Abstract

Keberadaan Kebun bunga di Kabupaten Rejang Lebong merupakan hal baru dan perkembanganya cenderung terus bermunculan tetapi juga banyak yang hilang. Akibat dari pemasaran yang belum massive, sehingga aktivitas wisatanya kurang menarik dan tidak mampu memenuhi harapan wisatawan, oleh karena itu dibutuhkan strategi pemasaran yang tepat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merumuskan strategi pemasaran Agrowisata Kebun Bunga di Kabupaten Rejang Lebong, Penelitian ini mendapatkan data dari kuesioner. dilakukan di kebun bunga D’Syandana. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik sampling. Metode pengolahan data melalui analisis bauran pemasaran dan analisis strategi pemasaran. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan faktor yang paling berpengaruh kuat adalah tiket masuk yang terjangkau dan mutu produk bunga yang berkualitas mampu mempengaruhi minat pengunjung. Kelemahannya pada manajemen usaha belum baik, sangat minim tenaga kerja profesional. Kegiatan promosi masih kurang, teknologi yang digunakan masih sederhana. Faktor peluang terbesar adalah kecendrungan niche tourism berbasis alam. Faktor ancaman tertinggi adalah Pesaing objek wisata berbasis alami. Analisis SWOT dan AHP menghasilkan 5 alternatif strategi pemasaran, yaitu: meningkatkan kualitas produk (value drivers) yang bersifat milenial dan terinstagramable, memperluas target pasar, mengikuti event-event secara rutin, meningkatkan kualitas SDM melalui pelatihan khusus, dan melakukan kerjasama dengan investor untuk mendapatkan  modal Kata kunci : Agrowisata, Kebun Bunga, Pemasaran, Strategi

Abstract

Penelitian Faktor – Faktor Yang Mempengaruhi Pendapatan Usaha Tani Kopi Robusta Petik Merah di Kecamatan Kabawetan Kabupaten Kepahiang, bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana tingkat pendapatan usaha tani kopi robusta petik merah di Kecamatan Kabawetan dan untuk mengetahui faktor apa saja yang mempengaruhi pendapatan usaha tani kopi robusta petik merah di Kecamatan Kabawetan. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan Maret 2022 di Kecamatan Kabawetan, Kabupaten Kepahiang dengan kelompok tani yang terdapat di Kecamatan Kabawetan. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu Analisis Biaya Usaha tani, Penerimaan, Pendapatan, Uji Asumsi Klasik, Regresi Linier Berganda, Uji Kelayakan Model dan Uji Hipotesis. Rata – rata total biaya keseluruhan usahatani kopi robusta petik merah sebesar Rp. 5.573.217,90/Ut/tahun. Penerimaan sebesar Rp. 35.325.081,97/Ut/tahun dan pendapatan sebesar Rp. 29.751.864,07/Ut/tahun. Berdasarkan hasil dari uji F diketahui nilai Fhitung sebesar 1938.559 > Ftabel 2,77 dengan nilai signifikasi sebesar 0,000 pada bentuk tingkat signifikasi yang digunakan < 0,05 sehingga dapat disimpulkan secara bersama – sama variabel luas lahan, harga dan produktivitas berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap pendapatan. Sedangkan berdasarkan uji T variabel harga mempunyai nilai Thitung sebesar 0,702 dan nilai Ttabel sebesar 1,672 dengan tingkat signifikasi sebesar 0,486 > 0,05 dengan taraf siginifikasi yang digunakan < 0,05 yang berarti secara parsial variabel harga tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap pendapatan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini untuk (1) Menentukan faktor internal (IFE) dan faktor eksternal (EFE) usahatani jamur tiram putih di Kecamatan Curup Tengah Kabupaten Rejang Lebong selama pandemi covid-19. (2) Merumuskan strategi yang tepat dalam pengembangan usahatani jamur tiram putih di Kecamatan Curup Tengah Kabupaten Rejang Lebong selama pandemi covid-19. Metode penelitian ini di lakukan secara kuantitatif dan menggunakan kuesioner. penentuan lokasi dilakukan secara (purposive) di usahatani jamur tiram putih Ibu Utami Asih di Kelurahan Air Bang. Analisis yang digunakan adalah IFE, EFE, MATRIKS SWOT. Hasil dari penelitian ini faktor internal yang menjadi kekuatan utama usahatani Ibu Utami Asih adalah lokasi usaha strategis, keadaan keuangan yang dimiliki perusahaan stabil, mampu membuat baglog sendiri. Faktor kelemahan adalah banyaknya stok (apabila adanya panen raya), tingginya tingkat kegagalan dalam produksi, jamur tiram tidak bisa bertahan lama. Faktor eksternal yang menjadi peluang terbesar pada usahatani Ibu Utami Asih adalah luasnya pangsa pasar, memiliki nilai jual yang tinggi, cepatnya balik modal. Faktor ancaman adalah adanya pesaing baru, adanya petani jamur baru yang menurunkan harga, tingginya biaya di tingkat pembuatan baglog. alternatif strategi yang dapat dimanfaatkan dan diterapkan dalam usahatani jamur tiram putih milik Ibu Utami Asih. Alternatif yang diperoleh adalah strategi agresif lebih fokus kepada strategi S - O (Strengths – Opportunitie)

Abstract

Research on the role of extension workers in the development of women's farmer groups (KWT) in Selupu Rejang District, Rejang Lebong Regency aims to analyze the role of extension workers in the development of Women Farmers Groups (KWT) in Selupu Rejang District. The research was conducted in January 2022 in Selupu Rejang District, Rejang Lebong Regency, Bengkulu Province. Determination of the location is done intentionally (purposive sampling) with the consideration that this location is the center of agriculture in the Rejang Lebong highlands which has many farmer groups, one of which is the Women Farmers Group (KWT). This study has two types of primary data that are processed and analyzed, namely quantitative data and qualitative data. Qualitative data from the questionnaires in this study were collected and the answers were studied which then coded the data to obtain quantitative data. The collected data was statistically processed using SPSS for Windows and Microsoft Excel. Checking the completeness and consistency of the answers on the questionnaire sheets, diaries, and audio recordings was carried out at the stage of studying the answers to the questionnaire. The Microsoft Excel program was used at the data coding stage where all quantitative data obtained from the complete and per variable questionnaire answers were entered into the Microsoft Excel program. The stages in analyzing the data are Validity Test, Reliability Test, Likert Scale Analysis and Hypothesis Testing. The role of extension workers is very important in the development of the Women Farmers Group (KWT). Judging from the three categories, namely the role of the instructor as a mentor with a score of 77% in the high category, it can be said to be growing because KWT has been able to innovate by creating new things in farming activities and can also think that farming activities are not only limited to planting but can also perform processing in order to increase the selling value of agricultural products.

Abstract

Marketing Mix is ??a combination of marketing activities carried out by companies to market certain goods and services during a certain period of time and a certain market. The purpose of this study was to determine the internal factors and external factors encountered in the application of the marketing mix (Marketing Mix) at Semut Sari Aren Sugar UMKM AND To find out and identify the application of the marketing mix (Marketing Mix) at Semut Sari Aren Sugar UMKM. This research was carried out in June - July 2023 on Jl Pramuka No. 5 Hamlet I Air Meles Atas, Selupu Rejang District, Rejang Lebong Regency. This research method uses the IFE, EFE, SWOT analysis and 7p marketing mix methods. The results of this study are the internal factors that are the main strength in the UKM Sari Aren Sugar Ants in Air Meles Atas Village, Selupu Rejang District, Rejang Lebong Regency, namely a competent workforce, the availability of a lot of raw materials for palm sugar and palm sugar products which have different characteristics from other products. other sugar. Weakness factors consisting of the lack of interest in buying by the local community, and limited market information and limited capital. External factors that become opportunities for the Semut Sari Aren Sugar MSMEs in Air Meles Atas Village, Selupu Rejang District, Rejang Lebong Regency are the support from the government, the development of science and technology in supporting the formation of the sugar palm agroindustry, and exhibitions held by the government to market palm sugar products. Factors that pose a threat are consumer demands for quality, demands for high export quality standards and changing seasons.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the agribusiness system for gerga oranges in Kayu Manis Village, Sindang Kelingi District and to determine the income and efficiency of gerga orange farming in Kayu Manis Village, Sindang Kelingi District . The total area of orange plantations in Indonesia is more than 57,000 hectares with a production of 2.5 million tons. The import value in 2019 was 100 thousand tons. The type of Siamese orange/tangerine that has great potential to be used as a superior commodity product is the Gerga orange or Rimau Gerga Lebong (RGL) orange. The limited cultivation locations and advantages they have mean that the price of gerga oranges is still quite high. The selling price currently ranges from IDR 20,000.00 to IDR 30,000.00 per kilogram. One of the villages that has participated in developing RGL gerga orange cultivation and is considered successful is Kayu Manis Village, Sindang Kelingi District. Kayu Manis Village has an average annual farmer income of Rp. 112,617,188/year, while the average total production cost is Rp. 64,119,401, From this figure, the R/C ratio of the Gerga orange farming business is 1.7

Abstract

The research entitled Analysis of Marketing Efficiency of Shallots in Kayu Manis Village, Sindang Kelingi District, Rejang Lebong Regency, aims to determine the marketing channels and marketing efficiency of shallots in Kayu Manis Village, Sindang Kelingi District, Rejang Lebong Regency. The research was conducted in June-July 2023. The method for determining shallot farmer respondents was carried out using the purposive sampling method, while for marketing institutions the snowball sampling method was used. The data analysis method itself uses quantitative descriptive by finding out marketing channels and calculating margins. Share margins, marketing profits and marketing efficiency values. The results of this research show that there are two marketing channels, namely: (I) Farmers-collectors-retailers-consumers. (II) Farmers-Consumers. In channel (I) the marketing margin is IDR 11,000,- while the margin share received by farmers is 68.5%. The profit received by collecting traders is IDR 3,237/Kg and retail traders IDR 4,715/Kg, and the marketing efficiency value is 8.7%. . In channel (II) the marketing margin is IDR 0,- while the margin share received by farmers is 100%. The profit received by farmers who are also traders is IDR 27,800/Kg, and the marketing efficiency value is 0.71%.

Abstract

In the Rejang Lebong Regency area, one of the areas in Selupu Rejang District is that there is a Ground Coffee business called Cap Dua Putra which makes processed robusta coffee into ground coffee. The Cap Dua Putra ground coffee processing business has been running for more than twelve years. With the criteria of length of business and the number of competitors in the coffee processing industry. Researchers are interested in looking at business feasibility through a profitability approach, which is a comparison between profit and capital. This research aims to determine the profitability and profit value of Cap Dua Putra ground coffee. The data used in the research are primary and secondary data, namely annual data on ground coffee production in 2022. This data comes from field questionnaires. This research was carried out at the Cap Dua Putra Ground Coffee business, the research period was from April to completion. The sampling technique is non-probability sampling, with the criteria being a business that has been established for more than twelve years. Results and research show that the production costs incurred in the Cap Dua Putra ground coffee business are IDR. 163,235,000,-/year. The production value of this business is IDR. 228,000,000/year with production of 4200 kg/year. The selling price is Rp. 60,000,-/kg. the profit obtained is Rp. 63,407,000,-/year. The profitability value from the comparison of profit and capital is 38.84 percent. This means that the business makes profits that are much greater than the prevailing interest rates.
