Abstract

Pelayanan kesehatan di rumah sakit memiliki tingkat kompleksitas yang tinggi sehingga rawan terjadi konflik baik di dalam maupun di  luar rumah sakit. Pelaksanaan manajemen mutu masih banyak kendala yang dihadapi dibuktikan dengan staf di rumah sakit banyak yang tidak tahu mengenai manajemen mutu, sering  terjadinya konflik dan ketidakjelasan jalur koordinasi, komunikasi dan informasi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis pelaksanaan kepemimpinan mutu di rumah sakit dalam upaya peningkatan manajemen mutu Rumah Sakit Islam NU Demak. Desain penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Informan utama adalah governing body, direktur, komite medik dan komite keperawatan dan informan triangulasinya adalah dokter pelaksana, perawat pelaksana dan ketua tim mutu. Data dikumpulkan dengan dengan teknik wawancara mendalam. Pengolahan dan analisis data menggunakan analisis isi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa proses kepemimpinan mutu yaitu. Membangun visi, menggugah proses, menggerakan sumber daya manusia dan menjadi model sudah dilaksanakan. Disarankan untuk mengalokasikan anggaran untuk pelatihan eks house training , membuat pedoman untuk pencatatan dan pelaporan, Membuat panduan evaluasi kinerja petugas, membuat checlist evaluasi kinerja dan membuat penilaian kepuasan internal

Abstract

The Maternal Mortality Rate (MMR) in West Java in 2015 was 823 cases while the Infant Mortality Rate (IMR) was 3,369 cases. The causes of maternal deaths were hypertension in pregnancy (31%), bleeding (30%), infection (4%), prolonged labor (1%) and others (34%). Of these figures, West Java is a contributor to maternal and newborn mortality rates with an average mortality of above 50%. This study aims to analyze how the efforts to implement the ngiung-ngiung hayuk  program in lowering the case of maternal mortality at the Lohbener Health Center in Indramayu Regency. The research method used in this study is mix methods, namely research that combines two forms of approaches in research (quantitative and qualitative). The subjects in this study were the Lohbener Health Center in Indramayu Regency, the person in charge of the Ngiung-ngiung Hayuk program and the high risk pregnant women in the Trimester III (> 28 weeks) as many as 27 people. The results of the study showed that the effort to implement this program was effective in lowering case of maternal mortality at the Lohbener Health Center in Indramayu district. It is hoped that this ngiung-ngiung hayuk program can be adopted by other health centers so that cases of maternal mortality can be suppressed.

Abstract

The purpose of this study resulted in strategic planning of information systems and information technology. STIKES 'Aisyiyah palembang as one private health university in south sumatera is still having difficulty in determining the priority scale of SI / IT development. Therefore it is needed an information system planning and information technology with qualitative approach using ward and peppard framework. In analyzing the internal business environment the researcher uses the value chain method to map the main activities and supporting activities, the main activity of STIKES 'Aisyiyah Palembang is described using Business Process Modeling Notation (BPMN). the current external business conditions use the five forces model and for internal and external environment analysis SI / TI uses current technology trends. Based on internal and external business and SI / IT environment analyzes then formulated the future SI / IT strategy using SWOT analysis then determine the portfolio of upcoming applications using Mc. farlan strategic grid. Keywords: Strategic planning of ward and peppard, Business process, BPMN, application portfolio

Abstract

ABSTRAK. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui makna puak poi dalam upacara paisin dalam budaya masyarakat Tionghoa di Kota Medan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif yang ditulis secara deskriptif. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui studi lapangan berupa: wawancara, observasi, perekaman upacara penggunaan puak poi, pengamatan terlibat (participant observer), dan studi kepustakaan. Secara kontekstual puak poi merupakan sarana komunikasi kepada Tuhan, dewa, atau leluhur di alam baka. Secara semiotik puak poi memiliki tiga petanda jawaban, yaitu: sengpoi (jawaban “ya”),jipoi (jawaban yang menggantung “antara ya dan tidak”), dan kampoi (jawaban “tidak”). Teks pertanyaan sekaligus permintaan umumnya menggunakan bahasa Indonesia, dengan tema berupa rezeki, jodoh, pengobatan, karir kerja, dan pembersihan altar keluarga.Kata kunci: Tionghoa, Medan, puak poi, paisin, sengpoi, jipoi, kampoi

Abstract

Manusia dengan kodratnya sebagai makhluk sosial tentu tidak akan pernah terlepas dengan kebutuhan-kebutuan ekonomi dari pihak lain untuk melangsungkan hidupnya. Namun sebagai pemeluk agama Islam yang menyandarkan segala aktifitas kehidupan sehari-sehari kepada ketentuan-ketentuan hukum Islam sebagaimana telah ditetapkan dalam sumber utama hukum Islam yaitu al-Qur’an, Sunnah, Ijma’ dan Qiyas, maka sudah seyogyanya bagi masyarakat muslim di dunia dan di Indonesia khususnya untuk menghindari ragam transaksi untuk memenuhi kebutuhan ekonominya yang terindikasi mengandung gharar, riba, dan maisir. Berdasar hal tersebut, maka perlu kiranya menelaah lebih dalam terkait dengan keharaman gharar, riba dan maisir perspektif ekonomi Islam. Adapun hasil telaah menemukan bahwa gharar, riba dan maisir merupakan hal-hal yang tidak diperbolehkan dalam syari’at Islam. Oleh karena itu, merupakan sesuatu yang baik untuk kita sebagai para pelajar abadi memahaminya dan  mengamalkannya dalam kehidupan yang fana ini. (Man with his nature as a social creature certainly will never be detached from the needs of economic blindness from other parties to establish his life. But as a religion of Islam that is in terms of all activities daily life to the provisions of Islamic law as stipulated in the main source of Islamic law is theQur'an, Sunnah, ijma ' and qiyas, so it should be for Muslim communities in the world and in Indonesia in particular to avoid various transactions to fulfill its economic needs that are indicative of Gharar, riba, and Maisir. Based on this, it is necessary to study more in relation to the fragrance of Gharar, Riba and maisir of the Islamic economic perspective. The results of the study found that Gharar, riba and Maisir are things that are not allowed in Shari'ah Islam. Therefore , it is a good thing for us as enduring learners to understand it and to practice it in this mortal life.)

Abstract

This article analyzes the function of imperative sentences contained in the "The Captain" movie by applying Zhang's theory of imperative sentence function. The research method used is descriptive qualitative research methods. The data source in this research is the 2019 China movie“The Captain” (中国机长 Zhōngguó Jīzhǎng). The data are imperative words and sentences in the movie. The data collection technique used was the observation and note technique according to Mahsun, then used the data analysis technique of Miles and Huberman. Researchers found 281 imperative sentences in "The Captain" movie and analyze the imperative function. The most widely used imperative function is the commanding function, which is 80 sentences. Meanwhile, the least function used was a threatening function with only 1 sentence. The commanding function is more dominant than other functions and is found in the conversations between officers to passengers, flight attendants to passengers, communication between officers and others. The commanding function is also mostly found in the officer’s conversations, especially when they were facing an emergency situation. Meanwhile, the words used by the officers, flight attendants, and the captain were showing respect and courtesy. So that the threatening function was less found in this movie. There are no requesting and begging functions because this movie tells about the incident of the Sichuan flight 8633, including the service of the aircraft officers and the confidence of the officers in facing the emergency situation at that time.

Abstract

This research discusses the representation of the form of love on the male main character in the film which is a China film released on June, 21 2019. The purpose of this research is to describe the representation of the form of love on the male main character. This research is based on using Sternberg’s theory of love and Charles Sanders Pierce’s semiotic theory which is only using sign theory to understand the form of love on male main character. The research method used is qualitative descriptive research. Based on the analysis of the love the way you are film, researcher found 3 (three) components of Sternberg’s love. Thus, it can be concluded Fang Yuke is proven to show a form of love between himself and the woman character he loved. Keywords: literature, love the way you are, representation, love

Abstract

This essay discusses two rich traditional cultural heritages: Chinese Shu Brocade and Indonesian Batik Solo. Shu Brocade is a textile product from the Sichuan region of China, while Batik Solo is a cloth characterized by distinctive patterns made in Solo, Indonesia. This writing employs qualitative methods and relies on supporting literature, such as books, journals, and articles. The essay explores the history, characteristics, manufacturing techniques, and cultural values of both Shu Brocade and Batik Solo. First, it examines the origins of Shu Brocade and its significance in Chinese culture. The author explores the unique weaving techniques used to create brocade, highlighting the quality materials and beautiful motifs that make Shu Brocade so special. Additionally, the essay discusses the development of the Shu Brocade industry and the efforts to preserve it. Second, the essay delves into Batik Solo, one of the most renowned types of batik in Indonesia. It traces the long history of Batik Solo, examining the typical motifs that reflect the richness of Indonesian culture, as well as the techniques involved in its production and dyeing processes. Furthermore, this essay emphasizes the importance of preserving and promoting these two cultural heritages. Both Shu Brocade and Batik Solo possess significant aesthetic and historical value, serving as vital expressions of cultural identity for their respective communities. By combining historical knowledge, production techniques, and cultural values, this essay provides a comprehensive understanding of Shu Brocade and Batik Solo.

Abstract

Cervical cancer is the second leading cause of death in women and ranks fourth as a disease that occurs in women worldwide. Cervical cancer is a disease that is difficult to detect and can be detected when it is in an advanced stage. This requires early prevention by carrying out a pap-smear examination. Pap-smear examination manually requires a relatively long time, so a tool is needed by segmentation. Segmentation is image processing by performing perfection between the intended object and the background. One of the CNN methods commonly used in medical image segmentation is the U-Net architecture. Segmentation in this study was carried out on the nucleus and cytoplasm of the Herlev dataset using the U-Net architecture combined with data augmentation and image enhancement. In the learning process, this research resulted in a fairly high IoU value of 78% and an RMSE close to 20%. The results of this study also yielded an accuracy value of 89%, with an average precision, recall and F1 score of 89%, 89% and 88.67%, respectively. This shows that the combination of the CNN U-Net architecture with image quality improvement and data augmentation is quite good at segmenting cervical cells for the nucleus and cytoplasm

Abstract

Tea is a type of drink that has been around since ancient times. In fact, in some regions, tea has become an integral part of culture and an inseparable part of people's social life, and also contains philosophical values. In each region, tea has its own characteristics. This is based on the variety and type of tea leaves themselves as well as the way they are served which are different in each region. The diversity of types of tea and forms of presentation certainly cannot be separated from differences in the environment where the tea leaves grow, as well as the origin of the tea in a particular region. These two factors refer to the practice of drinking tea and the different ways of serving tea in each region. China will immediately come to mind when you hear the word tea, because its tea culture is still strong today. On the one hand, Indonesia still adheres to its tea drinking culture. Tea has its own position in the traditions and practices of several cultures in China and Indonesia, especially in the Sichuan region and the island of Java. The aim of this research is to explore some of the differences that exist in tea drinking traditions in Java and Sichuan. We will also explore various cultural aspects that influence the practice of drinking tea, such as how tea is served, the type of tea used, related customs, and the symbolic meaning attached to the tea drinking ritual itself. So that in the end, readers will be able to appreciate the cultural diversity that exists in this world and encourage the exchange of knowledge and experience in tea drinking practices in both regions. The research method that is used is qualitative method of library research, namely collecting data by searching for sources and reconstructing information from various sources such as books, journals and existing research. The findings from this research are differences in the presentation and way of enjoying tea in Java and Sichuan.
