Abstract

Penyelenggaraan pendidikan menjadi sangat penting dan strategis dalam menentukan masa depan penyelenggaraan  pemerintahan  dan  pembangunan. Untuk  itu sejalan dengan  peradigma baru  penyelenggaraan  otonomi  daerah dengan  tujuan  memungkinkan  daerah  yang bersangkutan  untuk  mengatur dan mengurus rumah tangga nya sendiri  berdasarkan  perundang-undangan   yang berlaku,  maka  daerah  memiliki  kewenangan  untuk  mengelola  urusan pemerintahan di daerah atas prakarsa sendiri, termasuk di dalamnya pengelolaan penyelenggaraan di bidang pendidikan, yaitu rendahnya  kualitas  pendidikan pada setiap jenjang, maka daerah diharapkan mampu menunjukkan peranannya dalam mengupayakan peningkatan kualitas  pendidikan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan peran yang dilakukan Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Aceh Jaya dalam peningkatan kualitas pendidikan meliputi bidang, mewujudkan peningkatan mutu berbasis sekolah, melakukan pembinaan pendidikan dan melaksanakan program-program peningkatan kualitas pendidikan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik penentuan sampling adalah purposive sampling, sedangkan tipe yang digunakan dalam pengumpulan data adalah wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi.

Abstract

This thesis deals with two things, the arena of cultural production and symbolic violence in a novel titled Banât al-Riyâdh (BR). The novel is chosen because it exposes various women’s problems in Saudi Arabia such as their struggle and demand for modernity which are considered as against tradition, strict social convention and sexual ethics in the kingdom. The novel, which represents a cultural battle, deserves to be examined since it exerts a tremendous effect on symbolic violence. The writer analyzes it by applying Pierre Bourdieu’s perspective. The research is aimed at looking at the tension between modernity and tradition which eventually led to the creation of the novel. It is based on two concepts proposed by Pierre Bourdieu, Habitués and arena, which are bolstered by concepts of symbolic power, strategy, and struggle for achieving the symbolic and material power through economic, cultural, and symbolic capitals. For Bourdieu, all human acts occur in the social sphere that suggests an arena of resources struggle. Individuals, institutions, and other agents attempt to distinguish themselves from the other with the intention of obtaining useful and valuable capitals in the arena. Concerning symbolic power, the writer thinks that the novel shows the symbolic violence in numerous forms, like state, patriarchy, and family violence.

Abstract

Penelitian ini berfokus pada pengembangan model prediktif untuk mengidentifikasi tunggakan iuran siswa di Sekolah Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Muhammadiyah Pekanbaru. Model ini memanfaatkan metode Support Vector Machine (SVM) dengan optimasi parameter menggunakan algoritma Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO) untuk mencapai akurasi prediksi yang tinggi. Data iuran siswa tahun 2022 digunakan sebagai sumber data, dan proses pra-pemrosesan data dilakukan untuk membersihkan noise dan outlier serta mengatasi ketidakseimbangan kelas dengan teknik SMOTE. Model yang diusulkan menggabungkan SVM dengan PSO untuk mencari nilai C dan gamma yang optimal pada model SVM. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa SVM dengan kernel radial dan 80% data latih mencapai akurasi sebesar 86,39%. Pengujian SVM+PSO dilakukan dengan dua ukuran populasi (10 dan 15) dan 1000 generasi evolusi. Penggunaan 10 populasi menghasilkan akurasi sebesar 89,20%, sedangkan 15 populasi mencapai akurasi 90,64% dengan nilai optimal C=1,4 dan gamma=2,6. Penelitian ini menekankan pentingnya penyesuaian parameter dan strategi evolusi seperti PSO dalam meningkatkan kinerja model SVM untuk tugas mengklasifikasikan tunggakan iuran siswa. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa model yang diusulkan mampu memberikan prediksi yang lebih akurat dibandingkan SVM standar, sehingga memberikan kontribusi penting dalam identifikasi dan pengambilan keputusan terkait tunggakan iuran siswa di sekolah

Abstract

Extreme economic assistance is assistance channeled by bappeda to the poor in Kaway XVI District with rupiah units in 2023. Ex- treme economic assistance is a form of financial assistance and re- sources provided to individuals, households, or countries experi- encing a severe economic crisis or emergency situation that threat- ens their lives and livelihoods. Assistance in the form of finances and resources provided to individuals, households, or countries ex- periencing severe economic crises or emergency situations that threaten their lives and livelihoods. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of extreme economic assistance on commu- nity income before and after the assistance. The analysis used is simple regression analysis with dummy, to determine the linear re- lationship between one independent variable (X) and one depend- ent variable (Y). Based on the results of the t test Extreme Eco- nomic Assistance obtained a t-count value smaller than the t table, so extreme economic assistance has a positive but insignificant re- lationship to community income in Kaway XVI District, West Aceh Regency. Based on the results of the t test the Dummy vari- able obtained a t-count value greater than the t table, it can be con- cluded that extreme economic assistance has a significant positive relationship to community income in Kaway XVI District, West Aceh Regency. In the regression results the R-squared value is 0.360154. Where 36.02% of the variation in community income can be explained by the model (dummy variable assistance (D1) and the amount of extreme economic assistance (X)). The rest (63.98%) is explained by other factors not included in the model.

Abstract

It is very necessary to assess financial performance to find out the extent of a company's achievements or success in the activities it has carried out. A cash flow report is needed in a company to reveal a company's ability to generate cash for an accounting period. The purpose of conducting this research is to determine cash flow ratio analysis in assessing the financial performance of a company. This research uses the cash flow ratio. The cash flow ratios used are the operating cash flow ratio, the cash to interest coverage ratio, the cash to current debt coverage ratio and the total debt ratio. The type of data used is external data obtained through the official website www.idx.co.id PT. Cahaya Bintang Medan Tbk, which is the 2020-2022 financial report. The results of the research show that PT. Cahaya Bintang Medan Tbk, has poor financial performance when viewed from the operating cash ratio because the debt value is greater than the operating cash flow value so that the company has not been able to pay its current liabilities, as well as when viewed from the cash coverage ratio. to current debt and total debt ratio, but in 2022 the cash flow to interest ratio is considered quite good because the company is able to cover interest costs of 74 , thus the author tries to conclude that the performance of PT.Cahaya Bintang Medan Tbk is not good because the amount of liabilities is greater rather than the value of operating cash flows.

Abstract

Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi revolusi dalam pembelajaran akuntansi dengan memanfaatkan teknologi interaktif baru dalam media pembelajaran menggunakan Adobe Flash. Dalam era digital saat ini, perkembangan teknologi telah membawa perubahan besar dalam pendekatan pembelajaran, terutama di bidang akuntansi. Metode pembelajaran tradisional yang bersifat pasif semakin tergantikan oleh pendekatan yang lebih interaktif dan berorientasi pada teknologi. Adobe Flash menawarkan berbagai fitur interaktif yang dapat meningkatkan keterlibatan siswa dalam proses pembelajaran, mulai dari simulasi bisnis hingga permainan edukatif. Melalui penelitian ini, kami akan menginvestigasi bagaimana pemanfaatan teknologi interaktif baru dalam media pembelajaran dapat mengubah paradigma pembelajaran akuntansi, meningkatkan pemahaman konsep, dan meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa. Penelitian ini akan melibatkan pengembangan konten pembelajaran menggunakan Adobe Flash, serta evaluasi terhadap efektivitasnya dalam meningkatkan keterampilan dan pemahaman akuntansi siswa. Hasil dari penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi yang berarti dalam pengembangan pendekatan pembelajaran baru dalam disiplin akuntansi yang lebih interaktif dan menyenangkan.

Abstract

This article discusses the behavioristic counseling model of role-play collaboration techniques based on audiovisual media to increase the solidarity of state junior high school students in the Sigi district. This study aims to implement the audiovisual media-based behavioral counseling model of role-play collaboration techniques to increase student solidarity. increasing student solidarity is expected to minimize the occurrence of conflicts between students and contribute to creating peaceful schools. This study used the Research and Development (R&D) method. Data collection techniques in this study used interviews and questionnaires. The results of the study show that: (1) the average score of all assessment subjects as much as 93% of guidance and counseling teachers stated that counseling models and guidelines were very easy to implement. (2) based on the recapitulation table of student responses, it shows that the strongly agree category is 93.12%, which indicates a behavioristic counseling model, role play collaboration techniques based on audiovisual media, can increase the solidarity of junior high school students in Sigi Regency

Abstract

This study seeks to analyze the effect of general allocation funds and special allocation funds on the level of economic growth in Semeulue Regency. In this study, quantitative research method was employed. Research sample was determined by using a saturated sample, namely to the entire population. The analysis used by the researcher is descriptive statistical analysis using multiple linear regression. From these results, it is concluded that the general allocation fund and the special allocation fund have a significant effect on economic growth. Multiple regression test resulted in constant -10,055, general allocation fund 1.715, and special allocation fund 4.079. The results of hypothesis testing show that general allocation funds has insignificant effect on economic growth in Simeulue Regency, and special funds have a significant effect of 90.10%, while the remaining 9,90% on economic growth influenced by other variables beyond this study.

Abstract

This research aimed to analyze the influence of work commitment and school climate on the teacher performance of public primary school. This research used a quantitative correlational associative type of method. The population was 117 primary school teachers. Samples were taken using a proportional stratified random sampling technique. The research instrument used a Likert scale model questionnaire with a trial with a population of 20 students out of the sample. The test results showed that the instrument was valid. Research data were analyzed using the means to describe the data and test requirements, namely normality, homogeneity, and multicollinearity. Descriptive results of teacher performance were 89.09%, work commitment 86.88%, and school climate 75.91%. Data analysis showed an influence of work commitment on teacher performance of 12.6%, an influence of school climate and teacher performance of 10.1 and a significant influence of work commitment and school climate jointly on teacher performance of 34.4%.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi berdasarkan hasil observasi penulis yang dilaksanakan di Dinas Pendidikan Provinsi Sumatera Barat, yang menunjukan bahwa masih belum maksimalnya pengawasan atasan langsung di Dinas Pendidikan Provinsi Sumatera Barat dilihat dari aspek penetapan standar, pengukuran kerja, penilaian kerja, tindakan koreksi. Penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif kuantitatif, dengan populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai yang terdapat di Dinas Pendidikan Provinsi Sumatera Barat berjumlah 154 orang. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 99 orang yang diambil dengan menggunakan teknik Stratified Propotional Random Sampling. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan berupa angket dalam bentuk Skala Likert yang sudah di uji coba untuk mengetahui validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa persepsi pegawai terhdap pelaksanaan pengawasan di dinas pendidikan provinsi sumatera barat dari aspek penetapan standar mendapatkan skor rata-rata 4,51 yang sudah berada pada kriteri sangat baik,pengukuran kerja mendapatkan skor rata-rata 4,4 yang sudah berada pada kriteria sangat baik, penilaian kerja mendapatkan skor rata-rata 4,43 yang sudah berada pada kriteria sangat baik. tindakan koreksi mendapatkan skor rata-rata 4,41 yang sudah berada pada kriteria sangat baik. Berdasarkan keseluruhan indikator mendapatkan skor rata-rata 4,43 dengan kriteria sangat mampu. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian penulis dapat menarik kesimpulan bahwa 4 indikator yang penulis teliti mencapai kriteria sangat baik dengan skor rata-rata 4,43.
