Abstract

Learning the tahfidz of the Koran is a process or activity of memorizing the verses of the Koran by repeating the readings either by listening to or seeing the writings of the Koran, so that the readings can stick in memory and can be repeated without having to look at the Koran and its writings. In memorizing the Koran, of course, there is a special method so that children can memorize it quickly and accurately. The results of research at TAUD At-Tartil used a unique method, one of which was the Talaqi method. Based on the observations that the researchers made, children memorize using this method because one of the factors is choosing the right method that will make it easier for children to memorize. Therefore, this study aims to find out how the implementation of the Talaqi Method in Learning Al-Qur'an Tahfidz at TAUD At-Tarti Sukabumi. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative research. Methods of data collection using interviews, observation, and documentation. With this method it can anticipate students memorizing the Koran so that it is easier to memorize the Koran because it is always heard and repeated by students, and this method is flexible and can be done anywhere without having to always use it in class.

Abstract

Pedagogic competence is the ability to manage student learning which includes the teacher’s understanding of student characteristics which also greatly influences children’s interest in learning. Form the teacher’s pedagogical competence we can have and see a big picture of the ability of an educator to develop the abilities and potential of his students. The purpose of this discussion is to understand the importance of teacher pedagogic competence which can be a reason for students’ interest in learning. Apart from that, with this competence educator are also able to provide appropriate learning for students to make it easier for them to accept new lessons and they can easily apply them in everyday life. The method used is literature review which seeks references from various books and journal articles in order to get the right theory so that conclusions are in accordance with the reality in the field. In addition to the literature, the research also conducted a source triangulation in order to obtain a research result that is relevant and in accordance with the conditions in the field. As for the results of his study, it can be said that the teacher’s pedagogical competence is very influential on students learning interest, because there is a special understanding of the method and how to overcom and understand what the child wants. So we can conclude tha an educator has an extraordinary responsibility, not only providing education they are aldo required to relearn and add insight about the world of education, especially for individual educators, especially in their competence. So tha it can be a motivation for education and motivate student to always be enthuasiastic in pursuing their goals and developing their potential. Keywords: Interes Pedagogic Competence, Motivation

Abstract

The Islamic boarding school education system is an education system inspired by education in classical times. Islamic boarding school is a religious institution that teaches, develops and disseminates Islamic religious knowledge. The emergence of this education system is expected to be able to answer the needs of society, especially Muslims towards improving the quality of life in line with Islamic teachings and in accordance with the times. The formulation of the problems in this study include: first, how is the learning concept in the Riyadlul Muta'alimin PKPPS Equalization Program for Wustha? Second, what is the education curriculum at PKPPS Riyadlul Muta'alimin Wustha Equalization Program, third, What are the educational learning methods at PKPPS Riyadlul Muta'alimin Wustha Equalization Program fourth, What is the appeal of Islamic boarding schools so that many people entrust their sons and daughters to study at Muta' alimin Wustha Equalization Program? In order to answer the formulation of the problem, the researcher uses a type of field research (field research) which is descriptive qualitative in nature. Based on the results of the study, it was concluded that the educational model of the PKPPS Riyadlul Muta'alimin Wustha Yritu Equalization Program uses the bandongan, sorogan, halaqoh and classical methods. The curriculum used is a unification between the Islamic boarding school curriculum and curriculum 13. There are many aspects that attract people to entrust their children to PKPPS Riyadlul Muta'alimin Wustha Equalization Program, one of which is having a religious culture or Islamic habits. In Sukabumi Regency, Riradlul Muta'alimin PKPPS is a solution for parents whose children are studying religious education as well as studying general knowledge education. By producing graduates who not only visually gain knowledge but are also proven by diplomas as a form of recognition that equality has carried out education. Abstract

The 1945 Constitution emphasizes that one of the goals of the state is to educate the life of the nation. This is relevant to the 1945 Constitution No. 20 of 2003 concerning the national education system which states that every citizen has the right to education. In this case the government is responsible for progress in national education Then, from that, various schools emerged by developing models and systems adapted to the needs of the community and the condition of the nation's children who were not free from all deficiencies in learning, both in terms of achievement and character. As a formal educational institution, the school carries out various innovations to integrate the development of character education with the Boarding School, particularly through a pesantren-based education system. One approach is through the pesantren system, which is a social institution that places great emphasis on developing students' character in addition to their academic understanding. To get to know Al-Ghifari Terpadu Islamic Boarding School further, it is a school with private status, which was founded in 1998 and is located on Jl. Selabintana KM. 6, 7, Selabatu, Sudajaya Girang, Kec. Sukabumi, Sukabumi Regency, West Java 43151. In terms of the quality of education, Al-Ghifari Integrated Middle School has been accredited “A”. and certainly has won many achievements in various championships. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative method. Where the researcher tested the validity of the data by means of Source Triangulation, namely by conducting interviews with school heads and educators and teaching staff which was conducted on April 15 2023 and followed up with periodic communications. The findings of the researchers, in addition to getting a very extraordinary experience, the authors get various lessons out of the ordinary. Where the author knows a lot about the various education systems in it so as to increase knowledge and schools with a boarding school system are considered quite effective in building the character, character and morals of students so that they are maintained.

Abstract

This research aims to identify and analyze the leadership style of school principals in improving teacher performance in MAN 1 Sukabumi City. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. Data was collected through in-depth interviews, observation and document analysis. Research participants consisted of school principals, teachers and administrative staff. The research results show that the transformational leadership style applied by school principals plays a significant role in increasing teacher motivation, involvement and performance. The principal also uses a participative leadership approach by involving teachers in decision making, which has a positive impact on teachers' sense of ownership and responsibility for their duties. In addition, the emotional and professional support provided by the principal creates a conducive and collaborative work environment. The conclusion of this research confirms that the principal's effective leadership style is a key factor in improving teacher performance, which in turn has a positive impact on the quality of education at MAN 1 Sukabumi City.

Abstract

Situational leadership is a leadership approach that emphasizes the leader's flexibility and adaptability in adapting the leadership style to the situation and needs of subordinates. This research aims to explore the application of situational leadership in managing human resources in the field of education through a literature review method. Through a comprehensive literature analysis, it was found that situational leadership is effective in improving the performance and motivation of teaching staff and educational staff. Situational leadership allows educational leaders to adopt the most appropriate style, ranging from directive to supportive, according to the level of preparedness and competence of subordinates. In addition, this research also highlights that situational leadership can help in overcoming various challenges in a dynamic educational environment, including curriculum changes, professional development needs, and improving the quality of learning. The analyzed literature shows that the application of situational leadership contributes significantly to achieving broader educational goals and improving the quality of human resources in educational institutions. These findings emphasize the importance of situational leadership training and development for educational leaders to achieve optimal results.
