahaan dalam pengelolaan tersebut. Model pengembangan sistem yang digunakan adalah Rapid Application Development (RAD), bahasa pemodelan Unified Modelling Language (UML), bahasa pemrograman PHP yang dibangun menggunakan framework CodeIgniter dan MySQL sebagai DBMS. Abstract

This research explores the role of gamification in enhancing consumer engagement on e-commerce platforms, with a focus on understanding how gamified elements influence consumer behavior, emotional connection, and long-term loyalty. A qualitative approach was employed, utilizing in-depth interviews and focus group discussions with active users of gamified e-commerce platforms. The findings reveal that gamification significantly increases user participation by tapping into intrinsic motivations such as achievement and competition, while personalized rewards and competitive features further enhance consumer engagement. Consumers also reported a strong emotional connection with platforms that incorporate gamification, which fosters greater loyalty. However, demographic factors, such as age and technological familiarity, were found to influence the effectiveness of gamification, with younger users showing greater responsiveness. The research suggests that e-commerce platforms should tailor gamified experiences based on consumer demographics and preferences to maximize engagement. Limitations of the study include a small sample size and the reliance on self-reported data, with recommendations for future research to explore the long-term effects of gamification on purchasing behavior and examine its integration with emerging technologies.
