Abstract

Abstract. This thesis aims to analyze the Cause Factors of ability decreased of the Company to obtain of work packages (projects). Methods of data collection are interviews and questionnaires. Tools of strategy used include: Matrix of External Factor Evaluation (EFE), Matrix of Internal Factor Evaluation (IFE), Matrix of Competitive Profile (CP), Matrix of Threats-Opportunities-Weaknesses-Strengths (TOWS), Matrix of Strategic Position and Action Evaluation (SPACE), Matrix of Boston Consulting Group (BCG), Matrix Internal-External (IE), Matrix of Grand Strategy (GS), Matrix ofQuantitative Strategic Planning (QSP). Abstract

The purpose of education is to form students to be able to increase the level of intelligence by transferring the knowledge and technology possessed by teachers. The purpose of this research is to provide understanding and knowledge in the computer field, especially the introduction of making questions through google form to educators at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MI) Muhajirin, Bekasi As for the problems that the school has during the current covid-19 pandemic, where some face-to-face learning is limited and some are still teaching online, so the lack of knowledge in applying some computer programs is still found and as well as a lack of understanding in making learning applications using the google form. The method used is through direct observation and interviews, so it is deemed necessary to provide training in the form of workshops to educators so that the results of this study are teachers u are able to create an interactive learning through the google form assignment method to become a capital to explore and expand knowledge in the field of technology

Abstract

The ultimate goal to be achieved by a company is to obtain the expected profit or profit in accordance with the specified target. Therefore, the factor of company size and profitability on firm value becomes interesting to study. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of firm size and profitability both partially and simultaneously on firm value. This study recapitulates 9 issuers in the food and beverage subsector on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2016 to 2020. The data collected was processed using multiple regression with SPSS version 20. The results showed that company size has a positive and insignificant effect on firm value, profitability has an effect positive and significant to firm value, firm size and profitability simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on firm value.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of profitability, stock price, and company size on dividend policy in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The research method used is descriptive and multiple linear regression. The data used are annual financial statements that have been audited from 2017 to 2021. The results show that there is no significant effect between profitability and company size on dividend policy. There is a significant influence between stock prices and dividend policy. Firm size has no significant effect on dividend policy. A company's dividend policy is affected by a complex set of factors, including profitability, share price, and company size. Company management needs to consider stock prices as an important factor in making dividend policy decisionsKey words: Profitability, Share Price, Company Size, Dividend

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the role of employee involvement in Green HRM to create humanist sustainable performance as an approach that links ecological principles with human resource management in order to achieve sustainable and humane organizational performance. This research method involved surveys and data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis and distribution of questionnaires and interviews as well as literature studies, after which data processing was carried out using SPSS Analysis Version 25. from companies to identify the relationship between the level of employee involvement in sustainable initiatives. The research technique used a quantitative approach using a sample of 100 respondents and was conducted in June-August 2023, the results showed a significant positive effect on employee engagement and Green HRM variables on sustainable performance increasing productivity, employee loyalty, and company reputation as well as having a positive impact on the humanist aspect, such as job satisfaction and employee welfare. These findings underscore the need to develop a Green HRM strategy that focuses on the active participation of employees in formulating, implementing and strengthening sustainable initiatives, thereby creating a more sustainable work environment.

Abstract

This study analyzes the factors influencing purchase intent and repurchase in social commerce. The main goal is to understand the contribution of variables such as ease of use, performance expectations, social Influence, and risk perception to consumer behaviors. The number of research samples was 120 respondents. The analysis method used is a partial least squares structural equation respondent, which allows researchers to measure and validate constructs and explain relationships between variables. The results showed that initial purchase intention significantly positively impacted repeat purchase intent, contributing to 55.8%. The variables of ease of use and performance expectations also influenced purchase intent significantly. While social Influence is insignificant, risk perception is a mediator that reinforces the relationship between initial and repeat purchase intent. The implications of these findings include practical advice for companies in designing marketing strategies, product development, and customer management. The marketing strategy should be focused on communicating ease of use and product performance expectations. Companies must also understand and manage consumer risk perceptions to build trust and increase repeat purchase intent. These implications guide practitioners and researchers in understanding the dynamics of consumer behaviors in a broader context.

Abstract

Abstrak; Penelitian ini menjelaskan tentang pengaruh dan hubungan disiplin dan promosi kreatif dalam meningkatkan motivasi kerja karyawan PT Askrida Jakarta dalam mempertahankan jumlah nasabah dan memperluaskan jangkauan produk, adapun tujuan penelitian untuk menguji pengaruh dan hubungan antara variabel dan nilai korelasinya dengan metode penelitian secara kuantitatif serta jumlah responden sebanyak 100 karyawan dalam jangka waktu enam bulan yaitu Januari hingga Juni 2019, dan hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa antar variabel menunjukan nilai positif dan signifikan, juga untuk uji statistik menjelaskan hasil yang cukup baik sehingga perlu meningkatkan motivasi kerja dengan terus meningkatkan disiplin dan berpromosi secara kreatif di PT Asuransi Bangun Askrida Jakarta agar dapat meningkatkan keuntungan perusahaan dan tetap menjaga kesejahteraan karyawan dan menjaga kepuasan nasabah. Kata kunci: disiplin, promosi kreatif, motivasi.

Abstract

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of green labor relations in the education and health sectors on sustainable economic investment, green labor reflects the important role of human resources in encouraging environmentally friendly practices in society, which has a direct impact on economic sustainability. The research method involves collecting primary data through a survey of 200 workers as respondents in the education and health sectors. The data was processed using SPSS to test validity, reliability, and correlation between variables. The study was conducted for four months from July - October 2024. Furthermore, SEM was used to test the causal relationship between green labor, sustainable economic investment, and mediating variables such as education quality and health. The results of the analysis show that green labor has a significant influence on sustainable economic investment. The quality of education and health factors act as mediators that strengthen this relationship. The SEM model shows that a good fit index of the CFA model in the study has been met, while the RMSEA value in the study can be accepted, indicating that the research model can explain the relationship between variables adequately. This finding emphasizes the importance of green workforce development to support investment policies that are oriented towards inclusive and environmentally friendly economic growth, to encourage sustainable economic investment.
