Abstract

The area of ??Rejang Lebong Regency in Selupu Rejang District is the business of the sugar palm business called UD Sari Aren. Granular palm sugar processing business has been running for more than fifteen years. Because UD Sari Aren is the only sugar granular palm industry the researchers are interested in seeing business feasibility through a profitability approach which is a comparison between earnings and capital. This study aims to determine the value of profitability and profit of UD Sari Aren granular palm sugar. This research uses census method, and profitability ratio analysis tool. Purposive sampling technique, with the criteria for one of the businesses that has been in existence for more than twelve years. The results of the study, the production costs incurred by UD. Sari Aren amounted to Rp 2,550,000,000 per year. The production value of this business is IDR 3,360,000,000 / year with a production of 96,000 kg / year. The selling price is IDR 35,000 / kg. the profit obtained is Rp. 810,000,000.- / year. The profitability value from the ratio of profit and capital is 31.76 percent. It can be interpreted that the business gets a profit far greater than the prevailing interest rate which is 18 percent per year Keywords: granular palm sugar, value of production, capital, profit, profitability

Abstract

The research analysis of Strawberry Fruit Marketing in the Lake Mas Harun Bastari area, Selupu Rejang District, Rejang Lebong Regency aims to find out marketing channels, marketing margins, and to find out how efficient the Strawberry marketing is in the Danau Mas Harun Bastari tourism area. This research was conducted in June 2022 in the area of ​​Danau Mas Harun Bastari, Selupu Rejang District, Rejang Lebong Regency with farmers and traders in the Mas Harun Bastari Lake area. The data analysis used in this research is Marketing Channel Analysis, Marketing Margin Analysis, and Marketing Efficiency Analysis. This data analysis was used for Farmers and the 11 Retailers Respondents in the Danau Mas Harun Bastari District, Selupu Rejang District, Rejang Lebong Regency. Based on this research, it is known that the Strawberry Marketing Channel in Selupu Rejang District, Rejang Lebong Regency has one Marketing Channel. Where farmers (producers) sell directly to retailers, then retailers sell to consumers at a price of Rp. 60,000 with a 0.5 kg mica box at a price of Rp. 35,000 and 0.25 kg at a price of Rp. 25,000 where the cost of Rp. 60,000/Kg will get profit of IDR 30,000/kg. This value explains that the retailer receives a higher price than the price received by the consumer, which means that the retailer is not disadvantaged in the marketing channel because the profits obtained by the retailer are greater than the marketing institutions in the marketing channel. The costs incurred by Retailers are in the form of transportation costs, packaging costs, equipment depreciation costs. because the strawberries are well sorted to suit the wishes of consumers. The advantage of marketing institutions is in the form of remuneration received by each marketing agency that participates in marketing strawberries starting from the Farmer level to the Consumer level.

Abstract

This research is to (1) Determine the internal factors (IFE) and external factors (EFE) of Pondoh salak farming in Rejang Lebong Regency. (2) Knowing the appropriate alternative strategy for developing pondoh salak farming in Rejang Lebong Regency. This research method was carried out qualitatively and quantitatively using a questionnaire. Location determination is carried out purposively on the farm shouted pondoh Mr. Andi in Air Merah Village, Curup Tengah District, Rejang Regency . The analysis used is IFE, EFE, SWOT MATRIX. The results of this research are the internal factors that are the main strengths of Mr. Andi's pondoh salak Sahatani are having their own land , competitive prices for salak , the availability of potential areas for developing salak . Weakness factors are the lack of understanding of snake fruit farmers regarding good snake fruit cultivation , limited capital , production is still low . External factors that become the biggest opportunities for Mr. Andi's pondoh salak farming business are the wide market share , quite large market demand , and fast return on investment . Threat factors are the increasingly limited land for salak farming , the presence of new competitors , the high prices of production facilities . Alternative strategies that can be utilized and applied in salak farming Mr. Andi 's cottage . The alternative obtained is an aggressive strategy that focuses more on the S - O (Strengths - Opportunities) strategy.

Abstract

The aims of this research are (1) To determine farmers' income from crystal guava farming. (2) To find out whether or not the Crystal guava farming business is feasible or not. One of the national fruit commodities that has great opportunities to be developed is crystal guava. Crystal guava is a fruit plant that is classified in the guava group. Guava itself is a plant that lives in tropical and sub-tropical areas, so this plant is widely cultivated in many countries, including Indonesia.Based on the table, it can be seen that the production obtained by crystal guava farmers in Air Bang sub-district during one production period is 500kg/arapan/production period or 2 tonnes/arapan/year. with a selling price of Rp. 20,000/kg. So it can be seen that the gross income obtained by crystal guava farmers in Air Bang sub-district is 10,000,000/farm/production period or IDR 40,000,000/year. The net income obtained by crystal guava farmers in the Air Bang sub-district is IDR 6,059,184 /Garapan/period or IDR 24,236,744 /Garapan/year. Bank Rakyat Indonesia's interest rate is 10%, the NVP value obtained is 28.5%. This shows that Crystal guava farming is in the Air Bang sub-district, Curup Tengah District, Rejang Lebong Regency. feasible to run NPV is positive or NPV is greater than zero (NPV > 0).

Abstract

The research entitled Analysis of Marketing Efficiency of Shallots in Kayu Manis Village, Sindang Kelingi District, Rejang Lebong Regency, aims to determine the marketing channels and marketing efficiency of shallots in Kayu Manis Village, Sindang Kelingi District, Rejang Lebong Regency. The research was conducted in June-July 2023. The method for determining shallot farmer respondents was carried out using the purposive sampling method, while for marketing institutions the snowball sampling method was used. The data analysis method itself uses quantitative descriptive by finding out marketing channels and calculating margins. Share margins, marketing profits and marketing efficiency values. The results of this research show that there are two marketing channels, namely: (I) Farmers-collectors-retailers-consumers. (II) Farmers-Consumers. In channel (I) the marketing margin is IDR 11,000,- while the margin share received by farmers is 68.5%. The profit received by collecting traders is IDR 3,237/Kg and retail traders IDR 4,715/Kg, and the marketing efficiency value is 8.7%. . In channel (II) the marketing margin is IDR 0,- while the margin share received by farmers is 100%. The profit received by farmers who are also traders is IDR 27,800/Kg, and the marketing efficiency value is 0.71%.

Abstract

Analisis Elemen Ekuitas Merek Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian di Kedai Kopi “Gula Pahit” Kabupaten Rejang Lebong (Oleh : Efrita Fitriyanti, NPM. 201802031, Dibawah Bimbingan Dwita Prisdinawati, S.P.,M.Si dan Mira Yanuarti, S.P.,M.P). Penelitian Analisis Elemen Ekuitas Merek Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian di Kedai Kopi “Gula Pahit” Kabupaten Rejang Lebong, bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Elemen Ekuitas Merek yang terdiri dari kesadaran merek, asosiasi merek, persepsi kualitas dan loyalitas merek terhadap keputusan pembelian di kedai kopi “Gula Pahit” Kabupaten Rejang Lebong. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada Februari 2022 sampai dengan Maret 2022 di Kedai Kopi “Gula Pahit” di Kabupaten Rejang Lebong dengan pertimbangan bahwa Kedai Kopi “Gula Pahit” menggunakan mesin terbaik kedua di dunia yang berasal dari Taiwan. Analisis data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah uji Regresi Linear Berganda uji T dan uji F terhadap 30 konsumen Kedai Kopi “Gula Pahit” di Kabupaten Rejang Lebong. Berdasarkan output “Test Statistic”, diketahui Asymp. Sig (2-tailed) X1 bernilai 0,014,X2 bernilai 0,034,X3 bernilai 0,025 dan X4 bernilai 0,000 lebih kecil dari < 0,05, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa Kesadaran Merek,Asosiasi Merek,Persepsi Kualitas dan Loyalitas Merek mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian pada Kedai Kopi “Gula Pahit”, maka dapat disimpulkan H0 ditolak dan H1,H2,H3 dan H4 diterima. Pada tabel statistic didapat nilai F hitung adalah 1115,656 sedangkan nilai F tabel dengan alpha 5% atau 0,05 nilainya 2,76. Sedangkan pada nilai Asymp. Sig (2 tailed) diperoleh 0,000 dikarenakan F hitung > F tabel yaitu 1115,656 > 2,76 atau nilai signifikasi 0,000 < 0,05 sesuai dengan pengujian statistik yang digunakan maka H0 ditolak dan H5 diterima.

Abstract

This research was conducted in February-April 2025 at the Tebing Suban Tourism, Talang Ulu Village, East Curup, Selupu Rejang District, Rejang Lebong Regency. So the purpose of this study was to determine visitor satisfaction with the services of the Tebing Suban tourist attraction, Rejang Lebong Regency. The method used in this sampling was by Accidental Sampling, a sampling technique based on coincidence, namely anyone who accidentally meets the researcher can be used as a sample, if it is considered that the person who happened to be met is suitable as a data source. The data analysis method used is quantitative descriptive and data processing is carried out using the help of the SPSS (Statistical Program for Social Science) and Microsoft Excel applications which are presented in the form of tables and tabulations, then data measurements are carried out with visitor satisfaction tools, namely Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) and Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI). the results of the research that has been done, then several conclusions can be drawn, namely the results of the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) based on the Cartesian diagram show that of the 20 service performance attributes of the Tebing Suban Tourism Object, there are 5 attributes that are considered very important and are the main priority in determining visitor satisfaction. Based on the calculation of the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI), the satisfaction index value is 79.36%. This value is obtained from the Weighted Score divided by the Likert Scale value range.

Abstract

This research was conducted in May-August 2025. The location of the research is at The Nickrisnally Strawberry Tourism. Jl. Raya Curup, Sumber Bening Village, Selupu Rejang District, Rejang Lebong Regency. This study aims to determine visitor satisfaction with the facilities of The Nickrisnally Strawberry tourist attraction in Sumber Bening Village, Rejang Lebong Regency. The sampling method in this study used the Slovin formula. Respondents in this study were visitors to The Nickrisnall Strawberry Tourist Attraction, so in determining the number of samples using the Slovin formula, the number of respondents or samples in this study was known that the population was 100 people each month. The data analysis method used in this study is descriptive quantitative analysis and data processing is carried out using the help of the SPSS (Statistical program for social science) and Microsoft Excel applications which are presented in the form of tables and tabulations, then data measurements are carried out with visitor satisfaction tools, namely Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) and Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI). The results of the analysis of visitor satisfaction levels using the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) method show that the attributes that need to be maintained are attributes that fall into quadrant II. The results of the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) analysis were 77.29%, which means that visitors to The Nickrisnally Strawberry in Rejang Lebong Regency are satisfied with the facilities provided by the Strawberry garden tour.
