Abstract

The purpose of this study are to analyze the performance of Universitas Negeri Gorontalo (UNG) in the financial and academic aspects; to analyze the gaps in financial performance and academic performance; and to know the differences in financial performance and academic performance before and after transformation into a State Universities Public Service Agency (PTN BLU). The analysis method used are descriptive analysis, gap analysis by calculating the average expected service level, and average calculation for perceived service actual performance, and t-test. The result of the research shows that the implementation of governance especially in the case of service is increasing and efficient. Besides that, after the transformation into BLU,UNG shows various progress, especially the improvement of financial performance as measured from income level from Non-Tax Revenue (PNBP), and from Revenue Budget and State Expenditure (APBN), while the academic performance, measured from 12 indicators covering tri darma of higher education, has increased significantly compared to when UNG is still part of the Work Unit (SATKER). While the results of gap analysis show that the academic and financial performance perceived by lecturers and UNG employees is higher than the quality of expectedservice. The financial performance of UNG before and after BLU has significant differences, as well as the academic performance.

Abstract

The Library of university existence was need and desire requirement of consumer society information. But, often happened library which we have not yet fulfill requirement of consumer information, consumer was not satisfied with given service by library, either from collection facet, staff attitude which do not care with care with consumer or system exist in library disagree with consumer expectation. Target in this research will knowing the quality of given service by library of Gorontalo State University toward student customer related to preparation of BLU implementation and specified minimum service at library university . Technique Intake of sample used proportional random sampling. Amount of sample are 100. The data from spreading of questionnaire used tabulation, after then it used Importance-Performance Analyze. Values based measure indicator satisfaction of consumer was compared with difference criterion of quality and the values included into Importance Performance matrix. Based to research, as a whole dimension of quality of service Gorontalo State University library was not quality and it was dissatisfactory and Gorontalo State University library was under mark specified minimum service by PPK BLU UNG and standard of university library

Abstract

This study aims to determine the economic impact of Whale Sharks travel to revenue of Batubarani villagers in Gorontalo . This study was conducted in January-May 2016. Datacollection was done by direct observation using questionnaires . The economic impact wasanalyzed by using Keynesian Income Multiplier . The results showed that the impact of whalesharks travel to people's income Batubarani at the high category . Income Keynesian Multipliervalue is 1:52 , Type 1 Income Multiplier Ratio is 1.61 and Type 2 Income Multiplier Ratio is1.97.

Abstract

This study assesses the level of sustainability found in Indian university websites. The study compares the sustainability of 868 websites of universities across India using the URL https://ecograder.com/, which provides a consolidated score on how “green” each website is. Various parameters have been tabulated and statistically analyzed. The research findings demonstrate that most Indian university websites rank far below the sustainability levels expected based on contemporary technological and environmental concerns. Though the websites’ sustainability scores can be easily determined, this study goes on to provide consolidated values and helps benchmark website sustainability. Insights of the study reveal an urgent need for Indian universities to create sustainable websites and set an example for other sustainable initiatives. The study uses a particular tool to calculate the university websites’ consolidated sustainability scores. Other individual tools may be used for an in- depth measure of each sustainability parameter. The study shows that universities exhibit sustainability issues, and their websites are a prime example. Being a fertile ground for sustainability principles and having adequate knowledge of technology, universities need to follow sustainability principles in every aspect and support the industry in creating a greener environment.

Abstract

The research is how is the Strategy in supporting customer satisfaction through service quality at CV. Cokro 2000 that engaged in business sales of Honda Motorcycle in credit. The method in this research was qualitative method with phenomenology approach. So the researher’s role was as main instrument that directly involved in collecting the data through observation and interview. Therefore, the data was accurate according with the research needed. Data analyzed in this research was SWOT analysis. Those are strengths, weakness, opportunities and threats. Based on the research result and data analysis, it can be concluded that the Strategy in supporting customer satisfaction through service quality that developed by CV. Cokro 2000 is based on the strategy concept of service quality to attract the customer so that their stuff are in demand. In addition, the customer feel satisfy with the stuff of CV. Cokro 2000. It’s engaged in Honda Motorcycle selling by credit system. Fund in CV. Cokro 2000 is got from FIF (Federal International Finence). FIF gave fund such Honda motorcycles and CV Cokro 2000 run the effort with good service strategy.Keywords: Strategy, Satisfaction, Service, CV Cokro, Business.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kekuatan pelat lambung perahu yang berbahan fiberglass berdasarkan ketebalan berbeda. Uji kekuatan dilakukan dengan metode uji Tarik dan uji lentur. Penelitian ini dilakukan di laboratorium kehutanan Institut Pertanian Bogor pada Bulan September 2016. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Uji lentur pada pelat 3 lapis, 5 Lapis dan 7 lapis berturut turut adalah 7.019, 37.786, dan 82.009. Sedangkan pada uji tekan untuk pelat 3 lapis, 5 Lapis dan 7 Lapis secara berurutan adalah : 6.540 kgf, 253. 107 kgf, 495.883 kgf. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian maka dimpulkan bahwa semakin tebal pelat lambung kapal maka akan semakin tinggi nilai lentur dan nilai tekan yang dimiliki oleh pelat lambung tersebutKata Kunci : Pelat, lambung, lentur, tekan, lapis

Abstract

Keperluan masyarakat sangat bervariasi, hal tersebut tidak dapat berjalan apabila tidak ada tenaga listrik. Mengacu pada keperluan masyarakan terhadap tenaga listrik yang setiap masa meningkat dibentuklah sebuah BUMN yang bergerak dalam bidang penanganan jasa kelistrikan yaitu PT. PLN (Persero). Pelanggan PT. PLN (Persero) UP3 Gorontalo sebanyak 315.836 yang telah dialiri listrik. Pada bulan Januari 2020, terdapat 429 gangguan yang merupakan gangguan terbanyak di tahun 2020 yaitu dengan persentase 37,40. Pemanfaatan sistem AMR telah dipakai secara luas termasuk oleh PT. PLN (Persero) UP3 Gorontalo. Pemanfaatan AMR tersebut sangat berkaitan dengan masalah dalam pengoperasian sistem yang dimiliki perusahaan. Berdasarkan hasil rekapitulasi data gangguan bulan Januari sampai Juni 2020, didapatkan 12 gangguan pada KWH meter dengan total keseluruhan gangguan 14 jenis gangguan. Dari hasil analisa didapat beberapa penyebab terjadinya gangguan,yaitu KWH meter terjatuh, korsleting listrik, kabel longgar, pemakaian KWH melebihi batas, operator keliru dalam memasang alat, kelelahan dalam bekerja, operator melakukan lembur, penyambungan kabel tidak sesuai SOP. Faktor yang menjadi akar masalah terjadinya gangguan KWH meter yaitu pemasangan atau proses kerja tidak sesuai SOP dan porsi kerja karyawan. Maka solusi yang di ambil adalah melakukan pengawasan, melakukan penyuluhan tentang SOP kerja, melakukan analisis beban kerja dan pemeliharaan terhadap KWH Meter, agar meminimasi terjadinya gangguan listrik lainnya.

Abstract

Ketersediaan tanaman kedelai yang sangat rendah, sangat diwaibkan setiap yang mempunyai usaha untuk menggunakan bahan...kedelai untuk melakukan pengaturan..persediaan dengan baik supaya proses. produksi..tidak terhalang yang menyebabkan tidak terpenuhinya kebutuhan pelanggan. Persediaan bahan baku yang melebihi kebutuhan akan  dapat menimbulkan biaya yang ekstra atau  tinggi. Sedangkan jumlah persediaan yang terlalu sedikit malah akan menimbulkan biaya kerugian yaitu akan  terganggunya proses produksi dan juga berakibat hilangnya kesempatan untuk memperoleh keuntungan apabila ternyata permintaan pada kondisi yang sebenarnya melebihi permintaan yang diperkirakan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efisiensi biaya persediaan bahan baku kedelai seminimal mungkin dengan membandingkan  metode heuristic silver meal, Least Unit Cost, Least Total Cost dengan kondisi persediaan bahan baku kedelai yang ada di Home Industry Tahu. Hasil dari penelitian ini didapatkan dari pengolahan data jumlah total biaya persediaan bahan  baku kedelai dengan metode yang tepat untuk meminimalkan biaya persediaan bahan  baku  kedelai pada tiga Home Industry Tahu yaitu Home Industry Tahu Putri Lhiana menggunakan metode Heuristic Silver Meal dengan nilai efisiensi sebesar 49.80%, Home Industry Tahu Rina menggunakan metodeLeast Total Cost dengan nilai efisiensi sebesar 52.45% dan Home Industry Tahu Sumarni menggunakan metode Least Total Cost dengan niai efisiensi sebesar 47.69 %

Abstract

Joint Operating Body (JOB) merupakan kegiatan operasional yang dilakukan oleh badan operasi bersama JOB Pertamina - Medco EP Tomori Sulawesi adalah badan kerjasama operasi yang dibentuk berdasarkan Production Sharing Contract antara perusahaan PT. Pertamina Hulu Energi dengan PT. Medco EP Tomori Sulawesi. Salah satu indikasi adanya gangguan keselamatan dan kesehatan pada pekerja adalah adanya kelelahan atau keluhan musculoskeletal atau sistem otot rangka seperti adanya rasa nyeri pada tubuh baik saat bekerja maupun setelah bekerja dan rasa tidak nyaman pada otot. Salah satu penyebab adanya gangguan pada otot rangka yang ditimbulkan dari pekerjaan yang dilakukan secara statis yaitu posisi dan postur tubuh kerja yang tidak sesuai, seperti yang dialami staff atau karyawan bagian Production di JOB Pertamina-Medco EP Tomori Sulawesi, yang melakukan pekerjaan dengan posisi yang dilakukan secara statis dalam kurun waktu yang cukup lama yakni ± 12 jam sehari. Tujuannya yaitu untuk mengetahui level resiko pada posisi dan postur kerja karyawan Area Control Room di JOB Pertamina-Medco EP Tomori Sulawesi. Hasil perhitungan dengan metode RULA didapatkan 6 operator berada pada level action 3 dan 3 operator berada pada level action 2. Analisis postur kerja Operator JOB Pertamina-Medco EP Tomori Sulawesi dapat disimpulkan bahwa hasil analisis Rula 9 Operator yang merupakan karyawan JOB Pertamina-Medco EP Tomori Sulawesi, 6 dari 9 Operator berapa pada level resiko “Sedang” dengan nilai skor akhir diperolah 5-6 artinya yang menunjukan pemeriksaan dan perubahan posisi duduk perlu segera dilakukan. dan 3 dari 9 Operator berada pada level resiko “Kecil/Rendah” dengan Nilai sekor akhir diperoleh 3-4 artinya menunjukan bahwa resiko rendah dan perubahan diperlukan.

Abstract

Sustainable Development Goals (TPB)/Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) are development that maintains sustainable improvement of the economic welfare of the community, development that maintains the sustainability of community social life, development that maintains environmental quality and development that ensures justice and the implementation of governance capable of maintaining improving the quality of life from one generation to the next. The objectives of implementing the Village Thematic Community Service Program to Build UNG in Tongkonunuk Village are as follows: 1) Assist in providing the Tongkonunuk village community database through data collection on SDGs. 2) Assist in implementing the health protocol in the Tongkonunuk village community. 3) Helping the community to have a clean and healthy environment through clean Friday activities. 4) Help provide clean and healthy water for the people of Tongkonunuk village through the installation of clean water pipes. 5) Help reactivate the village youth forum (Karang Taruna) Tongkonunuk Village. This method is systematically carried out by assisting village officials in terms of capacity building and management to accelerate the achievement of sustainable development by looking at the SDGs topology applied by Tongkonunuk village, Pagimana sub-district, Luwuk district
