Paddy Level produce will influence food pattern of a farm worker, because if level produce by paddy is high, so, paddy laborer will have many opportunity to work in another people field, like an education that can form a good nation and certain organizational to be more, but, because lack of the expense it can make someone cannot get an education. And because lack of economics by farm worker will affect to situation and condition of settlement of resident, so the consequence of this is cannot fulfill adequate health. If the family member much, so daily need will increase.Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â The purpose of this research is to get data, information, and farm worker profile in Ujung Gading Sub-Province West Pasaman seen from : 1(food condition 2) education condition 3) earnings condition 4) health condition. Method of this research is descriptive research. And the population of this research is all head family of farm worker in Ujung Gading consists of 1020 head family. Sample of this Research taken by proposional random sampling. The proposition is about 20% so the sample of this research is about 79 head family. The data collection use a questionnaire and analyses data technique use percentage formula.Result of this research indicate some indicator 1) farm worker family ability in fulfilling need pertained good, Where frequency of eat every daily (1) enough Â for 24 people (30,4 %), (2) less 55 people (69,6 %), (3) not yet 0 people (0 %), (4) more than enough 0 people (0 %), 2) farm worker family ability to get education is average. Where (1) Senior High School graduated about 39 people (49,4%), (2) unfinish from Senior High School about 18 people (22,8%), (3) Junior High School graduated about 7 people (8,9%), (4) unfinish from Junior High School aboutÂ 4 people ( 5%), (5) Elementary school graduated about 7 people (8,9%), (6) unfinish from Elementary school about 2 people (2,5%), (7) University graduated about 0 people (0%), (8) Unfinish from university about 2 people (2,5 3) farm worker earnings Â ability is average. Because the farm worker earning is above one million/monthÂ (1) more than 2.000.000 about 0 people (0%), (2) 1.100.000 until 1.900.000 about 40 people (50,6 %), (3) 900.000 until 1.000.000 about 28 people (35,4%) .(4) 500,000-800.000 Â about 11 people (14%), but their salary is uncertain ,there is daily salary, weekly salary and monthly 4) farm worker ability Â in reaching health is unfavourable. Because in this year some of laborer had some disease like fever and cold Â about 6 people ( 0,9%).

Abstract : This research is background overshadow by lowering of result of learning mathematics of student of class of III SD negeri 002 Jumrah Kecamatan Rimba Melintang, with the class mean 56,25. While complete criterion value minimize the ( KKM) Mathematics is 70. Among/Between student amounting to 24 people only 6 student people which which is not complete 18 (75%). Is for that performed a by Research of Class Action ( PTK) which aim to to increase result of learning mathematics of student of class IIII in SD Negeri 002 Jumrah Kecamatan Rimba Melintang of Teaching Year 2014 / 2015 through/ passing Applying Model the Instruction kontekstual. As for its problem formula is Whether/What Applying Model the Study Kontekstual can improve the result learn the Mathematics of Student of Class of III SD Negeri 002 Jumrah Kecamatan Rimba Melintang ?. this Subjek Research is student of class of IV SD Negeri 002 Jumrah amounting to 24 people. Instrument of data collecting of at this research is sheet aktifitas learn and student and also result of learning. From data analysis of is make-up of percentage aktifitas learn the first cycle I meeting 56,25%, second meeting mount to become 68,75% experiencing of improvement of first kesiklus II meeting become 81,25% and mount again at second meeting of cycle II become 93,75%. While percentage of aktifitas student of at first cycle I meeting 50% mounting at second meeting become 62,50% experiencing of improvement to first cycle II meeting become 75% and mount again at second meeting of cycle II become 87,50%. Curriculum 2013 as a curriculum that emphasizes the three domains of learning strongly supports the ability to solve problems. One of the capabilities that must be prepared in this century is the ability of high-level thinking is an important ability as part of the process of problem solving. This study aims to determine the ability of high-level thinking at Level I decision-making stage before entering the stage of problem solving, that is how the correlation of the application of Inquiri-Humanistic POE model (variable x) to the thinking ability of high level I in the decision making stage (variable II). This study uses the application of inquiry-humanistic POE model as a solution in solving the problems faced by physics education students. The subjects of the study used one group of subjects without any comparison, namely the second semester students of physics education courses in the Physics Basic lab course. This research is a pre experimental study of pretest-posttest one-group design supported by qualitative-descriptive approach. The research data is conducted using observation and test of high-order thinking ability (pretest end posttest). The results showed that the application of inquire-humanistic POE model correlated 0.307% to the ability of high level thinking level I in the decision making stage. It is expected that the next level can be measured significantly with the implementation of inquiry-humanistic POE model

Abstract: Self concept and self esteem are two psychological aspects that need to be attention in learning at school because a high of self concept and self esteem can influence students success in their learning. The objective of this research is to know about the differences about self concept and self esteem among elementary students with full day school and half day school system. The method used in this observation is comparison by comparing self concept and self esteem of elementary students with full day and half day system. The population of this research is 3 fullday Islamic elementary schools and 6 halfday Islamic elementary schools. The sample of this research is SD Islam Al-Madina as fullday school and SD Muhammadiyah Purworejo as halfday school. The data is gotten by the scale, observation, interviews and documentation. The result shows that there are no significant differences between self concept (t=0,096 with df :47) and self esteem (t=0,396 with df :47) among student who study in full day school and half day (regular) school system so it means that school system doesn’t influence the quality of self concept and self esteem.Keywords: self concept, self esteem, full day school, half day school.

This study aims to contribute to understanding about strategic role of sales promotion in increasing the number of sales of Vermox worm medicine products. The data used in this study is secondary data which includes sponsorship event costs, window displays, loyalty programs, gimmicks, and price discounts. Multiple linear regression analysis tool is used to show the effect of sales promotion costs on total sales. Hypothesis testing results show that there is a significant influence of Event Sponsorship and Discounts on the number of sales. Window displays, Loyalty and Gimmick Programs have no significant effect on the number of sales. The regression equation in this study is Y1 = 0.071X1 - 0.001X2 - 9.563X3 - 0.001X4 + 0.038X5.

Ilmu Pengetahuan Sosial (IPS) merupakan salah satu mata pelajaran yang mengajarkan pada siswa SD agar mereka kelak mengenal fenomena alam dan fenomena sosial mulai dari lingkungan yang dekat sampai kepada lingkungan yang lebih jauh (dunia). Metode penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) yang menerapkan tindakan didalam kelas dengan menggunakan aturan sesuai dengan metodologi penelitian yang dilakukan dalam beberapa periode atau siklus. Materi yang dipilih dalam penerapan penelitian tindakan kelas ini adalah materi kepahlawanan. Penelitian ini memperlihatkan kemajuan yang dilakukan peserta didik dalam bentuk hasil tes yang meningkat. Hasil tes formatif siswa pada siklus I jumlah siswa yang mencapai KKM sebanyak 8 siswa dengan prosentase 23.5%. Pada siklus II siswa yang mencapai nilai KKM sejumlah 28 siswa dengan prosentase 82.4%. Terjadi kenaikan pada hasil tes formatif siswa sehingga menunjukkan bahwa penerapan model card sort dapat meningkatakan hasil belajar siswa.

AbstractThis study aimed to know the natural activity of filtrate buni(Antidesma bunis)fruit as immunostimulant. Parameter of this activities was the number of activated lymphocytes, mononuclear and polimorphonuclear cells of mice wistar’s strain that infected by Salmonella typhimurium. The group of study consisted of 2 control groups, and 4 experiment group which given 25%, 50%, 75%, 100% dose of buni (Antidesma bunis)fruits filtrate for 7 days. The data resulted were statically calculated by Kruskal-Wallis test dan Mann-Whitney test. The result as number of activated lymphocytes in control group 1 and 2, and in treatment groups consecutivelly 1,5; 6,4; 8,4; 8,8 and 7,6. The analysis of hyphotesis by Kruskall_Wallis test resulted p= 0,000 (p<0,05), and the Mann-Whitney test showedthere was a significant differentiate among the control group and treatmen groups with p< 0,05.While, the number of PMN and MN cells, find no effect in basophils, but there is a significant effect of buni (Antidesma bunis)fruits filtrateto amount of netrofil, eosinofil, total polimorphonuclear cells; and lymphocyte, monocyte, and total mononuclear cells (p<0,05). Conclusion the filtrate of buni (Antidesma bunius) fruits was able to increase the number of activated lyphocytes; polymorphonuclear and mononuclearleukocytes in the male mice infected by Salmonella typhimurium significantly.Keywords: Biological Response Modifiers Activities, Buni (Antidesma Bunius)Fruits, Activated Lymphocytes, Mononuclear And Polimorphonuclear Cells, Salmonella Typhimurium.

Latar belakang: Pemerintah Republik Indonesia menetapkan Peraturan Pemerintah RI Nomor 109 Tahun 2012 pengamanan bahan yang mengandung zat adiktif berupa produk tembakau bagi kesehatan. Khusus pada pasal 50 dinyatakan dengan jelas bahwa tempat proses belajar mengajar; tempat kerja; tempat umum dan tempat lain yang ditetapkan merupakan bagian dari kawasan bebas rokok. Sampai saat ini, Universitas Mataram (Unram) sebagai salah satu tempat proses belajar dan mengajar, dan tempat kerja, belum menyatakan diri sebagai kawasan bebas. Kondisi ini dapat menimbulkan dampak buruk bagi kesehatan sivitas akademika Unram. Tujuan: Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendapatkan data-data, berupa gambaran perilaku merokok, pengetahuan peraturan kawasan bebas asap rokok, dan sikap sivitas akademika Unram terhadap penerapan peraturan Unram sebagai kawasan bebas rokok. Metode penelitian: Jenis penelitian survey dengan rancangan cross-sectional. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah seluruh sivitas akademika Unram. Sampel penelitian ini terdiri atas unsur pimpinan Universitas dan Fakultas/ Program studi, dosen, tenaga kependidikan dan mahasiswa. Besar sampel penelitian 10 % dari setiap unsur dengan purposive sampling. Instrumen penelitian berupa kuisioner. Analisa data dilakukan secara deksriptif. Hasil Penelitian: Jumlah total responden penelitian mencapai 1.097 reponden, sebagian besar adalah laki-laki. Jumlah reponden yang perokok aktif mencapai 19,4 %, dan mantan perokok mencapai 18,7 %. Tingkat pengetahuan responden tentang peraturan kawasan tanpa asap rokok kurang, lebih dari 50% menyatakan tidak tahu dan menjawab tidak tepat. Namun, sikap dari responden, sebagian besar (>70 %) mendukung penerapan peraturan ini. Kesimpulan: Pengetahuan responden tentang kawasan bebas asap rokok > 50 % dalam kategori kurang dan tidak tahu dan > 70 % responden mendukung penerapan peraturan kawasan bebas asap rokok di lingkungan Unram. Latar Belakang: Prediktor utama terjadinya penyakit kardiovaskular ialah penyakit arteri perifer (PAP) yang patogenesis utamanya adalah aterosklerosis. Beberapa penelitian menelitian menunjukan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang kuat antara rasio kolesterol total/kolesterol high density lipoprotein (HDL) dan PAP. Ankle brachial index (ABI) merupakan rasio antara tekanan darah sistolik pada tungkai bawah dengan lengan atas dan merupakan tes skrining non invasif untuk mendeteksi terjadinya PAP.Tujuan: Untuk mengetahui hubungan rasio kolesterol total/HDL terhadap nilai ABI pada populasi dengan faktor risiko PAP.Metode: Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian analitik observasional dengan menggunakan metode cross sectional. Pengambilan data penelitian dilakukan di RSUD Provinsi NTB, RS Harapan Keluarga, dan RS Risa Sentra Medika. Kadar kolseterol total dan HDL didapatkan melaui hasil pemeriksaan laboratorium.Hasil: Total responden adalah 92, 17,4% memiliki nilai kolesterol total abnormal, 44,6% HDL abnormal dan 51,1% rasio kolesterol total/HDL abnormal. Hasil uji chi-square kolesterol total, HDL, dan rasio kolesterol total/HDL dengan nilai ABI (p=0,525), (p=0,397), (p=0,278). Hasil uji Rasio Odds kolesterol total, HDL, dan rasio kolesterol total/HDL dengan nilai ABI (RO=1,465), (RO=1,505), (RO=1,697).Kesimpulan: Tidak terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara kadar kolesterol total, HDL, dan rasio kolesterol total/HDL terhadap nilai ABI karena sebagian besar responden merupakan penderita dislipidemia yang telah mengonsumsi obat anti-dislipidemia dan abnormalitas nilai ABI dipengaruhi oleh banyak faktor risiko. Individu dengan kadar kolesterol total, kolesterol HDL, dan rasio kolesterol total/HDL abnormal mempunyai risiko 1,465, 1,505, dan 1,697 kali untuk memiliki nilai ABI abnormal.

Latar belakang: Obat merupakan salah satu penyebab penting dari kerusakan hati. Lebih dari 900 obat, toksin, tumbuhan telah dilaporkan menyebabkan gangguan hati, dan obat-obatan mencapai 20-40% dari semua kasus gagal hati. Srikaya (Annona squamosa L.) mengandung senyawa aktif flavonoid yang memiliki efek antioksidan, antitumor, dan hepatoprotektor. Metodologi penelitian: Penelitian ini merupakan suatu penelitian eksperimental laboratoris murni dengan rancangan post-test only control group design. Penelitian ini dilakukan selama 8 minggu. Dua puluh ekor tikus wistar jantan dibagi ke dalam 4 kelompok. Kelompok perlakuan 1 (P1) diinduksi karbon tetraklorida (CCl4) dan diberikan ekstrak daun srikaya dengan dosis 300 mg / kg, kelompok perlakuan 2 (P2) diinduksi karbon tetraklorida (CCl4) dan diberikan ekstrak daun srikaya dengan dosis 350 mg / kg, kelompok kontrol positif (K1) hanya diinduksi karbon tetraklorida (CCl4), dan kelompok kontrol negatif (K2) diinjeksi minyak zaitun. Efek pemberian ekstrak daun srikaya dievaluasi dengan mengukur kadar bilirubin total, tak terkonjugasi, dan terkonjugasi pada minggu ke-8. Hasil: Pemberian ekstrak daun srikaya pada kelompok P2 didapatkan kadar bilirubin yang lebih rendah dibandingkan kelompok P1. Pada uji statistik didapatkan pengaruh signifikan pemberian ekstrak srikaya terhadap kadar bilirubin total (p = 0,016) dan kadar bilirubin terkonjugasi (p = 0,04). Simpulan: Efek hepatoprotektif terdapat pada kelompok P2 yaitu pemberian ekstrak daun srikaya (Annona squamosa L.) dengan dosis 350 mg/kg BB.
