Abstract

Pemerintahan Desa merupakan garda terdepan dalam penyelenggaran pemerintahan dan pelayanan publik di Indonesia. Hal itu bisa berjalan dengan baik kalau di dukung dengan SDM perangkat desa dan pemuda karang taruna yang mampu melaksanakan perannya dengan baik. Perangkat desa dan pemuda merupakan SDM di pemerintahan paling bawah yang memiliki andil besar terhadap pembangunan di negeri ini. Peran mereka dibutuhkan terutama di desa sebagai penggerak pemerintahan desa. Kemampuan manajemen administrasi pemerintahan desa harus dikuasai oleh perangkat desa dan pemuda di suatu desa untuk memberikan pelayanan publik yang maksimal baik dari aspek tata kelola maupun dokumentasi. Tujuan kegiatan ini untuk memberikan pemahaman dan pelatihan terhadap manajemen pengelolaanadministrasi Desa Wotsogo Kecamatan Jatirogo Kabupaten Tuban. Metode yang dipakai dalam pelatihan adalah metode Demonstrasi berbasis audio visual. Melalui metode Demonstrasi diharapkan dapat melatih dan memahami manajemen administrasi pemerintahan. Sasaran pelatihan ini adalah perangkat desa dan unsur pemerintahan Desa Wotsogo Kecamatan Jatirogo.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of Compensation, Work Motivation and Discipline to Performance Employee in Muria Kudus University.The research was conducted by using survey methods to Employees Administrative in Muria Kudus University and analyzed by using regression analysis. The samples in this study were taken 45 people with a view to facilitate researchers in conducting research. While sampling technique used in this study using purposive sampling technique in which the sample collection elements are included in the sample was done on purpose, provided that the sample is representative or representative of the population. The results showed that the variable compensation, motivation and discipline work simultaneously positive and significant influence on employee performance. This is evidenced by the value (Fhitung = 23.705)> (F table = 2.84) and the value of [pvalue (Sig.) = 0.000)] <0.05. based this conclusion it is suggested that leaders can manage the three variables toward the repair or improvement of employee performance.

Abstract

This study explored the enhancement of students' reading comprehension in language learning through the application of the Jigsaw method in university environments. Employing a qualitative research approach, data regarding the improvement of students' reading comprehension quality were gathered from students enrolled at Muhammadiyah Bhuton University, Gorontalo State University, and Muhammadiyah Mataram University. Data collection utilized the observe-participant conversation method, wherein the researcher observed the enhancement of students' reading abilities across multiple campuses. Additionally, interviews with students and lecturers were conducted to investigate research problems, with recording and note-taking techniques employed to ensure data accuracy. Reflective introspective methods were further employed, engaging both the researcher and informants in discourse based on their respective experiences. The collected data underwent reduction, classification, and verification based on their types. Subsequently, the data were tabulated through the assignment of codes to each piece of information, followed by interpretation. The research findings revealed that the improvement of students' reading abilities in Indonesian language courses at Muhammadiyah Bhuton University progressed smoothly and effectively. Furthermore, the enhancement of Arabic language reading abilities at Muhammadiyah Mataram University was broader and more intensive, while the improvement of English language reading abilities at Gorontalo State University contributed to enhanced comprehension of English texts. The practical implications of these findings suggest that cooperative approaches like the Jigsaw method can serve as effective alternatives for enhancing students' reading comprehension abilities in university settings

Abstract

This research aims to describe a quality assurance system in improving the quality of education. The method used is a field description. The approach is a qualitative approach. The data collection methods used are observation, interviews and documentation. The stages in data analysis techniques are, collecting data, reducing data, presenting data and drawing up research. The results of this research are as follows, 1. The quality assurance system in improving the quality of education in schools has not been running well, one of which is the participation of education stakeholders to support quality development, and lack of funding allocation, 2. There are several factors inhibiting the quality assurance system in improving The quality of education in schools is as follows, the self-evaluation tools used in self-evaluation activities in schools have not been used optimally and also all teachers and parents have not been able to optimize school self-evaluations. 3. Efforts made to overcome factors inhibiting the quality assurance system in improving the quality of education in schools are improving quality fulfillment, increasing quality priorities that have not been achieved, improving quality findings and improving aspects of quality improvement.

Abstract

This art therapy assisted by gamelan is an art group of Terasku ( Art Therapy Kudus) from Muria Kudus University. Community service activities are carried out by this Terasku art group at the Pendowo visual sensory disability social service center (PPSDSN) in Kudus Regency by providing art therapy assisted by gamelan to improve aesthetic actualization for beneficiaries (PM), namely visual sensory disabilities at the Pendowo blind sensory disability social service center in Kudus Regency. Aesthetic actualization is carried out assisted by gamelan as a medium to develop aesthetic potential and cultural identity, while facing challenges that arise due to sensory limitations. The objectives of this community service activity are (1) to improve the quality of life for visual sensory disabilities, (2) to provide space for self-actualization and development of aesthetic potential, (3) to preserve local arts and culture, (4) to improve social inclusion and equality through gamelan art for visual sensory disabilities, (5) to develop social and interpersonal skills, (6) to empower and be independent through gamelan art for visual sensory disabilities. This community service activity has been carried out at PPSDN Pendowo Kudus Regency from August to November 2024. Based on the results of the activities that have been carried out, it shows that visual sensory disabilities have been able to present karawitan art performances and have applied karawitan art skills well for aesthetic actualization.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the financial management at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MI) Darul Hikmah Entalsewu. The research method used is a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through interviews, observation, and documentation. The results show that the financial management at MI Darul Hikmah Entalsewu is car ied out through three main stages, namely planning, implementation, and evaluation. At the planning stage, the madrasah comprehensively prepares the financial budget by involving stakeholders. The main source of funding comes from the government's School Operational Assistance (BOS) funds and voluntary contributions/donations from students. In the implementation stage, the madrasah meticulously records each receipt and expenditure of funds, then allocates the funds according to the operational needs of the madrasah and the needs of the students. Furthermore, in the evaluation stage, internal parties (the principal and the foundation) as well as external parties (the Ministry of Religious Affairs) are involved in the supervision, monitoring, and accountability of the use of funds. Through this comprehensive financial management process, the financial management at MI Darul Hikmah Entalsewu is car ied out in a transparent, accountable, and compliant manner with the applicable regulations. The findings of this research can be a reference for other madrasahs in implementing effective financial management.

Abstract

The vision of national education development is “Realization of intelligent, productive,and noble people in Indonesia.” Section 8 states that “Teachers have to be obligatoryto have academic qualification, competence, educator certificate, be physically andmentally health, and have the ability to realize the goal of national education”. NationalEducation Standard is an aim as one of the quality education assurance to be properlyimplemented and not be just a symbol. National Education Standard, whcih includescontent and process standard, graduate competency, educator and educational personnel,facility and infrastructure, management, financing, educational assessment, accreditationand others, are major requirement for the government that needs standard competencyand quality of education. Teacher is a human component for the learning process that hasa role of reaching the determined educational goals. Therefore, teaching is a professionalwork, because of the technique and procedure use which stand on an intellectual basis onbehalf of the other benefits.

Abstract

Justifikasi terhadap konflik dalam ranah fakta sosial memiliki kelemahan objektif dalammenyimak kasus pabrik semen di Rembang Jawa Tengah. Konflik sangat membutuhkanpemikiran secara analitik untuk dapat di pahami agar tidak terjadi mispersepsi dalammenyingkapinya. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah mendeskripsikan dan menganalisiskonflik dalam kasus pabrik semen di Rembang Jawa Tengah. Metode pendekatanpenelitian yang di gunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif, dengan pendalaman kasus agardiperoleh pemahaman yang mendalam (verstchen). Hasil penelitian ini adalah: (1)konflik pabrik semen Rembang bukan murni dengan PT. Semen Indonesia Tbk. akantetapi merupakan rangkaian konflik yang terjadi antara masyarakat dengan perusahaantambang skala kecil atau Galian C yang sebelumnya sudah ada dan berdiri sejak lama.(1) Pemahaman konflik (learning to know of conflict) merupakan salah satu bentukpendidikan pencegahan konflik berkelanjutan. (2) Agen konflik harus memiliki kapasitassebagai agen yang sebenarnya.

Abstract

This article examines the thoughts of KH. Ahmad Mustofa Bisri (Gus Mus) on Islamic education in the contemporary era, emphasizing the importance of the process of humanizing individuals, shaping socially devout beings, and fostering self and environmental reflection. The background of this study stems from concerns over educational practices increasingly trapped in formality and material achievement orientation, thereby neglecting humanitarian values and spirituality. The aim of this study is to explore the humanistic Islamic educational ideas proposed by Gus Mus as a response to the challenges of the times. This research employs a qualitative method using a literature study approach, analyzing Gus Mus's sermons and poems rich in moral and educational messages. The findings indicate that Gus Mus stresses the importance of education not merely as a means of producing intelligent individuals, but more crucially, as a means of shaping humans with social sensitivity, self-awareness, and spiritual depth. According to him, Islamic education should serve as a medium for "self-reflection," recognizing one's identity as both a servant of God and a responsible social being. Thus, Gus Mus’s thought offers an Islamic educational paradigm that is both relevant to contemporary needs and a critique of an education system that has lost its humanistic spirit.

Abstract

This study aims to explain the management of Full Day School in shaping the character of students at SD IT Nurul Fikri Sidoarjo. The research employs a descriptive qualitative method, with data collected through interviews, observations, and documentation. The results show that Full Day School management is implemented through three main stages: planning, implementation, and evaluation. In the planning stage, the school formulates visions, missions, and goals focused on developing students' character values. Organization is carried out by clearly assigning duties and authorities to the principal, teachers, and educational staff so that each party can perform their roles in a directed and coordinated manner. Implementation involves integrating character values into learning activities, religious practices, extracurricular programs, and teacher role modeling. Evaluation is conducted regularly through work meetings to review achievements and identify challenges. Supporting programs for character development include habituation of worship such as congregational prayers and tahfidz, social activities, extracurricular programs, and Character Building Life Skills (CBLS), which instill values of independence, leadership, and responsibility. These activities are designed not only to support students’ daily routines but also to instill moral values applicable in daily life. The active role of teachers, staff, and the school environment significantly contributes to the program’s effectiveness, creating an educational system that balances academic aspects with consistent character development.
