Abstract

Special schools (SLB) are only located in the city center, so that those with special needs in remote areas cannot reach their location. This is the reason why inclusive education is held. (Mohammad Divine Destiny, 2013). This study aims to find out the comparison of the implementation of special school learning at (SLB-B) Budi Nurani and inclusive education at SMP Negeri 3 Pabuaran in improving the quality of learning with disabilities. This study used a descriptive qualitative analysis approach with inductive data collection. The results of this study are that the Budi Nurani SLB-B School organizes special education for the blind with complete infrastructure, but not solid enough. Meanwhile, inclusive education at SMPN 3 Pabuaran provides education for the disabled and learning difficulties. SMPN 3 Inclusive Education has limitations: infrastructure and funds. The two schools optimize the learning process. so as to give birth to students who are able to live independently and compete in society. Both use the National Education Curriculum. The learning process for SLB students with a specialization in the deaf, how to communicate using sign language while reading the lips of the interlocutor. Meanwhile, students with special needs who carry out the learning process in Inclusive Education schools carry out the learning process without having to be specific in their class. Students at both the Budi Nurani SLB-B School and inclusive education at SMPN 3 Pabuaran are diligent in worship and can accept God's decrees/qadla

Abstract

Currently, countries in the world place vocational secondary education (SMK) as the supporting economic development to increase national income which can improve the welfare of its people. This is because vocational education is more directed at the link and match program to produce educated personnel who are ready to use to enter various job exchanges in the era of modern industrial technology. However, seeing the phenomenon of juvenile delinquency which is increasing in graphs, the provision of character education is very important in fostering and educating students so that they are not only competent in their fields but also have good character, character and morals. One of the vocational schools that implements character education is SMK Plus Bina Teknik Ibadurrahman YLPI Kota Sukabumi, the education system is generally integral to the education system in Islamic boarding schools. The curriculum implemented in the education process at SMK Plus Bina Teknik Ibadurrahman YLPI Kota Sukabumi uses a combination of the formal education curriculum that is affiliated with the National Education Office, and the Islamic boarding school curriculum, where all educational activities are managed by Islamic boarding schools and are routine in nature. This study used a qualitative research methodology, using data from the population of the SMK students. Besides that, surveys, observations, and interviews were also carried out on related objects. The sampling technique was carried out by purposive sampling. The population in this study were students of class XII SMK Plus Bina Teknik Ibadurrahman YLPI Kota. From the results of the research conducted, it was found that the character education concept applied to SMK Plus Bina Teknik Ibadurrahman YLPI Sukabumi City is quite appropriate. This is evident from the process of implementing character values carried out by students at SMK Plus Bina Teknik Ibadurrahman YLPI City of Sukabumi and the implementation of the character education curriculum implemented at the SMK.

Abstract

The quality of Indonesian education based on UNESCO data in Global Education Monitoring (GEM) 2016, education in Indonesia ranks 10th out of 14 developing countries. This shows that the quality of school principals is also low, because school principals play a very important role in influencing the quality of education The purpose of this study is to determine the Personality Competence of school principals in Islamic Education from the perspective of Tafsir Al-Qur'an. This research is a library research, with qualitative analysis descriptive method. Researchers describe the Principal's Personality Competence in Islamic Education, then analyze it in detail and in depth with the perspective of Tafsir Al-Qur'an. That is the book Tanwir Miqbas Min Tafsir Ibn Abbas, Tafsir Jalalain, Tafsir al Qur'an al Azim, Tafsir Al Qurtubi, Tafsir Alkassaf. The results of the research on the Competence of the Principal in the Perspective of the Qur'an are as follows: Personality competence in Islam: (1) The traits of a believer: khusyu´ and keep his prayer; abstain from (actions and words) that are useless; pay zakat; and those who keep their genitals; people who keep their trusts and promises. Abstract

Salah satu penyebab rendahnya mutu pendidikan di Indonesia disebabkan guru yang tidak kompeten. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui Kompetensi  Kepribadian guru dalam Pendidikan Islam Perspektif Tafsir Al-Qur’an. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kepustakaan (library research), dengan metode deskriptis analisis kualitatif. Peneliti mendeskripsikan Kompetensi Kepribadian Guru dalam Pendidikan Islam, kemudian menganalisisnya secara rinci dan mendalam dengan Perspektif Tafsir Al-Qur’an, yaitu kitab Tanwir Miqbas Min Tafsir Ibn Abbas, Tafsir Jalalain, Tafsir al Qur’an al Azim, Tafsir Alkassaf, Tafsir At Thabari Hasil penelitian ini adalah meneliti kompetensi kepribadian guru, yaitu guru harus mampu sebagai tauladan. Hasil penelitian ini 1. Kompetensi kepribadian dalam Islam; 2. Sifat-sifat guru dalam Islam, yaitu:  Selalu Mengawali Aktifitas dengan Basmalah; Bertaqwa;  Berilmu; Selalu mengarahkan proses pendidikan untuk mencapai tujuan pendidikan; Bisa sebagai tauladan dan mengamalkan apa yang diajarkan;  Memahami keadaan muridnya secara baik dan menggunakan metode yang tepat; Tidak menyimpang dari kurikulum yang ditetapkan; Ikhlash; Menyayangi Murid Dan Penyabar; Bertanggung jawab Sesuai Dengan Ajaran Islam.

Abstract

This article examines the role of leadership style in improving teacher performance at MTs Al Matuq Sukabumi. Leadership is defined as the overall action to influence and move people, in a joint effort to achieve goals, or a more complete definition can be said that leadership is an organized process of giving way in a formal organization, to achieve the goals that have been set. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach. This research site is located at MTs Al Matuq Sukabumi. Data collection techniques that researchers use are observation and interviews. The results of the study show that the head of MTs Al Matuq has the competency as the head of the madrasah and is able to implement the madrasah programs that have been planned. Therefore, forming an effective and efficient climate, madrasah culture and teacher job satisfaction. This has implications for the high involvement and participation of MTs Al Matuq teachers in making organizational decisions for their educational institution. Instilled in the teacher of MTs Al Matuq psychologically sided with his work and considers his performance as his self-esteem too at the same time. Artikel ini mengkaji tentang peran gaya kepemimpinan dalam meningkatkan kinerja guru di MTs Al Matuq Sukabumi.  Kepemimpinan didefinisikan sebagai keseluruhan tindakan untuk mempengaruhi dan menggerakkan orang-orang, dalam usaha bersama untuk mencapai tujuan, atau definisi lebih lengkapnya dapat dikatakan bahwa kepemimpinan adalah proses pemberian jalan yang terorganisir dalam sebuah organisasi formal, untuk mencapai tujuan yang telah ditetapkan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif jenis deskriptif. Situs penelitian ini berada di MTs Al Matuq Sukabumi. Teknik pengumpulan data yang peneliti gunakan yaitu obserasi dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa kepala MTs Al Matuq memiliki kompetensi sebagai kepala madrasah dan mampu mengimplementasikan program-program madrasah yang telah di rencanakan. Sehingga, membentuk iklim, budaya madrasah dan kepuasan kerja guru yang efektif dan efisien. Hal ini berimplikasi pada keterlibatan dan partisipasi yang tinggi dari para guru MTs Al Matuq dalam ikut mengambil keputusan organisasi lembaga pendidikannya itu. Tertanam pada diri guru MTs Al Matuq memihak secara psikologis terhadap pekerjaannya dan menganggap kinerjanya adalah sebagai harga dirinya juga sekaligus.

Abstract

The Kuttab An-Nubuwwah education system is an education system inspired by kuttab education in classical times. Kuttab is an educational institution that has a long history. The emergence of this education system is expected to be able to answer the needs of society, especially Muslims towards improving the quality of life in line with Islamic teachings and in accordance with the times. The formulation of the problems in this study include: (1) What is the educational model of the kuttab system implemented at Kuttab An-Nubuwwah? (2) What is the specialty of moral education with the kuttab system in Kuttab An-Nubuwwah? (3) What are the supporting and inhibiting factors in implementing moral education at Kuttab An-Nubuwwah?. In order to answer the formulation of the problem, the researcher uses a type of field research (field research) which is descriptive qualitative in nature. Based on the results of the study, it was concluded that the kuttab system educational model applied in An-Nubuwwah kuttab is an educational model that focuses on mastery of Al-Qur`an and Faith material in accordance with the intellectual level of the students. The curriculum used is the local curriculum which includes Al-Qur`an, Faith, and General Subjects (MPU). The approaches used include exemplary approaches (uswatun hasanah) and habituation. The learning methods used are talaqqi, tasmi', murojaah, lectures, questions and answers, stories, parables, and others. The evaluation used in Kuttab An-Nubuwwah is a test in written and oral form including memorization tests, formative tests and summative tests. The supporting and inhibiting factors in the implementation of education in this kuttab are the facilities and infrastructure, the number of students in each halaqah, teachers and parents.

Abstract

Learning the tahfidz of the Koran is a process or activity of memorizing the verses of the Koran by repeating the readings either by listening to or seeing the writings of the Koran, so that the readings can stick in memory and can be repeated without having to look at the Koran and its writings. In memorizing the Koran, of course, there is a special method so that children can memorize it quickly and accurately. The results of research at TAUD At-Tartil used a unique method, one of which was the Talaqi method. Based on the observations that the researchers made, children memorize using this method because one of the factors is choosing the right method that will make it easier for children to memorize. Therefore, this study aims to find out how the implementation of the Talaqi Method in Learning Al-Qur'an Tahfidz at TAUD At-Tarti Sukabumi. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative research. Methods of data collection using interviews, observation, and documentation. With this method it can anticipate students memorizing the Koran so that it is easier to memorize the Koran because it is always heard and repeated by students, and this method is flexible and can be done anywhere without having to always use it in class.

Abstract

The Islamic boarding school education system is an education system inspired by education in classical times. Islamic boarding school is a religious institution that teaches, develops and disseminates Islamic religious knowledge. The emergence of this education system is expected to be able to answer the needs of society, especially Muslims towards improving the quality of life in line with Islamic teachings and in accordance with the times. The formulation of the problems in this study include: first, how is the learning concept in the Riyadlul Muta'alimin PKPPS Equalization Program for Wustha? Second, what is the education curriculum at PKPPS Riyadlul Muta'alimin Wustha Equalization Program, third, What are the educational learning methods at PKPPS Riyadlul Muta'alimin Wustha Equalization Program fourth, What is the appeal of Islamic boarding schools so that many people entrust their sons and daughters to study at Muta' alimin Wustha Equalization Program? In order to answer the formulation of the problem, the researcher uses a type of field research (field research) which is descriptive qualitative in nature. Based on the results of the study, it was concluded that the educational model of the PKPPS Riyadlul Muta'alimin Wustha Yritu Equalization Program uses the bandongan, sorogan, halaqoh and classical methods. The curriculum used is a unification between the Islamic boarding school curriculum and curriculum 13. There are many aspects that attract people to entrust their children to PKPPS Riyadlul Muta'alimin Wustha Equalization Program, one of which is having a religious culture or Islamic habits. In Sukabumi Regency, Riradlul Muta'alimin PKPPS is a solution for parents whose children are studying religious education as well as studying general knowledge education. By producing graduates who not only visually gain knowledge but are also proven by diplomas as a form of recognition that equality has carried out education. Abstract

Supervisi merupakan salah satu upaya yang dilakukan oleh lembaga pendidikan untuk meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan.Jurnal ini mengulas konsep supervisi pendidikan dan peran supervisor dalam proses supervisi. jurnal ini membahas tentang pentingnya akhlak supervisor yang baik dalam meningkatkan kualitas supervisi dan kualitas pendidikan. Penelitian dilakukan dengan metode kualitatif melalui wawancara terhadap dua orang supervisor di Madrasah Aliyah Al Ma’tuq. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa akhlak supervisor yang baik sangat penting dalam aktivitas supervisi untuk meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan. Supervisor yang memiliki akhlak baik dapat memberikan dukungan dan motivasi kepada guru dan siswa, menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang kondusif, dan memberikan umpan balik yang konstruktif kepada guru. Namun, jika supervisor memiliki akhlak buruk, hal tersebut dapat menimbulkan ketidakercayaan dan ketidaknyamanan bagi guru dan maupun siswa, menyebabkan konflik antara guru dan supervisor, menurunkan motivasi guru dan siswa, serta membuat lingkungan belajar menjadi tidak kondusif.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the increase in learning ability students in the scope of cognitive development at Raudhatul Athfal Al Ikhlas through the application of the Kumon method.Student learning ability within scope cognitive development is not as expected ,because the ability to recognize facts,understand concepts,and carry out student procedures is not yetachieve the expected indicators.This research is an action research class. The subject of this study was one teacher and 18 group B students consisting of 8 male students and 10 female students.While the inner object of this study is the application of the Kumon learning method and learning abilities within the scope of cognitive development. Data collection was carried out usingobservations,dokumentationand tests. The test is carried out at the endof the lesson.After obtaining data on students cognitivelearning abilities before and after the action,then the research analyzed the data. The data analysis technique used is descriptive qualitative analysis with percentages. The results showed that students “cognitive learning abilities increased from before the action,cyts cle I and cycle II. Obtained results of cognitive learning ability Before action.3 students or 16,66% of students who reached the minimun sufficient category,1 student or 0,05 % reached the less category,then 14 studen or 77,77% of students were in the failedcategory in the action cycle I it increased to 6students or 33,33% reaching the minimum sufficient category ,and 6 students or 33,33%were in the less categorywhile 6 other students or 33.33% were still in the failed category. After corrective action was taken in cycle II ,5 student or 27,77% reached the verygood category , then 6 students or 33,33% achieved the good category,then 5 students or 27,77% were in the sufficient category,and 2 students or 11,11% were in less category. So the learning ability in the scope of cognitivedevelopmen has reached the expected indicators, namely 75% of Students are at leastin the minimal sufficient category. Based on the results obtained,there is an increase in learning abilites in the scope of students cognitive development before the Kumon method is applied and after the kumon method is applied. So it can be concluded that the application of the kumon method can improve learning abilities in the scope of cognitive development of group B RA AL IKHLAS Students in Sukabumi City.
