Abstract

The application of work motivation as a characteristic of employee quality to encourage community's satisfaction in Kecamatan Bekasi Utara is a research conducted to find out whether the bureaucratic service in this reform era still seems slow, convoluted and non-aligned to the community, given in this era of openness that society as the full sovereign holders through elections to determine the choice of leaders in the regions, and improve the performance of management to improve the service of satisfaction to the community as stakeholders of full power holders are entitled to good performance and favor the public, and civil servants as state employees are required to work wholeheartedly, able to motivate and continuously improve its performance to serve the people who have chosen and worked for it. This case study was conducted at North Bekasi Subdistrict office with research method of spreading questionnaires as much as 50 respondents during 3 months ie from October to December 2017 and this research resulted that employee motivation level need to be improved to improve service quality in order to increase public satisfaction.Penerapan motivasi kerja sebagai ciri kualitas pegawai untuk mendorong kepuasan masyarakat di Kecamatan Bekasi Utara merupakan sebuah penelitian  yang dilakukan untuk mengetahui apakah layanan birokrasi di era reformasi ini masih terkesan lambat, berbelit dan tidak berpihak kepada masyarakat, mengingat di era keterbukaan ini bahwa masyarakat sebagai pemegang kedaulatan penuh melalui pemilihan umum untuk menentukan pilihan pemimpin di daerah, dan memperbaiki kinerja manajemen untuk meningkatkan layanan kepuasan kepada masyarakat sebagai stakeholder pemegang kekuasaan penuh berhak atas kinerja yang baik dan berpihak terhadap publik, dan para pegawai negeri sebagai pegawai Negara dituntut untuk bekerja sepenuh hati, mampu memotivasi dan terus menerus meningkatkan kinerjanya untuk mengabdi kepada rakyat yang telah memilih dan bekerja untuknya. Studi kasus ini dilakukan di kantor Kecamatan Bekasi Utara dengan metode penelitian penyebaran kuesioner sebanyak 50 responden selama 3 bulan yaitu dari bulan Oktober –Desember 2017 dan penelitian ini menghasilkan bahwa tingkat motivasi pegawai perlu ditingkatkan untuk meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan agar kepuasan masyarakat terus ditingkatkan.

Abstract

Pada penelitian ini membahas proses penyelenggaraan Acara khusus sebelum terlaksananya Sebuah acara ada beberapa proses yang harus dilakukan adalah Pembuatan Proposal acara, acara Anggaran, Acara Rundown, Daftar peserta acara. PT. Indovickers Furnitama adalah Perusahaan swasta, yang bergerak dalam bidang Perabotan dan memiliki 12 divisi operasional yang didukung divisi Pemasaran. Metode penelitian dilakukan dengan metode observasi, wawancara, studi pustaka (Penelitian Perpustakaan. Dan sesuai dengan SOP perusahaan seperti yang harus dipertimbangkan. Haruskah ini dalam hal ini bagian pemasaran tidak menjadi masalah karena acara golf ini sudah menjadi acara rutin PT Indovickers Furnitama Jakarta. muncul beberapa tantangan terkait dengan partisipasi yang terlibat dan kurangnya koordinasi dan komunikasi antar tim panitia, dan juga kedisiplinan waktu yang dipertanyakan tidak sesuai dengan susunan acara.

Abstract

The objectives of this study are to test the effect of the Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Return On Assets (ROA) and Total Asset Turnover (TATO) on stock returns in Property and Real Estate companies on the IDX. The population in this study were all property and real estate sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) which are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2015-2019 period as many as 54 companies. The method used by the author in analyzing the data in this study is descriptive and quantitative statistical analysis with panel data regression, the data is processed with e-views 10. The results showed that partially Return on Assets had no significant effect on Stock Returns, the partial debt to Equty Ratio had no significant effect on Stock Returns, Total Asset Turnover partially had a positive and significant effect on Stock Returns.

Abstract

One way to market and promote sales products can be through online media such as websites, marketplaces, Google My Business, Instagram, Facebook and the currently famous TikTok. Google my business is a medium that can help marketing to promote products. Tunas Mandiri youth organizations are located in Sukaharja village, Ciomas, Bogor. Many of the youth organizations have businesses or production and the Tunas Mandiri youth organizations also open up business fields for the community to improve their economy. However, the current marketing and promotions are still less effective, so we need a medium like Google My Business, but there are still many of them who don't understand about Google My Business, such as: (1) Members of the Tunas Mandiri youth organization do not understand the use of web browser applications or the Google browser. (2). Most members of the Tunas Mandiri youth group are not familiar with Google My Business. (3) Some members of the Tunas Mandiri youth organization who are familiar with Google My Business, still don't understand how to manage a business that will be displayed on Google searches, maps, edit business information (for example, address, phone number, and opening hours). Therefore, the Google My Business training is held in the hope that it can make marketing and promotion easier and can reduce operational costs.

Abstract

Organizations that have organizational culture and a conducive work environment will show high employee performance as well. The problems that can be formulated from this research are: Is there any influence of organizational culture, work environment on employee performance at PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) East Jakarta. This study aims to determine the magnitude of the influence of organizational culture, work environment on employee performance either simultaneously or partially. The population in this study were all employees at PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) East Jakarta. Determination of the number of samples using random sampling technique, which then obtained the results of 53 respondents. Data collection tools used are documentation and questionnaires. The research data analysis method used instrument tests (validity test and reliability test), descriptive analysis of the percentage of classical assumption test, multiple regression analysis, partial hypothesis testing (t) and simultaneous test (F)., and coefficient of determination. The results of multiple linear regression analysis showed equation Y = 19.075 + 0.208 X1+ 0.336 X2. Partially the magnitude of the influence of each independent variable on the dependent variable, namely: Organizational culture of 17.7%, and work environment of 12.4%. Simultaneously the magnitude of the influence of work motivation and work environment on performance is 43.8%. The conclusion of this research is that there is an influence of organizational culture and work environment on employee performance at PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) East Jakarta simultaneously or partially.

Abstract

Penelitian ini ingin mengeksplorasi variabel yang mempengaruhi pergerakan merek pasar pada aplikasi Google Play Store berbasis Android dengan studi kasus menggunakan dugaan Google Play Store pada siswa BSI Bekasi di Sungai Abang. Pergantian merek dari satu aplikasi ke aplikasi lainnya (switching merek) akan terjadi dengan sangat cepat dalam persaingan untuk aplikasi berbasis pasar. Era pertumbuhan ekonomi digital di erea milineal di mana telah terjadi pergeseran struktur pasar plaza berbasis mal ke pasar e-commerce berdasarkan situs web dan aplikasi ponsel cerdas, Google Play Store. Sampel yang diambil adalah sebanyak jumlah unit sampel yang menggunakan tingkat kepercayaan 95% dari 100 orang. Responden adalah pengguna acak dari pasar Google Play Store di aplikasi Android. Model skala yang digunakan adalah Skala Likert, di mana Skala Likert memiliki baik di mana ada keragaman tingkat keputusan dengan bobot atau nilai pada setiap jawaban. Pengujian uji validitas dan reliabilitas adalah dengan teknik Alphs Cronbach. Uji statistik yang dilakukan meliputi: Uji Validitas, Uji Reliabilitas, Analisis Regresi Linier, Uji Koefisien Korelasi, Uji Koefisien Determinasi, Uji F Hipotesis dan analisis data menggunakan SPSS 22.0.

Abstract

Inclusion education is an alternative to students with special needs. The problems faced are: 1. Lack of supporting facilities. 2. Mastery of knowledge and skills that teachers lack. 3. The educational curriculum has not helped children who have the ability to have disabilities or special needs. This training focuses on this which is carried out by MT's Al Muhajirin Jl. Haur Jaya I No. 1 Rt. 01 Rw. 07 Kel. Kebon Pedes Kec. Tanah Sareal Bogor City, West Java Province. With this socialization, it is a beginning to find out the role of teachers in overcoming the difficulties of distance learning for those with special needs.

Abstract

Technological developments have affected services to the community more quickly and accurately. The computerized system has been proven to assist the government in smoothing the operational work of its employees. This study aims to determine the significant effect of a computerized system on employee performance at the Duren Sawit office in East Jakarta, and to determine the responses of employees in the community service department who use a computerized system. The research method used in this research is a quantitative descriptive approach. Data obtained from the results of questionnaires given to respondents and interviews of 30 people with census sampling techniques, namely front office employees. The office of the village of Duren Sawit uses a computerized system to help smooth operational work of its employees in serving the community. From the results of processed questionnaires, observations, and interviews, it can be seen that there is a significant influence between the computerized system on the performance of public service employees which is very strong with a very strong correlation coefficient value, with a variable influence of 84.6%. As well as the response of employees who use a computerized system, proving that the system used is very helpful in completing their work so as to produce good performance.

Abstract

Abstrak: Menurut Asosiasi Industri Sepeda Motor Indonesia jumlah penjualan sepeda motor merek Honda tahun 2016 sebesar 4.380.888 unit, artinya dari data total market share yang mencapai 5.931.285 unit, PT Astra Honda Motor telah menyumbang sebesar 73,86% market share dipasar nasional. Angka 73.86% adalah angka yang sangat besar untuk market share. Untuk mendapatkan angka tersebut dibutuhkan posisi merek yang sangat bagus. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh brand positioning sepeda motor merek Honda terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian asosiatif kausal dan pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada mahasiswa Perguruan Tinggi Bina Insani dan AMIK BSI Bekasi yang pernah membeli dan menggunakan sepeda motor merek Honda dengan jumlah responden 100 mahasiswa. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier sederhana. Pengolahan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan program SPSS versi 17. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh menunjukkan bahwa brand positioning sepeda motor merek Honda berpengaruh positif terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen. Kata kunci: Honda, Keputusan Pembelian,Posisi merek, Sepeda Motor. Abstract: According to the Indonesian Motorcycle Industry Association, the total sales of Honda motorcycles in 2016 amounted to 4,380,888 units, meaning that of the total market share data of 5,931,285 units, PT Astra Honda Motor has contributed 73.86% of the market share in the national market. The number 73.86% is a very large number for market share. To get that number takes a very good brand position. This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of Honda brand motorcycle brand positioning on consumer purchasing decisions. The type of this research is causal associative research and data collection is done through questionnaires distributed to students of Higher Education Bina Insani and AMIK BSI Bekasi who had bought and used Honda brand motorcycles with the number of respondents 100 students. Data analysis method used is simple linear regression analysis. Data processing in this study using SPSS program version 17. The results obtained showed that brand positioning Honda motorcycles have a positive effect on consumer purchasing decisions. Keywords: Honda, Purchase Decision, Brand position, Motorcycle.

Abstract

Abstrak: Dalam penelitian ini penulis ingin membuktikan lebih lanjut bagaimana hasil hipotesa serta implikasinya atas hasil hipotesa yang telah dilakukan sebelumnya, yaitu analisa prilaku brand Switching konsumen Dalam Pembelian Produk SIM Card HP CDMA: dengan mereplikasi penelitian yang lalu, dengan variabel ukuran, objek, ruang, waktu, serta sampel yang berbeda. Model penelitian yang digunakan dalam studi ini adalah model pembentukan ukuran himpunan pertimbangan. Jumlah responden atau sampel yang diambil untuk diteliti ditetapkan jumlahnya sebesar 120 orang responden. Penentuan jumlah sample ini didasarkan pada ketentuan yang terdapat pada analisa data dengan menggunakan permodelan SEM (Structure Equation Modelling) dimana dipersyaratkan tentang jumlah sample minimal sebesar 100 dan selanjutnya menggunakan perbandingan 5 observasi untuk setiap parameter yang diestimasi (Ferdinand, 2005). Hasil penelitian ini mensimpulkan bahwa Pengaruh prior experience terhadap media search dalam penelitian ini berbeda tanda positif/negatif dengan hipotesisnya dan berbeda dengan hasil penelitian sebelumnya, Hasil pengujian hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa banyaknya pengalaman yang lalu berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap pengetahuan produk, sesuai dengan H1. Pengalaman sebelumnya dan pengetahuan produk berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap kepuasan, sesuai dengan H2 dan H3. Pengetahuan produk dan kepuasan berpengaruh signifikan negatif terhadap tingkat pencarian media, sesuai H5 tetapi tidak sesuai dengan H4. Tingkat kepuasan juga berpengaruh signifikan negatif terhadap banyaknya merek yang dipertimbangkan dan perilaku beralih, sesuai H6 dan H7. Tingkat pencarian media berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap banyaknya merek yang ikut dipertimbangkan sebelum membeli SIM CARD CDMA, sesuai dengan H8. Banyaknya merek yang dipertimbangkan konsumen berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap tingkat pencarian retail dan perilaku beralih, sesuai dengan H9 dan H10. Yang terakhir, tingkat pencarian retail berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap perilaku beralih, sesuai H11. Kata kunci: Analisis perilaku, CDMA, kartu SIM, konsumen, perpindahan merek. Abstract: In this study the authors wanted to prove further how the hypothesis and its implications on the results of the hypotheses that have been done before, that analyzes consumer behavior in Purchasing Switching brand products HP CDMA SIM Card: by replicating the study ago, with variable size, objects, space , time, and different samples. The research model used in this study is a model of the formation of the size of the set of considerations (Consideration set -size models). The number of respondents or samples taken for examination determined the amount of 120 respondents. Determination of the number of samples is based on the provisions contained in data analysis using SEM modeling (Structure Equation Modelling) where required on a minimum sample size of 100 and then using a ratio of 5 observations for each parameter to be estimated (Ferdinand, 2005). The results of this study mensimpulkan that Influence prior media experience on different search in this study marks a positive / negative with hypotheses and different from the results of previous studies, the results of hypothesis testing showed that many experience positive and significant effect on product knowledge, according to the H1. Previous experience and knowledge of the products significantly positive effect on satisfaction, in accordance with the H2 and H3. Product knowledge and satisfaction significant negative effect on the level of media search, according H5 but not in accordance with the H4. Satisfaction is also significant negative effect on the number of brands considered and switching behavior, according H6 and H7. The level of media search positive significant effect on the number of brands being considered before buying a CDMA SIM CARD, according to H8. Many brands that consumers consider positive significant effect on the level of retail searching and switching behavior, in accordance with the H9 and H10. Lastly, the level of retail searches a positive significant effect on the behavior of the switch, according H11. Keyword: Behavior analysis, CDMA, SIM Card, consumers, swithcning cost.
