This study aims to examine the effect of Budgeting Participation, Budgetary Goal Clarity on the Managerial Performance and Organizational Commitment as a moderating variable in the District Government of Rokan HIlir.The population in this study is the Regional Task Force (SKPD), SKPD treasurer, and financial staff SKPD Rokan Hilir district, using a questionnaire survey. The data was collected by distributing questionnaires to 76 respondents, but only 69 respondents who fill out questionnaires. Methods of data analysis using Multiple Linear Regression Analisys who assisted with SPSS software. Results shows that budgetting participation has effect to the Manajerial Performance, Budgetary Goal Clarity has effect to the Manajerial Performance, and organizational commitment has moderated the effect of budgetting participation and Budgetary Goal Clarity on Managerial Performance.Keywords : Participation, Budgetary Goal Clarity, Commitment, and Manajerial Performance.

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh banyaknya guru mata pelajaran Bahasa Indonesia yang belum memiliki kompetensi optimal dalam menyusun RPP. Fenomena tersebut ditemukan pada saat mereka mengikuti PLPG dalam rangka serfitikasi guru di lingkungan Dinas Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Jawa Barat. Melalui penelitian ini, peneliti berharap mampu mengidentifikasi hal-hal yang kurang dikuasai para guru, khususnya guru Bahasa Indonesia di Kota Cimahi dalam menyusun RPP sehingga hasil penelitian tersebut dapat memberi masukan kepada para guru atau pihak dinas pendidikan untuk membina para guru agar memiliki kemampuan dalam menyusun RPP sesuai dengan bidang keahliannya. Permasalahan penelitian dibatasi dalam hal 1) kesesuaian RPP yang ditulis guru dengan Permendiknas no. 41 tahun 2007 ; 2) kesalahan yang ditemukan dalam RPP mata pelajaran Bahasa Indonesia yang digunakan guru di lingkungan Dinas Pendidikan Kota Cimahi; 3) sikap guru terhadap penyusunan RPP; dan 4) faktor penyebab kesulitan para guru Bahasa Indonesia di lingkungan Dinas Pendidikan Kota Cimahi pada saat menyusun RPP. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berupa RPP yang disusun guru kelas 7,8, 9 sebanyak 8 sekolah tingkat SMP yang diambil secara acak. Metode yang digunakan berupa metode kualitatif. Berdasarkan hasil analisis disimpulkan bahwa 1) RPP yang disusun responden banyak mengandung ketidaksesuain dengan isi permendiknas nomor 41 tahun 2007 dalam komponen perumusan tujuan pembelajaran, penyajian materi ajar dan organisasinya, kejelasan dan kerincian skenario pembelajaran, kesesuain teknik/metode pembelajaran, dan kelengkapan instrumen penilaian; 2) kesalahan yang terdapat dalam RPP yang disusun responden berhubungan dengan komponen yang dijelaskan dalam poin 1 di atas; 3) responden memiliki sikap positif terhadap penyusunan RPP sehingga diperlukan pembinaan dan dorongan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan mereka; 4) faktor penyebab kesalahan yang dilakukan responden pada penyusunan RPP disebabkan kekurangmampuan mereka dalam bidang pengetahuan (kognitif) teori penyusunan RPP sesuai tuntutan permendiknas nomor 41 tahun 2007.Â Kata Kunci: Rencana Pelaksanaan Pembelajaran, Guru ProfesionalÂ ABSTRACT This research is motivated by a number of Indonesian teachers of subjects that do not have optimum competence in preparing the RPP. The phenomenon was discovered when they follow in order serfitikasi PLPG teacher in the Department of Education and Culture of West Java. Through this study, the researchers hope to be able to identify things that are less controlled by the teachers, especially teachers Indonesian in Cimahi in preparing lesson plans so that the results of such research can provide input to the teachers or the education department to train the teachers to have the ability to draw up RPP according to their expertise. Research problems are limited in terms of 1) the suitability of teachers' lesson plans written by Permendiknas no. 41 in 2007; 2) errors found in subjects Indonesian RPP used by teachers in the environment Cimahi City Department of Education; 3) attitudes of teachers towards the preparation of the RPP; and 4) the causes difficulty Indonesian teachers in the Education Office Cimahi when preparing lesson plans. The sample in this study are compiled RPP classroom teachers 7.8, 9 by 8 junior high schools were taken at random. The method used in the form of qualitative methods. Based on the analysis concluded that 1) RPP compiled respondent contains a lot of non-conformance with the contents Permendiknas number 41 of 2007 in the components of the formulation of learning goals, presentation of teaching material and organization, clarity and detail of learning scenario, suitability techniques / methods of learning, and completeness of assessment instruments; 2) the error contained in the RPP were composed of respondents associated with components described in point 1 above; 3) respondents have a positive attitude towards the preparation of lesson plans so that the necessary guidance and encouragement to improve their skills; 4) factors causing mistakes made by respondents in the preparation of RPP due to their incapacity in the field of knowledge (cognitive) theory of RPP preparation according to the demands Permendiknas number 41 of 2007. Menurut Hasil pengamatan pada mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Bahasa dan sastra Indonesia tingkat 2 ditemukan suatu permasalahan yaitu hanya 40% mahasiswa yang mampu menulis meresensi novel. Hal ini tentu harus segera diatasi, mengingat kemampuan dalam meresensi amat penting guna meningkatkan mutu hasil pembelajaran. Diduga kurang tepatnya metode pembelajaran menulis resensi novel yang diterapkan dalam proses pembelajaran. Teknik comparing merupakan teknik yang dianggap tepat dalam pembelajaran menulis resensi novel dan mampu meningkatkan kemampuan menulis bagi mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Bahasa dan Sastra Indonesia tingkat 2.

Successful learning is carefully arranged to learn. Learning with media can be a way for teachers so students can enjoy learning. Successful learning is fun learning that can make the student feel comfortable and have no pressure. Therefore it is very important for teachers to create student learning that is comfortable and active without pressure. The purpose of conducting this research is to provide an overview of how the responses given by students during the learning process are interactive. This type of research is the implementation of research development using interactive learning methods and the results by distributing questionnaires and observations. The results of the research in this article show that students are more active in working in learning and able to communicate well. Then students also provide responses and opinions about the application of interactive learning which according to students is more interesting. Therefore the research in this article can be said that the media of interactive learning are feasible to be used in the process of learning Indonesia both in the classroom and in learning independently to improve understanding and quality and provision of students learning.

Literature of development equivalent to the development of the times, because the literature is more elegant and easy to enter and well received by the community, there are no obstacles, but literature also has a style selingkung incriminating himself with the language, easier language, the author’s style and imagination of authors make literature has a strong competitiveness among the public as a literary connoisseur, one of the most common literature in meet is short stories or short stories, stories that only briefly but have value that can be obtained after reading such a short story “Do not sing in the bathroom” author have moral values and deep social values, related to today, and high imagination, aesthetics and innate storytelling must be appreciated and given an assessment that prioritizes a unique language with familiar figures in rural and urban communities, a very concrete literary goal is to entertain, but behind it the more important thing is to appreciate and give value to the literary works that have been read, literature has a wide range because it uses language as its medium, one of them short stories, although the story is settled in one reading but the sense that in getting readers who are still in the priority by the author.

The novel “Lafal Cinta” is chosen by the reader to be reviewed because the reader is interested with the religious genre chosen by the novelist and in the choice of words used in the novel. The author is able to convey messages with words that are capable of touching the reader’s heart and the story that is raised is common story in everyday life so the readers not difficult to understand the plot . The aim of the reader is to study the novel “Lafal Cinta” which is in addition to knowing the plot of the novel “Lafal Cinta” itself, readers also want to study the novel “Lafal Cinta” and realize their role as an appreciatio in appreciating, judging, and deepening a workand to know the moral message contained in the novel “Lafal Cinta”. In this case, the pragmatic approach chosen by the reader to study a literary work is in the form of a novel entitled “Lafal Cinta” by Kurniawan Al-Isyhad. The novel “Lafal Cinta” is a religious genre vovel and very interesting to read. Through this novel the reader is invited to contemplate every mistake that has been done and learn to take lessons from those mistakes and not repeat them again.

This research was carried out because it was found in the short story "Rain" by Nurillaiyah which had many masters in each series of stories written. Understanding of the reader in understanding the meaning of a reading that is still lacking in the background of the implementation of this style or language analysis. So in this study the researchers took two formulations of the problem, namely what meaning is implied in the short story "Rain"? and what style of language is used in the short story "Rain"? The purpose of this study is to analyze the majas in the short story "Rain" so that the reader is able to distinguish the types of majas, the meaning of the majas and appreciation of the majes outlined by the writer. In this study, researchers used a qualitative descriptive research method to analyze the composition contained in the short story "Rain", this research was conducted by reading the short story first, then analyzing and marking which text is included in the paper, then from the data that has been analyzed researchers found various kinds of majas in the short story "Rain", namely there are comparative forms, including personification, metaphor, allegory, hyperbole, sinekdok and simile, affirmation forms including repetition, rhetoric, asindeton, pleonasme, enumeration, and contradictory forms namely paradox and satire majesty namely innuendo. The conclusion is that this research is expected to be able to add insight in understanding understanding of discourse in terms of semantic knowledge.

Sekarang ini pandemi covid 19 sedang merajalela dan sejalan dengan perkembangan teknologi harus dilakukan pemanfaatan teknologi yang baik agar menciptakan peralatan untuk mendeteksi. Salah satu deteksi dari covid 19 dengan mengukur suhu tubuh untuk menjadi indikator dasar yang dapat dilakukan. Permodelan yang dilakukan dgunakan untuk perancangan awal pembuatan sistem pendeteksi suhu menggunakan simulasi yang berbasis arduino. Metode digunakan adalah metode simulasi, yang merupakan metode skala kecil yang digunakan untuk mengetahui pengaruh sesuai dengan pengaturan yang dilakukan. Hasil yang didapatkan bahwa sistem permodelan ini telah menampilkan data yang dideteksi oleh sensor untuk ditampilkan ke LCD dan lampu indikator sesuai dengan bahasa pemograman yang dibuat. Pemanfaatan tegangan keluaran yang dihasilkan oleh arduino telah dijadikan acuan untuk lampu indikator yang sesuai dengan suhu yang ditampilkan

Penyakit batu saluran kemih (urolithiasis) adalah salah satu penyakit utama pada traktus urinarius. Penyakit urolithiasis merupakan penyakit umum yang masih menimbulkan beban kesehatan yang signifikan pada populasi usia kerja,dan merupakan tiga penyakit terbanyak di bidang urologi disamping infeksi saluran kemih dan pembesaran prostat benigna. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kejadian urolithiasis di RSD Gunung Jati Kota Cirebon tahun 2019. Jenis penelitian adalah deskriptif korelasional dengan pendekatan case control. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pasien urolithiasis di RSD Gunung Jati Kota Cirebon dan pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode total sampling sebanyak 162 orang. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan lembar observasi. Analisa data dilakukan dengan menggunakan analisa univariat dengan distribusi frekuensi dan analisa bivariat dengan uji chi square (Ï‡2). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa lebih dari setengahnya responden yaitu 106 orang (65,4%) berusia dewasa madya (40-59 tahun), lebih dari setengahnya responden yaitu 126 orang (53,8%) berjenis kelamin laki-laki, lebih dari setengahnya responden yaitu 96 orang (59,3%) bekerja sebagai karyawan dan lebih dari setengahnya responden yaitu 126 orang (77,8%) mengalami kejadian urolithiasis non infeksi. Hasil uji statistik diperoleh Ï value < Î± (0,05) menunjukkan bahwa Ha diterima artinya terdapat hubungan antara usia (0,028), jenis kelamin (0,045) dan pekerjaan (0,038) dengan kejadian urolithiasis di RSD Gunung Jati Kota Cirebon tahun 2019. Rekomendasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pasien hendaknya meningkatkan pengetahuan tentang urolithiasis dan rumah sakit hendaknya dapat memberikan konseling mengenai urolithiasis.

The force balance system uses the whitestone bridge concept to read the airfoil aerodynamic lift and drag forces while also having a function to control the airfoil angle of attack. It is designed for low subsonic wind tunnels, especially for educational purposes. The system uses Arduino as the microcontroller to read the force data from the load cell sensors and gives commands to the rotary motor stepper to change the airfoil angle of attack. Arduino is combined with a novel mechanical linkage system designed and studied to ensure the sensors can read the correct airfoil lift and drag forces. The angle of attack is controlled with a smartphone to decide the degree of airfoil. The reading of the system is validated using spring balance that pulls the system with magnitudes of 1,1.5, 2, 2.5, and 3 kg in some pulling force angle. The results show that the reading of the system is accurate compared to the theoretical results, with an average error of 2 %. The force measuring tool on the airfoil is the first step in a series of steps to produce the final project, namely the wind turbine. Research suggests that the load cell must be positioned correctly so that the sensor reading error can be increased again. The stepper motor must be turned off the bottom shaft to prevent the airfoil from rotating.
