Abstract

In the current era of globalization and information technology, the world of education is challenged to always be adaptive to changes that occur in the surrounding environment and have an impact on the patterns of teaching and services carried out by stakeholders such as at the level of basic education, namely kindergarten (kindergarten). The pattern of education and teaching will not succeed without being equipped with a pattern of service from administrative staff, teachers and school principals to students, parents of students, fellow students and to the community. Friendly service is a service that refers to the pattern of administrative services which is pima. To produce excellent service quality, it requires a training for kindergarten teachers in the field of office administration through self-potential development. In this dedication there are two kindergarten partners in Sawangan-Depok sub-district involved, namely: TK Islam Perkasa and TK Aisyiah Bustanul Afthal 17. The problem that arises is the self-potential and personality development of the kindergarten teacher in the service and learning process must still be improved. Therefore, in this service, it is expected that there will be a transfer of knowledge and experience (transfer of knowledge and experience) in teaching patterns, ways of exploring one's potential and improving strong personal qualities through self development so that the quality of learning becomes superior. The resulting output is a model of self-introduction, self-potential, grooming for educators that can be published in national journals.

Abstract

Dalam era teknologi informasi saat ini kecepatan dalam memberikan pelayanan bisnis kepada konsumen berdampak pada persaingan bisnis tidak terkecuali pada pelaku usaha mikro dan kecil menengah (UMKM) yang ada di Bogor, Jawa Barat. Salah satu kegiatan yang dilakukan dalam pengabdian pada masyarakat  yang berada di desa Cilember, Cisarua, Bogor-Jawa Barat adalah membentuk koperasi yang berbadan hukum dan dapat menampung kebutuhan pelaku usaha berbisnis serta mempermudah mempertemukan pelaku usaha dengan supplier ataupun pembeli yang tertarik dengan produk yang dijual. Pelaku UMKM di desa Cilember memiliki usaha yang beragam, seperti: pengusaha bunga kayu, pengrajin boneka, penjual makanan dan minuman, pengelola Eco–Village. Tujuan pengabdian pada masyarakat ini adalah: (1)  mengindentifikasi bentuk pelatihan pelayanan prima kepada pengurus koperasi dan pengrajin yang tergabung dalam UMKM, (2) strategi yang dilakukan pelaku usaha bunga kayu dalam memasarkan produknya. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif, teknik pengumpulan data observasi, dan wawancara. Pelaku usaha yang tergabung di koperasi bunga kayu mekar Cilember ada 300 orang dengan jenis usaha yang beragam. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa pelayanan yang diberikan kepada konsumen yang memesan dan membeli kerajinan bunga kayu sudah dilakukan menggunakan komunikasi yang mudah dimengerti dan memberikan rasa puas kepada konsumen.  Strategi yang dilakukan dalam memasarkan produknya adalah mengikuti pameran yang diadakan pemerintah daerah Bogor, ikut dalam kegiatan bazar, kemasyarakatan dan berjualan di tempat wisata serta penjualan berbasis on-line.

Abstract

Pelaksanaan pengabdian kepada Masyarakat akan diadakan di desa Cilember Cisarua Pemerintah Kabupaten Bogor – Jawa Barat tahun ini merupakan tahun keempat sejak tahun 2016 pertama kali dilaksanakan menginat pengabdian kepada masyarakat merupakan wujud dari pelaksanaan Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi yang wajib dilaksanakan oleh dosen dibantu oleh staf administrasi dan mahasiswa. Pengabdian masyarakat akan dilaksanakan dengan pembekalan secara teori dan praktek. Adapun kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat memberikan pelatihan mengenai pemasaran produk dilakukan secara online (social media marketing), menyusun laporan keuangan Koperasi Kampung Bunga Kayu Cilember Mekar di Desa Cilember, Kabupaten Bogor dan komunikasi serta pelayanan prima  yang dilakukan aparatur desa.  Kegiatan pengabdian ini dilaksanakan pada tanggal 18 September 2019, setelah pelaksanaan pengabdian ini selesai akan dilakukan monitoring terhadap  hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian pada masyarakat apakah sudah diimplementasikan sesuai prosedur yang berlaku.  Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat adalah  untuk memberikan pengetahuan kepada aparat desa Cilember dan masyarakat/pedagang yang menjadi anggota Koperasi Kampung Bunga Kayu  di desa Cilember, kabupaten Bogor agar mengetahui cara memasarkan produknya dengan menggunakan social media marketing, memberikan pelayanan yang prima dengan komunikasi yang baik  serta mampu membuat laporan keuangan koperasi dengan benar.

Abstract

PT KCI innovated the newest service, namely the Commuter Line Ticket Vending Machine (C-VIM). This innovation is intended to answer customer complaints about the time spent queuing for tickets at the counter. C-VIM is a machine of PT KCI service innovation with the aim of parsing the queues that occur at conventional counters. This study aims to determine and analyze how the effectiveness of C-VIM services in handling ticket purchase queues. The research was conducted at Bekasi station as the station with the highest number of passengers in 2019. The study used a quantitative approach by distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents who were C-VIM users. The data analysis technique used in this study is divided into three stages, namely: instrument test, classical assumption test, and hypothesis testing. The instrument test is intended to analyze the validity and reliability tests. The classical assumption test consists of a normality test and a linearity test. Hypothesis testing consists of simple linear regression analysis, simple correlation analysis, coefficient of determination, and significant T test. The results of the data analysis obtained show a significant and positive effect, so it can be said that there is an effect of the effectiveness of C-VIM services in handling ticket purchase queues. at Bekasi Station, therefore, C-VIM is effective to continue to be used in the efforts to improve PT KCI services with the hope that some improvements will occur in the future

Abstract

Pemberdayaan masyarakat khususnya dalam bidang pariwisata, merupakan salah satu sumber devisanegara yang sangat penting, meskipun pariwisata memberikan sumbangan yang cukup berarti bagipembangunan, namun disaat bersamaan ternyata kegiatan industry pariwisata juga melahirkansejumlah dampak negative seperti merosotnya kualitas lingkungan hidup. Berdasarkan fakta diatas,maka tujuan dari bisnis desa wisata yang merupakan pemberdayaan terhadap masyarakat perludirumuskan lebih konfrehensip jenis usahanya sebagai pengelolaan pembangunan pariwisataberkelanjutan yang lebih tepat dimasa mendatang sehingga bisnis pariwisatapun akan naik lagi. Konseppariwisata pedesaan (rural tourism) dengan cirinya produk yang unik termasuk pemberdayaanmasyarakat desa inovasi yang menggandeng teknologi yang diterapkan pada desa cipayung. kiranyadapat menjadi solusi baru bagi pengembangan kepariwisataan, salah satu bagiannya adalah petani ikanpatin di desa Cipayung kecamatan Cikarang Timur Kabupaten Bekasi khususnya. Adapun metode yangdikembangkan adalah pemberian pendampingan, khususnya pembuatan koperasi, pelatihan baikmanajemen, entrepreunership, tatakelola desa, tata kelola keuangan, evaluasi dari seluruh kegiatan sertamonitoring dan evaluasi serta pendampingan. Sebagian respon atas program yang dikembangkan dimasyarakat berupa pengembangan Petani Ikat Patin melalui pemberdayaan masyarakat, maka akantumbuh menjadi pusat pemberdayaan masyarakat sebagai bagian dari desa wisata inovasi di Indonesia

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out and analyze how the media and  learning strategies carried out in the Covid-19 period of polytechnics using the SWOT analysis approach. The problem that occurs during Covid-19 in the learning process is not provided regulation about distance learnin, the selection of appropriate learning media and strategy  to help learners more easily understand the material being studied.The unit of analysis in this study is students in Business Administration-PNJ, sample selection using random sampling, data collection techniques using literature studies, observations and questionnaires. The method used in this research is a qualitative descriptive. The results showed that the learning media used were zoom meetings, e-learning and WhatsApp, and there were no rules that could be used as guidelines regarding the model set at PNJ for use in the distance learning proces. The results of this research used SWOT analysis for learning strategy are: (S): transportation costs are more efficient, easier to manage time management, have a lot of time to do campus work, access to learning can be done from anywhere, learning motivation increases, more relaxed and comfortable in the learning process, completing assignments from lecturers have enough tim,  more motivated, have their own planning work, increase, (W): not all lecturers use the zoom meeting or google classroom, learning process is not communicative, learning situation more different when the presentation uses online, (O) have learn more material from open source, live more healthy, no stress, more patient and happy learning arround the families, accustomed to online learning, accustomed to with information technology, (T) it takes time for discipline learning in the new normal era, lecturers must be more creative in teaching and learning, mastering of uisng  information technology.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find alternative strategies used by FoodHalal.id startups in developing their business. The problems regarding the analysis of internal factors, external factors, and SWOT matrix. The methodology used is descriptive qualitative with in-depth interviews, informants are CEOs and employees of MakanHalal.id, restaurant owners who collaborate with MakanHalal.id. The results of research are grouped into 4 categories, namely: (1). Alternative SO Strategy expands the halal food network in all areas of DKI Jakarta using social media to promote Halal Food, join as driver partners. (2) Alternative WO strategy by creating social media accounts with interesting content to increase traffic. holding live quizzes or giveaways on social media while the system is off, expanding the coverage area and delivery distance in DKI Jakarta area can access Halal.id Food, (3) Alternative ST Strategy by collaborating with businessmen to pre-order on the FoodHalal.id application, holding promotions, marketing that Halal.id is more flexible than other applications, (4) Alternative WT strategy: establishing cooperation with restaurant businesses that have not yet opened their own online delivery, increasing the delivery distance of more than 25km to be able to compete with competing applications. Further research focus on digital marketing strategies for halal food businesses.

Abstract

Abstrak: Dalam masa pandemic COVID-19 saat ini merujuk pada kebijakan Mendikbud untuk penyelenggaraan kegiatan pembelajaran masih tetap menggunakan school from home (SCH) mulai dari tingkat pendidikan dasar sampai pada perguruan tinggi mengakbiatkan perubahan dalam system penyelenggaraan pembelajaran.  Pola pendidikan dan pengajaran pada tingkat pendidikan anak usia dini (PAUD) dan Taman Kanak-Kanak (TK) mengalami perubahan dalam aspek strategi dan media pembelajaran dari para guru kepada siswa, sehingga pola belajar harus dibuat sedemikian rupa agar tetap memberikan rasa nyaman, menyenangkan dan sesuai dengan tujuan pembelajaran di sekolah TK di Kotamadya Depok.  Kendala yang ditemukan dalam proses pembelajaran ini adalah media teknologi informasi serta bentuk komunikasi yang tetap mudah dan menarik untuk disampaikan kepada siswa yang tetap belajar di rumah.  Masalah dalam pengabdian ini adalah bagaimana pemanfaatan media teknologi informasi sebagai media pembelajaran yang dapat diakses dengan mudah oleh siswa di rumah, serta perlu peningkatan keterampilan komunikasi para guru TK dalam pembelajaran. Dalam pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini ada dua mitra yang terlibat, yaitu: TK Islam Al Yazid dan TK Aisyiah Bustanul Atfhal 14, Sawangan, Depok. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah pelatihan dan pendampingan kepada peserta, dengan metode diskusi, tanya jawab dan latihan. Hasil dari pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah peserta telah mampu menggunakan media pembelajaran online seperti zoom meeting, whats app, menyampaikan materi dengan menarik, memparaktekkan komunikasi secara interaktif sehingga proses belajar mengajar secara online oleh guru tetap memberikan rasa nyaman, kreatif dan menyenangkan siswa.Abstract: In the current COVID-19 pandemic, referring to the Ministry of Education and Culture's policy for implementing learning activities and learning delivery system still using school from home (SCH) that applies from the basic education level to tertiary institutions. Education and teaching patterns at the early childhood education (PAUD) and Kindergarten (TK) levels have changed in the aspects of strategies and learning media from teachers to students and impact of this situation is patterns must be made in such a way of teaching and learning provide a sense of comfort, fun and creative to fulfill the learning objectives in kindergarten schools in Depok Municipality. The constraints found in this learning process are information technology media and forms of communication that remain easy and interesting to convey to students who are still studying at home. The problem in this service is how to use information technology media as a learning strategy that can be accessed easily by students at home, and also need to improve the communication skills of kindergarten teachers in learning. In this community service there are two partners involved, such as: TK Islam Al Yazid and TK Aisyiah Bustanul Atfhal 14, both of two schools located in Sawangan, Depok. The method used in this community service is training and mentoring to participants, with methods of discussion, question and answer and exercises. The result of this community service is that participants have been able to use online learning media such as zoom meetings, whats app, to delivery all the material attractively, practice interactive communication, so that the online teaching and learning process by the teacher still provides a sense of comfort, creativity and fun for students.

Abstract

Dalam era teknologi informasi saat ini kecepatan berbisnis di dalam merespon perubahan akanberdampak pada organisasi agar dapat bersaing dengan usaha yang lain. Koperasi Bunga Kayu Mekaryang berlokasi di desa Cilember, Cisarua, Bogor saat ini memiliki 300 orang anggota yang tergabungdari para pengrajin yang menjual produk bunga kayu, pengrajin boneka, penjual makanan dan minumanserta pengelola Eco–Village. Tujuan dari pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasistrategi yang dilakukan pelaku usaha koperasi bunga kayu dalam membangun potensi usaha danmemasarkan produknya. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknikpengumpulan data, yaitu: observasi dan wawancara dengan ketua koperasi Bunga Kayu Cilember Mekar,Kepala Desa Cilember serta Tokoh Masyarakat di desa Cilember. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa analisisstrategi SWOT dilakukan dalam memetakan dan mengidentifikasi potensi bisnis dalam memberdayakanpengrajin dan pelaku usaha yang tergabung dalam Koperasi Bunga Kayu Cilember Mekar, Cisarua,Bogor. Strategi yang dilakukan dalam memasarkan produknya adalah mengikuti pameran yang diadakanpemerintah daerah Bogor, ikut dalam kegiatan bazar baik di sekitar Cisarua, Bogor, berjualan di tempatwisata Bunga Matahari serta memulai penjualan bunga kayu berbasis on-line walaupun masih terbatasjumlahnya.

Tourism provides a significant contribution to development, conventional tourism products are becoming increasingly abandoned and tourists are turning to tourism products that value the environment, nature, culture and special attractions more. How to manage tourist villages in the village of Tegal Waru Ciampea Bogor, in the flexibility and intensity of interaction with the environment and local communities. The purpose of this research is to see how the management of creative and innovative community-based tourism villages (CREANOVA) The approach method used is an empirical normative approach and uses qualitative methods and direct field research on research objects that are related to the problem under study. the results of the study are. Tegal Waru tourism village is a pedesan tourist area that is no less interesting and offers cultural potential. Has a variety of agricultural production businesses and entrepreneurs. Community participation in the development of tourist villages is very high. There are tour packages offered including entrepreneur training, charity creativity, outbound on the road, consumption packages, souvenir packages, shopping centers, tourism attractions, business tourist village locations, while visitors from home and abroad.
